The coronation
Hector's P.O.V.:
Today is the day! Lauren's coronation and man am I so excited! How is it possible that she grew from a little baby to being crowned queen? I do not know but I am so excited. We were in our hotel room getting set for the coronation ceremony when I heard a swish of chiffon and saw Jess coming in wearing her mint green, okay blue dress for the coronation along with her Junior Ambassador of the planet Skelcki sash on her body. "Jess, you look stunning," I said surprised. "Thanks Hector. Mom was doing curls in my hair like Susan in Narnia, you know for Lauren," she smiled with a twirl. "I love it," I grinned. "As do I," dad said happily coming into the room with us. Oh, I must mention dad was able to meet up with us yesterday before the coronation ceremony. We wanted Lauren and Jayden to come but he said to keep it a surprise till today where he could see them both. Were so excited for Lauren, I can't believe she's grown up. "It's hard to believe today's the day. Our little sis has grown up," I mused combing my hair. "It sure is Hector; but you know she's not getting married," Jess grinned. "I know but she's about to be crowned queen soon. Descendant of Lucy Pevensie, she did it. She's ready to be queen," I smiled. "She sure is Hector," dad grinned giving me a arm hug. "Yep but we are all proud of her," I smiled. "Very proud. I wonder how's she's doing in Cair Paravel," mom wondered coming in. "Well, she should be waking up soon," I shrugged getting ready.
(Meanwhile at Cair Paravel)
Lauren's P.O.V.:
I felt the sunlight going through my face as I woke up in my bed. Atlantia, my head lady in waiting a naid was already at the side of my bed. Man how does she know that I am waking up? Beats me. "Good morning Lauren," Atlantia said to me. "Morning," I replied back. "I see you have already waked up. Sorry if I did," she told me. "No, no. Don't apologize. I've been somewhat up for a bit. Where is everyone," I said sitting up in bed. "Oh. They had some final details for approval my Quee, I mean Lauren," she told me. "Details for what," I wondered. "Did you forget what today is," Atlantia asked with a smile. "Yeah I did. What is today," I asked. "It's your coronation today," she replied. "It's my coronation," I realized. "Yes. We have waited a long time for this day Lauren and now, the time has come," she smiled. Man how did I forget today was my coronation? "It sure has Atlantia," I mused. "It did. Now, lets get you some breakfast before getting you ready for the ceremony. Aslan requested you all have breakfast in your chambers," she said bringing some breakfast over to me as I sat in bed. I can't believe today my life will change forever. I wonder how everyone else is feeling.
Mr. Bitter's P.O.V.:
I just woke up when my phone buzzed about the coronation happening today. I am so excited! This is going to be amazing I mean all the gowns, the ceremony, and all the fun stuff. I can't wait! The clock said 9:40 but the ceremony would start at noon so I found my TV and put it on just in time as I heard the words of Robin Roberts, "Good morning everyone. We are here outside Cair Paravel broadcasting live from the coronation. I'm Robin Roberts here today with my cohosts Michael Strahan and Lara Spencer. This is one day I am sure no one will forget in history. The Order of the Lion prophecy will be fulfilled today" I couldn't believe this was to be happening soon. Soon I got my P.A. system and turned it on. "Good morning Palm Woods residents. This is Mr. Bitters speaking and I want everybody to turn your TV's on pretty soon because the coronation coverage is staring now," I said happily. This is it.
(In New York)
Annie's P.O.V.:
I just woke up from my sleep and my phone all of a sudden buzzed. I have a smartphone now so to say. I saw a text coming from Francine sent in a group text to me, Gilda, Keith, Lisa, Shock, Mario, Danny, Marcus and Manny with the words today is the day. It's Lauren's coronation day! I gasped and squealed with shock! I am so excited for Lauren. I quickly got dressed and headed over to the diner where almost everybody was getting ready to watch on the TV that was installed for the ceremony. "Hey Annie, you got my text," Francine said happily. "I know. I am so excited for Lauren. It seems it was just yesterday we were all enemies," I replied. "Ditto to that; yet still are," Danny replied. "Yeah but just for today we call a truce and honestly you got to be proud of Lauren. She's going to be crowned queen. Queen of Los Angeles and Narnia, descendant of Queen Lucy," Marcus added. "True that," everyone agreed on that part. "You excited Shock," I asked him. "Yes I am Annie. I'm so proud of Lauren," he replied. Then, I heard a phone buzz. "Mine," Keith called; but we know it's his phone. "Text from Hector," he announced. "What did he say," Gilda asked. "He says morning guys! I bet you are excited for today as much as we are. Honestly, I never thought this day would come. So you guys want to face chat with us before the ceremony," he replied. "Tell him yes," I said. So he did and we went into the diner to catch the coronation.
