The Quartet had ran out of Lockhart's office as quickly as they could.

After they passed through several corridors they stopped for a deep breath.

"D'you think I should have told them about that voice I heard?" Harry asked.

"No, hearing voices no one else can hear isn't a good sign, even in the wizarding world," Ron said without a seconds hesitation.

By the looks on the other two's faces it was obvious they disagreed, but chose to say nothing.

But something in Ron's voice was off.

"You believe me, right?" he asked.

"'Course I do!" Ron said a little to quickly. "But. . . you gotta admit it's weird."

"I know it's weird! Of course, it's weird! The whole thing's weird; I mean the writing on the wall, what does it even mean? 'The Chamber of Secrets is open'. . .What the heck!?" Harry ranted slightly.

"You know, it sorta rings a bell. . . I think someone told me a story about a secret chamber in Hogwarts, might've been Bill. . .," Ron said trying to remember.

"And what on earth is a Squib?" Harry asked. The three non-wizard world savvy people gave Ron an odd look; he looked like he was trying not to laugh.

They all raised an eyebrow at him.

He scratched the back of his neck making an embarrassed face.

"Well - it's not funny really - but as it's Filch. . .," he started to explain, "A squib is someone who was born into a wizarding family but hasn't got any magic powers. Kind of the opposite of Muggle-born wizards, but Squibs are quite unusual. If Filch's trying to learn magic from a Kwikspell course, I reckon he must be a Squib. It would explain why he hates students so much; he's bitter."

Hermione put her hand to her mouth in an attempt to stifle a gasp.

Before she could say anything the bell in the clock tower rang twelve times.

"Midnight already? How long were we in there?" Danny asked.

"Never mind that, let's get back before Snape tries to frame us for something else," Harry said.

They all agreed and took off towards the tower.

They reached the common room safe and sound, though they did not expect to see the other 'Potters', the Weasley twins, and Ed in the common room waiting for them.

The twins appeared behind the Quartet.

"So did ya," "really," "kill that," "Stupid cat?" they asked, alternating which one talked.

Hermione did her distinctive irritated huff. "Of course not! As if that's even possible!"

As one of the only people the twins feared, they instantly apologized, even if it wasn't sincere.

"Den vhat vere you doink? Just vanderink around?" Ed asked, obviously skeptical.

The four blushed.

"We were heading to the Great Hall when we stumbled onto the scene," Hermione explained.

Percy had to be sympathetic, after all it seemed odd happenings around them seemed to run in the family.

He smiled at the four, allowing them to relax a bit.

"Don't worry, at least I believe you're innocent. Anyone that doesn't is an idiot," he said. He paused; a fake thoughtful look passing over his face. "Or Ed, who I think is exhausted."

He got shy, thankful smiles from the Quartet, and a harsh glare from his favorite short roommate.

Danny looked around, hoping to be in bed soon, even if he was too used to not getting enough sleep.

Though his tired mind didn't agree, and kept bringing everything up, preventing him from rushing up to his bed and collapsing in it.

"Do any of you guys have any idea what the 'Chamber' is?" he asked with a yawn.

The older group looked at each other, briefly before they all shrugged.

"You mean to say that none of you have any idea what it might be?" Hermione asked with an incredulous look.

One of the twins put a hand on his chin, looking deep in thought.

"It sounds familiar, maybe Bill told us a story, maybe even Charlie," he said.

Any speculation on this was interrupted by a loud snore from Ed, who had fallen asleep in the plushy chair he was been sitting in.

Percy snorted, dismissing any serious talk after seeing his sleeping friend.

"Let's save this for tomorrow; I'm pretty sure Ed will kill us if he finds out we talked about this without him," he said, and all the others agreed with him.

The Quartet waved goodnight to the others, dragging themselves to their rooms.

Percy looked at the twins, realizing what they had to do.

They all groaned, they had done it before when Ed had fallen asleep in the exact same chair two days before.

They had to carry the ridiculously heavy teen back to bed.

"So," Percy said. "Who has to carry which part?"

Artemis's brain was processing the events at a mile a minute; he was trying to figure out exactly had happened that night.

The conclusion he came to was to gather more information.

He turned to Ciel, who he had come to have a mutual understanding with.

"So, can you explain to me what this 'Chamber of Secrets' is? I am afraid I'm not nearly as well informed as I would like," he said to his doppelganger.

Ciel glanced at Artemis, who was sitting next to him in the circle of chairs in the Slytherin common room.

The rest of the circle was filled with their roommates.

Everyone else coughed, signaling Ciel to talk.

After Ciel glared at the others he started to explain.

"Supposedly, there is a chamber hidden away in Hogwarts that was created by Salazar Slytherin," he said.

Jamie jumped into the conversation.

"I heard from my dad that the chamber was thought to have opened fifty years ago, killing a student," he said as if he was telling a ghost story.

Harper looked over at Jamie as he said this.

"Hey, wasn't Campbell's grandfather involved in that incident?" he asked the blond.

Jamie smacked his hands together.

"Yes, he was!" he grinned.

Artemis looked at them oddly, not understanding what they were going on about, a fact that irked him to no end.

"Campbell?" he asked.

"Allen D. Campbell; he's a second year from our house," he explained.

Jamie and Harper jumped up ready to locate the poor second year.

"Let's go and see what this guy has to say!"

With that they rushed off to ask their housemate about his whereabouts.

WIth a sigh Artemis, Ciel, Hiei, and Yukio followed the energetic pair.
