The travel to Cair Paravel
Lauren's P.O.V.:
Last night was so much fun and I really enjoyed it! Besides, getting to be together with my friends and my brother Jayden is truly a treasure that I can't lose. I was still asleep thinking about last night when someone came into my tent. "Rise and shine Lauren," the voice said to me as I woke up a little bit. "Five more minuets please," I moaned. "Can't do that sis besides, we travel to the castle today," the voice answered. "Jayden. I know it's you," I replied back. "Morning sis," he told me as I got up. Then my brother came into view wearing a red jerkin and brown pants. He also had a sword with him. "Slept well," he asked. "Yeah," I replied. "Can you believe today is the day we travel to Cair Paravel," I asked him. "I know. So exciting," Jayden replied. "I'm going to finish up then help Logan besides I need to get ready," I told Jayden. "Okay sis," he replied and then left my tent. I took a deep breath and put on my sky blue travel dress for today and I am so excited! I wonder how Logan is doing.
Logan's P.O.V.:
I honestly have to admit that last night was really amazing come to think of it. I'm so happy for Lauren and Jayden after they learned that their dad is alive. I know that they missed him so much. Anyway, I woke up from my sleep and I realized that today is the day we travel to Cair Paravel and prepare for what lies ahead meaning the coronation and boy am I excited. Thanks to the creatures who were helping me they laid out my travel outfit which is a gray jerkin with nice silver belt around the waist, gray pants and black riding boots. I'm so excited! After I finished getting ready, I went over to Lauren's tent. I hope she's ready for today as well.
James's P.O.V.:
Today is the day! I am freaking out right now and I am 100 on the excitement scale of 1 to 10. Come to think of it, I didn't expect it at all for me to be the descendant of Queen Susan the Gentle; but I am ready for whatever happens. I am dressed right now in a teal/forest green jerkin with hints of white peeking through the sleeves, brown medieval pants along with my belt that I wore with my other outfit and black riding boots as well. "Hey James," I heard a voice call to me. I turned around and there was Jayden, Lauren's brother who I met last night. Gotta admit he's a pretty cool dude. "Hi Jayden. Didn't see you there," I greeted back. "Yeah. So excited for today," he asked. "You bet. Is Lauren excited," I asked. "Yeah she is," he replied. Soon, I received word that my horse was ready for travel and I went over.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
I just got dressed in my sky blue dress and ballet flats of the same color. The centaurs helped me put on my sky blue cape and I honestly feel a little spoiled. Just saying. So the centaurs are working on my hair and all of a sudden I heard footsteps then a voice, "Hey Lauren," I turned around and there was Logan standing at the door of my tent. "Hi Logan," I greeted him. "You look amazing Lauren," he told me. "Thanks and you look handsome as well," I replied. "Thanks girl," he replied. "I still can't believe today is the day. This is still hard to grasp," I told him. "Yeah, but hey this day will be great," Logan replied back. "Thanks," I told Logan. "Your Majesty, Lucy is ready for the journey," Willow told me. "Thank you," I replied. Willow, Dove, Jane, and Ruple are my ladies in waiting. I got to know them during the time I was here and they are so sweet.
Kendall's P.O.V.:
I just got done getting dressed and I saw James with Jayden. "Hi boys," I greeted them. The three of us soon went to our horses all set and ready to go for today. Peter is back to his normal self and I love it. We soon heard the clopping of hooves and out came Carlos ready to go.
Carlos's P.O.V.:
Thanks to the dryads that helped me onto Edmund, I felt light as a feather as I rode him to the entrance of Aslan's camp. Kiera followed behind on amazing snow colored horse.