(At Cair Paravel)
Lauren's P.O.V.:
Assia and my ladies in waiting Atlantia, Lavenda, and Lily were helping me with my nightgown as I stood behind the screen that was in the bathroom and they helped me gently into my bathtub. The bath greeted me warmly with the scents of honey, cedar, and the warm nectar of the fire flowers growing in Narnia. "Excited for today your highness," Assia asked me as she began to wash my hair. I told her a few times to call me Lauren instead of all the your highness stuff; but I didn't mind. "Yes Assia I am excited; but also nervous," I replied. "Why," she replied. "Well this is going to be the first time with my whole family here and I don't want to cry out on everyone," I answered. "I see," Lavenda said as she helped Assia with washing my hair. "No matter what Lauren, you are going to do amazing and I am sure of it," Lavenda told me. "Thanks Lavenda," I replied. "No problem, Queen Lauren. Come, lets get you in your coronation dress," she replied rinsing my hair. The others helped me out of the tub as I went to the screen and placed on my bathrobe. "You think King Logan and the others are awake," Lily wondered. "I hope so cause if they aren't, I think we might have to delay the ceremony," I giggled.
Logan's P.O.V.:
I woke up from a long sleep as I heard the clink of a cup and the stirring of milk. What is going on? "Morning Logan," Duffle told me. "Oh. Morning Duffle. Is there a reason why we are having breakfast here in our chambers and not the dining hall," I asked. "Oh the cooks are getting the dining hall set for the feast tonight my king. Aslan asked to bring breakfast to you," Raphael told me placing breakfast on my bed. "Oh uh thank you Raphael but you didn't have to do that and all of you can call me Logan. That is if you want to," I told him. "I understand Your Majesty. I mean Logan and thank you. We can call you by your first name in private if that's what you wish," he smiled. "I appreciate it thank you," I smiled. "Your welcome Logan. Now, Albus and your servants are getting your outfit ready for today. They told me it should be done soon," he explained. "My outfit for what," I asked. "Your coronation ceremony," he replied. "It's our coronation today. Why didn't I notice it. Carlos wake up," I said happily as I ran to Carlos's room.
Carlos's P.O.V.:
I can't believe today is our coronation as the rulers of Los Angeles and Narnia. I have to admit, I'm really excited but also nervous. I mean, I knew we came here to be a band but now the rulers of kingdom that is real and told about? Man, this is honestly crazy but this is it. "Carlos you up," Logan asked. "I'm up Logan and yes I know today's our coronation," I told him. "You excited," he replied. "Nervous," I admitted. "I hear you brother but your going to do great," Logan told me. "Thanks Loges. See you in a bit," I told him as my servants came with breakfast and my outfit ready for the ceremony. I wonder how James and Kendall are doing.
James's P.O.V.:
I was just waking up from a good night's sleep after all the coronation planning we had to do the last few days and let me say it was tiring and stressful at the same time. I still can't believe today is the day. The day I would be crowned king of Los Angeles and Narnia, descendant of Queen Susan. It blows my mind and I never thought this would happen to me even though I'll be a great king (cue the face). Okay, last time I'm doing it for now but I'm really excited for this new chapter and to do it with my friends and now family by my side, it makes today even more special. My servants came by with my coronation outfit and I can't wait for the ceremony.
Kendall's P.O.V.:
I was dreaming hockey again when I heard feet shuffling no hooves and paws going back and forth on the floor. I sat up and wondered what was happening. "Uh Fallon," I called to the satyr. He's one of my servants. "Oh. Your Majesty. I apologized did we wake you," he bowed. "Oh. Uh no. Not really I was planning to get up anyway. What's with the commotion," I asked. "Oh Aslan requested that you have breakfast in your chambers this morning while the staff prepare the Great Hall for tonight," he explained. "What's going on tonight," I wondered. "Don't you remember Sire? Today's your coronation ceremony," someone told me. "Our coronation is today," I exclaimed. "Yep," he replied. Oh boy! This is it! My destiny is finally happening. "Thanks for waking me up bud," I replied. "Anytime Kendall," James replied. "See you in a few hours," I called to him. Man, can't believe I am going to be crowned high King today. Well, better get ready.
