Ok guys its King of The Monsters time, and this chapter we'll focus on the characters, or more likely one character and her interaction with the others. Also I'll start to focus more on some of Kim's and Ron's training to help speed up time. However you have nothing to fear, there will be some good kaiju related chapters soon. Also on a related note I would like to apologize for taking an eternity and a day to upload this chapter. My only excuses are that I have been wrapped up in a story by Sobriety called Most wanted an awesome KiGo story that I couldn't put down. The second reason is that Raptorhunter18 in exchange for giving Dark Souls a try, wanted me to give Mass Effect a try. So I purchased the trilogy and have been fighting aliens ever since lol. Anyway I apologize for the late update and will try for better time management on my part.

I do not own any of the characters in this fanfiction. All the monsters are property of Toho and the Kim Possible characters are property of Disney. I do however own Destiny Go and Tiara Josephine Lockheart. Jacob Matthews belongs to Raptorhunter18.

Ch.4 Staff Sergeant Bonnie Rockwaller

New York City, New York, May 20, 1998 11:45 A.M.

It was a rainy day in New York, but for its citizens it was an average day. It had been raining for a straight week, but today it rained harder, but that wouldn't stop the citizens from hearing the words of their mayor.

Among this crowd of supporters was a small family of four. A mother and four of her daughters. The mother was a brunette with a curvaceous build. She had black eyes and tanned skin. She was wearing a pink old navy trench raincoat. She had on blue denim jeans as well completing her attire. Next were her two daughters, their names were Connie and Lonnie. Connie was a year older than Lonnie, with Connie being thirteen and Lonnie twelve.

Connie had long light brown hair, with matching lightly tanned skin and blue green eyes. She had a slender build, but some curves were starting to fill out on her. She wore a nylon blue button up raincoat. She also had on a pair of khaki pants to match her lightly tanned complexion.

Lonnie had both similar build and skin complexion like Connie's the only difference was that she had green eyes and platinum blonde hair. Like Connie, Lonnie was wearing a nylon button up raincoat, but hers was green. She had on a pair of light blue jeans.

The last of her daughters was only four years of age. She had short brown hair and teal eyes. Like her mother and sisters she too had tanned skin. She was wearing a green raincoat and black jeans.

She looked up to her mother as they both stood under her black umbrella. Her mother looked down offering her daughter a reassuring smile. "Hang in there Bon-Bon. We'll go home after we here the mayor's speech." She said.

Bonnie nodded before looking forward. She glanced to her right when she felt someone nudge her. Looking up she saw Connie grinning at her, before playfully nudging her again. Connie then stuck her tongue out at Bonnie, who smiled and returned the gesture.

Their attention was soon captured as a man stepped up to the microphone. "Here is is! The man you've all been waiting for! Your mayor, Mayor Ebert!"

Elsewhere down by the docks of the East River an elderly man who appeared to be in his sixties was walking down to the docks, carrying a fishing rod, a tackle box in his left hand and a folded up lawn chair in his right. Despite the heavy rain he was determined to catch something as he quickly walked to the docks end. Up above two workers who were on their break was watching up from above behind a chain-link fence.

"Hey Joe! You gonna catch one them lil fish in the East River?" One of the men asked.

"Heh, I hope so." The elderly man replied. "But you never know. I mean today could be my lucky day." He said with a shrug as he kept walking.

"The only thing you're gonna catch is a cold!" the man replied with a laugh.

He sat back down as he watched Joe set up his chair, and grab some bait from his tacklebox. Joe then cast the line into the river and sat down waiting for a fish to bite. He didn't have to wait long either.

"Hey!" Joe called out with a chuckle as he pointed at the water. "I got a bite!" He said making the two men glance at each other.

"Boy, do I have a bite!" Joe said as he gripped the rod tighter, fighting the pull against him.

Out in the distance a big splash could be seen as Joe continued his attempt to reel in his catch.

"Hold on to it Joe!"

"You got a big one baby, hold on to it now."

"You want to fight!" Joe grunted as the pull became significantly stronger.

Seconds afterward his fishing rod was quickly pulled from his hands. Joe slowly looked up in greater shock as he saw a wave of water quickly rushing towards him. The two workers were wide at the sight, as they have never witnessed such an event. Joe quickly abandoned his chair and ran for safety as the wave slammed into the docks destroying it.

Up near the market, the workers there were distracted by a loud bellowing sound. They looked up as a giant shadow fell over them. What they saw was a giant creature rising over the expressway, boats falling from the creatures back as it emerged from the East River. With a loud roar the creature took its first step into the city sending the people into an immediate frenzy.