Kiera's P.O.V.:
I was following right behind Carlos so today is exciting! My lavender dress was perfect for today. I wish I had a new outfit with me right now but I will have to wait until the coronation.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
Logan and I talked for hours as we walked over to get on our horses. I am so excited. "Your Majesties," Orieus said bowing to us. "Hello Orieus," I replied. He soon brought out Lucy and Caspian our horses. Lucy was a beautiful chestnut colored horse with red reigns around her. Caspian was a dark black and gold reigns were around him on his bridle. Our saddles were ready to go as well. So Logan helped me onto Lucy and since I learned from him while back he did horseback riding, he got on Caspian and two of us went to the entrance of the camp where we saw our friends including Jayden already on his horse. "Hey guys," I said to them. "Hey Lauren. Ready," Jayden replied. "A little bit but also nervous," I told my brother. "No need to be nervous Lauren," Kiera said coming over on her white horse. "Hi Kiera," I smiled. "Hi guys. Lauren you did a great job in helping your people. Now it is time to rule," she told me. "Thanks Kiera," I smiled. "No problem," she answered. Aslan soon came behind Kiera walking to the front of the procession. "How are you feeling dear ones," he asked us. "Excited but also nervous," I smiled. "Yes I can see in your faces. Your ancestors felt the same way too when they were younger than you five ready to rule a kingdom but also nervous," he told us. "They were," Logan asked. "Of course. Just like you they had insecurites but I helped them for the first part of the journey and that is what I did with you," he explained. "Wow I didn't know. Thank you Aslan," James said riding Susan. "My pleasure James. Now, we should be marching to Cair soon don't you think," he said with a twinkle in his eye. "Yes we should," I smiled. "Aslan, Your Majesties. The camp is ready to move whenever you are," a centaur told us. "Perfect. What do you guys say, ready," I asked. "Ready," they smiled. Aslan soon walked in front leading the way and the five of us gently clicked our horses to walk and we followed Aslan and Kiera who was right next to him on the path that would lead to Cair Paravel. I couldn't believe all the forest areas that we were riding on were so majestic, amazing and daunting now that I think of it. I could almost see the figure of a spire in the distance but the trees were blocking the view.
"Hey sis, how are you feeling," Jayden asked coming by me on his white horse. "Excited," I told him. "Excited, how come," he asked. "Well the fact that I get to be with you again, I rule with my best friends those things," I smiled. "I know. I've been looking foward to seeing you again sis. When I was at the palace of Big Time Rush's friend and when he told me you were gone. I thought I was crushed but I knew you were out there waiting for me. I really missed you," he explained. "I know. I missed you a lot Jayden but promise me one thing okay," I asked. "What's that," he wondered. "You'll never leave me again and won't let anyone hurt me," I said looking at my brother. "Of course I won't Lauren. Your my sister and I love you," he smiled. "I love you Jayden," I smiled.
James's P.O.V.:
I was happily enjoying the ride on my horse when I started to hear a noise that was silent but started to grow. I thought it was growls of wolves but I looked in the horizon and saw people. People waving flags and celebrating the end of the Wizard's rule but as well animals doing the same. People turned and saw our column calling and soon started to whisper, "They're here. here they come," the next thing I knew they started cheering. Cheering for Aslan, cheering for us. I just smiled and wondered why they would be cheering for us? But, I remembered about the prophecy and how we fulfilled it. I guess that's why they were cheering for us. As we approached the roads of LA, I saw traffic stopped to let us by and everyone was still cheering for us as we walked by on our horses. "All hail the descendants," someone cried out in the crowd. I didn't know that person knew we would be the descendants. "Long live the Kings and Queen," a girl screamed. "LONG LIVE THE DESTINED FIVE," another cried out. "WE HEART BIG TIME RUSH," a group of girls screamed in joy. I smiled and soon waved to those who were cheering us on.