Gustavo's P.O.V.:
I'm at my mansion right now putting the final touches on my tux and may I say I looked handsome. All of a sudden, I heard the doorbell. That must be Kelly. I went to the door and saw Kelly looking awesome in a beautiful peach strapless gown with matching shoes and handbag. "Kelly, you look stunning," I told her. "Thanks Gustavo. You look handsome," she replied. "Thanks. I can't believe the dogs will be crowned soon," I smiled. "I know. It's amazing how time flies. Come on, the limo's almost here," she told me as we went to the driveway where the limo awaited and soon we were on our way to Cair Paravel for the coronation ceremony.
Third Person's P.O.V.:
"And there on the highway right now to Cair Paravel is the limo of Gustavo Rocque, Big Time Rush's record producer," Robin announced as the limo was shown on the highway heading towards the palace. "Yes indeed Robin. He is so excited for Big Time Rush but more importantly proud of them. He's grateful for what the boys have done over the years and he still can't believe the boys are descendants of the kings and queens of Narnia," Michael told Robin on camera. "Yes, I can imagine. I would be stunned to. We are still inching closer to the start of the coronation ceremony which will be pretty soon; but until then, lets take a look back on how this journey for the five friends and soon to be royals began," Lara told the cameras. A picture soon appeared on the screen of Lauren and the guys all on vacation together. "The five friends. Lauren, James, Logan, Carlos and Kendall. Destined for greatness that began from the moment they were born. They met in 2010 while visiting a friend of Lauren's and when Logan first met Lauren, he knew she was special," Robin's voice said as pictures came rolling in from the vacation. "It wasn't until I met her and felt the glow from her necklace and mine did I feel she was another piece to the puzzle a prophecy was speaking about," a clip from one of BTR's interviews talking about vacation played on screen.
"That prophecy was the Order of the Lion. According to many history majors, none can explain how the prophecy came into affect but when reading it through on the scroll that belonged in Narnia it states that when the fifth descendant arrives to fulfill her destiny, the portal to Narnia will be opened and the descendants of the 3 sons of Adam and 2 daughters of Eve along with the princess and Valiant Queen's brother will appear, defeat the descendant of the White Witch and restore peace to the kingdom. And they did just in the time since the prophecy has been brought to them and with help from Keira, daughter of Aslan the king and Lauren's lost brother Jayden, they were able to defeat the descendant of the White Witch and now peace is ready to be brought into Los Angeles and Narnia," Robin said as the piece they did finished it's course.
"And all of the world is watching this moment today and right now we can see some of the people of Narnia including dwarfs, fauns, saytrs and nymphs who are joining the coronation ceremony. They are spread among the VIP's am I correct Michael," she asked. "You are correct indeed Robin. They requested to be spread among them. Others wished to be right near the thrones during the ceremony. Portion is reserved for the family and close friends of the royals so we will be seeing a bunch of people today," he added. "Yes and I want to turn over to our correspondents TJ and Sara who are right near the red carpet where VIP's are walking in. Good morning guys," she told Sara and TJ as they appeared on screen.
"Good morning Robin and Michael. Yes the anticipation is building towards the ceremony's start and everyone is excited. A lot of creatures and people are here and we can't wait to see the families of the soon to be royals who will make their way on the red carpet over to their seats for the ceremony. This is going to be awesome," TJ told the cameras. "Yes indeed TJ and everyone is looking so fashionable and they are all so proud for the royals and let's show you inside the Great Hall where the ceremony is taking place," Sara replied as cameras soon went into the Great Hall to show people talking, finding seats, the thrones all clean and perfect and Gustavo coming in. "There is Gustavo Rocque. He just arrived a few minuets ago to a big cheer from everybody so we should be seeing the families soon guys but anticipation is building. We are minuets away from the ceremony back to you," Sara told them. "Thank you guys. Stay tuned everyone the coronation is almost here," Robin told the cameras as they went to break.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
I was sitting on the seat of my vanity looking out the window to see people arriving. I couldn't see mom, Hector or Jess anywhere in the crowd. "Do you see your parents Your Majesty," Assia asked. "Not yet Assia, you can call me Lauren," I told her with a smile as the servants brushed my hair into large but delicate curls. Keep in mind, I was still in my bathrobe. "My apologies Lauren. This is a big day for you and they should be here soon," she told me. "I hope you are right Assia. They mean everything to me and I can't believe I will be queen. I hope dad's coming," I smiled. "You will be a great one Lauren. Now, your hair is ready, so let's work on makeup," Dove told me. I soon closed my eyes as the ladies work their magic. I wonder how Hector is doing.
