Chapter 19

Masahi's POV

What I saw was not what I had expected. Well of course he was wailing and tears were repeatedly falling down but... he looked like a mad guy that had just found out his teddy bear got chopped up. And he was naked.

He was chasing Miyagi and that weird boy that had just arrived out of nowhere around. There was something about those tears that reminded me of something. I felt the flashbacks of my childhood life appear in my head.

"Are you a homo?"

No I am not. Don't even think that you are, Masahi.

"Look here. I heard that this is your brother. He must be tasty."

Don't touch that picture of him. Don't say disgusting things about him.

"So I hear that your family is sick. How about you sell me your body and I give you some money?"

Shut the fuck up! You can't trick me that easily.

"Come on. Strip. Pull these things off. They are in the way."

No stop touching me. Don't you dare lay a finger on me. I...I...am not a homo!

"STOP!" I yelled and clutched my head. Why? Why must I have these flashbacks now?!

I saw that everyone had stopped moving and were looking at me. Misaki had little drips falling from his face. I could tell that my yell had calmed him down.

"Now!" I heard that Miyagi yell and Shinobu started to glow. Misaki just stood there and watched Shinobu glower to him. "Sorry Misaki but you need this." he said and the glow darted towards Misaki's body.

Misaki's eyes widened as it went closer to him. I didn't know what to do. Should I do something to help him?

No. I shouldn't. I love Ryuu-sama and Ryuu-sama loves him. I saw him being engulfed by the light. He didn't scream so there was no pain received. Then what was the power for?

"Misaki. I have given you the power to do what you wish. You can kill Ryuu now. You can revive Akihiko. You can do anything you want. You need it more than me." Shinobu said.

No. No,no,no this can't be happening! He won't kill him. I won't let him! But...how will I?

Misaki's POV

I...can revive Usagi-san? Usagi-san...can be revived? He...can be revived? "How...is that even possible?"

"With the power that was given to me by Ryuu, it's possible." Shinobu said. It was possible? It was possible! I felt happy that I still had a chance in having Usagi-san back alive.

I looked back at Usagi-san. His sleeping face made me remember the last moment that we just had. His smile. I missed it. And now I had a chance to see it again.

"So how does this work?"

"All you have to do kiss him and let the powers flow into him." Shinobu said. Was that really it?! It was that easy?

"Ok, I will try." I said and turned to Usagi-san. It's now or never! As I walked up to Usagi-san, I saw something hurry up to him. It was Masahi. He now was dragging him by the hand.

"Let go of him!" I yelled. How dare he touched Usagi-san!

"No." He said and dragged him to the doorway. "If you want him, you have to follow me." He said and left out the doorway. I growled and walked a step but Shinobu stepped in front me.

"Are you going out like that?" He said and pointed to me. I looked down at me and saw what he was talking about. I wondered how did I end up naked. Oh yeah. It was Ryuu. Just the thought of him made my body feel disgusting.

"Um...any of you got any clothes I can borrow?" I asked them. They looked at each other. "How about you just put on this for a while." Miyagi said and handed me a coat.

I took it without hesitation and covered myself with it. Luckily it was a huge size on me so it covered my lower half. "T-Thanks." I said and ran out to follow after Masahi.

I didn't know where he went. I followed the halls of blood and walked around to every room until I find see him.

After what it seemed like endless searching, I saw Masahi with Usagi-san. Usagi-san was chained to a wall with Masahi in front of him. Ryuu was also there, standing in front of Masahi.

"Remind me again why I am here too." Ryuu said. "You are the only one that could stop him from reviving Akihiko because he just got some powers from that Shinobu guy so I can't do anything!" Masahi answered.

I took a step closer to them and they were on guard. "Give him back to more or I will have to hurt you." I said and felt a mass of tingling sensation at my fingertips. I wanted to kill already.

Ryuu moved towards me slowly. "Misaki you have to choose. Be with me , live, and forget about him. You have no chance in living if you revive him."

What...did he just say? I can't...live if I revive Usagi-san? How? Why? "What are you talking about? All I have to do is kiss him and he will be alive. I can't be dead from that."

"You don't get it do you? The moment you pour that power into him, you also pour out your life. You sacrifice a soul to give a soul. Nothing is free in life."

I froze. That can't be true. There is no way... I will die from making Usagi-san live again. There is just no way that that could happen! "You are lying!"

