Confronting pasts is hard!

"Right, so why am I here again?"

That little Loli Cao Cao spoke to me in an annoyed tone. She was leaning against a wall with Vali near her, glaring very harshly. Cao Cao was also looking back at her, with such hostility. Well, that's what happens when rivals get together. But it was on my request.

Unfortunately, right now...I don't have the full abilities that I once possessed but if I have two Longinus users with me, it wont be so bad. Both of them are in love with my Otouto. And if they hurt him then they die painfully and slowly.

But that doesn't matter right now. For this, I need some muscle, and these two will do. They aren't connected to the Three Factions, and they are technically outlaws right now. Divine Dividing and True Longinus. Its been awhile, since I last saw these gears. The last Hakuryuukou I met was a total bitch, and the same for the True Longinus user. Ugh, they both pissed me off.

Either way, I called them to this neutral ground so I can have a chat with them.

"Before this starts, Vali. Where is Sora exactly?"

I just hope she isn't doing anything bad, as she is someone I care about as well. Since I gave the egg to Makoto too look after in the first place.

"With Le Fay and the rest of my team, playing with her Youkai."

Playing with her Youkai...playing with Bikou and Kuroka. I had heard that Sora does play with them...in a vicious savage beating type of way. Well, I would feel more sorry, but Kuroka calls Makoto a whore and Bikou, well I've heard that he calls Makoto "The Hakuryuukou's Slut" or something like that. Fucking bastards calling Makoto a slut, when he isn't a slut...

"Back to why we are here Chelia."

She's really impatient, that True Longinus user. Showing an impatient face doesn't effect me short stuff.

I brushed the bangs out of my face and answered her query.

"Cao Cao, Vali. I have called you here today because we are going on a little trip together. I'm sure that it wont take much out of your time. But there might be some fighting. Vali, doesn't that make you feel moist down there?" She glared as I smirked, then I looked at Cao Cao with a small smirk as well. "And Cao Cao, you might learn some useful information, who knows. You've been asking about Makoto lately, wanting to know his origins, haven't you?"

Vali closed her eyes and didn't answer me. Cao Cao's ears perked up, as if she's interested in what I have to say.

"That's right." She replied, twirling her ringlet. "I am curious. You and him, are very mysterious. There's recordings of you that go along way back. I want to know, what are you meant to do in the ending that the bastard Akihiko talked about once? What are your roles in his ploy? What's your relationship with him anyway? Why did he target these children in the first place?"

Akihiko...that monster huh. Yeah, he certainly does like talking big, when he's a bastard who will die...I will make sure that person meets his end. But she's asking some good questions at least. I can't deny that she's not sharp. She's asking some good, honest questions that most would ask as well.

I gave Cao Cao a little look over before shaking my head.

"I could tell you, or I could keep it to myself. I know what he plans, as he is a sadist. Don't you believe that the children have suffered enough? The past is in the past anyway. It doesn't have a relevance in this day and age."

"Perhaps. But, why keep it a secret? Wouldn't it be better to share?"

She argued, trying to get information out of me.

But I wagged my finger at her.

"Its not only I who keeps secrets around here."

She raised her eyebrows in suspicion.

"What could you possibly be talking about?"

"I think you know." I crossed my arms, giving a stare of annoyance. "I know of your plans Cao Cao. I know what you are intending to do, for the most part. But I'm not going to say anything, as I have more bigger fish to fry." I then pointed my hand at her. "But I will tell you now. If you endanger Makoto in anyway, then the Maou's and the Three Factions will be the least of your worries. Because darling, I'm a true nightmare, dressed like a lovely daydream."

She looked shocked at my threat. She narrowed her eyes as I walked over to her. She clearly wasn't expecting me to be threatening, and usually I'm not, but when pushed too it...I can be very threatening.

When to her, I placed my hand on her shoulder and gave a sincere, but it was fake, smile. Seeing that smile, she broke away from my hand and turned away, her hands shaking slightly.

"So, what is it you wanted?"

"Like I said, we're going on a little trip. We're going to see an old 'friend' and see what he has to say about this matter. I'm sure that he might have something to say about the current events. And even if he doesn't, I would still feel better if I have two strong Longinus possessors in my midst. True Longinus, and Divine Dividing. I couldn't think of anything safer...that doesn't involve the Three Factions right now."

"This old 'friend' of yours. Wouldn't happen to be another project, right?"

Vali questioned, giving me a once over. She's clearly interested. I suppose for a battle maniac, we projects are something that interests her. I would like her to try and go against me, it would be interesting. I'm sure I could take her, and Cao Cao...maybe not together at this current time, but certainly separately.

Well, I don't know what's going to happen from now on. I don't even know what's going on with Akihiko right now. Aina, Mii, Yukine. Each time I think about them, it makes me feel very shit. And if he gets the others...I can't even think...what he's going to do...

I nodded.

"That's right. He's an old project like myself and Makoto and the others. You could say, he's the counter to us. Strange, I haven't seen him in awhile, but I can already feel like he's pissed. Hehe, I wonder what that's about~?"