Hector's P.O.V.:
We just got into our limo and we look awesome. Jess really looks like a princess in her teal green/ sky blue gown with her Junior Ambassador sash on proudly and her silver heels complimenting the bright colors really well. Oh, I have to mention her curly hair was done in ringlets just like Susan in the films. She looks beautiful. Mom was dressed in her strapless red dress with red shoes and a golden clutch to compliment the look. Then there was dad dressed in his military uniform. I am so excited to surprise Lauren. Oh wait, we can't forget about me. I was wearing a tux with black pants and a butioneer of Lauren's coronation crown flower. The yarrow leaf. I know all of us are excited for Lauren and I can't wait to surprise her with the news that dad is home. Oh, I almost forgot to mention about Jayden to. I'm so happy our family is whole once again. Aslan was right saying it would happen.
Third Person's P.O.V.:
"And right now a limo is approaching and we believe the families are arriving," Robin told Michael as images showed up of the arrival. "Yes that's right Robin. The first limo coming up now is the family of Queen Lauren, the Ruiz family. In that limo it is confirmed that her big brother Hector, little sister Jessica, junior ambassador of Earth to the planet Skelecki and their parents Maria and Former Staff Sargent Stephen Ruiz of the United States Army are in that limo. Stephen has not seen his daughter Lauren or son Jayden in a long time but this moment has to be special since he is surprising them today," Michael told Robin. "Yes and this is has to be a big moment in all of their lives. We know the families have been part of their upbringing to now and this is going to be a tear jerker for them seeing their kids get crowned," Robin added. "Yes and the first limo is outside the palace and we are going to get a glimpse of the families right now," Lara said to the cameras as the Ruiz limo pulled up in front of the castle.
Hector's P.O.V.:
"Hector, were here," Jess told me as the limo stopped. She was right. We were right near the east steps of Cair Paravel and I couldn't believe it. It was amazing and so like in the movie. Wow, I wish the others were here to see this. I soon stepped out with my family and cheers went up through the crowd as we just waved and smiled for them as we walked over to the gates. Press snapped photos for the event and we were excited to see our little sister. "Alright. Ruiz family, let's go surprise Lauren and Jayden," I said happily as we went into the castle to find our sister and brother.
(In Lauren's chambers)
Lauren's P.O.V.:
I missed my family so much over the last few days and I am so excited to see them for the ceremony! "Hey Lily can I look now," I asked her since my eyes were still closed. "Not yet Lauren," she replied. Dang it! Guess I have to wait. "Okay Lauren, now you can open," Lily replied. I opened my eyes and as I looked into the mirror I saw a different person. One with curled hair like Queen Lucy and natural looking makeup. I looked so pretty. "Wow you guys. I look,-"I started to say then Lavenda cutted in. "Don't be vain Your Majesty. Allow me to say it for you. You look beautiful," she said and I just smiled. "Thank you Lavenda," I grinned. "Your welcome. Now come, let's get you in your dress," she smiled as it was brought in on a hanger. I have to admit the detail was so well done and seeing the pearls and little crystals on there made it twinkle. I am so ready to take on my role as queen.
Logan's P.O.V:
I just finished my bath and my servants Corin, Raphael, Duffle, and Albus were brushing my hair as I was getting ready for the coronation today. In case, your confused Albus is a faun and head lord in waiting. Duffle is one of the minotaur's but serves on the guard as well and is second to Albus. Raphael, is another faun and is the third of my servant team but also royal herald to the court. Meaning, he introduces us at royal balls. Honestly, I am excited and nervous but I don't know how it will go for me now. "You alright Logan," Albus asked me noticing the worry on my face. "Not really Albus. I'm nervous about today," I honestly replied. "Don't be nervous your highness you are going to do great. Besides, Caspian was thinking the same thing to and was ready to be king; but I know you can do it and I bet Caspian is smiling down on you," Raphael told me. "Thanks Raphael," I told him. "My pleasure King Logan," he replied. Okay now that I am feeling better about today. Time for me to put one my coronation outfit.
Hector's P.O.V.:
We were trying to find Lauren's room and we were stuck; but thanks to the guards and also Lauren's voice we were able to find her chamber. I noticed as we arrived the mahogany doors with the symbol of her cordial, then I figured it was Lauren's room. "Okay. You guys ready," I said to my family and our friends joining us on Face Chat. "Oh you bet we are Hector. I'm excited to see Lauren," Jess replied. "Me too Jess. Let's do this bro," Danny said and I had to chuckle. Here we go. Then I knocked. "One moment please," a voice replied. Almost time. Then, the doors opened. "Lady Lily," Mom asked the person who opened the doors. Well, dryad to be quite honest. "Yes. You must be the family of Her Majesty Queen Lauren," she asked. "We are. We wish to see her," mom smiled. "Of course. Please come in. She's putting on her coronation dress and slippers now," she told us ushering into her chamber. Wow, her room looks great. Her other ladies in waiting well dryads in this case smiled as we came in. "Ladies, I present to you the family of Queen Lauren," Lily introduced us to her team and they bowed their heads in respect.
