Kate frowned as she looked around the darkness. Her conversation with Acrues had finished. The decision had been made; all she needed to do now was to get everyone out of the darkness.
She wasn't sure how though. She had no idea how she would get everyone out of the darkness. She looked around, pokemon withered and cried in pain as they tried to get out of the darkness.
Her eyes landed on the largest pokemon she could see in the darkness. Giratina. The pokemon roared in agony as the darkness continued to consume the pokemon.
Kate bit her lip, taking small steps towards the pokemon. The darkness began to creep up her legs, but seemed to stop when part of her began to glow.
She placed a hand on the darkness consuming Giratina. The large pokemon looked down at the girl, its eyes sad and pained. Giratina moved its head towards the girl and Kate placed a hand on part of it, looking at the pokemon with tears in her eyes.
"Giratina," she whispered, tears fell from her eyes as she gulped slightly. "How… how do I stop this?" she asked, looking at the pokemon with pleading eyes as she waited for the answer.
"Katherine… the stone is full of my darkness. You cannot," the pokemon answered with a sad voice. Kate smiled slightly, looking at the pokemon and let out a small sob.
"I refuse to believe that. There must be some way," she whispered, swallowing the lump that was slowly forming in her throat. She could feel everything outside of the darkness. The pain of her friends, the pain of the earth and the legendary pokemon that were starting to fight alongside everyone.
Giratina looked at the girl in front of him. He blinked and frowned slightly.
"If you destroy the stone as it is and then reform it into another, that could work. But it's only if you can control this darkness," the pokemon spoke as Kate frowned slightly.
"How do I control it?" she asked.
"I'm afraid you cannot, Kate. Your soul is pure, only someone who has been consumed by darkness before can," Giratina answered. Kates' eyes widened slightly. They knew someone who had been consumed by the darkness before. But… could she let them do this. What would be the side effects? Would they be alright?
"Katherine, as long as you are there, you can save them from any kind of darkness that may reside within their body after," Kate bit her lip. They needed to beat this; they didn't have any other choice.
"Come with me," Kate spoke as Giratina looked at her in shock. "I don't know what's going to happen with the darkness and I don't know if he'll be able to control it. We need guidance, Giratina and… you're the only one who can give it to us at the minute so please! Come with me!" the brunette begged as she looked at the pokemon, tears flowed freely from her eyes as her hands began to glow white.
Giratinas' eyes widened as the darkness began to disappear from around him. His body stopped aching and he could freely move again. Kate took a step back as she turned around. Through the darkness she could see Kellyn and Keith, both looking at the scene in front of them.
"Katherine, let's save your world," Giratina spoke as he landed next to Kate. The brunette nodded her head as the two started to walk towards the clear picture of Kellyn and Keith.
'I swear, as soon as this is over, I'll bring everyone out of this darkness.'
Luana looked at the darkness version of Crawford in shock as Isaac stood in front of her. He held an arm out, trying to stop Luana going towards him.
"Luana, this isn't Crawford, we need to go now," Isaac whispered as he turned his head to her slightly. Luana wiped her eyes, gritting her teeth.
"Where's Crawford?!" she asked, standing next to Isaac. The darkness Crawford looked at her with a small frown on his face.
"I am Crawford, the new Crawford," he answered. Luana bit her lip. "I want you to join me Luana, please. We can be together, in this new world," he added, holding his hand out.
Luana walked towards Crawford, Isaac looked at her in shock. He took a step forward, but was stopped when he felt something cling to his legs. His eyes widened as he looked at the darkness beginning to crawl up his body.
"Don't move," a voice ordered. Isaac turned around, his eyes widening when he saw Mewtwo stood behind him. His mouth opened and closed in shock, but he couldn't form a word.
In a swift movement the legendary pokemon had attacked the darkness and it quickly released Isaacs' legs. The blonde turned around again to see Luana stood in front of Crawford.
"Are you ready, my dear?" Crawford asked as he went to reach for her hand. Luana looked at the version of Crawford in front of her, eyes turning into a glare as anger filled them.
Quickly she retracted her hand and went to punch the darkness version. Her hand, to her surprise, went straight through his head. Luanas' eyes widened as she saw him glare.
"You're not my Crawford. You never will be, so give him back!" Luana yelled as she glared at him. Isaacs' eyes widened as he smiled slightly.
Luana loved the Crawford they all knew. She wanted that Crawford back, she didn't want another.
"We must return you to the Union Mewtwo spoke as he looked at the blonde in front of him. Suddenly, Entei appeared with a roar and bowed his head. Isaac quickly climbed onto the pokemon as it rushed over to Luana, who was still glaring at Crawford.
"Luana! We need to get back to the Union, come on!" Isaac yelled.
"Not without Crawford!" the black haired girl replied with an angry voice. Isaac sighed and held his hand out to the girl.