Logan's P.O.V.:
I couldn't believe everyone we know and a lot of our friends would be cheering for us as we walked through the roads of LA to the castle which I could see now more clearly resting on a cliff. "Lauren, Jayden, guys look. Were here," I smiled telling my friends. They followed my gaze and the castle laid right in front of us on an angle. It looked more like a cathedral to me and beautiful at the same time. Stone and ivy branches covered the castle but when we arrived they magically were wiped clean into fresh stone and branches. Banners of our kingdom were placed along the turrets and windows perfectly clean like a whistle in the summer sun. On the side, I could see the silhouette of steps leading into the castle.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
"Jayden, are you feeling the same thing I am," I asked my brother. "Yes I am. Honestly, I think Logan may have to pinch me when we arrive. I feel like I'm dreaming," he replied. Soon Jayden felt a pinch on his arm. "Ow Logan," he told him. "Well, your not dreaming," he chuckled. "Nope I am not and neither is Lauren," he smiled. I smiled at the others and the cheers around us were defining welcoming us into our roles not only from boyband and girl with a lost brother but to those of royals. The ones who were destined to fulfill the prophecy. I waved to everyone as we walked or in this case rode on our horses to the main gates of the castle. The gates were done in antique gold finish with the red symbol of Aslan separating the main parts of the gate and the flower of LA in the back of the lion. Aslan growled and magically the gates open to let us past. I was stunned and so was Jayden and the guys. We walked through the gates and walked over to one of the sides of the castle or in this case the side entrance of many I think. We stopped our horses at the spot before they were taken to the stables. "Thanks Lucy," I told my horse giving her a pet. "My pleasure Your Majesty," she responded. "This is the first time I heard you talk," Jayden said stunned. "Yes my Lord and welcome home," she said as I got down thanks to Jayden's help and I petted her before the generals took her to the royal stables.
Logan's P.O.V.:
Members of our court like the ladies in waiting and servants were already inside the castle and came out to greet us. "Welcome home Your Majesties," they chorused bowing and curtysing to us. I feel spoiled with this. "Phillip, Raphael, guys. I'm happy to see you again," I told my servants. "As to we King Logan, we waited a long time for you to come to your new home and here you are," Raphael smiled. "Please call me Logan in private okay," I asked. "Sure," they responded. James, Kendall and Carlos were happily reuniting with their servants and I looked to see Lauren's ladies hugging and welcoming Lauren to the palace. Her brother Jayden was talking to them as well. Aslan cleared his throat and that got everyone's attention. "Are we ready to see the palace," he asked. "More than ready," Lauren said coming forward. The five of us including Jayden and our entourage walked inside the palace to see the place decorated with red and gold roses as if they bloomed in winter. Marble like floors covering the length of the floor, cream vaulted walls like those of Notre Dame. I was stunned.
Jayden's P.O.V.:
The servants were happy to see of all us and Aslan and some bowed and curtsied to us saying, "Welcome home Your Majesties," or "Congratulations on your win," I looked to see my sister stunned at all this beauty that came from this place. This was honestly amazing. We walked over to the castle gardens that were near the Great Hall which we would be seeing later on, the treasure chamber of that our ancestors where there statues were in front of their chests, everything you name it, we've been to it; but I'll let Lauren explain the most majestic part of the castle.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
Jayden walked right near me and Logan as we were treated to a tour of the castle. I got to see the castle gardens which were amazing with the flowers Queen Lucy planted still blooming. I don't believe it at all. We walked around the palace and soon arrived near the chambers. They were big but I noticed a stained glass window near the chambers but also doors. Chapel doors. "Aslan, is that a chapel over there," I asked seeing a glass window near the chambers. "Go see for yourself dear one," he told me. I walked and gently opened the doors. I was surprised and walked in gingerly right into the chapel which I could see an altar of the Last Supper, a crucifix, the tabernacle and a statue of Our Lady of Fatima to the side. On the right, was a piece of slab that looked very familiar to me. Yes, the same stone slab that Aslan died on the Stone Table for Carlos and all of us. I was stunned at this and so were the guys. This chapel was more than I can picture just simple, but powerful in art. Then, I noticed six leaner facing the altar and a bunch of candles. I went over and lit one of the candles then I went to my kneeler and knelt before the altar in prayer.
