For some strange reason, Master, myself and that Sakura bitch have come to the apes place in the gardens. Apparently, Azazel-sama would like it if we were here. I don't understand it myself, but I heard that Serafall-sama is arranging a surprise for Master. As to the surprise? I haven't got a clue at all. I wonder what I have to be here for...ooh right, I'm still Masters servant after all. So wherever Master goes, I go. And wherever I go...no, that's not true. Master doesn't follow me around. Although, Master can follow me around if he really wants.

Speaking of the word Master, I don't have to refer to him like that anymore. He said that I can just call him Makoto or whatever else like Mako or something. But, I've become too accustomed to referring to him as Master so Master will stick for now. Master is Master after all so Master is Master to me until the end of time!

"Let me say this first. What I'm going to tell you now is a training menu that focuses on things in the immediate future. There are people who produce good results immediately, but there are also those who have no choice but to look at things in the long run. However, you are all growing young people. "…But, this training doesn't seem all that special, though?"

The ape goes into deep thought...which is funny in of itself as she doesn't think about much besides bananas and her pervert. Azazel-sama then turns to Akeno-san.

"Next, Akeno."

Ooh, Akeno-san doesn't like Azazel-sama. It is because of her father most likely. I don't know the full story, but I believe it has something to do with her mother.

"You must accept the blood that flows within you."

"...!"

Perhaps because of being told that so bluntly, Akeno-san also frowned. But Azazel-sama continued without paying it any attention.

"I've seen the recorded images of the battle with the Phenex family. What was that? With your original specs, you should have been able to easily defeat the enemy Queen. Why didn't you use your Fallen Angel powers? You limited yourself to only thunder. If you don't add light onto thunder and make lightning, you can't display your true power."

Ooh yeah, the power of holy-lightning. Barakiel-sama has the same power, but his output of the holy-lightning will be ten...no, maybe even a hundred times stronger than Akeno-san can output right now and for the foreseeable future.

"…I can do just fine even if I don't depend on that kind of power."

Azazel-sama continued to speak without minding Akeno-sans expression. He turns his attention to Kiba.

"Next is Kiba."

"Yes."

"First, you must maintain Balance Breaker for a full day. If you get used to it, you'll be able to maintain it for a full day in your actual battle form. Your objective is to continue that and to become able to maintain that state for the length of a day. After that, you'll be able to become sufficiently strong by doing basic training like Rias. I'll teach you how to handle sword-type Sacred Gears later."

Azazel-sama is the greatest after all! Sacred Gears are Azazel-sama's specialty after all! And I will be getting an Artificial Sacred Gear! Once, it has been designed that is. I wont become a burden for Master! Especially when I'm sent on these suicide missions with him. That's what they are, suicide missions. And we aren't like Maou level people. It is basically suicide if you send us into the enemies strong-hold.

"For sword training…will you train under your teacher again?"

"Yes, I plan to be taught from scratch again."

"Well if its Yumi-chan, then I know she will succeed in becoming stronger!"

Hehe, this is what Master is like after all. Always so positive, although some would argue that it is a fake positive attitude. Kiba's face turns bright red at his words. Ugh, Kiba and her love for Master.

"Next, Xenovia. To be able to use Durandal better than you do now…you need to be able to use another holy sword."

"Another holy sword?"

"Its Ascalon, right Azazel-sensei?"

Ascalon? That's the sword Azazel-sama is thinking of. Azazel-sensei sends a mischievous grin in Masters direction as everyone has a dumbfounded look, even myself.

Master bonked himself on the head cutely. But then the ape let out a gasp and pointed an accusing finger at us three. What the fuck ape? I don't like it when she looks at us as she is an ape that escaped with a supply of grapes.

"Wait, I just realized...you're here to spy on us, aren't you!? Azazel! Him, Raynare and Sakura are spying on us for that whore Sona! They will tell them our training schedule's! Fuck off you spies!"

"Don't tell us to fuck off ape! For your information, Azazel-chan invited us here! We do have things to do also, not listen to you complain about us being spies. If you had actually thought about it, it would be a violation of Hubby's Queen law to spy on your group for Kaichou! So, next time think about what you are saying, and not your bananas!"

The ape burst out crying at Sakura who giggled to herself. But what she said is right. We couldn't spy on them, even if we wanted too, because we would be punished for spying on the enemy of Masters Master Serafall-sama. And in turn, she'd be punished also for playing favourites.