I giggled, but felt a sense of dread inside of myself. I'm sure he'll be angry at me, but it doesn't matter. All I want to do is warn him, and make sure that he doesn't try anything against my comrades, and more importantly, Makoto.

They looked at me like I had two heads, before sighing at me. Cao Cao opened her mouth and made a dubious face.

"Okay, you need us to go with you, but what do we get out of it? I mean, really? Besides a chance for death, I don't know what I'm getting out of this."

"I will protect you, that's what."

They both opened their eyes wide at my answer. Vali made slit eyes at me.

"What are you talking about? Protect us from what? I don't need your protection, besides from yourself..."

Hehe, I might've scared Vali-chan with all of the things I've done~ That's right, I'm totally badass~ I even kick the shit out of Dragons! Even Evil Dragons aren't out of my reach~! Wanna go again Crom Cruach!? Hahaha!

Seeing my happy face, they both raised eyebrows.

"Alright, what's with the creepy face. Its even more creepy than the battle face I wear."

"That makes me feel sad Vali-chan."

I sobbed out, attempting to dry my tears with my kimono's sleeve.

Being compared to Vali's battle face. It makes me feel like I've done something wrong when I haven't lately. I've been good lately! I haven't messed up Makoto's life or anything! He even has a harem this time around...kuku, I wonder what Asuna would say about it...Asuna...

They both sweatdropped at me. So, I gave a sigh.

"No, maybe I didn't make myself clear. When I said protection, I meant about you...being with...Makoto. Vali, Cao Cao. You realize what you are right? Outlaws. If you continue being that, then Makoto will also get into trouble. That's why, I will make sure that you can be with him...don't you also wish for that?"

""But of course.""

They answered in unison. Then they looked at one another slyly. These girls, I don't know what I'm going to do with them. Well, at least these two want my Makoto. That's good, because they can actually stop doing what they are doing and be with him. God knows he deserves it after everything...

"Then, you'll be able to do it. I'm already working on away for you two to be with him. Its, something I need as well. So, Vali, Cao Cao. Are you going to come with me? No, let me put it this way. Will you work with me, to help Makoto? Save him from Akihiko? If this continues, Akihiko will get to him...I already see the darkness spreading in his heart."

I spoke out bitterly. I already know what's going on inside...Makoto snapping at people, then immediately regretting it. Its only a subtle thing for now. But I know that Akihiko is...he is turning him...

"Then what are we waiting for?"

"Exactly what the White Dragon said. Come on Chelia, if its for him, I'm ready."

My, so quick to change. Damn Makoto, you must be an amazing lover. Its because he's so sweet, adorable, cuddly, cute and everything that's good about this world! I wonder if this time is different...maybe Makoto wont be turned...but there's always a chance...bastard Akihiko...little bastard.

I smiled to myself and bent my neck.

"Then lets go. We've got some talking to do today. My, this is going to be interesting." I clicked my fingers, and activated a magic circle on the ground. They looked at it and back at me as I explained. "This magic circle will take us to the territory. He's expecting us. But even then, I don't expect a warm welcome. At best, he wont attack. But if I was you both, I would activate Balance Breakers, or whatever."

[Vanishing Dragon Balance Breaker!]

Vali immediately activated Balance Breaker, equipping that dazzling armour as Cao Cao got out her spear. I see she isn't using Balance Breaker. Confident I see. Well, that will change if we are attacked. Either way, even if there is a chance to an attack, I still need to see this through.

"By the way." Vali started, looking at Cao Cao. "I'm only ever going to work with you right now. If it concerns Ma-kun, then I am willing to put my personal feelings about you aside. But as soon as this is resolved, I will go back to hating you."

"Hmph." Cao Cao smirked, fingering her skirt. "I wouldn't have it any other way. Yes, that makes us rivals, doesn't it?"

"Don't flatter yourself. You aren't a rival of mine, whether that be fighting, or for Ma-kun's affections."

"Haha, if that's what you believe. Although, I have history with him, you don't."

Ooh yeah, about that...

Pull!

"Yeow!" Cao Cao exclaimed, shedding a tear. "Why are you pulling my ear!? It hurts Chelia! Stop it this instant!"

"That's for even contacting Makoto when he was younger! Preferably, I wouldn't of let him get involved with the supernatural. But in the case he did, I placed him with the Sekiryuutei."

"Yeah, about that. Why did you place Ma-kun with the Sekiryuutei?"

Vali asked me. I gave a slanted smile.

"Sorry, but that's between me and me. I have my reasons for placing him with the Sekiryuutei. But the main reason, would be protection. And you might think I'm insane, but I have insider knowledge about what's to come."

They both opened their eyes a little wider and gave me questioning looks. I closed my eyes and walked to the circle. I know the score, I know what's to come. If they think that what's happened so far is tough, then that's going to seem like a roller coaster to the hell that's to come. Especially for...yes, for him. Makoto...I'm sorry...I wish I could protect you...but sometimes, even Aneki can't keep you safe...I hate it.

I cracked open an eye and regarded them and pointed to the circle.

"Are you coming? I would like to get this out of the way."

"Hmph."

"Yeah."

