Harry was jolted awake on Dudley's birthday by a persistent ringing that echoed through the room. Dazed and confused, he rubbed his eyes in an attempt to clear his blurry vision. However, the persistent ringing continued, urging him to investigate the source. Suddenly, a hovering screen materialized before him, illuminating the room with a faint blue light. The screen introduced him to a Arc of Embodiment training system, beckoning him to explore its secrets and unlock its full potential.

There won't be many changes until Hogwarts, which wouldn't be for a few chapters. This will be a Harem, but I won't say who will join.

Chapter 1

It had been almost a decade since the Dursleys discovered their nephew on their doorstep, yet Privet Drive remained unchanged. The sun shone on the neat front gardens, illuminating the brass number four on their front door. It filtered into the living room, almost identical to the night when Mr. Dursley saw the fateful news report about the owls. Only the photographs on the mantelpiece served as a reminder of the passing years. A decade ago, there were numerous pictures of what appeared to be a colossal pink ball adorned with differently-colored hats. However, Dudley Dursley was no longer an infant. Instead, the photographs displayed a substantial fair-haired boy riding his first bike on a carousel, enjoying a computer game with his father, and receiving hugs and kisses from his mother. The room did not indicate another boy residing in the house. Nevertheless, Harry Potter still slept there, but not for long. His Aunt Petunia was awake, and her piercing voice signaled the start of the day. Or at least, that was the intention.

At this time, Harry typically gets awakened by his unpleasant guardians. But today, he's already up and about, completing tasks that the adults should do, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. So why is he up earlier than usual? He was disturbed by incessant "dings" while sleeping, which continued until he was forced to wake up. Although he tried to go back to sleep, the sound persisted, and he had no other option but to get out of bed and change into his previously worn clothes.

After getting dressed, Harry went to the kitchen down the hall. The table was barely visible due to the numerous birthday gifts that Dudley had received. It was evident that Dudley had received the new computer he had wished for, in addition to a second television and a racing bike. Harry was puzzled as to why Dudley, who despised exercise unless it involved fighting, would want a racing bike, considering his size. Harry was Dudley's favorite punching bag, but he rarely managed to catch him. Despite his unassuming appearance, Harry was quick on his feet.

Harry paid no attention to the gift on the table. Instead, he directed his attention to a hovering screen while going to the kitchen to fix breakfast for his guardians. This unexpected event caught Harry off guard.

The screen reads:

Welcome to the Arc of Embodiment Training System, Harry Potter.

As Harry gazed at the screen with his name on it, his eyes widened in astonishment. But, of course, he couldn't tell if it was caused by magic or if it was reality. But, despite being ridiculed by his "guardians" for being different from a young age, he wasn't foolish. Harry shook his head frantically to make the screen vanish, but it remained visible.

Upon a quick shake of his head, Harry's attention was drawn to the screen before him, which had undergone a noticeable change.

The screen read:

Harry Potter: Wizard-in-training

Training: Available

Would you like to activate training mode?

Yes/No

Harry was hesitant to trust the system. His caution was likely a result of his difficult upbringing, living in a cramped and dark cupboard due to the mistreatment of his relatives. Despite being the same age as his peers, Harry's thin frame and knobby knees made him appear smaller and scrawnier than them. In addition, he had jet-black hair and bright green eyes and wore round glasses that were held together with copious amounts of tape due to the numerous times he had been punched in the nose by his cousin Dudley. The only feature Harry found appealing about his appearance was a lightning bolt-shaped scar on his forehead that had been present for as long as he could remember.

Despite the distracting nature of the screen, Harry resolved to ignore it, knowing it was in his best interest to do so. Neglecting his duty to prepare breakfast for the Dursleys would result in a terrible day for him, so he deemed it wiser to endure hunger and fatigue than face the consequences of neglect.

A few hours had passed, and the Dursleys had finished their meal, settling in front of the television to enjoy their evening. Meanwhile, Harry had returned to his cramped cupboard, which served as his sleeping quarters. A single glance at the space he was forced to inhabit would reveal the mistreatment and neglect he endured at the hands of the Dursleys. Harry had nothing to do, so he stared at the computer screen before him. He pondered whether or not to accept the offered training, hoping it might provide a path to escape the Dursleys and find a more fulfilling life elsewhere.

The screen read:

Harry Potter: Wizard-in-training

Would you like to activate training mode?

Yes/No

Harry's eyes fixated on the screen as he contemplated the training he was about to undergo. He wondered if he would have to leave his current residence and had several other questions in mind, but the system remained silent. At that moment, Harry realized the system was incapable of conscious thought. In hindsight, it was a reasonably obvious realization. After all, when had a system ever been sentient?