"It's a pleasure to meet the family of the Valiant Queen once again. We have waited a long time for this," Assia told us. "As are we Lady Lilly, I hope the waiting didn't take long," dad smiled. "No. We had hope in your daughter and Aslan. The time has come," she smiled before hearing a swish of velvet and turned around to see Lauren in her coronation dress and slippers. "Your Majesty," she curtsied. Dad was waiting behind me. I wanted this to be a surprise for Lauren. Alright here we go.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
Thanks to Lavenda I was put into my coronation dress and it fitted me like a glove. The dress body was an amazing silver white/ light blue teal fabric with hand sewn pearl flowers and tiny crystals all around the dress. The collar of the dress was so awesome and I looked beautiful. Twenty pearl loop buttons were on the back of my dress and Lavenda helped me buttoned the back. "Thank you Lavenda," I smiled to my lady as she curtsied to me. I walked out from behind the screen to see my family there standing in shock and stunned. "Lauren, your family wanted to see you," Lily smiled. "Mom, Hector, Jess. Your here," I grinned to my sister, brother and mom hugging them. "Hi Lauren, you look beautiful," Hector smiled hugging me. "Thanks. Hey guys," I said hugging him back and seeing my friends over the phone that was in Hector's hand. "Hi Lauren," they said back as I smiled seeing how much they have grown in a few months. "How are you feeling, sweetie? Nervous," mom asked after hugging me. "No not really but a little bit I would say. I just can't believe this is happening. I never thought this day would come," I explained. "Neither did we Lauren," Sean piped up on screen. "Yeah but its here and were proud of you sis," Jess told me. "Yes very proud," mom told me. "Thanks guys. I'm just stunned you guys are watching but there is something missing," I admitted. "What's that," Shock asked. "Well, I just wish dad was here to see me crowned. I hadn't seen him in a long time. I know Aslan told me and Jayden he's alive," I told them. "Well, you may not have to wait long Lauren. Guess who's here," Hector said walking to the side a little bit. I looked at Hector confused and saw someone coming forward in a military uniform. His hair hidden behind the hat yet I knew who it was or so but couldn't quite put my finger on it. "Daddy, is that you," I asked timidly. He soon smiled and placed his arms out. "Lauren, I promised you I would come home," he smiled. At that moment, I gasped and just smiled knowing it was my dad who I thought was gone.
"Dad," I exclaimed happily as I went to him and embraced my dad. "Hi Lauren," he said as he hugged me. "Dad! I missed you so much. Your home," I said nestled in his uniform. "I missed you too Laur. I'm home for good," he replied. I hugged onto my dad for a little bit and couldn't believe he was home and now here. Watching me be crowned queen. I honestly did not know how this would be better. Tears soon started to trickle down as I hugged dad some more. "Oh. She's going to ruin her makeup," I heard Assia speak. "Hush. Nothing like a little fine tuning will do but now let her enjoy this," Lily scolded. I couldn't believe he was here. Thank Aslan. A knock was soon heard on my door. "Come in," I called. "Lauren, you okay? I heard you scream and thought there was a mouse but," Jayden said coming into my room yet stopped in his tracks. "Hi Jayden," dad told him. "Dad," Jayden smiled and soon joined in the hug as I continued to embrace dad. "Dad, your home," Jayden smiled. "I am. I missed you two so much," he grinned. "We missed you to dad. Hector, Jess, mom," Jayden smiled as he hugged dad for a bit before letting go of the embrace and hugging Hector, Jess and mom who were crying tears of joy knowing their son was back and the Ruiz family is whole once again. This was so much better than I imagine. I wonder how Logan is doing.
