This was a meme given to me by a fellow tumblr follower where we have Rose and a human vessel of Dalek Caan (who looks like Misha Collins...Enjoy!)

Caan rushed over to where Rose lay on the floor, immediately falling onto the ground as he knelt next to her, inspecting her wound.

"Rose…" the human-Dalek breathed out in a low whisper, shaking his head as he pressed a section of his trench coat against the wound in an attempt to stop the bleeding.

"—- stay with me Rose."

As Rose's breathing became slower and shakier, Caan gently took the blonde in his arms, caressing her face with his right hand.
The human-Dalek felt Rose's hot tears come in contact with his hand, and he shook his head again, taking a slow, deep breath in.

"You're going to be alright." he quietly promised her, his thumb gently stroking Rose's cheek as he whispered to her — the human-Dalek couldn't bear even thinking of losing her; and he was going to do everything in his power to make sure that she'd see another day — that her last memories wouldn't be of laying in a cold, damp room with a bullet in her side.

He wasn't going to let that happen.

Rose didn't speak —- she simply stared up at him, despair evident in her eyes. She seemed to be fully aware of the fact that she was dying, and her pain was reflected in Caan's eyes.

The pain that Caan felt was unreal; although he wasn't the one with the bullet in his side, the human-Dalek felt that he had been injured in another way — a way that he couldn't explain.

"C-Caan…" Rose eventually spoke out, her hand weakly reaching up to touch the human-Dalek's face.

Caan leaned into her touch, his eyes closing for a moment as he replied to her.
"Rose, I'm here."

When he opened his eyes, the blonde was staring back up at him, tears rolling down her cheeks. She spoke slowly, her voice cracking and shaking as she replied to him in a whisper.

"I-it's al-right."

The human-Dalek nodded his head, managing to force a smile onto his face, despite the fact that his throat was burning with tears.

"Yes, Rose. It's going to be alright. I promise."

With a sad smile, Rose's hand slowly fell from Caan's face, falling back down at her side.

"Rose?" Caan called out to her, his voice now filled with panic. The Dalek had tears in his eyes, blurring his vision.

"Rose!"

The blonde didn't answer; her face was now content, the tears were stopped.
All was quiet as Caan sat in the center of the cold, dark room — the only sound that could be heard was the muffled sound of the Dalek's crying as he held onto Rose, rocking her back and forth in his arms.

She was gone.

Caan caressed Rose's face in his hands for a moment before taking the girl's hand in his own, kissing it gently before placing another kiss on her forehead, managing to choke out a few last words to the woman he swore to protect.

"I love you, Rose Tyler.. and I am so sorry."