"I want to thank all of you for coming out on this beautiful New York City day!" Mayor Ebert said as the crowd cheered him on.

"Beautiful my ass." Connie mumbled under her breath.

"When I stepped into office four years ago, people didn't think that I would reduce crime, but I did!" The mayor said prompting another cheer from the crowd.

Bonnie looked up as she heard the sound of thunder approaching. She clutched her mother's hand tighter in fear of the approaching storm. A few seconds later another roar of thunder was heard, but this time it was accompanied by a slight tremor from the earth, making Bonnie and several others in the crowd either look down, or around in confusion.

Slowly but surely others began to feel the same tremors as well, distracting them from the mayors speech. With each passing second the tremors grew worse. Bonnie and her family looked around as the cars began to jump an inch off the ground with each tremor from the earth.

"Mommy, what's going on?" Bonnie asked frightened.

"I..I don't know." She answered. Whatever was going on Mrs. Rockwaller wasn't going to stick around for a potential earthquake that would endanger the lives of her children.

She gathered her children to leave as a tremor hit them, causing them to stumble a bit. Bonnie gripped her mother scared of what was going on around her. However her whimpering soon stopped when the tremors. This sudden pause in action left the crowd of people wondering what was happening, however it had went unnoticed by the mayor as he had continued to deliver his speech.

However even that was cut short as a loud roar startled him and everybody in the area. Looking to their right they watched as the side of a building collapsed into the street, covering the block in debris. Another roar was heard as a creature stepped out of the debris, making its way towards the mayor and his supporters.

Almost immediately the crowd burst into a frenzy. The screams of the people as they fled in sheer terror was all Bonnie could hear. The next thing the young girl knew was that her mother had picked her up and was running away alongside her daughters Connie and Lonnie. Looking over her mother's shoulder, Bonnie watched as the creature caught up with them in a few steps.

She closed her eyes as the creature roared out again. She opened them again to see a boat fall from the creatures back and into the streets, as its foot crushed the people in its path. Mrs. Rockwaller in an attempt to avoid the creature and the crowd that was frantically brushing past her, was knocked over by the fleeing citizens, causing her to drop Bonnie.

"Bonnie!" She called out as she watched her daughter disappear into the crowd of people.

Fortunately for the four year old, she was able to avoid being trampled, and tried her best to push past the crowd of adults who kept knocking her back.

"Momma!" Bonnie cried.

Finally making it through the people she saw her mother as her sisters were helping her to her feet. She smiled and started to run towards them. She stopped when a shadow fell over her. Looking up she saw the charcoal scales of the reptilian mutations left foot, tracking its movement. Her eyes grew wide as she watched the foot slam down upon her family and few other unlucky citizens. Horrified at the sight she let out a terrified scream as tears flowed from her eyes and down her cheeks.

"NOOO!" Bonnie said as she woke from her nightmare screaming. She sat up panting heavily as she looked around frantically to see that she was in her room. After calming down a bit and wiping the tears from her eyes she laid back down in her bed.

She let out a sigh. She has been haunted by this dream for years, and this was the third time this week. She looked over to her dresser that sat beside her bed to find a photo of her and her family. They were huddled together, smiling and laughing, but more importantly they were happy. In the background was the Statue of Liberty, this was taken a year before Zilla had attacked New York City.

Looking at her clock she saw that it was five in the morning. She was late in terms of watching the first years training regimen. She let out another sigh the dream still vivid in her mind. She would skip the first part of their training. Deciding it would better if she attempted to get more rest. After breakfast she would see if she had any competition.

Global Justice Self Defense Force Cafeteria 7:30 a.m.

The cafeteria was filled with the voices of the staff and recruits as everyone gathered for breakfast. Among these people sat Kim, Ron and Zita as well as a few others. They were all dressed in the Kevlar suits for today's training regimen. Ron sighed as he stared at the "D" On his latest test from Tiara's class.

"Aww man." He said as he laid his head on the table.

"Oh come on Ron, at least you did better this time." Kim said trying to offer her friend some type of reassurance.

"Yeah it's a lot better than that "F" You received two weeks ago." Brick told him.

"Haha, very funny." Ron said as he raised his head to see the wide grinned smile on the muscular blondes face.

Brick Flagg was like Zita wanted to help contribute to the war against kaiju. Coming from Middleton like Kim and Ron, but he has never seen a kaiju personally. Brick was a tall and muscular man, with blonde hair and blue eyes which seemed to match his bright smile he always carried around.

"You nail the next test for sure." Felix told him as he took a spoonful of food to his mouth.