Logan's P.O.V.:
I just finished putting on my white coronation tunic when I heard Lauren's voice yell dad. "What happened," I asked. "I think Lauren saw a family member," Corin replied. "We better check and see," I added as well. My servants agreed and we looked out the doors of my room to see Lauren hugging her father. I couldn't help but smile at the sight. "Lauren's dad, he came. Thank Aslan," I breathed. "She must have missed him," Raphael noticed. "She sure did," I told them. Jayden soon came in and hugged his dad and between you and me it was special. I couldn't stop the tears that were coming to my face as I silently cried. I feel so happy for my best friend. "Come Logan, let's get you finished for the ceremony," Albus told me. "Oh right," I smiled.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
I couldn't believe that my whole family was here! Man, this is crazy. "I'm so glad you guys could come. Thank you," I told them. "No need to thank us sis. Were family," Jess smiled. "We sure are and together will always be," dad smiled. I couldn't believe it. This was it. The clock in my room read 11:50. The ceremony would be starting soon. "Excuse me, I'm sorry to interrupt but we need to let the family of Queen Lauren know that the ceremony will be starting soon," Lavenda told my family. "Oh of course Lavenda, we'll get going but before we do, we like to have a quick moment with our daughter and son," mom told her. "Of course, my lady," she nodded. "Lauren, we are so very proud of you our daughter. Keep listening to your heart and fulfill your destiny as the descendant of Queen Lucy," mom told me with my hands in hers. "Thanks mom," I replied. "You are going to be an awesome queen Lauren. Now is it possible to place a request to her Majesty before the coronation," dad told me. "What is it you request," I asked kindly. "I request to her Majesty is it possible for her family to bestow on her and Jayden the Ruiz family blessing as they prepare for the Golden Age," Hector asked bowing to me. I giggled. "You may and ladies, please join in," I replied smiling at my servants. All of them got in a circle with Jayden and I in the middle and layed their hands or branches on us as they prayed for guidance and wisdom as I now prepare to reign my kingdom. "Thanks guys," I smiled. "We'll see you out there Lauren. Good luck," they told me before dad kissed my forehead as they left for the Great Hall. "Your majesty, it's time," Lily said to me. "Thank you," I replied. I soon lifted my arms and my red-orange coronation cape was placed around me then clasped with the pin of Aslan. I looked in my mirror for the last time as Lauren Jacinta Lucy Ruiz, the nicest girl ever with a destiny far more greater which I would still be. This time the person on the other side of the mirror would be me but will be known as Her Royal Majesty Queen Lauren the Valiant, Queen of Los Angeles and Narnia, Lady of Cair Paravel, Empress of the Lone Islands, Duchess of the Lamppost, descendant of Queen Lucy the Valiant of Narnia. This is it. I walked out of my room with my servants over to the Great Hall where I be crowned queen.
James's P.O.V.:
It's almost time for the ceremony and I am so excited. My mom stopped by earlier and I was so proud to see her. Let's just say she started the water works. I just finished putting on my cape and began to walk over to the Great Hall. I honestly feel the excitement and nerves going through me, yet I am so excited for today. I saw Lauren soon come by with her ladies near the entrance we would enter for the ceremony. They stopped for a bit before wishing her luck and curtsying to me. I smiled and bowed back to them as they went inside the hall. "Hey Lauren," I said to her. "Hey James. You look handsome," she replied. "Thanks. You look beautiful," I replied. "Thanks dude. How you feeling," she asked. "Nervous," I admitted. "Same here, honestly this is it," she said with a smile. "Yeah but we got through this together," I smiled and she agreed. Then, we both saw Carlos arriving and behind him were Logan and Kendall. Members of the royal guards followed behind them and some at the front as the three approached us. "Hi guys," Carlos grinned. "Hi, dude," I smiled back as the guards looked at us. "Your Majesties," they bowed. "General Orieus, Lt. Fallon," I smiled. "Congratulations on your coronation your Majesties. We wish you the best of luck," Fallon told us. "Thank you Fallon. We'll see you guys in a bit," Lauren grinned. "Likewise, my queen," Fallon bowed before he and Orieus with members of the royal guard walked into the hall.
Kendall's P.O.V.:
I can't believe today is the day I am going to be crowned High King! I never thought this would happen, yet I do have leadership qualities so to say but now this is it. Honestly, I'm nervous about this being High King and all. I mean I grew up reading about Narnia not realizing the prophecy was true so it was eye opening but I think I can say with confidence, I'm ready to be their king. "Hey," I heard Lauren smile. "Hey Lauren, you look amazing in Lucy's dress," I told Lauren. "Thanks Kendall, you look great in Peter's outfit," she answered. "Thanks. I'msurprised it fits me," I grinned. Logan soon came over to us.