"Anyway Koneko, you have nothing to be criticised about, as you possess the elementary traits of offence and defence as a Rook. Your physical ability is also not a problem. However, there are those better at offence in Rias' group than a Rook like you."

"What did I just say, Azazel-sensei!?"

But ignoring Master, Koneko-chan nodded her head and spoke.

"…I know that."

"The ones at the top of offence in Rias' group are currently Kiba and Xenovia. Its because they possess brutal weapons with her Balance Breaker holy demonic swords and her holy sword Durandal. And with Ise who plans to enter Balance Breaker here..."

So, those two and the pervert are going to be the strongest offensive powers. Hmmm, I can see that actually.

"Koneko, you will also improve your basics like the others. In addition, release the thing that you have personally sealed. Its the same as with Akeno. If you don't accept yourself, big growth won't be possible for you."

Reminder of the past. Her shared past with Master which I still don't fully understand. She's had some power and had some experiments done to her. But as for the experiments...I haven't got a clue. But they seem to frighten Master and Sakura whenever they are mentioned.

"Now now Sakura. You want to attain stronger powers, yes? Then, you have to take control over your power again. I know in the past your power ran out of control, however if you don't accept that sleeping power, you'll never be able to measure up to the others."

"But I..."

"Sakura-chan, your sleeping power. You told me about it, and it isn't something to take lightly. If you truly want to become stronger, then you need to accept your sleeping power. If you run out of control, I will be your anchor. Whatever happens, I will ground you back to earth. As, we are also apart of the same group."

"But that group was forced upon us Hubby. We never did anything wrong. But even still...we were used to cause so much...pain and misery..."

"Even so, you should accept your power. Sakura, accept yourself."

Azazel-sama told her. She just remains silent.

"Now Raynare Ganja. Your biggest problem is your drug taking. If you come off the Ganja then you would be able to attain stronger powers."

"Now, in all seriousness. Your biggest problem is your diversity. Your usage with light spears are good, however you need other powers also. Consider learning how to manipulate elements also. That would be an advantage. Or, we do have that Artificial Sacred Gear we are working on but that wont be ready for sometime. But your main aspects need to come up."

I nod in understanding to Azazel-sama, who then turns to my Master.

"As for you Makoto. You know your main problem?"

"Yes. Clearly it is stamina. I've known for awhile now. My stamina is a huge problem for me. I have strong attacks, but I don't have the stamina to execute them to their full potential."

"Yes, that is a main problem for you. But also, you have to tame your innate power. It is wild, strong and destructive. If you don't control it, it will control you. Also, your Sacred Gear. It is time you fully understood its potential. And to tap into its power without you feeling exhausted all of the time."

Master looks away, and just nods at Azazel-sama. A minute later, he speaks up.

"...That's true. I want to access my powers, without feeling like I will fall over once tapping into a larger power. And if I ever want to become useful, I need to become stronger and stronger."

"Also attaining Balance Breaker. Right now, it is potentially something you could do. But not without consequences. Without understanding yourself and your Sacred Gear, attaining Balance Breaker would be something that wouldn't be that useful to yourself."

"...I understand. My main goal is to understand my power and myself."

"Correct. That's the main for you. Now Ise, it is you...please wait a moment. He should be here soon..."

He? What should be here soon? Azazel-sama then looked to the sky. What's in the sky? When I looked, I didn't see anything...no, a big shadow! There's a big shadow in the sky! Its coming at us at high velocity!

The Dragon smiled a little before looking at Azazel-sama with a disappointed look.

"Azazel, you have some nerve openly entering Devil territory."

"Hah, I've properly gotten the personal permission of the Maou-sama and have entered this territory fairly, you know? Do you have a complaint, Tannin?"

"Hmph. Well, it's fine. I specially came here because of Sirzechs' request. Don't forget your surroundings, Fallen Angel Governor."

"Heheh. Anyway, Ise. This guy is your teacher."

Ise asks Master and...this Tannin-san. Master however is the one to reply.

"Well, Aniki. Tannin-sama and I met not too long ago. Serafall-sama asked me to deliver a special item to Tannin-sama and we got to talking and by the end of the day, we became like super best friends! I even gave Tannin-sama a piggyback ride to celebrate our friendship!"