Harry pondered, "What do I have to lose? If I were to be removed from this place, it would be fantastic, but if not, it wouldn't make a difference. Perhaps this training in Arc of Embodiment could be my ticket out of here. It sounds like a magical experience." But, ultimately, Harry concluded that he had nothing to lose.

After carefully considering his options, Harry ultimately decided to accept the offer. However, as soon as he thought of the acceptance button, he noticed a sudden transformation on the screen before him.

The screen read:

Harry Potter: Wizard-in-training

Training Room: Available

Mentor: Jaune Arc of Arc of Embodiment

Completion time: 1 Year

He didn't know why, but Harry was excited to start training. He was so excited that he thought of clicking the Training Room without thinking of the consequences it could bring.

Something strange occurred in Harry's cupboard, accompanied by a sudden burst of light and a ringing sound. However, upon inspecting the area, one would find it empty. If the Dursleys were concerned for their nephew and cousin, they would have investigated the peculiar noise emanating from his "room."

(Nexus Point – After a few months of training with Jaune)

Jaune Arc and Harry Potter are in a pristine white room, its walls completely devoid of discernible features. The room emanated a soothing, ethereal glow, almost as if it existed outside the confines of reality. In the center of the room, a large, flat-screen television hung suspended in mid-air, its surface displaying myriad animated titles.

Curiosity piqued, Harry approached the floating screen. As he drew nearer, the titles became focused, revealing many action-adventure anime shows, each promising thrilling battles, daring quests, and supernatural encounters.

"Harry," Jaune said with a hint of excitement, "these animes are what you need to enhance your mastery over the Arc of Embodiment."

Harry, intrigued by the notion, nodded in agreement. "I'm willing to give it a try, Jaune."

As they settled into comfortable chairs before the floating screen, Jaune reached out, his hand passing through the screen as if it were made of mist. The selection interface materialized before them, displaying an extensive catalog of titles. Jaune scrolled through the options, expertly navigating the interface.

"Here we go," Jaune declared, his finger hovering over an anime called High School DxD. "This one is known for its action-packed battles and supernatural themes, plus it would lead you to something wonderful. It might help you explore different ways to channel your Arc of Embodiment."

With a nod, Harry's gaze fixed upon the screen as the first episode of High School DxD began to play. They were immersed in a world where humans, devils, and angels clashed in epic confrontations, their powers intertwining to create cataclysmic scenes of raw energy.

As they watched, Jaune provided commentary, explaining the techniques and strategies used by the characters. He pointed out how certain characters harnessed their inner strength, drawing parallels to Harry's journey in unlocking the potential of his Arc of Embodiment.

Next, Jaune queued up an anime called Danmachi, known for exploring a fantastical dungeon and the struggles of adventurers within them. This show offered a different perspective, showcasing the perseverance and resourcefulness needed to overcome daunting challenges.

As the episodes unfolded, Harry's eyes sparkled with newfound insights. He saw how the adventurers in Danmachi utilized their abilities and equipment inventively, improvising strategies on the fly. He began envisioning how such adaptability could be applied to his magical arsenal, refining his understanding of the Arc of Embodiment.

Hours passed by as they delved into one anime after another, absorbing the lessons and inspiration each provided. Their minds brimmed with ideas and newfound techniques, fueling their determination to become stronger.

In the ever-changing white room, Harry experienced the thrill of countless battles and the heights of supernatural power, all pursuing self-improvement. And though his surroundings remained ethereal, the impact of the anime training was tangible and transformative.

The screen faded to black as they finally stood up from their chairs, leaving Harry with renewed purpose. Jaune turned to Harry, a grin of satisfaction on his face.

"Harry, I can see that the shows gave you something to think about," Jaune said, clapping a hand on his friend's shoulder. "The Arc of Embodiment will flourish with your newfound understanding."

Jaune kindly shared some valuable insights on anime with Harry and watched more titles he might enjoy. Not stopping there, he also gave a plethora of literary materials ranging from light novels, manga, manhwa, manhua, and other related genres that could help Harry better grasp and apply the concept of Arc of Embodiment. On top of that, Jaune had a brilliant idea of introducing Harry to movies with impressive technologies, such as Marvel, which could further ignite his creativity and imagination as he explores the depths of his Arc of Embodiment.

(4 Privet Drive - After the year of training)

Harry's physical appearance remained unchanged despite being away for a long time. He looked just as skinny as usual, hiding any changes except that he no longer had his beloved scar. However, now that he knew what it represented, he had no regrets about losing it.

Jaune was amused when he heard from OTG that he would train Harry Potter to use the Arc of Embodiment. Using his own Arc of Embodiment, he created a slew of anime, manga, etc., to prepare Harry to use such an amazing gift. However, Jaune also made some pills for Harry to help him eliminate years of malnourishment, thanks to his relatives' mistreatment. Then he thought, "Why stop there? I can give him some of the pills I created to help RWBY and the others to strengthen their body beyond human limits".

