"So, where is Brad's body now?" Fernando was picking the skin around his fingernails, he was hurting from the loss of a friend and the gunshot wound healing slowly in his stomach.

"It's on the way to the morgue at Homeland Security where no one can find it." Don was looking across the table at the sombre faces, "that wasn't part of the deal!" Lincoln snapped standing up, it made Don take a step back.

"You said it anything happened to us that we would be returned to next of Kin." Alex turned in his chair, his voice was different, he seemed less distracted and more settled.

"No, that wasn't exactly what I said." Don corrected treading the waters carefully. "He needs to stay a John Doe until I say otherwise, I am dealing with enough stuff already." Before he could finish, Fernando had jumped up and rushed him.

"Tu me dijiste que ibamos a matar a estos!" Fernando was yelling Spanish at the agent trying to claw at his face. "Whoa, whoa." Alex had gotten up, pushing Fernando back.

Fernando kept fighting against Alex whose hands were agains't his chest and Don stood up straight, fixing his tie. "He's got... He's gotta mother you know." Fernando was scowling at him.

"Nando." Olivia had walked behind him, touching his shoulder leading him back to the chairs they occupied.

"If," Alex held a finger up to Don's face, "you still want Scylla and I assumed you do – Brad Bellicks body goes home to this mother." He warned darkly.

Glaring, Don opened his mouth; "Alright, alright... I will take care of the body but you guys!" He waved his hand across all of them, "need to get out of mourning." He hen looked at Fernando. "And Fernando? If you ever come at me again, I'm gonna put a bullet in your brain." He snapped.

"Get back to work!" He shook his head at them, leaving the warehouse, his car pulling away quickly outside.

"It's okay, Nando." Olivia was holding his hand over his shoulder comforting the man. "Thanks Mami." He kissed the top of her hand.

"I need to see those other pages Gretchen has." Michael was typing on his phone, trying to arrange a meeting his head throbbing as he stared over the small screen.

"Sucre and I will head back down to the pipes." Lincoln said, but as he spoke, all he could picture was him yelling at Brad.

"Nikole and I will meet up with Gretchen in 20 minutes, she said she'll hand over the extra pages." Michael closed his phone, glancing toward Nikole.

He looked at the woman and when he thought he'd feel guilt, he didn't. "There's no point in you going anywhere until I get those pages." Michael looked over Lincoln who nodded.

"Nikole." He said, tossing the keys to the car across the table and she caught them and stood up, fixing her button down salmon shirt, she nodded heading toward where they parked the vehicles.

"Are you okay?" Michael wasn't sure what else he could ask her, Nikole only gave him one of her typical side glances and he got the message, nodding.

There was a slight awkwardness in the car as they drove, but it wasn't as bad as either one expected, "did you take your medication?" Nikole wondered thinking about the bottle of pills she gave Michael last night.

"Uh... No." He admitted now, "Sara was around me all night, Bread dying affected her, I had to be consoling boyfriend." He explained as they pulled into the parking garage.

"I heard you were dead." Gretchen remarked seeing Michael exit the passenger side of the car as she stood watching the pair of them. "Who told you that?" Michael said coming around the car.

"A little bird." Gretchen said saving herself, she held out the pages to the book, Michael taking them looked up. "How generous of you." He said.

"All of matter of timing." She was eyeing over Nikole, she could read something different off the woman, a protective look in her eyes as she watched the exchange.

"The Company is moving Scylla to a bunker in Pennsylvania." Her hands in her back pockets. "When?" Michael stared. "Tomorrow." She answered.

"You know for an ex-employee you seem to know a lot about current business." Nikole finally looked to the woman, "I'm keeping one ear to the ground for your benefit, which is a good reason to work with me and not agains't me." Her tone was even and cool. "We got the pages, lets go." Michael held onto them tightly, getting back into the car.

"Nikole." Gretchen caught her attention as she opened the driver side door, Nikole looking at her, Gretchen licked her bottom lip, "you have this look, in your eyes you know." She pointed to her own blue eyes.

"Yeah?" Nikole said dryly, trying to keep her expression neutral. "Of guilt." Gretchen said with a laugh. Nikole rolled her eyes, shaking her head getting back into the car.

