Gwen raced through an alleyway and placed her back onto the moist wall taking a breather. She was exhausted and utterly defenceless. What was she going to do. Where was she going to go? She lifted her body off the wall and stared at the exiting alleyway. 'I need to get out of here' She thought to herself making a run out of the alley.

"GWEN?" Ben called out through the crowd hoping for an answer. No answer just people staring at him awkwardly. "Ben" Frank caught up to him taking him gently by the shoulder. "You see her?" He asked looking around. "No," Ben simply told him. "I think she just needs some time to herself right now" Max came towards them. "You're kidding" Frank stared at him shocked. "Max, she's lost her memory, she could go anywhere and get herself lost" or worse" Frank told him turning around and walking off. Ben sighed and turned round following Frank. . "Do you think you could track her?" Frank asked. Avoiding eye contact. Ben looked down at his Ultimatrix. He began to press the middle button on it. On it but nothing happened. He sighed. "It's not working" Ben told him sincerely. "Well that's just great" Frank told him walking faster. "Lilly's gonna freak" He mumbled.

Gwen looked up to the moonlight piercing the wide alley. Gwen stared up at it and smiled despite being lost she was having a great time on her own. "well, Well, Well"

The redhead gasps and turned. She saw a cloaked figure relaxing on a dustbin. . "W-Who are you?" She asked taking steps away and backing up into the wall behind her. He snickered before coming over to her and brushing the hair out of her face. "Don't even try to get out of it this time girly cause now I've finally got you all alone" She slapped his hand off her before pushing her awa. "STAY AWAY FROM ME," She screamed running for it. Hex grabbed her collar holding her back. "GET OFF ME," She screamed at him. He just chuckled at her. You shouldn't have left your little boyfriend" Hex told her throwing her into the bin. "oof" Gwen winced as she hit the ground. "Get up" He told her. Gwen lifted herself up unsteadily before laying a hand to support herself on the bin. "W-What do you want?" She held her head. She was scared now .Scared and isolated. " what do you think I want?" Hex asked smiling to her. Gwen shook her head backing away. "I want my revenge. I want my book back. I want you dead" He told her. Gwen's eyes widened. Dead?

His hands lit up in flames. Gwen gulped about to scream. "Please," She begged him but he wasn't interested. He threw a flame spiralling towards her. Instantly she rolled out of the way and crouches down. He chucked another towards her. She ran out the way. "Rrrr" he growled. "STAY STILL" He yelled as he threw another. It hit the cement wall sending small particles of cement down. Hex growled again and threw another bolt at her. It got her. She hit the wall with a large thud. She groaned hitting her head harshly. She winced her eyes closed as she collapsed slowly falling down to the ground. Hex's grin widened as he sent another bolt her way. She tried to move but it was hopeless; it was too painful. "Oof" She clutched her stomach tightly as he aimed the next bolt directly at her head. 'This is it' She thought to herself. She closed her eyes and turned away.

'Oof'

'BANG'

'POW'

"LEAVE HER ALONE"

Gwen winced her eyes open and looked up to see a yellow giant machine like alien who was beating the crap out of Hex. "W-W-What t-the" she chocked out standing up slowly by the help of the wall. "H-Hey," She called out. The yellow alien turned around. "Gwen, stay back" He told her before sending Hex another hit in the face. Gwen clutched onto her side as she made her way across the wall and over to a dustbin. "I said stay, Gwen," He told her throwing Hex into the wall. The cement rumbled again and soon a brick came straight down.

'Oof'

Gwen collapsed to the ground after being hit in the head. "You gotta be kidding me," Gwen winced her eyes and held her head in pain. The alien pressed a button on his chest and soon Ben came sprinting over to her. "Gwen?" He grabbed her arms trying to make her relax. She grit her teeth but loosened all of a sudden and breathed out. "B-Ben?" She whispered calling out to him. "Yeah, it's me Gwen now common" He grabbed her arm and swung it round his shoulders lifting her up. "Lets get you home" He told her. Gwen held her head as memories flashed through over and over. "B-Ben" She called out smiling. "Save your energy, cuz" He told her silencing her.

