Chapter 31 – Calm Before the Storm.

"Hello Brother," Luis Alcazar said grinning, "I trust that if you are watching this that you somehow made it through the night—such a pity. Did you really think that you could shut me out of the business and I'd just go crawl into a hole and die somewhere? I will not stop until everything is mine, including that sweet wife of yours."

Skye glanced at Lorenzo and he held her hand. Luis was supposed to be in a secured mental hospital. Heads are going to roll for this. me? No?

"Hello Sonny," Manny said slowly, "Remember Well maybe you remember my brother Mateo; the one you mistook for me and murdered. That was a very big mistake, one you will pay for dearly. And Jason, my big puppet, not only am I going to make your wife a widow, but I will also make her mine and as for Sam, she died fast. While I appreciated her vigor in wanting to take down Jason, she made a fatal mistake. I let her attack Tess for double-crossing her, but Elizabeth is off-limits. She's mine," he said menacingly.

Luis interrupted. "Enjoy your last night of peace. Tomorrow is going to be a bitch," he said laughing.

No one said a word at first and just stared at each other.

"The department is willing to seal off the roads leading to the house, but for the most part, you're on your own."

"We appreciate your help, but this is our battle. I think you should stand back," Sonny said quietly.

"Suit yourself," Ronnie said.

Sonny doesn't want them saying he is responsible for officers being killed. It is best to keep the lines separate.

Jason strode into the exercise room and then took a seat on one of the benches as he contemplated the best way to handle their defense.

Liz walked in and sat next to him and held his hand. "I wish there was something I can do to help."

Jason sighed. "Elizabeth, you know I will die before I let him take you right?"

She nodded. "I'll stay in the panic room with Tess if you want, but part of me wants to fight," Liz said angrily. They had lost good men and Tess had almost been killed twice.

Jason smiled. "Thanks for saying that, but if I know you're safe, I can focus better."

"Okay."

He leaned over and kissed her. "I've missed you." Their kiss quickly became heated and they moved to the bench next to them which is slanted.

Liz got up and locked the door and then they took their clothes off and she straddled Jason as he touched her, making her moan loudly. They kissed ravenously as they passionately explored each other's bodies. Jason plunged his fingers into her as she moved up and down against his hand. "You're so wet baby," he said softly as Liz mewled contently. "I want to fuck you so hard."

Liz gasped as he grabbed her hips and she lowered herself onto him and once she stretched for him, she bounced up and down, grabbing the back of the bench to give her extra leverage so she could thrust harder and go faster.

Jason didn't want it to end. He grabbed her hips and stilled her as he kissed her succulent lips. "Stand up," he whispered. He got up too and then said, "Get on your knees."

She did as she was told and tucked her legs under her. Jason groaned at how hot she looked and then speared into her hard. Liz made high pitched noises as he stroked in and out of her and knowing that he couldn't hold on much longer, he thrust one last time and then paused before moving so fast and hard that Liz screamed out his name as the orgasm overtook her body. Jason followed behind shortly and once they had calmed, he pulled out and sat on the other bench and she moved to his lap as she smiled.

"What?" he said rubbing her back.

"I really like sex," she said quietly.

Jason laughed. "Trust me, I have no problem giving you what you want."

Liz grinned.

"What is your favorite thing?" he asked staring into her eyes.

Liz blushed and lowered her gaze.

"Baby, you don't have to be embarrassed to talk to me. I want to know."

Liz's eyes seemed to change color as expression turned naughty and she said, "I like it hard."

Jason bit his lip. She is so fucking hot. He leaned his head down and kissed her gently at first and then deepened it.

Jason wanted her again, but he needs to get back to the guys. "I can't wait until this is all over. I hate not being able to be with you when I want too."

"Me too," she said laying her head back down.

The guys retreated to the man cave to plan. There are a lot of things to consider. Since Skye and Elizabeth are the targets, everyone needs to work together to protect them. The only good thing is that they aren't close to any residential areas and won't have to worry about it spilling over. That will hopefully keep the cops away.

Sonny cleared his throat, "Is there any way we can find Luis before this starts?" He felt bad that because of his mistakes, Elizabeth will be targeted by Manny.

Lorenzo shook his head. "No. I have no idea where he is, but I have a feeling he is close. He'll probably attack soon and I'm not so sure that we're prepared."

"We're already stocking up weapons. The property is large. We tried to fill some gaps with cameras but if they want in, they'll get in," Johnny said. This is going to be a very aggressive attack; perhaps bombs will even be detonated.

Jason sighed thinking about the mess that is about to occur. "We need grenades and AK's."

"I'll have Carlos bring what we have over," Lorenzo said. He deals in arms trading, so they have a variety of weapons along with a lot of ammunition.

"Should we stay in one place?" Sonny asked. Part of him didn't want that because then they'd all be sitting ducks.

"Honestly, I think that would be best. Considering we only have so many men, we can't be spread too thin," Jason said, "I know that's taking a risk but I think it's one we should take."

"I agree," Lorenzo said firmly. "We'll take a stand together."

Everyone was quiet as they digested the conversation.

"How are you feeling?" Liz asked Tess.

"I'm okay. I have morning sickness, but other than that I'm just a little tired."

Liz nodded.

"So, how are things with you and Jason?"

"We're doing great. Everything has been crazy so we haven't been able to spend a lot of time together, but we did get to talk when he first came back."

"And…" Tess said mischievously.

Liz blushed.

"That good?"

Liz laughed. "It was fantastic."

Tess grinned. "I'm so happy for you."

"And how are you and John doing?"

"Good. I feel silly that I overreacted."

"Tess, your hormones are probably doing you in right now. I'm just glad that everything worked out. You two are my favorite couple beside my parents."

"John has to go on tour in a few months. I was thinking that I'd come and stay with Claudia while he's gone."

Liz's eyes brightened. "Really? That would be awesome."

"I still can't believe I'm going to have a baby. I hope I don't screw her up."

Liz's eyes grew big. "Her?"

"Just a feeling."

"You'll be fine. I think motherhood is going to suit you very well."

"When are you and Jason going to start trying?"

Liz grew quiet.

"What's wrong?"

"I'm not sure if I can have kids. When I was younger, I was beaten pretty badly and they told me that it probably wouldn't happen."

Tess grabbed her hand. "I'm so sorry. And I'm sitting here going on and on."

Liz smiled. "No Tess, please don't hold back with me. I'm so happy you are pregnant and I love talking about everything with you."

Tess hugged her. "Okay, but you say something if it's too much."

They pulled apart. "Deal," Elizabeth said firmly.
