Chris is seen standing on a runway. "Hello everyone. As you all know, I'm Chris Mclane. And this is an all new season of Total Drama! We're back with the jumbo jet, about to travel and destroy the world once again. This is, Total, Drama, Encore!"
(Theme song because I'm too lazy to make one up.)
"Ok, now it's time to introduce the cast. We'll have a total of 18 castmates. And they'll be introduced all star style." Chris said as a chopper flew above a nearby lake.
"From Pahkitew Island, we have heartbreaker runner-up, Sky!" Chef tossed Sky out the chopper.
"Don't call me that!" She yelled falling.
"Emotional germaphobe, Dave!" He was tossed out too.
"Why did I agree to this?!" He yelled.
"Zombie expert nutjob, Shawn" He willingly jumped out.
"I hope zombies can't fly." He said clutching his beanie.
"Outback survivalist, Jasmine!" She also jumped herself.
"No funny business Mclean!" She yelled at the host.
"Animal loving songbird, Ella!" She leaped out and was caught by a bunch of small colorful birds.
"I hope we get to sing."
"And evil and good twins, Amy and Samey!"
"It's Sammyyyyyyyy!" Sammy's voice was heard before being shoved out the chopper by her sister.
"Break my fall again!" Amy shouted before jumping.
Chris laughed. "Next, from Revenge of the Island, it's bossy bruiser Jo!" Jo jumped out.
"I'm here to win this time!"
"The dumb jock himself, Lightning!" Lightning dove out.
"Sha-Lightning is back!"
"Mutant loving game junkie, Sam." Ince again, Chef carried the game playing Sam to the edge.
"Hey, let me beat my highscooooooore!" Chef dropped him.
"Acrobatic redhead, Zoey!" Zoey stood by the edge before jumping.
"Wish me luck." She said at the camera.
"Tan-in-a-can Jersey girl, Anne Maria!"
"I'm coming for you red!" She yelled jumping out.
"And dirt for brains farm boy, Scott." Scott was tossed out.
"There better not be any sharks!"
Chris winked at the the camera. "And last but not least, from the original cast, we have the grumpy CIT, Courtney!"
"I hate you Chris!" She said being pushed out. The camera panned back to Chris.
"Cynical know it all, Noah!"
Noah was reading a book while falling. "Is it too late quit?"
"Juvenile jailbird Duncan!"
Duncan held up the middle finger as he fell.
"The floater geek, Cody!"
"Help!" Cody shouted trying to swim through the air.
"And Cody's obsessed super fan, Sierra!"
"Wait for me Cody!" She yelled falling. Soon everyone landed in the lake and swam out of it, where they were greeted by Chris.
"Welcome everyone. As you should know, this season will be similar to world tour. We'll be seeing some new places, some old places, and even some old faces. Excited?" Zoey, Sierra, amd Ella were the only ones that looked happy. Everyone else's face was either bored, neutral, or blue. The last one is Cody being squeezed by Sierra.
Chris lead everyone inside the plane.
"The plane is pretty much the same. Loser team in economy, winning team in first class, same confessional, and the eliminated contestant will take the drop of shame." Chris explained.
"How original." Noah dryly commented.
Confessional: Noah
"Chris is so cheap, he couldn't even afford anything new. Although if he did, it'll probably be something to cause us harm.
End of confessional
"Now, since there are no teams right now, I'll be nice and let you all travel in first class to our next destination." This received cheers from everyone.
Everyone was in first class. Although some people tried to avoid each other. Courtney and Duncan glared at each without saying a word. Sky and Dave awkwardly glanced at each other. And Sammy sat as far away from Amy as possible.
Courtney was sitting reading a book when she saw Sierra snooping around like she's looking for something. Or rather someone.
"Sierra, what are you doing?" Courtney asked.
"Looking for my Cody Wody of course. Have you seen him?" She said with a hint of crazy in her eyes.