They both agreed with grunts and stepped inside the circle. I was going to start the circle, but I faced both of them with a very serious look on my face.

"Cao Cao, Vali. While I appreciate this, you can't inform Makoto, at all. Not one word gets back to him about what's happening between us. I'm being serious here, if you tell him, I will make sure you can't ever see him again. I have the power to do these things!"

They both shook and nodded fast.

Hehe, I guess Makoto is someone worth it if they aren't going to disobey my orders. Isn't it great...I wonder what Okaa-sama would say if she saw this now? Would she...be angry or proud of me? Okaa-sama...I'm trying, I really am trying to keep your baby boy safe. But its proving more and more difficult as time goes on...I wish you was here right now...I miss you...

"Good, I'm glad. Now, lets be off~!"

I clicked my fingers and activated the circle. Lights danced around us, in all of their glory. When the lights finally stopped dancing, they shot into all of us, teleporting us out of here.

When my eyes readjusted, I found myself to be in a white room. A very bright room indeed, and there's some drawings on the wall...shit. He has those things huh...he actually kept those things...I'm sure they are real. They aren't illusions.

I kept looking around the room...I saw a large table in the middle, with two large chairs at the front of the table, and at the opposing end. I guess that's for me and the other guy.

Nothing else seems to be in the room, apart from double doors behind and in front of us. This is even a windowless room. No light huh. Like the cages. Are you trying to replicate our prison? If it is, it isn't very nice. I mean, we haven't been through all of that just to replicate it on the outside...maybe he's doing it to punish me...it would make sense.

Suu.

I heard a small noise and the air vibrated in front of us. The air twisted and then formed something. The shape was of a humanoid and someone I am very familiar with. No, make that something I am too familiar with.

"W...Whats that?"

Vali gave a suspicious look towards the small child in front of us. Golden blonde hair, glasses that look a little big on his face and cute left green eye and right golden eye. Heh, so he kept the heterochromia. Well, usually he has green eyes and that's what he chose this time...but to go back to the heterochromia eyes...

"Hey, wanna play?"

The small child asks with an innocence he once had. Both Cao Cao and Vali give the child curious looks. I however wasn't fooled for a moment. It was only something called an illusion.

"Chelia, that's an illusion, right?"

"Yes, that isn't Makoto. Its just an illusion."

I agreed with Cao Cao. Then the illusion looked at me and smiled.

"Aneki, aren't you going to protect me from the bad man?"

...When hearing that, tears formed in my eyes but I willed them not to spill over them. He always said that to me...when he was imprisoned with me. Doing something like this is too cruel.

"...Stop it..."

I ordered, blinking back tears. I can't...I can't hear it again...even an illusion is something I can't deal with...an illusion of Makoto saying that makes me feel bad about it all...

"But, you promised to protect me from the bad man."

"I said stop."

The tears were getting harder to control. I know I did wrong, but to hear it again is something...I can't deal with. I had to live it once, I can't stand hearing it again. My failures. I can't live it again...it hurts too much...

The illusion adopts teary eyes and looks at me with that damn expression only Makoto can pull off and make me feel truly ashamed. Pure sadness.

"Aneki, what's the outside like?"

"STOP!"

BREAK!

I shattered that illusion with my negating power and controlled my tears. To many, that doesn't seem like something bad. But to me, it makes me feel like a failure as his elder sister.

I took a deep breath, to calm myself before looking around annoyed.

"Come out! I'm not playing your games today! I have something to discuss with you like I previously stated in my message! Now come out, and lets talk!"

I waited for about half a second before the air vibrated again. Only this time, there was a young man, around my age stood in front of one of the chairs. He has long hair, which is a shade of red, but not like the Gremory clan, with two of his bangs falling on his shoulder. He's wearing what appears to be formal clothing and has the usual cold look in his eyes and a threatening aura.

Upon seeing him, I saw the two helpers of mine visibly stiffen. Yeah, he has that affect on people. Vali and Cao Cao both move towards me, as if they are protecting me.

"The level of this aura is..."

"...Damn it, I don't think I've felt something like this before. Not as strong as Ophis, but still..."

Vali and Cao Cao made complicated expression. It makes sense, since they most likely must be confused about the level of power before them. Good thing I keep my own power hidden most of the time...

I took a few step forward and rested my hand on one of the chairs.

"Its been awhile, Vanargand."

He raised his head curiously, as if trying to figure something out.

"Yes, it certainly has been, Chelia. I see the years have been kind to you. You still look as beautiful as ever."

"And you. I'm glad to see you well."

We greeted one another, as kindly as we could. Although, I could sense the hostility in his voice. Every word that dripped from his lips, felt like a bullet going into me. It felt horrid, but I couldn't let it show on my face. I need to stay strong right now.

He gestured to the seat with nearly no emotion on their faces.

"Have a seat."

Following his advise, I sat down and composed myself. He also sat down, wearing his usual face that doesn't show much emotion. Its strange, seeing this person again. After what happened, I didn't believe I would see him again, but I have done.

"Vanargand, I assume that you're already aware of what's going on?"