Felix was also from Middleton and in a lot of ways he reminded Kim of their friend Wade. Felix was a smart guy and always seemed to have a plan for something. Kim liked to think that he was some sort of strategist, which is why Global Justice most likely let him into the recruits for the Self-Defense Force. Felix sported brown hair and blue and eyes he had a sleek build, which allowed him to move fast out on the obstacle course.

"Or probably I'll just get nailed again." Ron said depressed. He knew that if he couldn't keep his grades up then he wouldn't be able to assist any of his friends on their missions.

"Not with that attitude you wont." Zita said. "How are you supposed to get ahead anywhere if you don't keep your head up?"

"She's right you know." Kim told her best friend.

"I know." Ron said as he sat up. "You know what? Next time I will past her test for sure." He said giving himself newfound confidence.

"That's the spirit!" Kim said.

Ron puffed out his chest and beat it with his fist a couple of times. "There's no way to keep this overachiever down!" Ron exclaimed proudly as he slammed his fist back down onto the table.

In doing so he accidentally he his food tray causing the food to splatter across his face. This prompted some laughs from Felix and Brick, followed by Zita then Kim. Ron looked around embarrassed at first, but ended up laughing himself.

Sitting across the room a few tables away, was Bonnie and Yori. Yori was quietly eating her breakfast while Bonnie eyed Kim and her friends.

"Just look at them, acting like a bunch of idiots. I mean who do they think they are?" The brunette asked.

Bonnie looked over to Yori to see her Japanese comrade glancing at her.

"Oh don't give me that look. None of them know our pain. They think that this is a game, but the kaiju are no joke. They just make me so angry, especially that red headed little…" Bonnie said stopping herself from finishing that sentence with a growl, clenching her fist tightly as she stared at Kim.

Bonnie didn't know why Kim infuriated her so much. It irked her how she was so carefree in an environment that required seriousness and a grasp of reality. It angered her that Kim talked as if it would be easy to rise through the ranks. She would have to earn what she wants in this facility. It upset her more that Kim made it clear that she would surpass the brunette, like hell she would let that happen.

Taking a bite of eggs she turned her attention away from the first years. She didn't need to let Kim aggravate her right now. She thought back to her dream she had earlier. Zilla had taken her family, and although it was destroyed, one of its offspring still lived. For Bonnie it was an insult, for the kaiju dubbed Zilla Jr. to still be alive.

Sighing she looked over to Yori who had finished eating. Shego, Yori and herself had vendettas to carry out. It was why they worked well together as a unit.

"I'm leaving." The brunette said as she got up from the table.

Yori said nothing as she watched her teammate walk away. Yori understood why Bonnie was upset. Watching Kim and her friends laugh and joke reminded her of those she lost in the attack. Bonnie didn't hate Kim she has openly expressed, Yori knew that the brunette was jealous. Jealous that Kim was living the life that was so violently and quickly ripped away from her.

Shego walked in as Bonnie was walking out, the brunette shuffling past her without saying a word. Shego already guessed at what was bothering her, she knew the same thing Yori knew. Leaning against the wall she glanced over to Kim and got an idea. She wasn't sure if it was a good idea, but it never hurt to experiment and besides Bonnie needed to get over whatever funk she was having.

Global Justice Gym Room 9:30 a.m.

The Gym was empty save for two people. One of the two was ferociously attacking a punching bag while having no clue that she was being watched by the other. Bonnie threw several more punches and kicks before finally giving herself a rest. She wiped the sweat from her fore head as she reached down and grabbed a bottle of water.

She turned around as she gulped the water down. Bonnie frowned upon seeing Kim there sitting across the room staring at her.

"What are you staring at?" Bonnie asked.

"You've been at it for over an hour." Kim said.

"So what about it? Am I disturbing you?" The brunette asked.

Kim nodded her head showing that she wasn't bothered by Bonnie at all.

"What are you doing here anyway?" She asked Kim.

"Shego told me to meet her here for our rematch, though that was over an hour ago." Kim responded.

"Looks like you've been played first year." Bonnie said with a smug. "You honestly thought you were worth her time?" She asked with a small laugh.

"What's that? Mind repeating that?" Kim dared Bonnie.

"I said you're not good enough!" Bonnie told her raising her tone.

Kim got up and into Bonnie's face. "I don't know what your problem is, but you need to seriously check that attitude of yours."

"My problem. My problem is you!" Bonnie said shoving Kim back.

The redhead stumbled back a bit, not expecting Bonnie to attack her. "Hey watch it!"

"No you watch it!" Bonnie responded as she walked up and grabbed Kim.

She pinned Kim to the wall, and gripped her tightly. "You make me angry!"

"I didn't do anything to you!" Kim said and pushed Bonnie off of her.