Is he talking about that day when he disappeared all day? When we were training? Hmmm, that's the only time I can remember Master being away all day. Wait, he gave that thing a piggyback ride!? How the hell would he do that!?

"You, became friends with Tannin in a single day?"

Azazel-sama asks Master who nods his head vigorously!

"He has a quality that draws Dragons in. I've never felt such attraction to something before."

Did that thing just say he is attracted to Master? Hopefully not sexually because that would be fucking creepy if a Dragon tries to do it with Master.

"It explains Vali actually..."

Azazel-sama comments to himself. So, Master is attractive to Dragons? That's strange. Some innate ability? Master could become a Dragon tamer or something!

"It's been a while, Ddraig. Can you hear me?"

The Dragon Tannin-san spoke to Ise, rather he is speaking to the Boosted Gear as it appeared.

[Ah. how nostalgic, Tannin.]

"Are you acquainted?"

Didn't he hear Master explain about him being a former Dragon King? Silly Ise.

[This guy is a former Dragon King. I told you about the Five Great Dragon Kings before, right? Tannin here was a Dragon King back when they were the Six Great Dragon Kings. The Dragon called Tannin recorded in the Bible is him.]

"Tannin became a devil, so the Six Great Dragon Kings became the Five Great Dragon Kings. Even among the current reincarnated Devils, he is Ultimate class. A highest grade Devil."

"Blaze Meteor Dragon Tannin. Its even said that his breath of fire is equal to the impact of a meteorite. He's one of the few legendary dragons that are still active right now. Sorry, Tannin, but please help with the training of this kid who carries the Red Dragon Emperor. I want you to teach him how to use a Dragons power from scratch."

"Even if I don't do it, it should be fine if Ddraig teaches him directly, right?"

"Even so, there is a limit to it. He really needs true Dragon training."

I couldn't control my giggles. Ise glared at me harshly. Sorry, I didn't mean to release such a little giggle.

"Its fine as long as he doesn't die, right? Leave it to me."

"The period is about 20 days in human world time. I'd like for him to reach Balance Breaker by then. Ise, work as hard as you can without dying."

With that, Azazel-sama leaves with a wave of his hand. Should we leave also?

"Now then, each of us will now do our respective training menus. I hope you all do well."

Everyone beside Master, Sakura, myself and Ise started to leave. I guess they will be training also. Hmmm, what should we do? As I was about to turn to Master...

"Miss Rias. Can you lend me the mountain there? I'll be bringing him over there."

The Dragon grabbed Ise with his hand and started to fly! I guess that's it.

"Bye Aniki! Have fun with Tannin-sama! Good bye Tannin-sama! Please try and not kill Aniki if you can help it!"

He calls Master fox. Poor Master getting called fox, even if he is a Kyuubi.

"I guess we should go. Sakura-chan, Raynare-san. I'm sure Serafall-sama would want me to do something. If not, then its time to train!"

So with that, Master activates a magic circle and we step inside! Once confirming that we are inside, Master activates the circle and we all disappear!

...Several days later, Azazel-sama comes by. During that time, Master has been going crazy with Serafall-sama. I watched their training yesterday and I thought that Master was actually going to die, but Serafall-sama is a very strict trainer. She has been chasing him around while blasting him with various demonic powers and even getting that Behemoth to help him with physical strength and endurance.

I also have been training on the regime that Azazel-sama has given me. And I've been training alongside Sakura who is actually a good sparring partner. She's a strong character to fight alright. But now Azazel-sama is here and we four are eating a lunch together.

"Ah, I see. So Serafall is a torture trainer then."

"Hehe, my King certainly is a tough trainer alright. But more importantly, what are you doing here? Not that I'm not grateful that you are checking on us, I would like to know the reason."

"Hehe, saw through me right? Well, the reason I came is because Koneko, has collapsed. She's overdone her training. She's exhausted her stamina and..."

With that, Master left instantly. Azazel-sama didn't even finish his sentence.

"Damn, he cares about Koneko. Raynare, go and follow. Make sure he doesn't stay there for the whole day. He still needs to train. They are at the Gremory castle."

"Y-Yes Azazel-sama! Right away!"

I activate a magic circle, even I know how to use them. I make the circle glow and I disappear! Once getting to my destination, I see that ape Gremory. I go over and tap her on the shoulder.

"Raynare...what do you want you bitch?"

"Where's Master? I've been sent to get him."