"Trust the others, they'll bring everyone back. Please!" Isaac begged as he looked at the woman. Luana, never taking her eyes off of the Crawford in front of her, reached a hand up and took Isaacs' hand.
The blonde pulled her up onto the legendary pokemon as they spared one last look at the darkness Crawford and took off in the direction of the Union.
Crawford disappeared, a smirk on his face as he did so. From the skies, purple lightning rained down throughout the region. Entei growled in anger, trying his hardest to dodge all of the strikes.
"Entei, calm yourself," Isaac ordered as he felt Luana burry her head into his back. The blonde frowned, they had lost lots of people during this mission, doubt was beginning to pool in his mind, could they really beat something like this?
Team Dim Sun was one thing but this… this is another. It was affecting the entire world and the world was falling to this darkness more and more with each passing second.
Isaac was interrupted from his thoughts as a purple shard of lightning struck in front of them. Entei fell backwards; Isaac and Luana were knocked off of the pokemon.
The black haired girl screamed as she fell to the floor, head smashing against a nearby rock as she hissed in pain. Isaac grunted as he was thrown back towards a tree, colliding his back with it as he coughed, blood coming from his mouth.
Luana laid on the ground, vision cloudy as she looked over towards Isaac, who was trying to stand to his feet. Isaac looked over to Entei, the legendary pokemon laid on the floor unconscious.
"Entei," Isaac whispered as he coughed harder, trying to stop the blood coming from his body. "Luana, are you okay?" Isaac asked in worry as he managed to stand to his feet. Pain wracked through his ribs as he tried to take a step forwards.
His legs gave out under him and he quickly collapsed to the ground, screaming in pain as he did so. Luana looked at the blonde, frowning as tears started to fall from her eyes. She slowly closed them as Isaac looked at her in fear.
"Luana! Stay awake!" Isaac begged, but it was no use, the black haired girl closed her eyes, her vision and consciousness finally failing her.
The blonde went to move, but felt something heavy come down on his back. He tried to turn, but the minute he did something collided with his head, knocking him unconscious easily.
The darkness then took its opportunity, consuming the two unconscious teens and the injured pokemon and taking them into its own world.
The dark Crawford laughed as he looked towards the Union. Dark clouds surrounded it with lightning coming from them. Parts of the Union were crumbling to the ground.
Rythmi growled as she held Caden close to her chest. The boy whimpered as he looked around them, the roof of the Union had been ripped up and a strong wind was filling the entire area around all of them.
"Remi! Get back!" Adir yelled as Remi and Flareon ran over to the older man. Remi quickly returned the pokemon to its pokeball and held onto her father tightly. Freya frowned as she looked above them, through the dark clouds she could see the lightning and it scared her.
Remis' eyes widened as she looked up, Rayquaza was flying around in the air, trying its hardest to defend the Union from the lightning attacks, more and more legendry pokemon appeared trying to defend the Union from this darkness.
"It's hopeless," Remi whispered as she buried her head into her fathers' stomach.
Caden began to cry as he clutched onto Rythmi, feeling unsafe and scared. Rythmi held onto him tightly as she saw a charge of lightning ready to fire at them.
"Caden, listen to me, I need you to close your eyes and don't open them until I say it's safe, okay?" she asked, feeling tears prick her own eyes as she looked at the boy. Caden looked at her, tears flowing from his eyes and nodded his head.
He squeezed his eyes shut and Rythmi looked above them as the large blast of lightning ascended down on the Union. She clutched a hold of the younger boy and looked dead ahead of her as she watched the whole Union, pokemon and people became encased in the eerie purple light.
Tears fell from her eyes as she watched the Union disappear from Almia. She let out a sob as her surroundings of Almia were replaced by the darkness.
The Union had disappeared from Almia.
"Kellyn be careful!" Keith yelled as he jumped out of the way of the dark Giratina. Kellyn hissed in pain as the Unown came charging towards him. He quickly moved out of the way and readied his styler.
As expected, once he caught the pokemon they turned to dust. Kellyn huffed as he continued to dodge the tackles of the Unown. Keith gulped as he looked up at the dark Giratina.
The pokemon seemed furious and, while he was trying to deal with it, Kellyn was dealing with the Unown, which meant that neither of them could deal with the man who was controlling all of this.
"Keep them busy!" the blue haired man ordered. Kellyn continued to capture the Unown, but they seemed to keep coming.
"Kellyn! We need to stop him!" Keith yelled as he began to capture the dark Giratina. Kellyn growled as he looked at Keith, feeling himself getting tackled by an Unown. Kellyn coughed, bringing up some blood as he hissed in pain.
"Yes! Finally! The last Region has fallen! Now, rebirth this entire world!" the blue haired man yelled. Kellyn and Keiths' eyes widened as they thought about the Almia Region.
Their eyes flew towards the dark gem as it shot stream after stream of purple lightning into the air. Kellyns' eyes widened as strikes of lightning came crashing down onto their surroundings.
