"How is he?" Nightwing asked.

Cyborg looked up from the monitor.

"He's stable." He replied. "Whatever the kid said to BB really ticked him off."

Nightwing stared at Sebastian as he slept.

"I don't like this Cyborg." He said. "None of this makes any sense. First Raven comes back, who has completely lost her mind. Then she tries to kill Starfire. She has some kind of cult surrounding her. Beast Boy loses control over himself and tries to kill our only suspect."

Cyborg could tell Nightwing was angry. He couldn't blame him either. It was all sorts of crazy.

Thinking back to it, Cyborg tried to recall what happened. Seeing Raven take down the hood of her cloak. It looked just like her, but it wasn't her. She was so different. He felt something was off about the whole thing. A gut feeling, he couldn't explain. And now his friends were more on edge than ever.

"Do you think he remembers anything?"

Cyborg snapped out of his thoughts.

"Huh?"

"Beast Boy. The way he's acting. Do you think he might be starting to remember?" Nightwing asked.

Cyborg thought for a moment. "No, I don't think he does."

Nightwing nodded.

"But I still think we should tell him." Cyborg admitted. "I wasn't on board with the idea to begin with Dick. I know what it's like when people mess with your head. You should understand that too."

"We had no choice Vic. You know that. What else could we have done?"

"We could have done anything else. I hate this man. I know it messes with him. He's my best friend and I can't stand lying to him. To Star." Cyborg looked his leader in the eye. "I know you're thinking that this is somehow involved, otherwise you wouldn't have brought it up."

"What would you like me to do then Cy?"

"Tell him the truth-"

"No."

"What do you mean 'No'?" Cyborg asked annoyed. "He has the right to know!"

"You think I like doing this? You think I wanted to make that decision? He's my friend too." Nightwing did his best to stay calm.

"Look, we're all on edge about this whole thing. I told you I would take full responsibility if something went wrong with him. It's my burden to bear. And I promise, once I get all the facts I need, to figure out what is going on. I'll sit down and tell him everything. All I ask is that you give me time."

Cyborg sighed and rubbed his temple.

"If that's the call you want to make…but just so you know, the longer it takes, the more it's gonna hurt. Hope you're ready for that."

Beast Boy stared at the bed by the window in the medical bay. He hated that bed. He hated this room. He remembered watching Raven lying there, motionless as she healed herself from being attacked by that jerk Adonis. At the time, of course, he thought he was the one who hurt her. He hated himself so much at that point. Sure, he and Raven never always saw eye to eye, but she was still his friend.

The thought of hurting her made him sick. Being here made him sick. After a few more minutes he decided he needed a change of scenery. He got up, removed the IVs from himself, and started towards the living room. He was still a little woozy but he managed to make his way there.

He had a headache and decided to put some ice to it. As he sat on the couch looking at the ceiling, thinking back to the previous days events. Or was it this morning's? He couldn't remember how long he'd been knocked out.

But he did remember her.

That imposter.

He could never forget what happened.

Beast Boy glared at her.

"You should see how much I've improved in my fighting when I take you down."

Raven laughed. "Ha! Take me down? Well your sense of humor seems to have improved as well."

Raven never laughed. This imposter kept pissing him off.

"Enough talking." He lunged at her with a quick punch as he shifted into a gorilla.

Raven easily dodged him, and dodged him again as he did a quick backwards swing.

"Still too slow I see. Never could keep up with me during practice." She recalled.

Beast Boy growled and started to attack again as Raven quickly swung low and kicked him off his feet sending him on his back.

"Seems like I'll always be on top. Hehe." She smiled amusingly.

Beast Boy back to his original form got up quickly and glared at her thinking of what to do next.

"Save your energy." She said raising her hand. "The last thing I want to do is fight you."

"You got that right." He replied.

"Geez, just let me finish. As you can see…" she said motioning to her arm, he could see some form of red rash spreading on it. "I'm really in no condition to fight. And you are actually the last person I want to kill."

"All the better time to put you down." He stated.

"True, but if that's the case then why haven't you done it yet?" she asked.

Beast Boy stared at her.

"It's because you want the truth don't you? I can see it in your eyes. Your trying so hard to figure things out." Raven took a step closer to him. "I knew there was something wrong when I saw you up there by the alter. You don't remember what happened do you? To me? If you did, you wouldn't have been standing up there. Standing beside them."

Beast Boy stared at her. "You don't know anything about me."

"Garfield." She said standing right in front of him.

Damn! When did she get so close to me? He thought to himself. She was so close he could almost feel her breath.

"I know everything about you. Like I told you before, I am Raven. Whether you like it or not."

He started to grind his teeth with anger.

"You may find this hard to believe. But again, I don't want to hurt you. I want to help you. Those people are not your friends. They've been lying to you. About me, about you. About everything. I thought I could trust them too. But after what they did to me, to us, I realized the truth."

She was staring at him dead in the eyes she spoke.

"Your wrong." He finally said. "They're more than friends. They're family. And they were Raven's family too. The real Raven would know that. They would never betray her or me."

"Beast Boy…" she spoke softly. And for a moment, Beast Boy saw sadness in her eyes, a sadness he knew too well. "Haven't you been having that feeling that they are hiding something from you? Haven't you been feeling like you can't talk to your best friend anymore?"

The green titan couldn't move at this point, thinking back to strange moments between Cyborg and him. Nightwing being tense around him.

"I want to tell you everything Gar. But I can't if you're not willing to accept it. I could tell you everything you want to know. Only when you are ready though. When that time comes, come look for me."

With that he watched her levitate and vanish.

He wanted to kick himself so bad for letting her go that he basically did. By that, of course, was more of him throwing himself against a wall and mirror.

He had her right in his hands. Why didn't he take her down? He could of. She wasn't even putting up much of a fight.

He was still angry, but he couldn't help but feel she was right. He did notice all those things. It killed him knowing everyone was lying to each other. Well, except Starfire. Girl couldn't lie even if she tried.

But everyone else, including him, there was no honesty anymore.

He soon drifted off into sleep on the couch thinking about it.

He'd hope by the time morning came maybe then they could get some answers.

He hoped.
