Author Note: I know it has been a long while but I always keep my promises to finish what I start.
Chapter 14
"Names? Oh right, naming the kids is an important right of passage. What do you have in mind my love?" Dee asks Ryo as he shakes his head from the staring at his and Ryo's babies.
Ryo looks at Dee behind him with incredibilty and rants, "You have no ideas? Did you even think on the subject? Or is there any brains in that thick head of yours!"
The babies start to cry and Ryo wipes his tears then says, "Shh...Shh. No babies I am sorry. I have you now even if your dimwitted father doesnt have any thoughts whatsoever in his head. Sorry Dee, I didn't mean to snap. Do you know what you want to name them?"
Dee kisses Ryo softly saying, "All is forgiven my love. I have been thinking on a girl name, I wanted to give them both at least on Japanese name to represent that part of your heritege. I also promised the penguin that i would give my daughter her name so, Kami Rosemary Laytner. What do you think?" Dee holds his breath in anticipation for Ryo's answer.
Mother comes over and hugs them all with tears in her eyes saying, "I love it Dee." "I was asking Ryo's opinion, you dim witted bat," Dee states. Mother smacks the back of his head and says, "Don't ruin the moment!" Mother then backs up and gives them space. "Ow, what was that for?" Dee asks rubbing the back of his head. "Don't be rude," Mother states back.
Ryo just shakes his head at this exchange and then says, "Not to interupt but we are trying to name our kids here. -Sighs- Dee I think the name is perfect for her and I don't mind naming her after Mother.
I think that name is perfect for our little angel. Kami." Ryo then kisses Kami's forehead softly.
Bikky comes over to the side his baby sister and looks at her while saying, "She looks like a Kami. She is absolutely beautiful and you may not pervert with your perviness." He gives Dee a pointed stare. " What?!
Why you little...? She is just a baby and I hope she turns out just like me just to bug the crap out of you,"
Dee says as he growls at Bikky. "Don't growl so loud, you may make them upset and you are spitting on my baby brother moron. Ryo they are both amazing and I love them both," Bikky says as he comes over to the other side where the baby boy is and wipes off Dee's spit before kissing his forehead while giving Dee a shove with his elbow. Carol came in behind Bikky to look and kiss the babies as well, "Oh they are so cute. Will you two cut it out, yall are behaving like children. So have you thought of a name for the boy yet?"
"I was going to let Ryo pick the name of the boy and yes you're right we were acting like children. Plus we are in this together and I would like us to both name them. So since i named Kami, what would you like the name of our boy to be, my world?" Dee states. "Oh now you are gonna act like an adult. -Sighs- I like that you want to do this together, and I love that you want to incorporate Japanese names. Thank you Bikky for being so sweet but we cannot let her become anything like Dee so we shall make a promise to keep that from happening," Ryo states. "Hey I was just saying that to annoy Bikky. And why can't she be like me?" Dee ask with a frown on his face.
At the same time Bikky says, "Deal." Ryo shakes his head and states, "You know why Dee so don't even start, but can I get back to naming our boy?" "Of course, I am sorry." Dee says while hanging his head. "The boy's name will be Kobe Lee Laytner. Do you like it?" "Oh my god, It's perfect. You picked a good one honey," Dee gushes as he takes the boy in his arms and kisses his forehead. Diana comes up behind him and says, "Aww my godson is so handsome and Kobe is a fine name for him Ryo. I bet he turns out like Ryo, because god help us if he is anything like your horny behind Dee."
"Really why must everyone pick on me," Dee says. "May I hold my baby brother, old fag?" Bikky asks Dee. "Not until you ask me nicely, you monkey," Dee retorts back. "Oh really you two are retarded. Dee just let Bikky hold his baby brother!"
Ryo repremands Dee. "Thank you Ryo," Bikky says as Dee reluctantly hands Kobe to Bikky. Once Bikky has Kobe in his arms he says,"He is so tiny and I am gonna teach him everything I know. No one is going to hurt Kobe or Kami."
Dee goes to Ryo's bed and puts his arms around Ryo and Kami. "So when will you be able to come home my pet?" Dee asks.
"The doctor says we can all go home tomorrow. Can you go to the house and make sure everything is ready Dee?" Ryo states.
Berkley being quiet this entire time against the wall grabs Diana's arm and states, "They are beautiful babies and their names are perfect. Diana and myself will go to the apartment and make sure everything is in order." Diana gives Berkley a cofused look then realizes his intentions and goes along with him saying, "Yes we will go make sure that everything is okay for my godchildren."
I wonder what they are up to...Ryo thinks to himself.