Bonnie stumbled back, and came back in after Kim again swinging her right arm. Kim ducked it, not wanting to fight Bonnie.

"Bonnie I don't want to fight you!" Kim said putting some distance between them.

Not listening Bonnie charged her again. Kim evaded her, but Bonnie caught her off guard when she spun around quickly delivering a swift kick to the redhead's side. Kim fell to her side and looked up to see Bonnie standing over her.

"I told you, you were no good. How can you stop the kaiju if you can't beat me?"

Kim looked up to see the serious expression on the brunette's face. Kim wasn't following, what did the kaiju have to do with Bonnie's unbridled aggression towards her?

"You have no idea what's it like, and that's why you anger me." Bonnie said clenching her fist.

She raised her left fist and brought it down, only for Kim to roll out of the way. She quickly gripped Bonnie's legs with her own, tripping the brunette. Kim quickly rolled on top of her, pinning her down.

"You're right I don't have any idea. That's because I don't know what you are talking about." Kim told her.

"Of course you don't, you don't have a vendetta against the kaiju." Bonnie said.

"A vendetta?"

Kim relaxed her grip a bit and Bonnie took advantage of it and removed the redhead. They both quickly got to their feet and looked each other in the eyes. Kim didn't know what Bonnie was getting at. Was it her or the kaiju she was mad at? Could it have been both? Or if she was mad at the kaiju, then why was she directing it at her?

Kim just couldn't put two and two together, but somehow she knew that if she exchanged fists with Bonnie right now, she might come to understand her more. Kim wasn't sure how fighting Bonnie could help her understand the brunette. This was a situation that could be easily explained by simply talking, but somehow this way was better.

Somehow it wasn't just about understanding Bonnie, it was about both of them respecting each other. Respect that would be lost if Kim chose to back down. Without knowing it Kim entered a boxing stance never taking her eye off of Bonnie. Bonnie smiled, now she was going to get to test the redhead. A test to see if Kim would be strong enough from having her life ripped away by the kaiju.

Bonnie ran in, throwing a right jab. Kim blocked it and retaliated with a right hook of her own. Bonnie caught her fist and pulled Kim into a bear hug. She raised Kim up a bit as she squeezed tighter. Kim head butted Bonnie causing her to release the red head. Kim stumbled back feeling a bit dizzy and slightly regretting her action.

"Your form is sloppy, just what I'd expect of a first year." Bonnie said clutching her head from the impact.

"And yours is any better?" Kim asked.

Bonnie smirked as she went back into her boxing stance. "Unrivaled."

"We'll see about that."

This time Kim rushed in and the two went about exchanging fists, trying to land a solid blow. Kim wasn't going to deny that Bonnie had some serious skill, but her thoughts were still elsewhere. She wanted to understand what Bonnie was trying to tell her. The brunette told her she couldn't understand because she didn't have a vendetta against the kaiju.

'A vendetta against the kaiju? What does that mean?' Kim thought as she barely evaded Bonnie's fist. It grazed her right cheek and Kim grabbed her arm.

Bonnie quickly retaliated by kicking Kim again, making Kim release her arm. Kim backed away needing some breathing room before Bonnie charged her again. Using whatever few seconds she had to piece anything she could together. She knew that Bonnie was orphaned at a young age from the 1998 attack on New York.

'That attack…' Kim thought as she and Bonnie charged in.

She blocked Bonnie's punch to her face, and punched Bonnie in her chest, this time making the brunette back up a bit. However that didn't last long as Bonnie charged in ready for more. Kim was slowly pushed back by Bonnie's sudden adrenaline rush. Looking for an opening Kim thoughts wandered again.

Suddenly it hit her. How could she have been so blind to it. The reason at why Bonnie was lashing out at her. However Kim's thoughts took her away from the fight for a split second allowing Bonnie to land a solid punch to Kim's left jaw.

Kim cried out as he was knocked back from the attack. She slid back a bit before slowly sitting up and rubbing her now sore jaw. She looked up when Bonnie stepped into view. The brunette once again looking down at Kim with her smug grin.

"Just go home, this isn't the place for you." She said before walking past her.

Kim watched as Bonnie walked out of the room, and as she did she felt like she better understood her somehow.

"Bonnie." Kim mumbled as the brunette left the gym.

Not far from them was Shego watching from afar. She could see that Bonnie left there a different person.

'Sometimes matters can only be settled with your fists.' Shego thought to herself as she walked away with a smile.

Ok guys this is the end of this chapter. This was sort of explaining why Bonnie acts the way she does around Kim, but does that mean that her attitude will change? Next chapter we focus on what Tiara had brought up about Titanosaurus being controlled, and we also we get some unexpected visitors. Hint they're twins.