"Damnit!" Kellyn yelled as he quickly ran towards the blue haired man and tackled him to the floor. "Who the hell are you?!" the brunette asked as he glared at the blue haired man.
"I am Cyrus! This worlds' new leader!" the blue haired man yelled in confidence and he punched Kellyn around the face. The brunette stumbled backwards, wiping his bust lip as he glared. "You can't stop me! No one can!" he added with a sadistic smirk on his face.
Kellyn gritted his teeth, not sure what to make of the situation as Keith came flying into him. His side was bleeding heavily and he was panting. Kellyn shook his head, helping the red head to stand to his feet. Keith had taken more damage than he would have liked and it seemed as though he would pass out at any moment.
"Lucario," Keith muttered as the blue and black pokemon freed itself from its pokemon. "Keep the Unown busy. Kellyn, please, do something about the stone," the red head ordered as he weakly took a step forwards.
"Keith, you're in no condition to fight!" Kellyn argued as he saw Cyrus run back towards the stone.
"I don't care! I have to! I have to save, Kate and the others. Please Kellyn, do as I ask," the red head replied as his bangs covered his eyes. His voice began cracking as he gritted his teeth.
"Alright, don't overdo it though, please," Kellyn asked as he quickly ran towards Cyrus and the stone. He watched as the stone continued to blast darkness out of it. How was he supposed to do this?
Kellyn turned around, first he needed to deal with Cyrus. Backing away slowly, Kellyn looked around; there was a lot of rubble. Picking up a large slab, Kellyn slowly walked over to Cyrus, whose hand was reaching out towards the stone.
In one swift motion, Cyrus turned on his heel, punching Kellyn in the gut. The brunette coughed, dropping the slab at his feet as he tried to regain his breath. Cyrus then upper cutter him, knocking the brunette backwards as his nose started to bleed.
Kellyn quickly wiped his nose as he walked back towards Cyrus, swinging a punch at the blue haired man, who easily dodged it. Kellyn then smirked as he kicked the man in the gut, knocking him back a few feet.
Cyrus growled, standing straight as he balled his fists. Kellyn did the same as Cyrus began swinging at him. Kellyn easily dodge attack after attack.
Cyrus was older and seemed a lot slower now that Kellyn was able to focus on the blue haired man. Kellyn, on the other hand, was faster and able to land more attacks on the blue haired man than what Cyrus could on him.
Kellyn gritted his teeth as he thought of Seren. Because of this man, Seren had been taken from him and he would get her back. He needed to get her back.
Keith screamed as a bolt of purple lightning hit him, encasing his body as he screamed. Kellyn turned on his heel, looking at the red haired boy in shock.
Keith hadn't been paying attention. He had been so focused on capturing the dark Giratina that he had completely failed to notice any changes in his surroundings.
The red head dropped to his knees, his body feeling weak as he coughed, blood spilling from his mouth.
"Keith!" Kellyn yelled as he felt Cyrus land a hit around his face. Kellyn growled as he turned around and punched Cyrus with all his might. The blue haired main stumbled backwards and fell to the ground, unconscious.
Kellyn quickly rushed towards the red head on the ground, who was withering in agony.
"Keith! Keith!" the brunette yelled as he tried to roll Keith over, but the red head shook his head.
"Do… something," Keith muttered as he held onto his chest, feeling weaker and weaker by the second. "Save… everyone," he begged, coughing more and more blood up.
Kellyn gritted his teeth and stood back up. He ran back over to the stone and looked at it. He didn't know how to stop it.
Unconsciously, he started to reach his hand out towards the stone. As he was about to touch it, a voice boomed.
"Don't touch that!" Kellyn looked around; the voice was familiar to him. He knew it, but it sounded different.
His eyes drifted upwards, the clouds started to open up and, from them descended the normal Giratina and Kate!
Kellyns' eyes widened as he smiled widely.
"Kate!" he yelled. Keiths' eyes widened as he forced himself to look towards Kellyn. His smiled weakly when he saw the brunette haired girl before laying his head down.
Giratina roared loudly before sending an attack towards the dark Giratina, causing the fake pokemon to disappear. Kate landed next to Kellyn and retracted his hand from the stone. She looked at Keith and frowned at the state he was in.
"Keith! I need your help," Kate called as she looked at the brunette, who moved slightly. "Are you strong enough?!" Kate asked, not telling him what he would need to do. Keith moved slightly and tried to sit up, he felt weak, but manage to get onto his knees.
He nodded his head slowly and looked at Kate, he had a small feeling he knew what would needed to be done.
"Are you sure I can do this?" Kate asked as she looked at Giratina, who nodded its head.
Kate took a deep breath and reached her hand out towards the stone.
She bit her lip as she gripped it tightly and gulped slightly.
'Here goes something.'