"All these symbols, don't make sense." Olivia was letting her brain work overtime, holding the blueprints in her hand standing at the white board, "unless..." She tilted her head, and it clicked.

"You think of them literally!" She pulled the cap off the black marker and started writing down the letters carefully, watching her from the table, Lincoln in his depressed state cracked a small smile.

He loved watching her work, how clever her mind was, just like Michaels. "David Baker?" Alex said seeing Olivia finish writing.

"I can't say, I've ever heard of a David Baker." Don was back with them, he didn't want to be now he was the outcast in the sea of faces he looked over.

"Sucre." Michael said trying not to grab his forehead in pain. "Can you look up David Baker in the California listings and see what we come up with?" He tried focusing on the man who was becoming hazy.

"Sure thing." Fernando pulled over a computer and started typing with his two index fingers not the best guy with computers.

"Thank you Liv." Michael said touching her shoulder as he walked by, giving it a light squeeze, he knew four people in the room with him were watching him, looking for signs of distress and he kept trying to remain blank.

"I found a, David Alan Baker – He's an advisor for the city planning commission." Fernando looked at a picture, "there's an address, I'll print the map." He hit a button getting up to run to the printer.

"We still need the last card." Don interrupted them. "Really?" Lincoln said darkly. "All right." Michael didn't want to hear another fight. "We have about 30 yards to go past the water main to get into the Company building, he joined Alex at the map they had pinned up.

"Do you see that? That could be some kind of tunnel or obstruction." Alex pout his finger under where he was looking, "whatever it is, whatever it takes we need to be through it in a couple of hours." He turned looking at Lincoln.

"I need you both down there, working on this, okay?" He watched Lincoln nod. "Sara and I will go look for David Baker." He put the paper down he was holding.

"And Bellick gets back to his mom." Fernando said darkly, not looking at anybody as he came back with the address and map. "Yeah, and when we get Scylla, we're walking away from his crap." Lincoln pointed to Don.

"Absolutely." Don nodded, his stomach twisting.

"Sara?" Michael turned to see her pulling a sweater on, he closed his eyes feeling his sight blurring.

"Michael!" Olivia called out watching him go down onto his back, his head shaking as he tried to keep himself from passing out, everyone sounding far away from him and fuzzy like static.

"Michael!" Lincoln came rushing back, seeing his brother on the ground, Olivia on one side of him already, Sara by his head.

"I'm okay." Michael said weakly.

Lincoln slipped his arms under his brother and sat him up, before he pulled him up. "Hospital, now." He looked at Sara who was nodding.

"Lets not freak out about this." Don said watching them, "this is my decision now yours." Sara grabbed the SUV keys as Lincoln helped Michael toward the SUV.

"I'm coming with you." Olivia looked between Michael and Sara, Sara stopped for a minute by the door. "We're fine." She said a bit coldly in her direction.

"I'm going." Olivia repeated, feeling her eyes narrowing. "David Baker." Michael whispered weakly feeling his body lean into the backseat.

"We'll go, we'll find him." Alex promised. "Olivia, we're fine." Sara didn't want her intruding on her personal business with Michael. "You'll be even better with me then." She said climinb into the backseat with Michael, putting her arm around his head, pulling him close.

"I..." Sara looked at Lincoln, "he's my best friend, that trumps being his girl-friend, start driving!" Olivia finally snapped at her and Sara gave in.

"Fine." She got into the seat, starting the SUV.

"He'll be okay, Linc." Nikole patted his back, while he stood seeing the SUV leaving the warehouse and disappearing from sight. "How long have you known?" He didn't look at her, he wasn't mad with her.

"Just the other day... He told me, I tried getting him to go for an MRI but he refused." Nikole let it out, "but, I got him a prescription for an anti-sezure medication, that he didn't take."

Nodding, Lincoln finally looked over her, "thanks for trying." He knew Michael was as stubborn as he was, if not more. "Sucre, we gotta go." He seeing Fernando already waiting by the car.

The warehouse empty apart from Alex standing with his arms loosly crossed, and Nikole who was absently piling papers trying to avoid looking at him.