I started off the conversation. He nodded at me with a serious face.

"I do." He stated, glancing over my two protectors behind me. "I see you brought the Hakuryuukou and True Longinus users with you. Is there a reason for that? Do you perhaps not trust me?"

I waved, denying his words.

"It isn't anything like that. I just thought that you should know that I am not leaving myself open for an attack. These two, are only here as observers of this little conversation, nothing more, unless you start acting hostile."

He glanced at my two protectors again and eyed them up, before shrugging his shoulders.

"It matters not. I want to say before this starts, if your friends come here and try and take me back, then I will kill them. Those little projects of Akihiko's do not concern me a single bit. They aren't my comrades like they are too you. Aina, Mii, Yukine and the others, don't mean shit to me. They aren't anything to me but nuisances."

I see, the same as always. I should've expected him to start like that. He has that type of personality after all. Yeah, I shouldn't of expected anything different from this guy here.

"I understand. But you also understand that if you involve yourself and kill them, then I wont hold back. If anyone from our previous life dies by your hands, then you die by my hands. Don't get me wrong, I do care about you a lot, but I also care about those children. I would be issuing the same threat if they said things similar to what you said."

He closed his eyes and gave no indication to what he was thinking about. Maybe the threat I issued. I don't like threatening. In fact, I make it a point to avoid it. But sometimes it is necessary. I wont have those children harm one another anymore. All of them, don't need to be like this.

Vanargand eventually opened his eyes and acknowledged what I said with a passing glare.

"If that's what you say, then I wont deny that even I quake a little. But why are you here again?"

"I've come to warn you." I began, shifting in place. "Vanargand, I know your feelings towards me and the others. But you were also apart of those experiments, just as much as Makoto, myself and the others. And that means, Akihiko will also target you. Maybe not right away because he can't face you or I alone yet. But you need to understand, that man is getting more and more dangerous. He will gather power and eventually, not even you will be safe."

Even though I said it with concern, he didn't even looked fazed by it.

"Let him come. It does not matter if he comes for me. I wont allow myself to lose to such a being again. I will murder him with my very own two hands. I might've been captured last time, my life put on hold for hundreds of years but I-"

"Wait." Cao Cao interrupted, clearly confused. "What does...Vanargand there mean by hundreds of years?"

Vanargand openly sighs and runs a hand through his hair.

"Did Chelia not tell you? How long do you really think we were in that hell for?"

"She didn't, and I haven't a clue. Maybe...twenty years?"

I bowed my head. I wish it was that long...but no. It was way longer than that. I wish it was only twenty years. It would've made things less complicated in my eyes. Twenty years doesn't even scratch at the surface.

Hearing Cao Cao's answer, Vanargand openly laughed.

"Hahaha! Such an imagination! Twenty years huh. That would've been a vacation for such a thing. Try hundreds of years of torture, misery and incarceration. You couldn't even begin to imagine what us experiments went through."

When hearing the truth, both Vali and Cao Cao looked shocked by it. It is pretty shocking, and that is why I didnt tell them. I don't want sympathy. I only want to be free from all of this. Just to live a normal life...just to experience it at least once...

"Chelia, is he speaking the truth?" Vali questioned me. I could only give a response by nodding. Seeing that, Vali dipped her head low. "So, you and Ma-kun experienced hundreds of years of torture and pain?"

"That's exactly it. All of us were playthings for that man for over at least 300 years."

When I said that, she opened her eyes wide. Even Vali seemed shocked by it. I suppose to people like them, its hard to conceive being tortured for so long, as they aren't even near that age. Such youngsters. Although, I am technically that age, physically anyway.

"D-Did you say 300 hundred? How is Akihiko still alive? Isn't he a human?"

I inclined my head at Cao Cao's query.

"Remember what happened to Makoto when the last time he and Akihiko met during the summer?" They both nodded at me so I explained. "Then, imagine him going through that quite a number of times, falling into temporary comas and losing some memories which I always restored. He drew the very life force from Makoto, making himself younger and increasing his power at the same time. And he knew that each time he took life from Makoto, I would restore it because I didn't want him to die. Even if it was cruel on my part, I didn't want Makoto to die so I always used Senjutsu to restore his life force. All I couldn't do was stop him from losing his mind..."

I had to trail off, and kept looking towards Vanargand and the floor interchangeably. It wasn't just me and Makoto that suffered those long years of isolation and pain. But I will never be ashamed of admitting that he was always my number one priority. He was always the one I cared about the most, even if that sounds heartless of me.

"So, how old are you, really? If he said over three hundred, you must be a little over that."

I smirked and looked at Vali who asked me that.

"I'm over three hundred, and less than two thousand. Take your pick on where I am on that scale. I could be 301 years old or I could be 1999 years old. I could even be anywhere between those two digits. But a lady never reveals her age~"

They both sweatdropped as I giggled. I'm not going to tell them my age. That's between me and me. My age is my business and I am not going to reveal it to them girls.

"So, Ma-kun is around that age as well?"