Logan's P.O.V.:
"Lauren, you look stunning," I gushed hugging her. "Thanks Logan. You look handsome as well," she told me. "Thanks by the way, is it true your father is here," I asked. "What," the guys asked. "Yes. Dad came to my chamber with the rest of my family to surprise Jayden and I before the ceremony," she explained. "Aw," the guys awed. "Does this mean," James asked. "He's home for good," she told us. We grinned and I couldn't believe it. "I know. You talk a lot about him. I bet you he's proud. Actually, all our families are proud of us," I told her. "Yeah they are. We fulfilled the prophecy together, and we'll continue to do everything together promise," Lauren asked us. "Promise," we smiled. We grinned as we waited for Aslan. "You know I can't wait for what's next in our journey," James told me. "Me too James but right now, it's time for the next chapter to start," I smiled before turning my head to see Lauren grinning back at me.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
"It sure is," Aslan and Keira told us arriving near us. We all bowed to him and he smiled. "Rise, soon to be royals," he told us and we did just that. I felt the nerves come and go. Well, here goes nothing. "This is it guys, the big moment," Keira smiled. "Sure is. But were nervous," I explained before the guys filled in the last part. "No need to be nervous my dear ones, your destiny is here for a reason. Now your new adventure begins now. Are you ready," Aslan asked us. "I'm ready. You ready Logan" I asked looking at my best friend. "Ready. How about you James," he replied. "Ready. Ready Kendall," James asked him. "I've been ready. How about you Carlos? Ready," Kendall asked. Carlos soon took a deep breath. "Carlos, you ready," I asked looking at him. "I'm ready," he told us. We smiled and soon got into our positions just as we rehearsed. James, Logan and I were on the left of Aslan while Carlos and Kendall were on his right. I couldn't believe in just a few seconds we would be crowned rulers of our kingdom. Keira nodded to the guards who opened the doors to the Great Hall and walked out to where she would cue the guard to bear the colors as we approached the thrones.
Third Person's P.O.V.:
The clock stroke noon and everything was almost silent at Cair Paravel despite the chatter of the guests in the Great Hall and those outside near the balcony of the castle. The guards were already near the thrones ready for the signal to form the arch for their Majesties. Jayden was with the beavers off to the side of the Hall near the doors where he would process with the crowns. The crowns were already on the pillows polished and clean. The doors to the Great Hall opened and everyone saw Keira approach wearing a red dress with gold cape trailing behind along with a gold circlet and ruby gem in it. The crowd grew silent as she walked towards the thrones where the guards were stationed and going up a few steps near the thrones she turned to face the crowd. "People of Los Angeles and Narnia, on this day we come together on this to celebrate the end of the Wizard's reign and the coronation of the destined descendants of the kings and queens of Narnia who now approach these thrones. I present to you all Their Royal Majesties the descendants of the Kings and Queens of Narnia," she commanded as the trumpets blew to announce their Majesties arrival. "Company, ATTENTION! HONOR GUARD PRESENT ARMS," Orieus yelled as the guards did that while the doors that were closed during Keira's speech opened once again to reveal Aslan and the five friends.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
I heard trumpets announcing our arrival the Great Hall doors were opened by the centaurs. "No turning back," I whispered to Logan. "No turning back," he replied as we began the procession into the Great Hall. I looked around the Hall and saw many guests who were watching bowing or curtsying as we walked near them. Many creatures bowing to us as well. I just smiled as we approached the thrones even closer. An honor guard of centaurs held out their swords like an arch for us as we came forward and soon were pulled back to a salute position. The fauns that were in between them held onto the banners with pride. I looked in awe and wonder as and we arrived at the five thrones. The six of us stopped for a few seconds and I just breathed then smiled. I can't believe this is happening. No turning back. I looked over to see the guys smiling. Then, we walked up the mini steps to our thrones while Aslan stayed on the step we stopped at. We looked at them for a second and turned to face the crowd as Aslan started the ceremony. "To the glistening eastern sea, I give you Queen Lauren," Everyone was looking at me as he also said, "The Valiant," I gasped with joy as my brother Jayden came behind the beavers that held our crowns and I smiled.
Jayden's P.O.V.:
I followed right behind the beavers and I saw my little sister smiling at me and the family looking on near the thrones. I could feel tears coming to my face now; but I have to keep them in. I went to Mrs. Beaver who had the crown of Queen Lucy the Valiant on her pillow. I gently picked it up and walked over to my little sister. Lauren, my little sister soon to be queen. I'm honestly going to cry but I promised myself not to. She was already in a curtsey as I gently placed her crown on her curled hair. I took two steps back as she rose. Then, she looked at me and smiled.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
I soon felt the crown of Queen Lucy on my head and couldn't help but smile while looking at my big brother as I rose from the curtsey. I could tell he had tears in his eyes. "I love you Jayden," I whispered to him. "Love you too Lauren," he whispered planting a little kiss on my forehead before walking back to the beavers as he went to get Carlos's crown. I smiled so much and I was beaming with joy as I looked at Carlos.
