Chapter 49 – Lancia's Weapon Replacement Part One

In front of the Giglio Nero Famiglia HQ, mists appear and Molte and his subordinates appear at the door.

Molte then turn to face Mukuro. "Wear your mask now and do not talk or threaten anyone, I will handle the talking myself."

"Okay boss!" and they immediately wore their masks onto their faces and Mist (Mukuro) also helping Indigo Mist (Chrome) to wear hers.

Molte nods at them and knock the door.

A few moments later, a guy with a yellow hair opened the door. "What is it?" and looked at Molte. "You…!" while he pointed his finger at Molte.

Molte signed. "Yes… me. Now can you tell Aria-sama that I am here? I already told her last night about this."

Gamma blinked his eyes and signed. "Fine, I will be back soon," and he closed the door.

~ In Aria's office ~

Aria was doing her paperwork and was getting annoyed by the number of it.

"Where is Gamma? The guest will be here soon and he promised to help me with my paperwork!"

Then, Gamma came into her office. "I am here boss. If you want to know, your guests have already arrived. They are outside the door of the entrance."

Aria's eyes widened. "What are you doing then? Go and welcome them in and bring them to my office. I need to talk to them. After that, tell the kitchen to start cooking dinner now!"

"Okay boss!" and Gamma went out of the room to the entrance door.

~ At the door ~

"How long do we have to wait, kakipi?"

"Do not complain Sun. You are as annoying as a five year old. Change it before I help you change it."

Sun (Ken) shivered. "Yes boss."

"Good."

Then, the door opened and Gamma appeared again. "Come in, I will lead you to boss' office. She says she wants to talk to you."

"Well, let us go in them."

Gamma nods and leads the gang to Aria's office.

~ Aria's office room ~

Aria was doing her paperwork which seems to be bigger than just now before Gamma came in.

"I swear these things never get smaller. I want to burn it up."

Suddenly, there was another voice. "If you burn those papers, you might accidently burned the whole Giglio Nero Famiglia's HQ down Aria-sama."

Aria smiled at that and hugged Molte. "Molte, you are here! I hope your trip to here is not tiring."

"No, it is not. But can I borrow one of your guest rooms? One of my subordinates just had an operation and need more rest?"

"Sure. Gamma, lead Molte's subordinates to a guest room and get dinner ready."

"Okay boss."

~ Gamma's Point Of View ~

I lead Molte's subordinates to a guest room. I saw the guy in the purple mask puts the girl he was helping down onto the bed and look after her. The rest just spread out around the room. I just shake my head and went to the kitchen to tell the staff to prepare dinner immediately.

When I was walking back to Aria's office, Tazaru and Nosaru walk to me.

"Gamma-aniki, what are you doing? Why were you in the kitchen?"

I signed. "Boss' friends have arrived and boss told me to tell them to prepare dinner faster."

Nosaru raised an eyebrow. "And who is this friend of boss?"

"His name is Molte, and he is a freelance hitman."

"W-What…?! You left a freelance hitman with boss! Are you nuts?"

"No, I am not. Boss is not afraid of him and even hugged him once."

"B-boss… hugged a hitman?"

"Yes, I also do not think the hitman is here to take boss' life. They are friends, he called boss yesterday night to make her at this time."

"Then the phone call from yesterday was him?"

"Yes."

"I want to meet him."

"Me too…"

I signed again. "Just follow me."

After Gamma left, I stopped hugging Molte. "So… why are you really here?"

"I came here to take Lancia's weapon and talk to you about an alliance. But before that, we must have dinner first."

"I suppose so. Would the meeting be long?"

"I promised my daughter I would visit her tonight."

"Prefect then, I need to see Yuni-sama as some of the things I am about to tell you will also be related to her and her future."

Then, the door to Aria's office was open and in walked Gamma, Tazaru and Nosaru.

"Boss, dinner will be ready soon."

"Sure, but you will be joining me with the rest of my Famiglia."

"Yes, but if they attack me, I am allowed to fight them."