"He is but we are physically teenagers, around your ages." I answered Vali calmly and collectedly. I then faced Vanargand. "Sorry, we went off topic then. So yes, I came to warn you that you are on his list. Don't be mistaken though. I am sure you don't care about it, but if he captures all of us, then the world will be at stake. No matter what you think of me, and the others. This world, is everything to us...no, it wouldn't even be this world that's at stake. Other worlds as well. Do you really seek us to be destroyed like this?"

"I do not seek anything other than solace right now."

He answered back with a head dip.

That's what he seeks right now huh. Something simple as solace? That makes me feel...relieved on some level. Call it strange. Call it abnormal but that's what I seek right now.

"We all seek solace Vanargand. It was inhumane what happened to all of us. It was something that shouldn't of happened. But it did, and we all have to deal with it. And again, its happening. He already has three of us. Doesn't that pull at your heartstrings?"

"No, it doesn't. Its not you or Makoto. I don't care about the rest."

"I see. Then that's your choice. But what if Makoto, or me get captured?"

I queried from him. He however released a breath.

"I didn't state it clearly. I USED to care about you. No more. Not after everything that has happened. I don't care about either of you. For all I care, you both can die like that Asuna of his."

...What did he say...

He talked about Asuna...

Don't Chelia. Don't get pissed...don't attack...

"Shut up Vanargand!" I barked, raising my killing intent! "That girl, isn't anything to do with this discussion! She was an innocent victim! She didn't do anything! So don't bring her into this! She was only a victim!"

I argued. I can't believe he even brought her into this. She hasn't gotten anything to do with this right now. She was innocent and she was killed for no reason, and those children...it makes me feel horrible that I wasn't there. But for him to even mention something about it...

My blood was boiling at best...it really made me feel angry towards him. Bringing sweet innocent Asuna into this. She didn't deserve anything...she only met and fell in love with a guy, and he fell in love with her...and now she's gone...I wish I could turn back time, and save her...

He lowered his head, his hair shadowing his eyes, giving him a creepy dark expression.

"And so where we. We were victims but unlike her, we still live. She's gone from this world. Hey, wasn't it you and Makoto that almost destroyed the world because of something like that?"

Hearing that, both Vali and Cao Cao eyed me up with wide eyes. Hmmmmm, its not something I like talking about. We were victims of Akihiko then as well. The darkness, always inside our hearts. Even breaking free, the lingering darkness remains.

"I'm not proud of it...but yes. That was a dark time for everyone concerned. Me, Makoto, and the others as well. We didn't destroy the world though, evident on how it is still here. So, I ask that you don't bring that back up, thank you."

"Haha, as evasive as ever Chelia. But its fine, I'm used to such a thing. Now, if you don't have anything else too add. Could you please leave before I get pissed off? I suddenly feel very sick."

I narrowed my eyes and stood up.

"For now, I shall leave. But Vanargand, take heed to my warning. He will come for you as well. No matter what you think about me and the others, he will come for you and if you face all of us, not even you would be able to win."

"I heard, and while I thank you for the warning, it wasn't needed. Chelia, get out of my home and don't come back."

So he wants to play it like that huh. Well, that's also fine for now I guess.

I activated a magic circle and walked over with Vali and Cao Cao. Both of them are on guard and keep their eyes solely on the man with a cold stare in his eyes. When entering the circle, I looked back at Vanargand.

"What happened to you?"

It was a single, yet powerful question. It was a question I had to ask for myself personally.

His eyes turned even colder, like ice. That stare is going into my very soul. I felt cold inside, seeing it. I wanted to turn and run, but I didn't and stayed perfectly still, staying as cool as a cucumber.

"I was abandoned by the people I thought loved me. What happened to you?"

I teared up and looked away, ashamed of everything.

"Everyone that ever meant anything to me was killed before my eyes. That's what happened to me."

"Poor you. Would you like a tissue to dry the fake tears?"

I looked back at him to see him playfully smirking at me.

"If that was a joke then it wasn't funny Vanargand. You know that I don't cry fake tears. Vanargand, can I say anything to convince you that I am sorry about what happened in the past?"

Both Vali and Cao Cao threatened in the defence of Makoto. Hearing that Vanargand laughed to himself. And as the two heard his laugh, the raised their killing intent to the extreme! "Vali, Cao Cao. Disarm for now."

"Hohoho, so I have come to visit."

Odin-sama the geezer is laughing loudly in the VIP room located in the highest floor of the Hyoudou residence. Apparently he had business in Japan and came to this town just to pass by. It seems like this place which is controlled by the Three Great Power of Angels, Fallen Angels and Devils is much safer than other places. Well, Ophis-san already told me about him coming to this town and Loki as well.

Everyone in the Gremory group has gathered in my house. Azazel-sensei has showed up as well with Raynare-san with him this time. It seems she has been given more personal duties, as she is believed to be getting the promotion to Azazel-sensei's personal assistant. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing if I'm honest.

Sera-tan hasn't come back from the Underworld yet. So what she is doing must be important. Of course it is, since Loki is coming. Sera-tan seems to believe in me...but I can't tell the others, as I can't say where I got the information from.