"Uh, no I haven't." Courtney said backing slowly out of first class. She did think she'll find peace in there so she headed to the cargo bay. When she got there, she found Cody moving some stuff around.
"Cody?"
"Ahh!" Cody screamed before seeing who it was. "Oh Courtney, it's just you. I thought you were Sierra. What are you doing down here?"
"Well first class wasn't very peaceful so I came down here for now. What are you doing down here?" Courtney asked.
"I'm hiding out from Sierra. Hopefully she won't find me in here." The geek said moving a box.
"You'd rather be in here than first class?"
"With Sierra there, it's not like I'd even have a chance to enjoy it." Cody put down a blanket and some pillows he found on the ground and sat down. "Care to sit?"
Courtney took the invitation and sat down next to him. "I thought you and Sierra were on better terms?"
"We were for awhile, but after all stars she went back to her crazy stalker self. Now I just want to avoid her." Cody admitted. "That's why I came back, but I didn't know Sierra was invited back too. What about you, why'd you come back?"
Courtney bit her lip. "Well apart from trying to win, all stars left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I wanna try and better myself and fix some past mistakes."
"Oh, like Duncan? I don't want to dump my problems on you though."
A small smile played on Cody's face. "Look Courtney, I know we never really got along before, but I'm not a guy who holds long grudges. We can start over and be friends you know. And I like to help my friends when they're feeling down." Courtney looked at Cody to see the sincerity in his eyes. She's never had an easy time in trusting people. But Cody seemed pretty harmless. It wouldn't hurt to share what's on her mind with him.
Courtney looked towards the ground before speaking. "Not exactly. After all stars, I re-watched all the other seasons I was in and realized how terrible I was. It even made me realize how terrible I was to Duncan. I really do want to make peace with him, but he still cheated on me. I know I was in the wrong too, but I still loved him. It hurts to find out that the person you loved cheated on you. I'm just not sure if I'm ready to properly face him." She concluded.
Cody didn't know what it felt like to be cheated on, but he knew that it hurts. He knows Courtney has never been the friendliest person towards him, but he can still sympathize with her. Cody didn't exactly know what to say, but luckily he didn't have to as Courtney spoke again.
"I know you probably don't know what to say right now, but you don't have to." She smiled. "Talking about this with someone made me feel a little better than I did before. Thanks for listening. It's nice to know I have a friend here."
Cody smiled. He was dreading this season with Sierra, but at least he has Courtney to talk to now.
Back in first class, Sky was sitting at the bar looking down.
"Hey Sky." Sky looked up to see Jasmine and Shawn sitting down next to her.
"Oh, hey guys. How have you been?" Sky asked.
"Great. Still keeping an eye out for the apocalypse." Shawn answered. Jasmine rolled her eyes but smiled.
"We're doing just fine, but what about you mate?" You looked pretty down just now." Jasmine said looking at Sky.
"It's nothing. I'm fine." She said averting her eyes.
"It's Dave isn't it?" Shawn suddenly asked. When Sky gave no answer, it confirmed it. "Yeah, I get how you're feeling. I miss being friends with the guy. After the finale, I was too unsure whether I should try and contact him. Feel like I failed him y'know." Shawn told the Olympian.
Sky sighed. "I know he went crazy during our finale, but I still feel like it's my fault for how we acted. I got his hopes up, and then the whole Keith thing dropped onto him. I can't even blame him for being mad."
"Don't worry much about it Sky. We all make mistakes we're not proud of. And who knows, maybe you two will make up in time." Jasmine reassured her.
Sky looked over at Dave, who was just sitting in a chair staring into space.
"I hope you're right."
A few people left first class to do other stuff around the plane. Duncan was one of them. He was sitting in the dining area carving something on the table with his knife. He was so focused on his knife work that he almost didn't notice someone else walking into the area looking annoyed.
Zoey had wondered into the dining area mumbling to herself.
"What's eating at you Red?" Duncan asked looking up. Zoey finally noticed him.
