Gray sat in front of his washer and watched the clothing inside swirl around. He had gotten back from shopping with Lucy about an hour before. He got her three complete sets of clothing, including underwear, along with the winter necessities such as a coat and boots. He would have gotten more for her, but he didn't want to get her a bunch of stuff if she was just going to leave in a couple days.

Just as he was getting lost in the constant swirling of colors, he felt arms wrap around him. He felt his body chill in preperation for using his magic, but he realized that it was just Cana. She giggled and kissed the base of his neck before moving to sit in front of him. "Hey, you," she said, poking his chest.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" Gray asked. He stood up and grabbed Cana, casually pulling her out of the room. He really didn't need her seeing the woman's clothing in his washer. Lucy had went to bed after they got home, so he knew that she would be asleep already, so at least he didn't need to worry about her popping up.

Cana pushed him against the wall and hugged him around his neck. "I just wanted to come see you." She cutely pouted. "Aren't you happy to see me?"

"Of course I am," Gray said, giving her a quick peck on the lips. "I just didn't expect you to come this late."

"I just wanted to continue from what we couldn't finish before your heater broke," she said slyly, beginning to run her hands all around his chest. "I brought some wine with me for us to drink. I have grape, your favorite."

Gray wasn't sure if that was a good idea, though. The night before Lucy sought him out, so what if she does again? Cana really shouldn't stay. "Not tonight," he said, trying very hard not to get distracted by what she was doing with her hands, rubbing them everyone she could touch.

Cana abruptly stopped. She looked at him in concern. "You've never said 'no' before. Are you cheating on me?" He could see the doubt in her eyes and he quickly denied her assumption. "You are!" she yelled, pushing his chest. "There couldn't be another reason!" She let out a growl and stormed off.

Gray sighed and ran a hand through his hair. If he could have just explained that he was babysitting, since he was, in a sense. He probably wouldn't have made Cana mad. She had been very annoying and clingy lately, though. Her ridiculous reaction was probably caused by her sudden mood change around him. He scrunched his eyebrows together. They had been together for two years. Was she expecting him to propose or something? There was no way he would do that, though. He couldn't even if he wanted to. Maybe he should break up with her? He couldn't just date her forever, since she would eventually expect something more from him, which he couldn't provide. It would crush him to let her go, but it was probably for the best.

Ultear pounding on the door in front of her, hoping Erza would answer soon. It was the middle of the night, but she really needed to let Erza and Natsu know what was happening with Lucy.

It wasn't long before Erza answered the door, red faced and angry, simply wearing a large black shirt. Her face turned from anger to surprise when she saw that it was Ultear. "Oh, come in." The redhead could see her friend's worried face. "Jellal! Could you go make a couple cups of tea?"

The two woman sat down across from each other at the dining table. Ultear didn't speak until Jellal came into the room, just wearing a pair of sweatpants, setting three cups of tea on the table. She felt bad that she ruined the couple's private time, but there were more important matter than sex. "Lucy is missing," she said, straight to the point.

Erza spit out her tea, coughing. Jellal wasn't sure who Lucy was, so he just tried to calm his wife down. He wasn't allowed to meet any Guardians, but he was allowed to know that Erza was one. "How exactly did this happen?" Erza asked, finally catching her breath.

Ultear shook her head, hysterical. "I just woke up this morning and she wasn't there! I'm not sure what happened or where she went. We have to find her, though. In only a month and a half winter will turn to spring, then it will be summer. She can't be missing! She has to help melt the snow! Juvia's water and Laxus' lightning and melt it! Loke always helped out with that."

"You need to calm down, Ul," Erza said gently, grabbing her hand. "I'll go call Natsu and let him know to keep an eye out. You can stay the night here and we'll figure out a plan tomorrow. You can go tell the Spring Guardians the next day. We won't mention this to the Winter Guardians, though, because they wouldn't know who Lucy is."

Ultear nodded her head, tears rolling down her cheeks. All she had ever wanted was her brothers back. She never considered that she could lose her sister, too.