Thus, the true appearance of Harry was hidden. He intended to reveal his current appearance once he departed from the Dursleys. He had received information he was not supposed to know, including that he would be attending Hogwarts soon. It was revealed that OTG had created the system to help him break his destiny. And he also got gifts from Jaune, including but not limited to a healthy body, a strong mind, and a massive magical reserve that is out of this world. Although not infinite like Jaune's, Harry's magical reserves were beyond imagination.

In the living room, as the telephone rang, Aunt Petunia hurried to answer it. At the same time, Uncle Vernon observed Dudley unwrapping his presents, which included a racing bike, a video camera, a remote control airplane, sixteen computer games, and a VCR. Dudley was even tearing off the wrapping paper from a new gold wristwatch when Aunt Petunia returned from the phone, appearing both concerned and agitated.

With a cautious glance, Harry cautiously peeked out from his cramped cupboard, his eyes scanning the surroundings to gauge the passage of time.

"I have some unfortunate news, Vernon," Aunt Petunia informed him. "Mrs. Figg has broken her leg and cannot care for him." She gestured towards Harry's cupboard.

Dudley was horrified as he opened his mouth. On his birthday, it was a tradition for his parents to take him and a friend to places like adventure parks, hamburger restaurants, or the movies. However, Harry was left behind every year with Mrs. Figg, a peculiar old lady who resided two streets away. Harry despised being there due to the overwhelming smell of cabbage and Mrs. Figg's insistence on showing him pictures of all her cats.

With a furious look at Harry, who was quite amused, Aunt Petunia asked, "Now what?" Harry realized he should feel sorry for Mrs. Figg's broken leg, but not seeing her cats for another year made it difficult; maybe he could help her fix her legs later. It would be bonkers when she realized that her legs were suddenly healed. Uncle Vernon proposed phoning Marge, but Aunt Petunia dismissed the idea, stating that she dislikes the boy.

Harry often felt invisible to the Dursleys as they spoke about him as if he couldn't hear them. They compared him to a disgusting slug that couldn't understand them. When Aunt Petunia mentioned Harry's friend Yvonne, who was on vacation in Majorca, she sounded irritable. Harry hoped they would leave him at home, where he could use his Arc of Embodiment to make things as a sort of training. This would be the first time he uses the ability without the guidance of Jaune, after all. However, Aunt Petunia refused, fearing that Harry would destroy the house.

Harry clicked his tongue hearing this. When Aunt Petunia suggested taking him to the zoo and leaving him in the car, Dudley began to cry loudly. Harry knew that Dudley wasn't crying, so he made him cry. He created an invisible mist using his Arc of Embodiment and sent it to Dudley. The moment he inhaled it, he cried his heart out. The mist is meant to show your biggest fear. Even though Aunt Petunia comforted Dudley and promised to protect him, Dudley would not stop crying. At least, not until Harry decided to retract the mist. Dudley was badly shaken, which made Harry snicker.

Aunt Petunia panicked when the doorbell rang, announcing the arrival of Dudley's best friend, Piers Polkiss, and his mother. Piers was a thin boy with rat-like features and often held people down while Dudley attacked them. Dudley stopped crying when Piers arrived, but he was still shaken. He needed to ensure his parents thought he was fine if he wanted to go to the zoo.

Harry felt incredibly lucky as he sat in the backseat of the Dursleys' car with Dudley and Piers, on the way to the zoo. It was his first time going to the zoo, but that's not why he felt lucky. The real reason is that he can mess with them after all they've done to him over the years. His aunt and uncle couldn't think of anything else to do with him, but Uncle Vernon pulled Harry aside before they left and warned him.

"I'm warning you," Uncle Vernon said, getting in Harry's face. "Any funny business, and you'll be locked in that cupboard until Christmas."

Harry said he wouldn't cause trouble with a mischievous smile, but Uncle Vernon didn't believe him.

As they journeyed to the zoo, Harry would show things to Dudley and Piers that they were deathly afraid of. The two would scream their lungs out, which caused Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon irritation and frustration throughout the ride. As for Harry, he made an ear plug that canceled out all the noises around him. If they were saying something to him, he wouldn't know.

Today was perfect. It was nice to be somewhere besides school, his formerly cramped cupboard, or Mrs. Figg's cabbage-scented living room. Before departing, Harry made some adjustments to his cupboard that would make the Dursleys envious. Inside was an entire mansion with a pool, a gym, a training ground, a theatre, and other things he could use to enjoy himself. However, Harry plans to transfer the entire room to a briefcase when he enters Hogwarts to bring all his belongings.

As Uncle Vernon drove, he complained to Aunt Petunia about various things, including people at work, Harry, the council, the bank, and motorcycles. He disliked them and called the riders "young hoodlums" as one overtook their car.