"Do you want to come to David Bakers address with me?" He asked her catuiously and Nikole finally looked at him, despite the time in the warehouse, he could always see a loving look for him deep in her eyes. But this time, her blue eyes had gone a dull grey and looked glazed with a coldness and a pain.

"You'll be alone..." Alex could feel the emptiness of the large space. "Lately when haven't I been?" Her words hurtful to him and he nodded, "fine. I deserve that." He didn't protest it, he took the paper off the table, and the keys walking away.

"Oh Michael." Olivia sighed sitting with him in the waiting room of the hospital as Sara checked him in, her soft hand was brushing over his head slowly, as he started coming around again.

"Liv, I'm okay." He whispered, but while he could see her clearly, the aching in his head was making his stomach weak. "You are not okay." Olivia looked at him seriously.

"Okay, I'm not..." He didn't want to argue with her, he didn't have the energy plus, he knew she was right. "Whatever it is, we're going to take care of it." She found her fingers lacing with his.

"Yeah." He nodded, looking at their fingers, he smiled. "You know, you're the only one I could always count on, my whole life." He brushed his thumb over hers. "My best friend." He finished.

"You've had Lincoln." Olivia corrected him, "just because he wasn't always right beside you doesn't mean you didn't have him." Olivia couldn't help thinking of the man she loved.

"Linc, did Linc... He always has." Michael thought, "but you've always been by my side, sitting with me at hospitals – just like you are now." He kissed her cheek. "And I can't thank you enough."

"You don't have to thank me Michael... I'm just doing what any good friend would do." She smiled.

"Kevin Freling?" A man nurse in green scrubs caught there attention as Sara stood by him, "yeah..." Michael let go of Olivia's hand and stood up carefully, following him behind a corner.

As ran caught his breath from running down a steep hill away from the Baker Estate, he held a piece of paper in his hand, his mind racing thinking about the broken up phone call Lincoln placed to him not long ago.

He knew he was running out of time and without Michael, they were on their own. He flipped his phone open quickly dialing quickly, getting into the car.

"Hello?" The voice answered and Alex glanced up to the sky almost thanking whatever God might be listening, "Nikole!" He said sharply in fear she'd hang up in his ear.

"What?" She asked him, standing in the warehouse alone with her thoughts. "I need your help." She listened to him his words rushed. "Alex-" She started but he cut her off.

"Fernando stepped on a landmine under GATE and I can't get there in time, I need you to as fast as you can, can you do that for me? Please..." He pleaded.

"Why are you looking at me like that, Sara?" Olivia could feel the womans eyes on her while she flipped through an old mangazine, "maybe to apologise for how I acted earlier." Sara shrugged, both of them waiting for Michael to come out of his MRI.

"Don't." Olivia shrugged simply, letting the papers flipped over and she put it down on the empty seat next to her, "I get it, you're being protective, don't worry I'm not trying to steal your boyfriend." She touched her stomach, "you know the uncle to my child." She added.

"I know, I know ... I just... I want this over, as much as everyone else," she spoke in her typical Sara voice, "so we can lead a normal life, you know – like a family..." She thought about it. "Sunday suppers together maybe?" She suggested.

"Kids running wild around a conjoined back yard?" Olivia added to the suggestion, but her voice held less hope then Sara's. "Yeah." Sara laughed slightly. "One day?" She offered Olivia, trying to bond if not a friendship but a mutual hope and dream.

"One day." Olivia nodded.

Nikole came rushing through the office, looking around and seeing the white lettering on a clear door 122 B, she walked in quickly heading for the closet following Alex's instrustions.

"What are you doing?!" T-Bag hissed seeing her, completely ignoring him, and he looked up wondering if anyone noticed her rushing by.

Nikole ran down the darkness, pulling herself up some stairs and looked at the tunnel between the watermain, she froze, thinking about Brad.

She crawled into it and wiggled herself along to the other side, the water spilling out around the edges soaked her shirt as she looked around unsure of what direction to go, "Linc?!" She called out for him.

Before she started running to the left, following the conrete. "Don't! Don't!" She called seeing the three coming into view, Grentchen stopping her movements and Lincoln looked up.