Jayden's P.O.V.:
I followed right behind my sister as the six of us knelt before the altar and I felt peace which I have always felt but not in a way like this. I was still in awe and looked around for a few seconds before Lauren and the others stood up from the kneelers and walked out of the chapel. "Come with me dear ones, I'll show you your chambers," Aslan smiled. We walked down the long hallway near the chapel to see our chambers or doors I should say ready to be opened.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
I noticed two red-mahogany double doors with the symbol of my cordial engraved in the doors. I bet this is my chamber, i thought. I looked to see Carlos's doors near me but a few feet away and had the symbol of a wand breaking by the sword. James had a horn engraved into his, more like his ancestors horn. Logan had the sea and stars which was right near me. Kendall had the hilt of his sword on the doors and Jayden had a normal image of Aslan and his room was right after Logan's. I opened the doors to my room and I couldn't believe the size of my room. Walking in, I couldn't believe it was huge and beautiful with painted cream walls accented in gold along with a painting placed on one of the walls. of A beautiful wood canopy bed with gold sheets were already on my bed twinkling like stars. Near my bed, I saw doors covered by a yellow curtain that led out to a balcony and looked out towards the sea. I was stunned by the view. I soon walked to my right and found a pair of antique doors covered with swirls and brown color. The glass was clear and I could see straight into my bathroom. Decorated in the same palette as my room but richer with gold and silver, a round bathtub which I never expected honestly and everything that I can wish for in it. Including a dressing screen which would honestly work perfectly since I would be taking a bath. I looked to my right and saw a huge wardrobe much like the one I saw in the movie and inside were dresses for me. All of this, just mesmerizing. I can't believe this is happening. In my room I noticed a painting when I heard the sound of paws entering and I saw Aslan. "You like your room dear one," he asked me. "Oh yes very much Aslan. I was noticing this painting over here. It looks beautiful," I told him. "Yes it does my dear. Your ancestor Queen Lucy painted this picture," he told me. "Queen Lucy painted this," I asked in disbelief. "Yes. She painted this when remembering every detail when she first arrived in Narnia all those years ago. She wanted you to have this because she loves and will be watching over you," he replied. "Wow. Thank you Aunt Lucy," I whispered. "You ready to see the Great Hall my lioness," he asked. "Oh yes I'm ready," I told the lion as we walked out of my chamber and walked through several corridors where James, Kendall, Carlos and Jayden were standing in front of two great oak double doors.
Kendall's P.O.V.:
We are just about to enter the Hall for the first time and I am so excited to see what it looks like. Two centaurs opened the double doors for us as walked a few steps then entered into the big great hall. The columns were so high and I was just an awe. Then we came towards the end of the hall and saw five marble thrones behind a stained glass window of peacock feathers. "Wow," I said to Carlos. "Wow is right," James said as well. We walked up the mini steps to the thrones and I was surprised on how amazing it was. My throne had an engravement of my sword in sheath on the circle of the thrones while Carlos had his sword breaking the Wizard's wand, James had his horn on his throne, Logan with the healing stars and the sea, and Lauren had her cordial engraved. I was speechless. "Aslan, this is awesome," I told him. "I'm glad you like it Kendall," he replied. "I think it's more than what we pictured," Lauren added. "Indeed dear one, come we must get everything set for the coronation ceremony in a few days time," Aslan told us as we walked out of the hall but the one fact on my mind is, what are we to do with the band? I honestly don't know what to do.
(That night)
Logan's P.O.V.:
We just settled in to Cair Paravel and I can't believe that this will be happening in a few days. I'm still shocked but I know in the end it will be worth it. All of a sudden, I heard a knock at the doors to my room. "Just a moment," I called. I was putting on my white pajama shirt. "Enter," I called. Soon the doors opened and I noticed Lauren coming in wearing a white nightgown, gold bathrobe and gold slippers gently tapping the floor. "Hey Lauren," I greeted her. "Hey Logan. You alright," she replied back. "No. I have been thinking about something lately and it has to do with the band," I replied. "What do you mean buddy," Lauren asked. "Well, I know we have a press conference tomorrow but with us ruling a kingdom, I'm not sure if the band can still go on," I explained. "Oh. Have you given any thought about what you would want to tell fans," Lauren asked. "I don't know. I gave it some thought but it's difficult," I told her. A knock was soon heard on my door. "Come in," I called. Kendall, James, and Carlos soon came into my room. "Hey did you guys find the secret passages," Carlos asked. "No," Lauren and I asked confused. "We found ours. It's great that they connect to your rooms," Kendall smiled. "I bet it is," Lauren agreed. "So what's going on," James asked.
