Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Chariot and the Ice Knight. Enjoy the 3500-word chapter. I do not own LWA, Yoh Yoshinari, and a few others do.
Ursula did NOT enjoy losing. It just was not in her vocabulary when it came down to it. She hated teaching… No, wait, she had NEVER taught before so it was not like she could tell if she was good or not. If anything?
She had been an odd little before now. It had as of now. This was an odd question before now. It would be an odd little before now. Whatever came next?
He had been an odd little thing before now… a VERY weird point of this. Whatever came next had to be done and dusted. Well, he questioned before now. He seemed as if he had a lot more to question what to handle before now. It had been something to handle while handling the idea.
He had been an odd little thing to handle. Ursula was a soldier who had been to handle this game. It had been to handle for the game. The game before now had been something terrifying for now.
He what to handle what had been placed before him or die trying, nothing else could matter or should have mattered, what came next would be more on their plate and a lot more manageable for now.
It would certainly ease the load that had been placed on them or would be placed them on the path to getting what they were after for now. A lot odder of a place for him to have been in.
"How do you even know how to do this?" Ursula questioned Noel who was busy juggling a ball of ice from one hand to another.
It was not so hard for him as it was slightly boring considering how easy it seemed to be. Noel did not feel the cold meaning he could focus more on keeping the ball from hitting the ground for a few moments. If only for a few moments.
"HEY!" Ursula shouted, making Noel jump as the ball of ice spiraled from his hands. "Geez, your smart, but you're stupid," Ursula muttered as Noel rolled his eyes.
"Says the lady who crashed into me!" Noel said with a small smirk.
Ursula growled and grabbed the boy by the collar, yanking him as close to her face as it was psychically possible. Their noses rubbed together as he was hoisted in front of her.
"SHUT… UP…" Ursula hissed and dropped him with a growl only to notice he had not stopped smirking.
'Oh, I am going to make this boy pay for even getting in my way like this. I swear out of ALL the witches that can run into this garbage… It MUST be me, doesn't it?' Ursula thought to herself as Noel could only ponder what the teenage witch had to do next.
Noel found her a lot more interesting than she looked. There was a lot more magic than she could teach him when he thought about it. Still? She was weird when he thought about it. It still made her fun to be around, just weirder.
"You know… You seem to get mad when I do not listen, but you do not seem to like listening at all." Noel said, pointing an icy cold finger directed toward her. "Sides, I'm just curious how you're so tough but you get mad so easily," Noel said which caused the witch to blink as she was curious about what that could mean when he thought about it.
Noel sighed and started to rub his hands together, frost and ice flowing from his fingertips. Ursula was still surprised as to HOW he had this ability. She had not encountered anyone with the ability to just conjure ice from midair like this… It both confused and astounded her how anyone this powerful could exist.
She wanted to know more… No, she HAD to know more, even if it meant teaching him how to control this power more. At the very least? It would help her adapt more to the future, anyway.
It was not like the young witch had many other things to do now and she was much more curious the more she thought about such things currently.
"Earth to weird witch!" Noel said, snapping Ursula from her thoughts as she turned to the boy with annoyance.
He still smirked, something that annoyed her to no end, but it was still something she could adapt to. There was a lot more on her mind than simply dealing with an annoyance like him, yes. A lot more than staying here and dealing with abuse from something like this. The sooner she dealt with this? The sooner she would be able to get back to work with her friends.
Yes, there was only so much that could be said and done, but she would damn well make sure she proved one simple thing to him even if it killed her.
Still? There was a lot more going on than had been a few days ago. A lot more was to be said and done. There was a lot more going on than could be said and done.
Chariot crossed her arms and sighed as she huffed and realized that more would be coming soon enough, all it would take was some time and effort to get her thoughts together for now, something else was making it impossible to deal with… That would not change, now nor ever.
"Do not think I am so blasted incapable of magic that I cannot even try and help you now. We are not going anywhere soon." Chariot stated while she hummed and rolled her eyes to herself before she sighed.
There was something that had been bothering her. What the hell had brought him to this swamp? What had awakened his power to do this? It had to be something odd and something mysterious to push him here.
"Are you ok? You are not saying a lot more than I expected you to be." She heard as she frowned to herself and glanced around the room before she frowned to herself.
There were some pauses as she questioned what was going on. She had been fine for only a few seconds when it came down to it.
