Supernatural drabbles, one-shots, and whatever part three
#98 Simple Advice
"Dean, can I talk to you?"
"Sure, Cas", Dean said as the former angel dragged him from the room.
"I… uh- need some advice"
"On what? Oh! This is about chicks, isn't it?" Dean crowed.
Castiel seemed to be growing more nervous by the second. "Uh… actually it's about something else…. I think."
"It's okay, Cas you don't have to pretend. I know-". Before Dean could he finish his sentence he found himself pinned to a wall with a certain angel's lips pressed hard against his own.
#73 Clueless
The young waitress smiled to herself as she walked away from the table containing three fit me. There was one long black haired giant of a man who reminded her of her ex-boyfriend's oversized black "Shire" horse. "What was that things name again? Samson? No. Sammy. That was it's name" She mused to herself as she poured coffee for a different table where a couple of old ladies sat, all the while keeping her eyes on the table with the three men.
The other two occupants of the man's table, a handsome dark haired man with a voice that screamed sex and an even handsomer blonde man with a face that could blow up ovaries with a glance were the ones that had so thoroughly grabbed her attention. If the blonde man hadn't flirted with her so intently she would have been certain the two were together.
She looked back up at them. Oh God, now they were intensely staring at each other. Horse boy was smirking. Maybe he thought they should be together too.
The two broke their intense eye, uh thing, when the giant spoke. Sex voice and Ovary exploder got up from the table and left, leaving Giant alone.
Giant waved her over. "Can I get some more coffee"?
"Of course."
Giant grinned at her, "You noticed them to, huh? Pretty oblivious aren't they?"
"You're friends?"
"Yeah, they are kind of clueless."
"Everyone who looks at them for more then two seconds can see the attraction between them except for them."
# 89 Damage
We're all damaged, in are own ways, maybe those three most of all, but somehow together they work. Sam, Dean, Castiel, they're insane by themselves but together they work and they work well. When they are alone they tear themselves apart, damage themselves even more. Together, together they are functional.
# 100 Hunger
Dean's a good big brother. He's always trying to look out for Sammy. When they were kids he was always making sure Sam had what he needed even if that meant going without food for a week. He'd been no stranger to hunger as child, now as an adult he gave what little money he had to the very skinny boy sitting at the corner table with a smaller boy curled up in his lap that looked much like him. This boy was no stranger to hunger either.
#57 Failure
"NO!" dean cried, anguish ringing clear as a summer day in his voice and in his hunched posture. In his lap lay the one person who he has known for almost as long as he can remember. Not breathing, heart not beating, face blank. Dead. Sam. Dead. Sam. Dead. Not possible. Incomprehensible. Dean couldn't have let it happen. He had not failed at protecting the one thing he truly cared about. Not failure. Not Sammy. Not his baby brother. No, no, NO!
"Dean," Cas kneeled next to him, graceless or not he'd be there for the older Winchester. "He's gone. There isn't anything I can do. There isn't anything anyone can do. I'm so sorry. I am so sorry."
"You're wrong there is always something. We're Winchester we don't just sit back and take it. I am gonna save Sam. I have to. I always have before. It's my job. The Family business isn't saving people hunting things. No, it's saving each other, keeping each other safe. That's my job and I'll be damned if I can't save him."
#55 oops
The angels were locked out of heaven and Castiel was now graceless. He was supposed to have locked all the angels in heaven. Oops. Every one makes mistakes.
#63 Explosion
The fiery explosion that was Ash's death was ironic in the way of his given name for that was all he really was in the end. Ash had hacked to the very end even past the every end. Heaven could explode around him. The angels could be ripped away, but he'd be damned if they were taking away from The Roadhouse, his home, again.
#99 Outsider
"You can't stay"
Castiel felt like he was falling all over again. All of heaven hated him, his father was no where to be found and the one person he thought he could trust wouldn't help him. Cas knew he had made a lot of mistakes. HE knew it was a miracle in it self that Dean was even willing to be knew him. Even before He'd met the older Winchester brother he had never truly fit in. Now that was more so than ever, being the angel that had caused all of them to be cast out of Heaven, their home. He'd always been the odd one. Even in Dean's little band of misfits he had not quite fit. Castiel the slightly bent, the little off, the one touched in the head. Maybe he really was an outsider in a land of outsider's. His bentness must be the reason for Dean's demand of his Departure.
#71 Homework
Domesticated, that's what he was. Before he'd have been eating junk food, drinking copious amounts of alcohol and messing around in some back room with a drunk and ditzy blonde. Now he was sitting at a dining room table, sober 100% with a young boy who just didn't get his math homework and had come to dean in hopes he is able to explain. Ben was like a son to him but Algebra Homework? Not happening. He wasn't that domestic. Yet.