I physically hate her. She calls me a bitch all the time. But I follow the ape to where Master has gone. The room we end up at is apparently Koneko-chan's room. We go inside to see Master on the bed with Koneko-chan. She's in her Nekomata mode. And Akeno-san is stationed close by.

"Koneko-chan. Allow me to restore your stamina. You really shouldn't overdue it. I still don't get why...you would do such things to yourself. Everyone has a limit..."

"…I want to…"

Master activated his Sacred Gear and a glow filled the room as the light transferred from Masters Sacred Gear to Koneko-chan.

"What do you want, Koneko-chan?"

She looks at Master and tells him in a clear tone and while holding her tears back.

"I want to become strong. Like Yumi-senpai, Xenovia-senpai, Akeno-san, Ise-senpai and...even Mako-kun is getting stronger everyday. I want to make my spirit and body strong. Gya-chan is also becoming strong. I don't have a healing power like Asia-san either…At this rate, I'll become useless. Even though I'm a Rook, I'm the…weakest…I hate being useless…"

"You're not useless at all Koneko-chan..."

"…But, I don't want to use the power sleeping inside me…my Nekomata power…If I use it, I…just like my Nee-sama…I don't want that…I absolutely don't want such a thing…"

"You are nothing like Kuroka! She's...ugh, and you are great Koneko-chan. Your power...I wont let you get hurt by your own power. I promise you'd never turn out like that she-Devil. Ugh, Kuroka..."

Does he know her? Koneko-chan's body stopped glowing. She looks well again.

Masters feelings for Koneko-chan. He is worried. I can see it written all over his face. His voice was shaky with worry. Master hugs Koneko-chan tightly.

"...I wont...do this again...Mako-kun."

"You can't do it to me again! My heart can't take it if something were to happen to Koneko-chan. Besides, I'm taking you as my Rook when I become a high class Devil. And I will become a high class Devil. There's no alternative."

The ape then let out a gasp.

"You what!? You, are taking Koneko away from me!?"

"That's right. I'm going to attain high class status and take Koneko-chan away from you. She's my future cute Rook!"

Koneko-chan's face turns bright red and she looks away shyly. However, the ape growls in annoyance.

"No! I already know about Asia wanting to leave me for you, and then you'll take Koneko away from me, then Yumi. Who else are you going to take from me!? Akeno!?"

"Erm...I don't think Akeno-senpai is interested in me. So, I don't think I will be taking Akeno-senpai. And isn't it up to Koneko-chan if she wants to become apart of my group also? The same could be said for Asia-chan and Yumi-chan."

The ape shed tears, solid tears at that.

"Its up to me also!"

"But, you wouldn't step in the way of your servants happiness, right? If Koneko-chan wants to become my future Rook, then you wouldn't stop that, right?"

"..."

The ape doesn't say anything, but nods in agreement. I just think Master has scouted out his first peerage member.

"There you have it then. But Koneko-chan, please promise me you wont push yourself so hard in the future."

"...I wont...thank you for coming Mako-kun...even if you are busy..."

"I'll always come back to you, Koneko-chan. Even if I'm far away and busy, I will always come back to you."

Koneko-chan rested her head on Masters chest.

"...Thank you..."

She mumbled. Such love they have for one another. I then clear my throat.

"Master...your training..."

"It can wait until Koneko-chan is feeling better. And I'm not leaving Koneko-chan, no matter what you say. Is that clear, my future Rook?"

Koneko-chan just nods with a huge blush on her face. He really intends to take her from the ape? Speaking of the ape...she's looking at her phone...hmmmm, when I briefly glance...it had a picture of Ise. She must miss her pervert. Akeno-san is doing something similar actually. I'm surrounded by lovesick fools.

...The next day we headed back to the training area...but an unexpected guest is here. What the hell is...

"Hello everyone!"

"Erm...what are you doing here?"

Master asks in wonder. It is a weird thing for this person to suddenly appear like this. Serafall-sama steps forward and places her hands on this persons shoulders.

"Ma-tan, Raynare-chan, Sakura-chan. This person is a new member of my peerage! Please get along with her!"

No way...she's apart of Serafall-sama's peerage!? Everyone became hugely shocked at this outcome. Who would've predicted such an outcome!?

"Lets get along from now on!"

We all ask in shock. We all can't believe that she's on Serafall-sama's peerage!?