"WHERE ON EARTH HAVE YOU BEEN YOUNG LADY, YOU ARE GROUNDED" Frank grabbed her by the arm and sat her down at the table. She was barely able to comprehend anything around her, it was nothing but flashing lights and episodes of memories. Gwen held a hand on the side of her head as she stared at them like they were in front of her. Frank sighed. "Get me a towel," He called out to somebody. In an instance she felt a wet flannel come around her head. "oh gosh, you're bleeding" Frank placed the flannel tighter against her head. Gwen didn't seem to notice. "Lets have a look" Max intervened lifting up a few layers of Gwen's locks and staring at the small open cut.

"It's no so bad, I could probably sew it up" Max told them walking over to the medical kit. He brought out a needle and thread and gently bought it near Gwen's head. "Alright Kiddo, just need you to hold still for a few seconds" Max tilted her head but it wasn't registering through. In Gwen's mind she was trapped in a broken down house on a stained mattress holding her knees as a man yelled at her. He had chains in his hands threatening to tie her up. That's when she snapped. He grabbed her. She struggled. He cuffed her wrist.

He punched him in the mouth. He hit her back twice as hard. She collapsed onto the bed. He straddled her, beat her until she felt on the verge of fainting then finally tied her up leaving her alone to suffer in the darkness.

"Gwen, Gwen, Gwen" Ben grabbed Gwen's shoulders and attempted to restrain her on the lower bunk until she tired herself out. She kept screaming and fidgeting and fighting back; it scared Ben. "Ben I need to sew her injury up" Max told him. Ben looked down at his cousin and grabbed her by the shoulders. He took one breath before sinking his lips down onto Gwen's. Frank looked as though he were about to faint. He was going completely white; then red well the top of his head was anyway. He looked as though her were about to have a meltdown. Gwen relaxed instantly. Ben slowly pulled himself off of her before staring into her beautiful green eyes. "B-Ben," She looked up at him a little unsure of where she was right now. "You're Okay, Gwen" He smiled caressing her arm in a caring matter. She turned her head loosely to where Max was holding a needle. Gwen's eyes dilated. She tried to get up but felt heavy. "Just hold still for a minute" Max told her gently turning her head so that she was facing opposite him. Gwen tensed and winced her eyes closed. 'I hate needles' she thought to herself before everything went black.

"I'm Bored"

"Good"

Gwen slumped as Frank continued to complete his work which had left for over a couple of weeks trying to look for his child. "Hey," She raised her head. "Can I-"

"No," Frank instantly cut her off not even bothering to look her in the eyes. "What if I-"

"No,"

"But you didn't even-"

"No,"

"YOU'RE NOT EVEN LISTENING TO ME" Gwen stood up but collapsed back down. Frank removed his glasses and rubbed his eyes with one hand in frustration. "Gwen, you're grounded. You're not going anywhere" Frank told her. "why not?" Gwen asked letting her head relax onto her arms which comfortably lied on the table. "Because we're going back to BellWood. ASAP" Frank added placing his glasses back on. "In the meantime you can either sit there quietly or go to sleep" The middle aged Brunette told her. "So I'm not allowed to talk to Kevin?" She asked mocking him. "Maybe, if you're good" He told her. "What about Ben?"

"No,'

"But-"

"I said no, Gwendolyn" Frank told her strictly. Gwen's eyes widened. Frank stared at her knowing full well he was scaring her. Frank sighed. "Just Please Gwendolyn," Frank rubbed his eyes. "I'm exhausted," Frank told her wincing his eyes closed. Gwen looked down at her hands. "I'm sorry, Dad" She whispered. Frank looked over and smiled at her. "Come here," He told her spreading his arms out. Gwen got up and hugged him.