This had yet been questioned before now. He had a lot more on his when it questioned what to do before he focused on now when it came down to it. He had not had the proper focus before it came down to it. There was a lot more to have questioned for the time being. Yes.
She just did not know what was coming or how it could have happened while he questioned what it should have been.
Yet? Such things were, for now, that she did not know what their problems were. It was something else been upon such things when it was over before now… What else had gone on, how else this could have been for now?
He did not know what else before now. it was something that this nightmare had yet before he questioned before he hummed to himself.
There was a lot more to have on his mind for now… Yes, such a small thing, but it would be hard times for all. It had not yet come to it. They had not yet explained before now as of the time being.
He tilted his head as he looked to the side, they had more pressing issues for now. It had not been the nightmare they had wanted, but it had been the one they had gotten and the one they had to attend to before it all went to hell.
"If you are going to have done such things? You might as well focus more on what else is going on." She heard as she sighed, her hands flaming with energy coursing through her fingertips.
She did not know what else to have questioned when it was over. He clicked his fingers against one another, making it has been something that made him confused and thrown off a lot more.
"Then you are coming with me and we are going to train properly, otherwise? This is just going to suck for both of us." Chariot stated to which he hummed, too unsure of what to have next.
"And if you are going to train me? You need to train, as in real training, and not just throw weight around. You should branch out more and stop getting into such things." Noel said as she snapped her fingers.
There was a flash of light as he sighed. This was going to be a very long day for the time being. He glanced at her; his eyebrow raised as he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.
Such measures were not yet over, he supposed they would never be over for now. Such problems had yet questioned for now. She did not know what to yet focus upon. He had not yet seemed to have focused more upon it.
He did not know better, but it was over for now. He had not yet found something to have ended, he did not find something, for now, he had not the training he had more on his mind before now.
Such a problem had before now. He had not properly focused as of now. He had a lot more to question her, a lot more, and a lot more to focus upon. This had not seemed to have prepared for what to do next. Their problem had grown worse and worse with time.
He had not yet seemed to have to question for now. He looked at Chariot who seemed to have been quiet, too unsure of what the hell was going on.
"There's too much on the mind," Chariot stated before she clicked her tongue against her mouth. "Are you going to be, ok?" Chariot stated to which there was a few seconds of silence.
"Are you going to be, ok?" Noel asked in response before she nodded while he clicked his tongue.
"Yes, you are going to need to train," Chariot stated before she rubbed at her nose before he clicked his fingers.
"What the hell is going to happen?" Noel questioned as he tilted his head to the side. "We are going to be ok. Are you sure what is going to happen next? There is a lot of training to handle." Noel stated to which he smirked and looked down at the ground.
Noel knew more than her what was happening. What would have happened next was odd. She clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth before she tilted her head, sighing as she did so.
This had not become anywhere she could stomach. This problem had yet to cut into her over and over. It was so terrifying when it seemed to come down to it.
"Noel? You are going to be terrifying, aren't you? There are a lot more questions to do." Chariot stated as she sighed before she looked around.
This seemed to have been something that could be crumbling downwards. This had not gotten them anywhere anytime soon and sadly?
This had not gotten them anywhere and anywhere soon, they had to find an answer already. It was not going to have been a problem which meant more and more they would have to deal with such a measure. It was also clear she knew that he would seem to find it amusing when it came down to it.
He found himself before he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth and sighed to himself, sighing while he took his sweet time which he questioned to have handled it for now.
He seemed to question before he focused upon it when it came down to this. Chariot was honestly more and more amused by this which made him think that this should have been something that it should have been prepared for now.
Yes, this was going to have been fun. She wanted it to have been fun which made her think that this was not going to have gotten off the ground… She doubted he would have been worried or even trained when it came down to it.
Chariot was honestly questioning what to have done and she did not entirely know what to have done for the time being when this was all said and done for now which made him sigh.
More and more did Chariot look at him amused, utterly so, all too unsure of what to try and do next, unsure of what to focus on.
All it did was remind him that such moments were utterly exhausting more and more, he was all too focused on next and just how well it would go, how often was that she managed to have a friend to mess with, someone who understood it all and just what she could or would expect from someone like this.
It was nice, utterly baffling but nice. Rare in her life was she able to relax as she decided to try and fixate upon what to train him, utterly unsure of what to see or do, not prepared for the worst.
Still? Often as it was, she had a lot more experience trying not to hurt someone, not wanting to be relaxed at all nor capable of such a thing even a little bit as of now or later. Even a small droplet of knowledge was something that could not be ignored and could not be further and further.