"You can't mismantel the mine without setting off an alarm it's attachted too." She caught her breath. "So, either I set off an alarm ... Or blow up and die." Fernando said in a panic.

"No. There's a manual override." Nikole tried remembering everything. "How did you..?" Lincoln couldn't register the fact Nikole was standing in front of them.

"Later." Nikole looked around seeing a panel by the bottom of the wall, she walked over to it and opened it. "It'll cut the power long enough for you to step off." She looked at Fernando. "Without removing the pin." She held up a flashlight looking at the curcits.

"How do you know for sure?" Fernando didn't want to die, he couldn't die. He was too young and handsome to die.

"Alex found David Baker." She found a switch, flipping it the other way the beeping stopped. "Step off, step off." She said quickly.

"I... I can't..." Fernando didn't want to move, he didn't have faith in anything anymore. "You gotta move!" Nikole snapped at him.

"Sucre, step off." Lincoln said warningly. "Fernando, you have 20 seconds to step off... Step off!" Nikole stood up straight.

"I can't. I don't wanna die... What if you're wrong?" He was panicking. "You can do it, step off." Nikole stared at him.

"Listen, we figured it out, Fernando step off." Nikole continued. "You guys go... We all don't have to die, I'll die alone." Fernando pleaded with them.

"No one else is dying on my watch, step off!" Lincoln snapped at him and Fernado's expresion changed, he sucked in a deep breath, moving his foot off the small plate in the floor.

It clicked before beeping and the room was silent, leaning againt the wall Fernando made the cross over his chest, the panic in his face fading.

Turning to look at the wall, Nikole scanned over it, "what's behind the wall?" She asked carefully.

"Scylla." Lincoln whispered...

"When do you, find out?" Lincoln was rubbing his forehead, sitting with Michael and Olivia, "the uh, Doctor is suppose to call any minute." He nodded. "I'm sorry I wasn't there for you today." He whispered.

Hearing footsteps they looked up, Don appearing. "I'm about to go to the airfield and ship Brads body back to his mother, I thought you might wanna say good bye."

Nodding Michael looked back at everyone joining them, the walked down the stairs slowly as two agents opened the back of a van and slide the plain wooden casket out, one opening the top half.

Brad lay looking peaceful, dressed in a black suit, his hands folded together.

Olivia looked from him, to Lincoln beside her the tears streaming down her face in silence, she pulled herself together coming closer to the casket, she touched Brad's cold hand lightly. "Thank you." She whispered. "You will never be forgotten." She promised.

Stepping back she felt Lincoln's strong arms around her, holding her close to him, as he looked down to the man who went from making his life miserable in Fox River to the man who saved his life.

He could feel his own tears coming but he wouldn't let them fall this time, he nodded to Brad as if he was looking down upon them and could see how thankful he really was, making a promise to himself Bradley Bellick would live on forever somehow, someway in his life.

That he would tell his children, all of them, about the man who gave his life so he could live.

With his hands in his pockets, Fernando thought about him the memories of him as a CO faded, but the memorie of him saving his life in Sona as he was being trampled to death from the inamtes running.

How his mother picked them up, and how Brad took him to the hospital to see his daughter

Standing still behind them all, Nikole had tears running down her face, she closed her eyes letting out an uneven breath, her mind flashing back to one of the first times she met Brad in Fox River, how he gave her his cheeky little grin as he walked by. How they usually didn't see eye to eye, but if she needed something and she asked him, he'd get it done without question.

She brought her hands up, running them under her eyes to dry the tears, but it didn't make a difference, they kept flowing.

Alex looked down, his hand reaching into his pocket, he slowly pulled out a silver badge from when they copied Lisa Tabaks card, he stepped forward and placed it down gently on Brad's chest, stepping back.

"His mother will appriciate that." Fernando finally broke the silence. As they closed the casket slowly, sliding it back into the van.

Turning to see her, Alex stood in front of Nikole, he was careful as he brought his arms to be around her, watching as her face that had been blank with tears break and the tears started flowing harder, Alex held her close against him, rubbing her back.

Olivia had brought her arms up around Lincoln's neck as they held onto each other, her body lightly shaking under his tight grasp of her, he kissed the top of her head, a few stray tears of his own escaping his closed eyes.