After escaping Buchou and the others, we had to return here. When we got home, Buchou yelled at us for running away from her and promised to never leave her again...I don't know why she wanted us to do that.

Odin-sama is here, leering at the girls with large breasts. That includes Akeno-senpai and Buchou. Rossweisse-san seems to be happy to see me and also seems to be disappointed in Odin-sama's lecherous ways.

Then brainwash them. Next you send the Sacred Gear possessors to the place which has strong foes gathered….the crucial places where superior beings reside in. You continue that until you have someone who reaches Balance Breaker. When they reached it, you summon them by force through a magic circle."

Is...Cao Cao-san really doing that? Brainwashing people? No, she wouldn't...right? She wouldn't do something like that? Abduction...brainwashing...Cao Cao-san wouldn't do that...she is the one who is...she said that she wouldn't do things like that...when I questioned her...

Sensei continues.

"These are things no faction can do even if they thought about it. If I, who has an alliance with the Angels and Devils confronts them and do the same things at crucial locations, then that will signal the start of a war. So no one wished for that. "Either way, it's the terrorists Khaos Brigade's way to abduct humans like that and brainwash them to make them reach Balance Breaker."

"What kind of people do those kinds of thing?"

Sensei continues to answer Aniki's question.

"The regular Hero Faction members are the gathering of the great legendary yuusha and hero-sama's. Their physical bodies don't lose out either even against Angels or Devils. They also possess Sacred Gears and legendary weapons. On top of that, they have reached Balance Breaker, and on top of that they have a pushy Longinus which can even slay a God. From the reports, Hero faction has a strong will not to lay their hands on Ophis' snakes, so in terms of their power enhancement it still is unknown. But the brainwashing and the kidnapping alone gives me a bad omen."

"That's a damn lie!" I snapped at sensei! "They wouldn't do such things! There's...no reason to do such a thing. You can't presume things like that at all...without even talking with them..."

I started off strong, but ended weakly. I couldn't believe Cao Cao-san would do such a thing. She's...someone I love...she wouldn't brainwash people. Its exactly the same as Akihiko...isn't it? Koneko-chan also looked like she didn't like the talk and leaned her head on my chest. Ravel-san seemed to have a mixture of confusion and understanding on her face...I don't know how that happens.

Xenovia-senpai seems to be thinking intently about something. Her eyes have narrowed to slits and she has a book in front of her...she's writing something down, although I don't know what.

Poor Rossweisse-san seems to be very confused right now about what's going on. Its okay Rossweisse-san, we are all confused about the person that's known as Rias Gremory-senpai.

Akeno-senpai who would usually tease about it...stayed silent and didn't really look anyway...it must be her Otou-sama...poor Akeno-senpai, I wish I could help you.

When I thought that, both girls grinned, ear to ear, at me. Uuuuuu, I think that they might actually do something like that!

As I was thinking that, I saw Barakiel-san leave the room. Akeno-senpai visibly stiffened when he was leaving. You could tell that the tension is as thick as always. Aniki, seeing the saddened looking Akeno-senpai, goes over to her.

"Akeno-san, are you okay?"

Akeno-senpai stood up and went for the door.

"I'm sorry Ise-kun, I need to do something. I need some air."

While muttering that out, Akeno-senpai left the room. If I had to take a guess on what's happening...it would have to do with her Otou-sama. But for me, I don't have a place in Akeno-senpai's personal problems. Aniki is the person who can deal with Akeno-senpai's problems.

Aniki right now doesn't seem to be happy about it...well, I know that if someone I really cared about was upset, I would be as well. Well, I do care about Akeno-senpai like an Onee-sama but the kind of care Aniki has for her is something that's above that.

"I-I need to go now..."

Yumi-chan mumbled out and left the room. Then so did Asia-chan and Gasper-chan left together with Xenovia-senpai. Raynare-san dusted herself off, giving Aniki a little look before bowing her head and leaving.

Pretty soon, everyone left bar me and Aniki. I didn't know what to do at first. I felt like I should give him some space...but then I thought screw that and see what's going on with him personally.

I stood up and went over to him.

"Aniki, is Akeno-senpai's problem worrying you?"

I shrugged my shoulders and released a breath.

Even then, if you believe in this friend of yours, maybe he, or she, has a good reason for doing what he, or she, is doing. Maybe its something we Devils can't understand. I hate being the bad guy here, but if you come across this friend, who I presume is in the Hero Faction from what you've implied, then you might have to make some difficult choices if this person is really doing these things for the wrong reasons."

I nodded, blinking back the tears.

I knew she was right. If its between Cao Cao-san and the factions...which do I choose? I've known her longer than I've known about Devils. I always thought that Devils were bad creatures when I was originally human. Cao Cao-san said that she took care of bad Devils back then with her spear of Longinus. The spear used on Jesus-sama...

"I-I understand..."

I sighed/cried out softly. She's right of course. If its between good intentions and bad intentions, then good is going to prevail. Even if it means...I have to stop Cao Cao-san myself...

"But Ma-tan, its okay."

I gained a confused look and darted my eyes upwards towards her.

The Church Trio Watch Freddy Vs Jason!

