Edward Marshall or more commonly known as Ed, a 19 yo young fledgling hero who recently graduated from his hero school Paris La Defense high school, the best French hero school and one of the best worldwide known hero schools aside from Xavier School in England, Moscow military hero school, New hope in New York, Alexandrian hero school in Cairo and off course UA in Japan, as the son of the number one hero of the EU, Ed had a traced path toward greatness until one day where everything collapsed, will the support of a fellow N°1 of his father succeed in helping him up, will he be able to mend his spirit with the relations he will build overseas, how will be his path to claim his rightful title of future EU N°1 he worked so much for ?
This is the story that of Helios the sun hero funny thing now that I recall this was the title I took upon on a sunny day were me and my classmates choose our hero names, On a fateful day I found also a long lost friend a brother this the is also the story were I found a brother in little broccoli head the future symbol of hope, one where I was able regrouped with the love of my life and we were on several trial to become the best hero's after all we're hero's but I digress let me count you the last moment I remembered.

-Kaminari / Chargebolt: is a long-lost friend of Edward aka Helios since they have been allowed to use computers, they met online through an exchange program were young in training from Ed school needed to tutor a kid from foreign country, they never met face to face but kindled a friendship through game and talks about hero's and quirks until a certain event were Denki lost complete contact from Ed.
Fun fact: Kaminari still struggles in class in general but is good in linguistics especially French as he took it to heart to learn French to impress his friend from abroad.

Edward Marshall hero name Helios, full hero later redacted in redacted., user of the quirk Helio-Kinesis previously Hélio-boost (similar to the mother but with the father aspects with other abilities developer prior to the drastic change) the condition of the change will be explained further down the story.
- Ed is French his parents were both in hero industry in France his father a French top hero there while his mother was his handler agent a French from Grec origins, they met while they met while been dispatched on an International mission.
Eric Marshall/Hyperion: Patriarch to the Marshall family quirk Pulse his quirk is an Emitter type with the ability to use his stamina in pulse that amplify his strength or even focus a portion of it in a body part to execute a devastating attacks and also slightly heals himself by exerting his stamina while focusing said energy in a certain part accelerating the healing process while leaving his drained depending on the severity of his injury, he wished he could apply the healing effect on other people maybe one day his descendants could, a drawback his power relies on his stamina and his base power strength if completely drained his body could go slightly numb or go comatose for a few days from exhaustion.
Elena (Euryphaessa) Marshall /Thea: Matriarch of the family user of the Quirk Helios boost as she exposed to the sun all her senses and reflexes are multiplied Tenfold on normal cloudy to a hundredth in a good sunny day she could store the energy gathered to fuel her boosts for a few days but always fells a bit sluggish after using almost her full reserves and in long stormy period or winter one especially when she works in winter where in Paris sunny day are rare.
Alphonse (Al) Marshall : The junior of the family a little ball of sunshine, the most peppy and energetic member of the family if you need a pick me up this little rascal is the man to call his dream is to work as a hero handler as he wants to help every hero morally or physically, his quirk sunshine is a energy storing quirk uses sun energy as base energy and store it. Since the development of his ability he has been the most hyperactive of his family his quirk has the ability to transfer the energy to someone else of his target via touch (would it be doable without skin contact) his ability have a side effect of having calming and soothing effect that was the main source of his dream aside from helping his brother and family.
Silencia Family :
Seraphina Silencia:Young Heroine in training user of quirk Hestia Dome similar to her mother she decided to take a double course in rescue and medical school, her end goal is to become a doctor but also a field medic becoming the best support for her childhood friend /love interest or crush of our OC which was reciprocated but no one ever dared to confess, till this day Sera regretted it when she lost contact of Ed.
Frederique/Fred Silencia: A handler agent member of both the French and European branch of the HSPC specialty field assessment, interrogation and espionnage, quirk Silent Dome give him the ability to cover himself in a dome able to hide his presence muffle any sound he makes whiles protecting him from slight blunt trauma this ability will be explored further down the line. A colleague of Elena he played matchmaker for Eric, as his meeting with his wife was all cause of Eric so he sent the ball back.
Valerie/Val (Fountaine) Silencia: The matriarch of the Silencia family Valentine Silencia originally Fontaine was a junior of Eric in the hero school as he mentored her for a time later she decided to transfer to the medical and rescue department as she partially focused of her hero career but more on her medical one becoming a field doctor but also a Physician specialist in Quirkology, her efficiency in the field while healing civilians and heros with soothing touch an emitter quirk that heals people using her stamina she was the opposite of Eric while he used his Energy for himself she used it for the other's always covering his back when he couldn't save fellow hero's and civilians she was his little sister he couldn't have, funny enough her fated meeting with Fred.