Ben stared at the two of them. "Something wrong, Tennyson?" Kevin asked as he drove the RV. He turned to Kevin and stared daggers at him silently. He just breathed out snickering lightly. "Jealous that you're not hugging her?" He mocked. "Hey, you know what's sick?" Kevin asked speeding the RustBucket. Ben didn't answer him. "Even know she was your cousin, you still decided to make out with her" He told him. "In front of her dad too" Kevin added the smirk apparent on his face. "Don't start with me Levin" Ben told him keeping his eyes on the redhead. Kevin smiled. "It's funny though isn't it?" He asked. Ben growled turning his full attention towards the dark haired boy. "That I'm allowed to touch her and you aren't" Kevin laughed. "That's it" Ben leaped at him. The car began to swerve out of control. Max woke up from his sleep and raced over to the two trying to stop them before they crashed. "enough both of you's" Max told them grabbed the collar of each boys shirt and separating them. Kevin regained control of the wheel as Ben was pushed back into his seat. "No fighting" He told them both. "at least til we get home" He mumbled walking off to see his granddaughter. "Hey, Gwenny" He ruffled her hair. "Glad to see you're not freaking out too much" He told her. Gwen's eyebrow arched. "What are you-"

A siren wailed.

In an instance a computer scream popped down from above directly aimed at Frank. Max shuffled the screen towards him and looked over to it before lifting it up. "Looks like there's a bank robbery in Middleton. You guys think you can handle it without an argument?" Max asked both boys. They nodded slowly not too happy about the whole ordeal. Kevin placed the RV into autopilot before standing up and absorbing the metal on the wall as Ben flicked through his variety of aliens. "we'll meet you back at BellWood" Ben told him. Max nodded and Gwen stood up as they were about to leave. "Just stay there, Gwen, I'll be right back" Ben told her. "But I can-"

"Muh," Kevin kissed her on the cheek before the two jumped out of the moving vehicle. The fiery redhead just crossed her arms before Max tapped her on the shoulder noticing her left out mood. "Common, I'll teach you how to drive"

"Hey, Mum" Gwen was squeezed tightly as Lilly hugged her. "Hello, Gwenny" Lilly caressed her cheek as she inspected her. "told you I'd keep her safe" Frank told his wife as he walked through the door. "I know you would" Lilly winked bringing her daughter in for yet another hug. She Gwen chuckled lightly pushing Lilly away as gently as she could.

"What's for dinner?" Gwen asked taking a step away. Lilly giggled. "Hungry?" She asked. Gwen nodded. "I've made your favourite" She told her walking off before Frank came up to her. "I've got some paper work to attend to, so if you need me I'll be upstairs in the study" He told her. She nodded. He waited there for a few seconds eyeing her before he walked off.

Gwen walked around the room for a short period until she spotted a magazine of interest and flicked it up jumping onto the couch and laying down with the magazine in front of her. In an instance the door swung open. "Hey Gwen" Ben smiled at her. "Uncle Frank here?" Ben asked. Gwen nodded and pointed up stairs. "I think he said he was in the study" Gwen told him laying back down and flipping through the magazine. "Thanks" Gwen told her rushing up the stairs.

"Hello Ben" Ben walked in to see his uncle at his desk with piles of paper work surrounding him. "Hey, Uncle Frank. I wanted to talk to you about something?" Ben sat down in a chair opposite Frank. Frank placed his pen down and looked down at the boy. "Fire away" he told him. "I'm sorry I kissed your daughter" Ben itched the back of his neck. "It wont happen again" Ben told him. Frank smiled. "Apology accepted"Frank picked his pen back up. "I've got some work to do why don't you and your friends go to the park or something; it's a beautiful day outside" Frank smiled at him. "O-Okay," Ben smiled back. "Can I take Gwen with me, she likes parks" Ben stood up. Frank breathed out.

"Fine but keep a close eye on her I don't want her getting lost or hurt again" Frank told him as Ben stood up.

"Okay, HEY GWEN?" Ben called out as he ran down stairs. Gwen looked up from her magazine to see a gleaming smile on the boys face. "Hey Ben, what's woah" He immediately grabbed her arm yanking her up from her spot. "Lets go to the park" Instantly the excitement spread across her face. "Okay" She ran to the door. "Can I drive?" She asked as they walked towards Ben's car.

"You don't have your license" Ben reminded her but she gave him the puppy eyes. "Fine," He tossed the keys towards her. "I hope you at least remember how to drive" Ben got in the passenger seat as Gwen started the car. "Uhuh, Max showed me" She told him setting the car into reverse and looking back over her shoulder as Ben arched an eyebrow. "You mean Grandpa?" Ben questioned. "Yeah, that's what I said" Gwen told him shifting the car into 1st gear. "Lets go" She smiled at him.