It was just a typical day in the Hyoudou Household. And two friends were sat together, talking about random topics. But one girl with blue hair brought up an interesting topic.

"Hey Asia, I was thinking about what was happening during the meeting with Odin."

A blue haired girl with a green fringe sat down in the living room, facing her blonde haired innocent friend as the two conversed.

Said girl gave the warrior a confused look.

"W-What do you mean? Do you mean the tension between Akeno-san and her Otou-sama?"

Xenovia gave a defiant shake of her head, and picked up an ice cold drink.

"No. What Buchou was talking about before."

Asia put a hand to her head, trying to remember what happened before. She remembered the meeting, Makoto saying things in defence of the Hero Faction and something to do with Ravel and Koneko. But she didn't remember what Xenovia was referring too.

"Erm..." She said, speaking out her doubt. "I-I don't remember Xenovia-san."

Xenovia took a gulp of her drink and gently explained to the former nun.

"Remember, I heard that Buchou was talking about her being afraid of Freddy and Jason." Asia nodded, finally remembering but not really understanding what Xenovia was talking about. Xenovia cleared her throat and clarified. "Well, I went asking around and apparently, this Freddy and Jason are in the movies. And, they have even converged and made a movie together. If we learn the secrets of this movie, then we can drive off Buchou and have Ise all to ourselves. Raynare said it was based on real life as well."

Xenovia said it with pride in her voice, clearly not knowing that the Fallen Angel was only lying to them for her own agenda, whatever that might be. But Xenovia also had her agenda, mainly to corner the Boosted Gear wielder and have offspring with him.

Asia however was confused. She didn't understand why Xenovia would ask her to watch this movie with her. And she didn't understand why she thought that Asia would be interested in driving off Buchou and making Ise hers.

"But Xenovia-san...I am in love with Makoto-san. I...don't want to hurt Buchou-san...and I don't want Ise-san...so I don't think I will..."

Xenovia crossed her arms, not liking what Asia was saying.

"But we're friends. And I don't know what these creatures are capable of. Trust me Asia. If you watch this film with me..." She proceeded to produce the DVD of the aforementioned film which she stole from Ise's room. "...I will help you in the art of seduction. You never know, by this time tomorrow, you could have Makoto begging for you to let him take your virginity once I give you the secrets."

Xenovia was bluffing. She was fairly innocent in the ways of sex. She only knew what she read in Ise's private collection...and those aren't exactly good reference material to real love making.

Asia though, being so innocent and jumping at the chance of learning more things to forward her relationship with Makoto, believed every word the blue haired warrior said and jumped up excitedly.

Xenovia smirked in triumph.

She knew she had gotten Asia to do something for her, again. It became something of a constant when Xenovia wanted Asia to do something. She would mention Makoto and Asia would become weak in the knees, wanting to know how she can get the object of her affection.

Just then, someone came into the room with a jolly step in her walking.

"Hello everyone! It is I, Irina come to brighten your day!"

Her entrance...was less than stellar. Her eyes were glowing very creepily and she was showing a sunny disposition that she usually wears.

Irina was carrying a box of popcorn and a large diet coke in her hands. Her Angel wings were out and they were flapping away happily as if responding to the girls inner joy she always seems to have.

She walked over to the blue haired and blonde haired girls who are excitedly ready to watch the film. Xenovia changed from looking at Asia to Irina and gave a slight smile, not giving her true intentions away.

"Irina, Asia and I are about to watch a movie that is going to help us get our respective love interests. Asia is doing it for Makoto and I am doing it for Ise. I promised Asia to teach her all I know about the art of seduction and I am willing to teach you if you come and watch. Would you perhaps join us?"

Irina was taken back by the question and her thoughts immediately went to her "Ma-chan" who she loves very much. She knew that she wasn't the most experienced when it came to love and lust. And she knew that some girls like Raynare and Serafall had more ability in the art of seduction than she did. So, if she can get some tips, she was all for it.

"Okay! So, what are we watching?"

Xenovia proceeded to tell the brunette about the film from Xenovia's knowledge of it which was...hazy at best. She knew the basic outline of it being about killers, but she didn't understand about the ways they killed and how gory it would be.

Upon hearing it, Irina had mixed emotions. The tom boy in her was all for it, as heroes(?) saved the day from the bad people. But the girl in her was squeamish about seeing people dying.

"Erm...a-and this will h-help with getting Ma-chan?"

Irina was unsure of it all. She didn't understand why a movie about death would help her get closer to Makoto. But Xenovia showed an interested smile.

"That's right. Once you watch this film, he will be on his knees before you after I tell you the information. I heard from Serafall-sama that he's very handy with his tails. He could give you a tail-job."

While Xenovia had a vague idea of what that meant, both Irina and Asia weren't really sure about what a tail-job actually was. But surprisingly, Irina went against her faith and simply nodded in agreement.

"Okay! Lets watch the film!"

Xenovia stood up, and put the film in the DVD player. Then she went back over to the couch, sitting between Irina and Asia. Then together, they started watching the film while eating the popcorn Irina brought, as an unknown figure stood behind a door having heard the conversation, giggled to itself darkly.