The day was sunny, and the zoo was packed with families. At the entrance, the Dursleys bought Dudley and Piers large chocolate ice creams, and a friendly woman in a van gave Harry a cheap lemon ice pop. Harry enjoyed licking it as they watched a gorilla scratch its head, which looked much like Dudley, except it wasn't blonde.

Harry had a wonderful morning filled with exciting experiences. First, he was thrilled to meet someone like Jaune. Later, he enjoyed exploring the zoo with the Dursleys. Thanks to the things Harry showed them, Dudley and Piers began to fear seeing the animals, they were visibly shaken, but with a bit more magic, Aunt Petunia and Uncle Vernon noticed nothing wrong.

Afterward, they dined at the restaurant in the zoo. When away from the animals, Dudley would return to his usual self; he even became upset and threw a tantrum over his knickerbocker glory not having enough ice cream; Uncle Vernon purchased another. Meanwhile, Harry was permitted to finish the first one. It was sweet, a little magic to get rid of some ice cream, and he now got it for free. Plus, he used his magic to increase it, making Dudley jealous as it was more than the second one that he got. Then he made a second one out of thin air, making Dudley shocked, dropping his knickerbocker glory, which Uncle Vernon refused to get a new one. It was a small victory.

After lunch, they visited the reptile house, a cool and dimly lit space with windows illuminating the walls. Inside, lizards and snakes crawled and slithered atop pieces of wood and stone. First, Dudley and Piers sought out massive cobras and pythons capable of crushing a man. Dudley soon discovered the largest snake in the exhibit, capable of wrapping around Uncle Vernon's car twice and crushing it into a trash can. However, at the moment, the snake appeared to be fast asleep and uninterested in causing any harm.

Harry observed the snake with great interest as he stood before the tank. The poor creature had no one to keep it company except for the occasional ignorant person who tapped on the glass to disturb it. It was a lonely existence, worse than sleeping in a cramped cupboard where the only visitor was Aunt Petunia banging on the door to wake him up. At least in the cupboard, he could explore the rest of the house.

Suddenly, the snake opened its eyes and lifted its head to meet Harry's gaze. He looked around to see if anyone else noticed, but it seemed he was the only one. Grinning, Harry winked back at the snake.

As Uncle Vernon approached, with Dudley far away as he was afraid to see another horrifying scene, the snake turned its head and looked up at the ceiling. Harry could tell by its expression that it was no stranger to such attention.

"I understand," Harry whispered, unsure if the snake could hear him. "It must be bothersome."

The snake nodded vigorously in agreement.

"Where do you come from?" Harry inquired.

Besides the glass, a small sign indicated the snake's origin as "Boa Constrictor, Brazil." Harry gazed at it intently and inquired if it had been a pleasant experience. The snake pointed towards the sign again, revealing that it was bred in the zoo. Harry then realized that it had yet to be in Brazil.

Harry and someone else was startled by a loud shout. It was someone calling Dudley and Mr. Dursley to come and see a snake that was doing something unbelievable. Harry put four devices in the corners of the glass and smiled; the glass before the boa constrictor's tank had become intangible. The great snake was uncoiling itself rapidly, slithering out onto the floor. People throughout the reptile house screamed and started running for the exits.

As a snake slithered past him, Harry heard a faint hissing voice say, "Off to Brazil I go... thanksss, friend." In response, Harry spoke in Parseltongue, "No problem. Let me assist you in reaching Brazil." He took out a device to create a passageway for the snake. The snake expressed gratitude towards Harry before entering the portal, "Thanksss, once again, friend." Harry bid the snake farewell with a smile and a wave.

The reptile housekeeper was taken aback and went into a state of shock. He couldn't comprehend how the glass had become intangible for a brief moment. None noticed that Harry placed devices on the corner of the glass. The zoo director was embarrassed and apologetic, offering Aunt Petunia a cup of sweet tea. Piers and Dudley could barely articulate themselves. Harry didn't notice any harm caused by the snake, only playfully snapping at their heels. However, Dudley claimed it had nearly bitten off his leg, and at the same time, Piers swore it had attempted to squeeze him to death, probably because it is some of the images Harry showed them.

Piers revealed that he had seen Harry talking to the snake. Uncle Vernon waited until Piers left before punishing Harry by ordering him to the cupboard with no meals. Uncle Vernon was so angry that he could hardly speak and required Aunt Petunia to bring him a large brandy. Harry couldn't help but laugh. He had unwittingly displayed a gift given to him by Jaune. It was a handy thing, too. With it, he can speak to all beings with enough intelligence to create their own languages, such as cats, dogs, dragons, and others. Plus, being locked in the cupboard was hardly a punishment. Today was one hell of a day for him. He thanked Jaune for giving him an amazing ability. It came in handy for the situation.