"Gwen slow down" Ben gripped onto the roof as she sped through the traffic lights. "But this is so cool" Gwen disagreed. In an instance Ben's phone began to go off making him pick it up. "Hello?" Ben asked. "Hey, Tennyson I just stopped on by round Gwen's and Lilly said you're taking her to the park with someone?" Kevin asked. "Err yeah, Julie. I'm taking her to the park with Julie" Ben told him as Gwen tensed her hands on the wheel. Ben covered the phone telling the redhead to make a right before responding back to Kevin. "I'm tagging along for this one" Kevin told him making his eyes widen. "Why?" Ben asked. "So you don't lose her again that's why?" Kevin told him. "Now which park you guys at?" Kevin asked. "Bellwood's National park" Ben sighed rolling his eyes. "Okay, I'll be there soon" Kevin told him. "You better be there too, Tennyson or I'm gonna-" Ben turned his phone off and looked over to his cousin who had a big grin on her face as she flew past yet another stop light. "Gwen!" Ben complained at her.

Ben knocked on the door a few times waiting for an answer from the house as Gwen leaned against the car. "Hey can I drive to the par-"

"No," Ben instantly told her as he waited by the door step. Gwen's expression turned from happy to annoyed as she relaxed back against the door of the car. "Ben?" instantly an Asian American came outside staring at the brunette. She smiled bringing him in for a hug. Gwen stared at the couple with a blank face. "Hey Julie" Ben pulled her out of the hug and took a step to the side. "How are you?" He asked. Julie grabbed her door and closed it. "Great, got an A on my chemistry test" She bragged as they walked over to the car.

"That awesome" Ben told her never taking his eyes off her for one minute. Julie looked over to the car. "Are we going for a drive?" Julie asked. Ben nodded. "The park" Ben told her about to open the door if not for Gwen standing in the way. She faked a cough and stared at Ben. "Oh, Julie this is Gwen" Ben told her. "Hey," Julie waved to her. Gwen smiled waving back. "Ben told me you lost your memory?" Julie asked intrigued. Gwen rubbed the back of her neck. "Yeah, it's taking it's time coming back" Gwen joked forcing a smile.

"Well I hope it comes back soon so you can use that credit card of yours" Julie giggled. It made Gwen grin. "Shopping?" Gwen asked excited. "Non other" Julie replied making both girls squeal. Ben covered his ears. "Okay, don't do that" Ben told them. Gwen and Julie just rolled their eyes at him as they got in the car.

NATIONAL PARK

Ben walked struggling as he carried the blanket and food boxes as both girls trailed behind him chatting their heads off. Ben groaned as they looked around for a spot to sit. "How bout here?" Julie pointed towards a large tree. "Fine," Ben grumbled limping over to it. The two girls giggled like school children as Ben lugged the stuff through the green grass and towards the tree. He dropped the stuff down as the girls helped him lay down a blanket. "So is Kevin joining us?" Gwen asked sitting down on one of the corners of the blanket. "He'll be here soo-"

"Tennyson"

Ben's happy expression dropped as he was rudely interrupted by non other than Kevin Levin. "Hey, Babe" He walked up to Gwen and kissed her on the lips before coming to sit down next to her and pull her into his lap. "Hey Handsome" Ben's jaw dropped as he watched the 'love birds'. He watched as Gwen ran her fingers though his hair and stared at him lovingly. 'That should be me' Ben cringed his knuckles going white. "Ben?" Julie called out to her boyfriend. "WHAT?" He snapped at her causing everyone to stare. Julie stared at him hurt. "I was just offering you a sandwich" Julie explained. "But fine. I see you're busy" Julie told him getting up and walking off.

"What? Julie wait!" Ben called out to her whilst Gwen turned to Kevin. "You mind talking to her, babe?" Gwen asked. "What? No, Ben should go do it" Kevin told her but she put on a puppy dog pout. Kevin growled. "Fine" He muttered getting up and walking off. Ben glared at his cousin. "What?" She asked sitting up straight. "Is something wrong?" She asked taking a soda out the coola and opening it.

Ben arched an eyebrow and softly told her 'yes' causing Gwen's eyes to widen slightly.