"Guys, I'm not sure how to put this in plain speak but since we are the descendants of the kings and queens of Narnia, I don't know if Big Time Rush can still go on even if we rule the kingdom," Logan explained. "Your right Logan but we need to keep in mind either one way or another a side is not going to be happy," James said sitting on my bed. "Agreed and we just can't abdicate our bloodline to the throne now besides, our ancestors and families wouldn't want us to do that when we just won the battle," Carlos said to us. "Carlos is right but the company would probably want us to make music now and Griffin would not be happy if we didn't get something out," Kendall added. "Yeah so the question now is what do we do," I asked. We all thought about it unsure of what to do next. "Maybe we need to talk about this with Gustavo," Kendall told us. "Good idea," the guys and I agreed as we decided to call Gustavo and talk to him.
(At Gustavo's Mansion)
Gustavo's P.O.V.:
I am so happy that my dogs are finally fulfilling their prophecy. I guess there was something special about them. As I was about to put my head on the pillow for sleep, the phone rang. Who would be calling me at this short hour? "The phone sir," Sebastian my butler said coming in. "Thank you Sebastian," I told him. "Yes this is the Rocque mansion may I ask who is speaking," I said picking up the phone. "Gustavo, you there? It's Kendall and the guys along with Lauren," a voice sounded into the phone. "Dog, what are you doing calling me? I would be the one calling you and the guys including Lauren," I answered. "Well, we called because we need your advice," James spoke. "What do you need," I asked. "We don't know if," Carlos started to say. "If Big Time Rush can still go on if you guys are ruling the kingdom. Yes I know," I told them. "How did you know Gustavo," Logan asked. "I could tell in your voices. Look guys, when I first met you all those years ago I never thought to turn four hockey heads into singing idols. Now you have come a long way since then and are really the descendants of royalty, Narnia's royalty preparing to be crowned rulers and I could not be more proud especially your families are too. Look, my point is our paths crossed together and now were going in separate directions, I could not be more proud of you four," I explained to the guys. "We really appreciate it Gustavo, thank you," Carlos told me.
"My pleasure boys. Announce to fans tomorrow you will be going on hiatus and I don't know what Griffin would think but I feel that's the best plan," I told them. "We'll do that. Thanks Gustavo," James told me. "My pleasure boys, I am so proud of you. Can't wait to see you at the coronation," I told them. "Us too. Actually Gustavo, we would like for you to come to the press conference tomorrow. We want to thank you in person," Logan told me. "I will be there boys. I'll see you tomorrow," I told them. "See you then Gustavo," the guys replied on the other line. I smiled and afterwards hung up with them and looked at a image of our 1st album release party with the guys. I smiled at that image and tears were in my eyes. "I'm so proud of you boys. I should say Your Majesties," I whispered.
(Back at the castle)
Kendall's P.O.V.:
"I'm glad we talked with Gustavo about this. I just hope fans would be accepting of our answer tomorrow," I told the guys and Lauren. "Yeah but either way we are doing the right thing and ruling a kingdom comes with responsibility so I think you made a good call," Lauren told me. "I think we did," James added. "Yeah," we smiled. "Your Majesties," Phillip said interrupting our conversation. "Yes Phillip," Logan asked. "I'm sorry to interrupt but it's late and you all have a busy day tomorrow," he told us. "Oh right. I better get to bed," I told them. "Us too. Night guys," Lauren smiled. "Night Lauren," we replied and soon went back to our rooms and went to sleep knowing tomorrow would be crazy.