I said and ran towards him. I moved to punch him and my hand glowered. Ryuu had moved but I didn't know where he was. "You just don't listen." I heard behind me.

I turned around and felt a punch on my cheek. I fell backwards back to the door that I came from. "I am just going easy on you now. Do you want me to really hurt you?"

I stared at Ryuu before answering. "Yes. Hurt me. I don't care. I don't care at all. As long as I get to revive Usagi-san then it is fine!" I said and spat at the ground.

Ryuu's POV

I was a bit startled at how brave he was. But then again... this was Misaki, the one I chose to receive that knife. I should expect no less from him.

"Ok, then you better get yourself ready. I won't hold back and I won't stop until I find myself satisfied."

I ran up to him, only to find myself stuck halfway. "How?" I asked him in surprise. "This is for what you did to Usagi-san!"

Great. I was stuck by my own powers that I had given to Shinobu and it was handed down to him. I am dead.

No, I can't think like that. I have to live or this organization I created would be meaningless. "Misaki, stop this." I said and turned myself into Akihiko. Didn't see that coming did ya?

I saw that Misaki was hesitant fight me now. He was having a little war inside himself. "You can't fool me." I heard him say.

It was hard to believe because of how bad he was shaking. I felt bad for him but at the same time I didn't. He had loved Akihiko but not me. Why would I feel sorry for him?

"You c-can't fool me...one...b-bit." He said, still trembling and holding back on shooting a blast of power at me.

I sighed. I never believed he was this hopelessly cute. I had lost a valuable servant. No, not servant, but wanted lover. I had lost...a Misaki that I loved.

I slowly started to walk towards him. I guess he wasn't as brave as I thought he was after all. I got in front him. He wanted hurt so I will give him hurt.

"Sorry." I said and got myself ready. "Got you." I heard him mutter and dropped my guard, wondering what the heck he was talking about.

"You fell for it." He said, laughing his head off and I felt a hand plunge into me. He had... succeeded? How did...this...happen?

"Ryuu!" I heard Masahi scream. Dammit, why did I not think about him at all. I completely forgot about him. And he said that he loved me too.

"Ma..sa...hi..." I said weakly and fell to the ground. " .No, Ryuu, don't you dare die!" He said and ran up to me. "Don't come to me stupid...Don't let Misaki get what he wanted." I said.

I felt Masahi gave me a light slap on my cheek. "Baka, I don't give a rat's ass about that! Don't think that for one second I will leave you to die. I love you dammit!"

I smiled and caressed his cheek. "I will never forget about you Masahi." I said. I saw that he was about to cry and Misaki had already moved to Akihiko.

"I won't allow it...I won't. There is no fucking way I will let you die!" Masahi yelled and he glowered with a strange light. How is that possible? He didn't receive any of my powers?

"Arhh!" I heard Misaki scream. No, he isn't receiving any powers. He is sapping the powers out of Misaki. "Masahi stop!" I cried out, getting up and pushing him on the ground.

He was crying. "Why?...Why can't you choose me? Why Misaki? What am I lacking? Tell me what's wrong with me!" He said, sobbing so much. I saw that Misaki had already moved back up to Akihiko, not giving up on reviving him.

"Because I don't want to hurt you. You are very precious to me. I treat you as my very own son. I can't love my son the way you want me to love you as a lover." I said, kissing his tears away.

Misaki's POV

I watched the sad soppy love scene before me. I didn't care about it one bit. Usagi-san was my number one priority. I turned to Usagi-san and kissed his cheeks.

"Usagi-san, I will save you. I won't live my life without you." I said and grabbed his chin. I kissed him, letting my powers flow into him. I felt something else draining though. It felt different. Like I was getting weaker and weaker by the second.

"No, stop Misaki!" I heard Ryuu yell. By this time it was too late to stop. Usagi-san will be revived and I will get to see him again. I grabbed his fingers and entwined my own in his.

I felt a finger twitch and my heart jumped. He's alive. Just a few more of my power. Usagi-san! I felt weak. I grabbed the keys that were on the wall and unlocked his hands, letting him fall to the ground with me.

"Usagi-san..." I breathed, holding his face in my hands. "Mi...sa...ki..." I heard him say as I saw his eyes opened a crack.

Breathe. In and out. I AM SO HAPPY THAT I SAT DOWN AND TYPED UP THIS CHAPTER. I got lazy. DON'T KILL ME! So hoped you liked the cliffhanger and review.