It was broken downwards by it all and utterly baffled at the end of the day. Still? He did not at all know what to figure out as he looked downwards, unsure, and unable to figure it all out now.
He wanted to look at her, eager to figure it all out as she rolled her eyes and smiled, a smirk that could and would split her lips as she seemed to be able to relax once more, all too unsure for now.
He was eager to figure it out as he seemed to be able to figure it all out, something he did not even want to understand. He was all amused as he hummed.
She looked at him, crossing her arms across her lap like a spoiled child. He did not even want to know what he was capable of when push came to shove.
Did she at all trust him for the time being? He did not know but he doubted it as he always did. Not just because he could not see her face purely caked in mud but it was also because he did not understand his desires.
There was too much now, something he did not even know for the moment but it scared him to the end of the day.
All of it hurt, again and again, did it hurt because he knew more and more, she was not the type to push such an issue to pass the breaking point nor the type to be given something they could not control and allow.
It was odd, very odd as of now, something that needed to be done, addressed even… Even the faintest of ideas would spark outrage more and more than usual, an idea that seemed to bore at least SOME fruit for now if nothing else.
It was odd, very odd for now, an idea that could and would push them past what they were and who were far more capable of something far better, far beyond this.
He sighed and looked at her with fascination, an interest as if this was not her, was not what he had expected it to have been to deal with for now. All of it seemed to be odder and odder as it came down to it.
Every piece of it was beyond what needed to be done for now, needed to be dealt with for now again and again. He could not at all explain what he felt towards the woman but he could deal with it for now.
He had a measure of mercy to try and figure it out, a measure he did not at all understand for now as he clicked his fingers on what to try and deal with as he hummed before he clicked his tongue against the roof of his mouth.
He would not know how to try and deal with it all as he hummed before he glanced downwards at the ground before he sighed to himself. They had more plans more and more while he sighed once more, they had to yawn.
Such ideas were clouding his mind and cutting everything apart. They would not be able to deal with it in this manner, not at all.
But she? She would be DAMNED if it all died more and more as she slowly yet came to a rest, something about it all… There was nothing else to deal with and he hummed before he sighed, looking at her as she hummed once again.
Whatever comes next? These sorts of things would not die out, not yet… Not when it could be relaxed against the back of his hand.
Whatever came next? They would face it together; such things would not be over but he would end them all at the time being while he hummed.
There were too many problems to try and deal with as a team, a group, knowing what would become of it all at the time being.
He sighed, not wishing to do more than relax and not willing to do more at the time being when such an option was going to be dealt with in a manner that was too nice to try and deal with it for now.
Such a thing would be monstrous at the end of the day when it came down to it. She looked at him before pausing to pausing, utterly thrown for a loop…
He was amused, more amused than before and not wanting to let it sink in just how much he was not relaxed… The idea of it all could be a maddening little idea for it now and one he could not even attempt to truly deal with… Such things would be beyond all measures of peace.
He looked at her whilst expecting… Something, ANYTHING to stave off the idea he had been unable to do more than relax, to cut through it like bone and leave it there in such a state.
The idea that he had not been alone was just too much for him to cut through it for now…
Too much had been spent on such a thing, was going on and he had a blasted measure of time… He had a LOT more going on when it was all said and done, he had been unable to deal with such a thing when it came down to it.
She knew he had power at the end of the day, there was too much on his mind, too much he could not have dealt with. There was a LOT of chaos on his mind, too much she had been unable to deal with for now…
There was pain upon her mind, too much she could not allow, would not allow. There were a lot of things that he could be unable to try or things he could not have learned… This pain would not manage for now.
There was something else that was coming on for now and it would end in chaos. All of it ever seemed to be ending in chaos. He was too fascinated now, knowing what the next moment would have been like for now… It was too chaotic
Still? He could not have seemed to deal with it the same way she could have because he knew more and more about what was going on before he looked to the side.
Perhaps he was too interested in what he could have done for now as he clicked his fingers before looking at her.
Chariot was silent, too interested in the next move that was going to be made and what would be done.
She paused to try and deal with the madness that was going to be dicing up and down her mind. She had no doubts about what would be happening, what was going on.
Yet? She was too amused for now. He was just too thrown off for now as he paused to think of what he had been too defeated to have allowed it to have been this way… It should not have been this way, not now and not ever again.
He had been too interested in it for now and forever.
