Chapter 27
"What do you mean, you need me?"
She stood there rather perplexed by the notion. Ryomen paused oddly. "They need a proper plan, this is energy of the soul, that's your specialty!" he protested.
"Yes, but at the same time, you can help them too!" she snapped back. "Ryomen, you know the dance I do every night, did you forget what that was for?"
He was taken aback by her comment, that dance… yes, he has seen it before and yet… at the same time, he couldn't quite put his finger on it. "You need to remember this, you said you got all your memories back and yet, this is something unknown to you?"
The curse wombs peered at him oddly. "You DO know something then," said Junpei. "But, what's this about a dance?"
Chusi smiled as she began to dance before them, it was very similar to the technique of another sorcerer, but the movements were far more… delicate in a sense. Sukuna has seen this dance every night, but he can't quite remember it.
"Perhaps he is missing music?" asked Choso. "Would that be of assistance?"
"I don't know!" he snapped back. It startled the brothers but he sighed. This was frustrating him. He knew this dance had a purpose now, but, has completely forgotten what it was.
Chusi looked a little heartbroken as he appeared to be unable to remember what this was for, let alone why she did a dance like this.
"I want you to try and remember, Ryomen. In the mean time, let me get Yua to help out. I'll teach it to her, but you need to figure it out."
He was about to demand why, until he remembered the Tooru way of teaching. You never give the answer outright, not until the one who asked the question has exhausted all methods and notions on their own.
Sometimes, even he still has to learn the hard way.
"Very well," he muttered before storming off.
He knows this, and yet, his mind is purposely blocking this jujutsu from his mind… or is it jujutsu? He doesn't even know anymore. So, to clear his head, he went deep into the domain, within the woods to be alone and unbothered by the world. He needed to mediate on this, and try to recall what this was all about.

The hours passed.
Nothing came to mind as Sukuna grew frustrated. "What the hell is wrong with me! Why can't I remember?" he growled to himself.
He decided to let the matter rest…
Speaking of rest, he felt oddly tired. "Damn it, without curse energy even I get prone to such weakness…"
He laid back and decided to rest his eyes for a moment…

Meanwhile…
"You want me to dance?"
Yua was taken aback by the sudden request of Chusi, however she was insisting it is to help the brothers. "The Toorus did this dance all the time, I can't speak it out loud since Ryomen is trying to figure it out and remember WHY we did this dance, I can't tell him outright" she explained. "But sister, please, they need us!"
She paused. "Are we permitted to help?"
Chusi nodded. "The one thing is that another dragon cannot interfere with this, this is between the brothers and the dragons that want to take their wives for themselves. SO, with that being said, we are not dragons, therefore we can assist them"
"I still don't see how a battle of souls is going to favor them…"
Chusi snickered to that.
"What?"
"When I was watching the first wave of them who dared to attack… I got to say, their soul energy was nearly nothing!" she decreed.
But, it confused Yua. After all, dragons are divine beings, they have great spiritual power, therefore have a powerful soul. Yuuji and Suiryu were not able to handle it nor did any Tooru for that matter when they contained Ryujin…
"Chusi…"
"I know what you are thinking, but you forget yourself dear sister. Ryujin escaped the heavenly realm, the dragons that were after him sought to consume him, his father didn't do such a thing… there is also something else one should learn about a dragon. When they do vile acts for their own greed, they have strength taken away from themselves. They believe that if they consume the young, they would gain their strength. However, denying a young life, taking it from them when they have yet to live… is an unforgivable crime… why do you think Yuuji and Suiryu are so strong? Their little brothers and sisters as well… the curse wombs when their children are born, they too will be powerful for they will be allowed to live."
"Uh… okay…" Yua said with an uncertain tone. "But how is this going to help them?"
Chusi smiled. "Come with me and learn the steps first. We are going to adjust it so it will match the rhythm of the song the brothers wish to play."
She couldn't refuse, Yua was pulled along as she spent the next few hours learning this strange and yet… familiar dance in a sense. She had never seen it and yet, it resonated with her.
Chusi smiled when they did it together, Yua was in perfect sync with her, and felt… strange afterwards.
In fact, Yua's limbs burst out of the exoskeleton she was wearing!
Her arms and legs had fully formed once more!
"What the hell!" she demanded.
Chusi was even stunned. "You… are a lot stronger than you look… no wonder you got my mother's name…"
She paused once more to that. "Is Yua a reserved name?" she asked. "I… didn't know a lot about my clan or traditions… Since… well…"
Chusi smiled warmly to her and suddenly took a seat on the ground, she followed suit and waited to hear what she had to say. Her smile didn't vanish, in fact, Chusi sort of giggled. "As strange as it is to ask, if you want your answers, you should really sit down and speak with Ryomen about it."
This, took her aback once more. "He destroyed the clan!" she protested.
"Yes, he devoured most of our family… at the same time, how else do you think he got his curse marks? As grim as it is to consider and know… Ryomen has retained the history of our clan through himself."
"EH?!"
"It's not easy to wrap your mind around, however, Yua… just know when he did that, when he destroyed our family, it wasn't for the reason you think… it's part of the curse he was under, and what Kenjaku had him believe. I hold that bastard responsible more so than Ryomen."
She does admit, after hearing what had happened to Sukuna when he was cornered, whose to say she wouldn't have done the same thing?
"So he knows more of our history than what we have in the books?"
"To an extent," she explained. "Pretty much up until the moment he was sealed away, he hunted the family, when he devoured them to gain their technique, he had to retain their memories of it, so he knows more about the family than me. But I still got a few tricks of the trade from Mother, as well, I learned a lot in my state of rest before being revived."
"I never got THAT history lesson… in fact, when I died… I don't even remember where I went to… I never saw my family either."
This was strange, how did that happen? Yua knew she was at peace with what she did… wasn't she?
"Either way, let's practice this again, on your feet!" Chusi called. "Let's make sure we are perfectly synced!"
