Despite having decided what they wanted to do, the pair just sat there in uncomfortable silence for what seemed like forever. Otoya didn't want to force Tokiya to go first, but he also didn't want to say anything yet in case he did want to begin the game, so he just kind of waited. This was much to his roommate's annoyance, however.

"I'm not going first, Otoya, this game was your idea."

"Right," said Otoya as he basically glowed with enthusiasm and excitement. "Favorite color? Mine is blue!" Otoya wouldn't admit why, because it had something to do with the teen sitting so boringly in front of him.

The idol rolled his eyes to the ceiling in deep thought for a moment and gave a short and simple reply, "Amber. Favorite Song? Anything worth listening to."

Otoya frowned at his roommate's vague answer but answered "Nilili Mambo by Block-B."

Tokiya surprisingly cracked a small grin and nodded, "That's a pretty good song right there." This encouraged Otoya a little and they continued to play for hours.

By the time either of them even knew it, they were having so much fun, you wouldn't have even guessed Tokiya hadn't even wanted to play along. In fact, he seemed more bought in than Otoya now. Not only had they been able to learn more about each other, but they were enjoying themselves and losing track of time.

Tokiya was smiling more brightly than than the red-head thought he had ever seen, it was lovely. "What is the strangest yet silliest thing you remember from your childhood?"

Otoya thought for a moment and began, "Okay, you have to promise not to judge me, this was a really long time ago." Tokiya sniggered a little but conceded to nod, "Okay, when I was in primary school, I had been complaining of a bad earache. The nurse wasn't in that day so sensei looked in my ear and after a minute, pulled out a Lucky Charms marshmallow. I have no idea how it happened, but I must've missed my mouth at breakfast that morning or something."

Tokiya broke out into a fit of very uncharacteristic giggles. "Otoya, are you serious?" He wheezed. He was laughing so hard.

"Hey, I told you not to judge me!" Otoya defended, but admired his friend's laughter. It was an incredibly rare sight to behold and he enjoyed every second of it.

"So what about you?" Otoya asked now that Tokiya had seemed to stabilize himself.

"Hm?"

"Remember? You asked the question, and now you also have to answer it, that was the only rule." He reminded, "What is the strangest yet silliest thing you remember from your childhood?"

Tokiya thought... and he thought and he thought and he thought. Otoya began to get concerned when the silence went on for about fifteen minutes and he waved his hand in front of the blunette's face.

"Huh?" he snapped out of his daze, "Oh, sorry. I had a pretty normal childhood actually. Nothing was really especially strange, or even silly. I had no siblings, my father left, et cetera. My mother and I really had no time for being silly." He smiled sadly at the memory.

Otoya felt bad. I mean, sure, he had grown up in an orphanage, but he had several "siblings" that cared about him and kept him happy and healthy. He couldn't even begin to imagine how hard it must've been for Tokiya to have grown up like that.

"Toki... can you tell me more? About how you grew up?" Tokiya looked a little surprised at his friend with the fire-engine colored hair. "I mean, I know it must be kind of hard to talk about, but I really like getting to know more about you." His cheeks darkened, but he was undeterred.

The blunette took another moment to look him over, possibly to be sure of his intentions. Otoya look so earnest though, and it was refreshing considering the red-head's constant shenanigans. He smiled gently and then looked away and sighed hard.

"Sure," he paused and glanced at Otoya again from the corner of his eye for reassurance. His roommate's eyes al but sparkled with wonder and interest, so he released another breath he didn't realize he was holding, and began to tell his story.

A/N: Oh my goodness! I am SO sorry I have taken so long to update this story! OTL You see, school had started for me and I have all the smart people classes so I've had my plate full with marching band and everything. I had also been having some personal issues going on in my life. I came out to my parents as a bisexual, which they really did not like. Following directly after, I was dumped by the person I am in love with. I got back with them after a month, but it was still heart-wrenching for me. And now I'm failing over half my classes so my dad completely obliterated my cellular phone and yeah, things have just not been going my way the past few months.

Anywho, I am very pleased to release this next chapter after getting so many positive reviews and again, I apologize for taking so long to write it and for it being so short.

You might find it funny to know, that the story about the Lucky Charms marshmallow in the ear, was actually a true story from my childhood. I have no idea how the marshmallow got in there, but I know I had eaten Lucky Charms for breakfast that morning. :I

Thanks again for liking and following my stories, it means sooooooooo much to me! *hugs all of you fluffs*