The film continued for awhile, and all of the girls became more and more fearful, frightened. They couldn't even think of any pure thoughts as they watched the whole movie in silence, unintentionally clinging to one another for protection.

By the end of the film, all of the girls had different reactions. All of them were effected by it, but in different ways.

"One two, Freddy's coming for my shoes...three four, he's at my door...five six, I can't touch my crucifix...seven eight, I have to stay up mate...nine ten...I can't sleep again..."

Asia was in floods of tears, singing the same creepy song over and over again. She was rocking back and forth, singing the song inaccurately, and fearfully. The light in her eyes was pretty nonexistent at this point. It was like...she had been scarred for life.

"...They are worse than the squirrels...Freddy's severed head winked at me...Jason wants to chop me up...don't worry Durandal...you're safe with me..."

Xenovia was frightened out of her mind but she was fairing better than Asia was currently. She could only mutter certain sentences that only made sense to her. Xenovia at this point had out Durandal and kept hugging and petting it as if it was a child that she was comforting.

Finally for Irina...things were more complicated.

"A-All of the s-s-s-seeeeeeeeeeex! A-A-And the drugs! Even the swearing was soooooooo bad! Uuuuuuuuuuu! Michael-sama wouldn't like such things! T-They were doing naughty acts as the bad men kept slicing and dicing and killing and yelling! Uwaaaaaaaaaaah! Oh Lord Michael-sama, please guide all of the lost souls straight to Heaven and have them purified, amen!"

Irina put her hands together and prayed for the 'lost souls' from the movie while holding her cross upwards and crying heavy tears.

Xenovia with a fearful look turned to her longtime friend and gave a scared look.

"I-Irina, you did see the killing, yes?"

Irina nodded but didn't understand Xenovia's question.

"T-That's right. All of them were bad sinners!"

"So, you didn't mind...them killing people?"

Irina did a 'so-so' motion with her hand, holding the cross in the other.

Irina didn't mind the killing so much as she wasn't focusing on it. No, what she minded was that the humans were sinning! She didn't like how they were having sex before marriage or not being in love. She didn't like how they abused themselves with drugs. She didn't even like the unnecessary swearing that happened pretty much every five minutes. She didn't like all of these sinful acts that disgraced God who she worships.

BANG!

Suddenly, the door flung open. And what stood there appeared to be a man wearing a stripy red and black jumper and his skin had seen better days. The person had skin that looked he was in a fire, and he had some claws attached to one of his hands.

The girls saw him, and all thought one thing as their bodies froze on the spot, fear filling up their entire beings...

HELP!

Freddy(?) moved his fingers, the metal clinging together as he faced the scared girls.

"Ho ho ho~ I see me a good batch of innocent girls~ So, which one of you kiddies wishes to be torn to shred's first?"

Hearing that, the girls turned instantly pale. Asia's eyes leaked so many tears that a waterfall might be able to compete with it. Irina was praying to her new God and asked to be saved. While Xenovia, hugged Durandal even tighter for dear life. All three girls were shaking so much that it could've been from an earthquake, but their real reason because they were simply...afraid.

"Iyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! He's after my shoes! Makoto-saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan! Save me and my shoooooooooooooooooes!"

Asia fell unconscious almost instantly, swirls where were her eyes should be. Irina cried and looked at Xenovia who was frightened out of her mind. She couldn't even form a proper sentence by this point. But Irina being as brave as she was, summoned a light sword and went over to Xenovia.

"Xenovia...we need to keep ourselves safe..."

"I agree..."

Both Irina and Xenovia stood on shaky legs and looked towards the new foe with determination. Irina pointed her light sword at the new adversary and Xenovia gripped her Durandal very tightly in her hands.

"Freddy Krueger-san. You are something God would call evil and a menace. As Michael-sama's Ace, I shall team up with the user of Durandal to vanquish you from this very world!"

"Exactly what Irina said! Today Freddy Krueger, you shall face judgment and be exorcised just like the demonic squirrels should be! Prepare to go straight to Hell where you belong!"

The girls looked at one another, and gave a huge nod of their heads.

""Amen!""

They both charged Freddy(?) who cried and shook his hands!

"NO! NO! PLEASE! ITS ME!" Freddy's(?) body twisted and became another entity altogether. The figure was a girl with long black hair and black crow like wings from behind her. The person was none other than Raynare who had a very fearful face. "ITS RAYNARE! LOOK AT ME! PLEASE DON'T KILL MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

She was screaming at the top of her lungs. But both Xenovia and Irina didn't believe her for an instant and continued charging forward.

"YOUR TRICKS DON'T WORK WITH US FREDDY KRUEGER!"

"MICHAEL-SAMA WISHES YOU TO BE GONE!"

They both launched their assault on the victim Raynare.

""TIME TO BE EXORCISED!""

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"

Raynare cried and screamed and tried to get away as she was assaulted by the combined efforts of the Knight of Gremory and the Ace of Michael. But even with all of her training, she wasn't a match for the Knight and Ace as they continued to beat her.

...That day, Raynare learned to never scare the Church Trio again.