Carlos's P.O.V.:
"To the great Western Wood, King Carlos," Aslan spoke as I went down on one knee with head bowed as Jayden placed the crown of my great uncle King Edmund the Just on my head. Then, I rose as Aslan added, "The Just" Wow. I never knew that this was my destiny. I smiled and looked at James with a grin who did the same with me. "To the radiant Southern sun," Aslan spoke while saying this.
James's P.O.V.:
I bowed on one knee already as Jayden approached with my crown. "King James, the Gentle," Aslan proclaimed and I smiled at Lauren's brother who gave a nod to me in congrats. I looked over at Logan.
Logan's P.O.V.:
"To the protector of the North Eastern seas and stars, King Logan the Angelic," Aslan said announcing my title as I was already bowing. Jayden came forward with my crown with some jewels emplaced and gently placed it on my head. I rose from my bow and grinned at Jayden. He looked at me and smiled and glanced at Lauren. I soon looked over to Lauren and grinned at her while she looked at me with a smile. Is there a spark that I feel in my heart right now? Nan. Then, I looked at Kendall, our buddy. The leader. The descendant of King Peter. I couldn't help but grin at my best friend who I met all those years ago would become high king.
Kendall's P.O.V.:
I bowed right before Jayden got to me and Aslan spoke, "And to the clear Northern Sky, I give you King Kendall," Jayden came forward with the crown of High King Peter and placed it on my head. Then, I rose from my bow as Aslan finished, "The Magnificent" It's done. I am officially King, High King now. My destiny came true.
Kiera's P.O.V:
After Jayden placed on the last crown, he stood over by me and I couldn't be more proud of these guys. I felt their energy from the beginning even as a smile appeared on my face and now here they are, the destined rulers of Los Angeles and Narnia. I could almost hear bells ringing in celebration and soon gave a deep curtsey to them and Jayden smiled at his little sister before giving a deep bow as the five friends well four and his sister soon stepped backwards and sat on their thrones. It is done, the prophecy is fulfilled at last.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
I was counting in my head knowing when to sit on my throne. When I reached three, the others did the same as we stepped back and sat on our thrones which were surprisingly comfortable; then again there was a pillow and our capes as well but who's counting. Aslan turned to us and spoke some thing to us like to our aunts and uncles at their coronation. "Once a King or Queen of Los Angeles and Narnia, always a King or Queen. May your wisdom grace us until the stars rain down from the heavens," he told us. I nodded at the words as he turn around to face the crowd. "Thank you Aslan," I whispered with a smile and so did Logan. Everyone was looking at us and we couldn't help but smile.
Third Person's P.O.V.:
"LONG LIVE KING KENDALL," the voices in the Hall and Aslan started to cry out for their rulers and Kendall broke into biggest grin ever. "LONG LIVE KING CARLOS," Carlos was grinning as well looking at James. "LONG LIVE KING JAMES," James was also so happy and he felt it. "LONG LIVE KING LOGAN," Logan just blushed. "LONG LIVE QUEEN LAUREN," the crowd called out so did the beavers, Jayden, and her family. Lauren chuckled and the crowd began to applaud and cheer for the new rulers that have fulfilled the prophecy once and for all.
Lauren's P.O.V.:
Many of our friends who helped us along the way came forward and we bestowed honors upon them. Like Gustavo, for instance we named him a knight well honorary one of the order of the Lion. They smiled and we couldn't believe it as they congratulated us on the fulfilment and our coronation. After the bestowing of honors, Aslan told us it was time for a appearance on the balcony of Cair Paravel before the coronation celebration was to take place. We nodded and rose from our thrones to more applause from family, friends, and our servants as we walked over to the balcony of the palace. Our first one as royals this was exciting. We stood near the balcony with Aslan inside waiting for the moment where the doors would open for us to step out and greet our subjects. I could hear the herald proclaim outside the prophecy has been fulfilled then cheers rising from the crowd. It seemed thunderous to me but I could not but feel excited as I looked at Logan, my best friend who believed in me along with the guys. "Ready for what's next Lauren," Logan asked seeing me along with the guys and Jayden who would join us. "More than ready," I told them as the servants opened the doors of the balcony to hear the roar of people cheering for us as we stepped out onto the balcony and waved to our subjects who cheered for us as descendants of their kings and queens. I was surprised of how many people were out there. It seemed that I lost count but I could tell in their faces how happy they were for us as they cheered in congrats but also throw flowers signifying new birth. Now it was our turn to lead a kingdom that we read about, now lived to see it's story once again.
Well here is the coronation you guys! I apologize for it being late but I am creating an epilogue which maybe short; but I am writing a sequel and it is called, ready drumroll please "BIG TIME GOLDEN AGE"! That is the name and I am so excited to start writing the sequel. So stay tuned!
