The next morning Renesmee had just sat down on the bus when Allie turned in her seat to look at her.

"So who is he?" Allie asked, smiling knowingly at Renesmee.

"Who is who?" Renesmee replied, giving her friend a confused look.

"The guy with the black ferrari," Allie responded, rolling her eyes before she continued, "you know the one who is almost as hot as his car?" Renesmee hadn't even realized her friend had noticed her talking to Alex.

"He's not that hot," Renesmee replied, rolling her eyes but then smiling, "his name is Alex. Thats all I know about him."

"Well, he sure seems to want to know you," Allie said, smiling when she saw that her comment had made her friend blush.

Renesmee stared out her window for a minute thinkoing about how much she wished Jacob would show her the kind of attention Alex was showing her.

"I've been thinking about using Alex to make Jacob jealous," Renesmee replied, still staring out her window.

"I think you should do it," Allie replied, smiling, "it would definitely work." Renesmee looked back at her friend and returned her smile.

"I will," Renesmee answered, "I don't think it would be too difficult to spend time with Alex."

Alec sat on the edge of the bed in a hotel room on the outskirts of Forks. Jane was still eating in the corner. They had picked up "dinner" the night before in Seatle. They weren't hunting it Forks, it was too risky at this point in their plan. They had chose a hotel as far away from the Cullens and the wolves as they could get and so far everything was going well.

"Are you going back to the school today?" Jane asked, glancing at the bedside clock, "you know we need to work fast." Alec glared over at his sister.

"She doesn't trust me yet," Alec replied, "She has to come willingly so we can already be gone before they find us."

"I'm not worried about them," Jane replied, leaning back against the wall and licking the blood off of her lips.

"You should be," Alec replied before standing up, grabbing his cellphone off the table and walking out the door.

Renesmee walked out the double doors of the school and couldn't help but smile when she saw Alex in his usual place, leaning against the side of his black ferarri. She walked straight toward him. He pushed himself away from the car and walked toward her when he noticed her coming his way.

"Hi beautiful," Alec said, smiling at her.

"Hi," Renesmee replied, rolling her eyes even though she couldn't deny to herself how good his comment made her feel.

"Can I take you home today?" Alec asked, motioning back toward his car.

"No," Renesmee replied, " I was wandering if you want to go for a walk. I can get another ride home."

"A walk?" Alec replied, smiling at her, "I can work with that." As he slid his keys in his pocket and started walking toward the woods behind the school with her he realized that was one of the only honest things he had ever said to her.

As they walked Renesmee pulled out her phone to send a quick text to Jacob:

Can you please come pick me up in about an hour? I have to stay after for a history project. I will come out front when you get here. Thanks, Nessie.

Alec reached for her hand and and couldn't hide his smile when she pulled away from him.

"I just want to hold your hand," Alec said, "but I won't do anything you don't want me to." His words comforted her so Renesmee reached over and slid her hand into his as they stepped into the woods.

"Why were you looking for the Cullens when I first met you?" Renesmee asked curiously. Alec had figured this question would come up so he already knew what he was going to say.

"I'm not like your family," Alec responded, "I hunt humans but I don't want to anymore. I thought if I could spend some time with vampires who don't it would be easier to stop." Renesmee pulled her hand away from his and reached up to slide his sunglasses off. She stared in shock at his blood red eyes for a minute.

"Its been a long time since I saw eyes like yours," Renesmee said, a little fear creeping into her voice but she fought her instinct to run. If he wanted to hurt her wouldn't he have done it already?

"I hear their very intimidating," Alec replied, stepping close to her and smiling. Renesmee laughed nervously but stood her ground.

"To some people maybe," Renesmee replied with a grin. Alec laughed and then stoppped as he brushed the back of his hand against her cheek

"I want to kiss you," Alec said and gently pushed her back against a nearby tree.

"Okay," Renesmee replied nervously seconds before he softly pushed his lips against her. He gently pressed his body against hers and interlocked his fingers with hers. Renesmee moaned against his lips and closed her eyes. Alec pushed his tongue teasingly against her lips and then deepened the kiss when she parted her lips. Renesmee opened her eyes and stared into Alec's eyes as he kissed her. He was looking right back at her. Alec pulled away and kissed her cheek. He left a trail of kisses down to her neck and then licked her neck. He rubbed his nose against her neck.

"You smell so good," Alec replied, groaning as he ran his tongue up the side of her neck before pulling away and taking a couple steps back, "you smell too good." Renesmee didn't know rather to be thankful he pulled away or angry.

"I'm sorry," she said, staring down at the ground. Alec gave himself a few more seconds to calm down and then walked back over to her, slipping his fingers under her chin and forcing her to look up at him.

"You have nothing to be sorry about," Alec replied, smiling, "but I need to go before I do something I will regret."

So sorry it took so long for me to get this next chapter posted. I want everyone to know that I have been reading the reviews and that i do take any suggestions and opinions seriously and I am looking into them. I do plan to use Renesmee's special ability later in the story but right now she can't really take the chance of letting many people know what she's thinking ;). I am also looking for a beta reader. If you would be interested private message me. Thanks :)