"Oh, hi Duncan. I'm just annoyed with Anne Maria. She wouldn't leave me alone about "stealing Vito" from her, and keeps spraying me with her hairspray." Zoey said sitting down across from Duncan.
"Some people just can't let things go I guess." Duncan said, though it sounded like he was telling that more to himself, which Zoey caught onto.
"You're thinking about Courtney aren't you?"
"What? Pfft, no." Duncan lied.
"I can tell when you're lying Duncan." Zoey said to the ex-con.
Duncan sighed, but had a bittersweet smile. "All my years of dealing with lawyers, the police, and my parents, yet I can never get a lie past you."
Zoey shrugged with a smile. "You're easier to read than you think. So, you wanna talk about it?"
"What's there to talk about. I messed up big time. No way she'll even consider forgiving me."
"You never know Duncan. Maybe she'll surprise you. But for now, I suggest not worrying much about it right now. Try to focus on the game, and we'll see where things go from there." Zoey advised her friend.
Duncan thought about it before nodding. "I guess you've got a point. I've got all season, why stress now."
"That's the spirit. Now come on, let's go back to first class." Zoey said as the two stood up.
"What about Anne Maria?"
"Don't worry. If she sprays me again, I'll spray her with this." Zoey held up one of Duncan's paint cans.
"What the?" Duncan felt around in his pockets. "How'd you get my spray paint?"
"Rule number six of Duncan street knowledge: When stealing, be sneaky." Zoey responded with a teasing smile.
"Yeah, but what's rule number seven?" Duncan asked as Zoey rolled her eyes with the same teasing smile.
"Never steal from Duncan."
"Exactly. I'll let it slide this time just because it's not easy to steal from me."
"You mean like how it "wasn't easy" to steal your pocket knife?" Zoey held up Duncan's knife. Duncan's eyes widened as he checked his pockets again.
"How did... stop doing that!" Duncan said as Zoey laughed. Duncan could help but laugh too.
Confessional: Zoey
"Since getting arrested, I've visited Duncan a lot. Mike and Duncan never really been close, but he's always sent his best regards. Mike, if you're watching, miss you!"
End of confessional
Sammy was sitting in a chair about to eat a cookie, when Amy came by and snatched it.
"You don't deserve goodies like this Samey." Amy rudely said eating the cookie.
"Don't you have anything to do that doesn't involve messing with me?" Sammy said sadly.
"I'm just setting things right."
Confessional: Amy
"After what Samey pulled last season, people have been treating me like the bad guy, when it was Samey who fed me that stupid apple. I'm going to make sure that not only she goes down, but everyone else too. I'm winning this game, and no one's gonna stop me. Especially Spearamy."
End of confessional
Noah was sitting away from the others trying to read a book, but couldn't focus with Ella's singing nearby. He looked up annoyed.
"Must you be singing now?"
Ella stopped and turned to Noah. "Of course, this season is all about singing. How can I not be happy when I can sing and not get in trouble for it?"
Noah rolled his eyes before looking back down at his book. "There's nothing happy about being on this show."
Ella sat down in the chair next to Noah. "Then why did you coke back if you do not receive happiness from the show?"
"The same reason everyone does, to win a million dollars. With no Heather or Alejandro here, I've actually got a chance. Now if you'll excuse me." Noah went back to reading his book.
Confessional: Ella
"Noah has always been a loner on the show. The happiest and most social I've seen him is when he was with Owen. But now Owen isn't here and he's all alone. I'm gonna try and befriend him. Who knows, maybe he'll even be a happier person."
End of confessional
Soon a familiar voice was heard on the PA.
"Attention everyone, we are now making our decent at our first destination. Get ready." The camera then shows Chris in the co-pilot seat.
"And you better get ready too. What will the challenge be? And how much drama can I juice out of these guys within the challenge? Find out when we come back, On Total... Drama... Encore!"
Okay now that we got the cast, I csn focus on coming up with challenges and songs. It's hard to give everyone an equal amount of screentime, but I'll try to give everyone their screentime. See ya next chapter.
