After the call
"Tim. What the fuck happened?" Callie asks for what seems like the thousandth time.
"I just want to go to bed," Tim growls.
"Tim, just tell me," the Latina pleads.
"I just need time Cal!" he shouts, anger getting the best of him.
"Tell me so I can help!" Callie yells right back, stepping closer to the taller man.
"You can't help! You can't do shit!" Tim yells, stepping closer to the women.
"You don't know that! I could-"
Tim leans forward and presses his lips to Callie's, brown eyes go wide. Callie's hands quickly come to his chest and push him away.
"What the fuck Tim?" Callie yells.
"Just leave me alone," Tim mumbles, walking away.
"Tim, where are you going?" Callie follows the man as he grabs his jacket.
"I…" he shakes his head, shaking away tears, "I need to get out of here,"
Callie sighs, then grabs her jacket.
"Then I'm coming with you," she says.
"Callie," he starts to protest, but his eyes meet the Latina's and he knows it would be useless.
"Fine," he growls, walking out of the room.
"You still need to tell me what happened," Callie says, following closely behind the man.
"No, I don't," Tim mumbles, picking up his pace to a light jog.
"You'll tell me sooner or later," she points out, jogging with the man.
People turn and look at the American soldiers, they aren't usually out after dark, at least not in pairs.
"Or you could just ask your girlfriend," Tim mumble.
"Okay, I thought you wanted us to get together Tim. If this is really about Arizona then we really need to have a talk," Callie rolls her eyes.
"No. It's not her. I just. I need to think about it myself first before I go around saying what I'm thinking, because right now I want to fist fight a woman," he sighs, slowing down to a walk.
"Teddy? Oh god, you want to fight Teddy? Why? What happened?" Callie's mind goes into overdrive.
"No, I don't want to fight Teddy. I just, just leave it. Please," Tim whispers, a tear finally falling out of his eye.
Realization come across the Latina.
"Oh… No," she whispers, looking into blue eyes.
He sighs, "yeah,"
"I'm sorry," Callie mumbles.
Tim looks down, studying the ground.
Callie wraps her arms around him, burying her face in his neck.
"I still love you Tim," she whispers.
Tim sighs, wrapping his arms around the Latina, "I love you too Cal,"
January 1st
"Robbins, you can take off if you need to," the chief, Owen Hunt says softly.
"What? My shift just started," the blonde says.
"She hasn't seen yet," Alex Karev says.
"Seen what?" Arizona asks, stepping away from the unconscious child.
"You should go," Owen mumbles, looking down.
"Owen," Arizona demands.
Her eyes find his, and he cracks.
"The base that Torres was on, it blew up," he says.
"What?" Arizona's world flips.
"So we know nothing?" Arizona asks, hopelessness in her voice.
"I've called everywhere, nobody knows anything. They said we just have to sit tight, and that they will call as soon as they know anything," Teddy says.
"This can't happen. I just told her that I love her," Arizona breaks, a tear flowing down her face.
"Arizona," Addison mumbles, gently pulling the blonde closer.
"I love her. And Tim, oh god, I need to call Mom and Dad and tell them before they-"
"Shh, honey," Addison shushes the blonde.
"We got you. We'll take care you, okay?" Addison comforts.
Arizona nods, burying her face into Addison's neck.
"We got you," Addison whispers again.
Hours later Arizona is asleep on her couch.
"So, why aren't you freaking out?" Addison asks quietly.
"I am," Teddy sighs, sitting down next to the redhead.
"What happened with Tim?" the redhead asks.
Biting her bottom lip Teddy says "we broke up,"
"Oh, I'm sorry. Why?" Addison asks, turning her body to the blonde.
Teddy roll her eyes, then looks deeply into the sea green of the redhead.
"You,"
It's so quiet they could of missed it, but neither of them did.
"I'm sorry," she whispers.
Blue eyes snap to green, looking deep into her soul.
"I'm not,"
Pink lips meet red.
Hands tangle into hair.
When tears spill out of blue eyes the redhead pulls back.
"No," the blonde sobs, holding the redhead close.
"Make me feel good. Please," she pleads.
Addison nods, and presses her lips to the blonde's.
"Bedroom?" Addison questions.
"Let's go to my place… Please?"
"Yeah, let's go honey," Addison whispers, gently taking the broken women away.