"He is allowed to fight back. If you do not want him to attack you, do not attack him."

Molte smirked. "Do not underestimate me. I became an infamous freelance hitman in just a year after all."

"Hmm~ let us go and have dinner now~" and Aria practically skipped out of the room.

Behind her, Molte followed her smiling. Gamma also followed while signing with Tazaru and Nosaru confused.

~ Dining room ~

Aria entered the room followed by Molte and then Gamma, Tazaru and Nosaru. The once noisy hall immediately became quiet. They look at Molte curiously as he followed Aria and sit beside her.

The food was then served. Only Aria, Molte, Gamma, Tazaru and Nosaru started to have dinner. The others around the table were dazed.

Finally, one managed to come out of their shock. "B-Boss…! Who is that?" while pointing to Molte.

Aria looked up from her food. "Hmm~ ask Gamma."

"Gamma-san, who is he?" while pointing to Molte again.

Gamma stopped having his dinner and see that the person was pointing to Molte who was having his dinner quite peacefully. "He is a freelance hitman, Molte."

"A-A… freelance h-hitman…?"

"Why is he here?"

"Here he is here to kill boss!"

"Kill him!"

And everyone around the table took out their guns and pointed it to Molte except for Aria, Tazaru and Nosaru who was still having dinner. Molte look up to see Gamma with an amused glint and went back to have his dinner.

Gamma signed. "Keep your weapons away. If he wanted to kill boss, he could have done it without even alerting us. He did become famous after just one year of being a hitman."

Everyone who was pointing a weapon at Molte tensed. Aria had finished her dinner and was watching how Molte will react.

Molte then finished his dinner and look around him while raising an eyebrow and shrugged. "If you guys do not put down your weapons soon, I will make you die with just a snap of my fingers," while he holds out his finder ready to snap.

Everyone that was pointing a weapon at him paled and immediately kept their weapons and continues to have their dinner like nothing happened a few moments ago. Gamma signed again and continues to have his dinner too.

Molte smirked and Aria chuckled.

"Well, Molte that was excellent. Come on now, follow me."

Aria stood up and walked to the door.

"Sure, but I still need to bring dinner to my subordinates."

Molte stood up and followed Aria.

"I will help too boss," and Gamma followed them.

"Sure, but I will be having a meeting with Molte later… alone…"

"But b-boss…"

"No buts. Let us go."

Gamma signed. "Yes boss..." and the three of them left the dining room.

As soon as the three people left, everyone in the dining room begin to talk and gossip again. Well, except for Tazaru and Nosaru. They just quietly left the dining room and secretly followed Gamma to the kitchen.

~ KHR ~

Gamma followed Aria and Molte to the kitchen.

The chef bowed to Aria. "What can I do for you boss?"

Aria smiled at him. "Can you make some more dinner? My friend's subordinates need them."

"Sure, how many people?"

Aria looks to Molte. "How many people do you have?"

"I have five people. One more just had an operation a few hours ago, I am sure you can cook up a meal for her too."

"Sure. So, it is five normal meals and one light meal. I will cook it up immediately," and turn back to cooking.

"Ah~ I should warn you," and the chef turn back to look at Molte. "Should you do anything at all to make the light meal taste very bad… somebody will be coming to hunt you down and make you regret it."

The chef shivered. "I-I… hope it is not you…?"

"Oh no… if it was up to me, I will make you dead straight away," with a cheerful smile. "But on the other hand, he will hunt your dreams every night and make you unable to sleep. So, I will rather think you will choose death after the nightmares you will see."

The chef shivered even more. "I-I… s-see... I-I will… remember… that…"

Molte smirked. "Good for you," and waved his hand at the chef.

The chef quickly turns back and told the rest what to do and then starts to prepare the meal.

Aria puts her hand onto Molte's shoulder. "Will whoever you mention really do the things you say when the light meal will taste bad?"

"Yes, he will not care about others. But he will care for his dearest sister who just had an operation a few hours ago."

"The boy that was carrying the girl right…?"

"Yes."

~ Ten minutes later ~

The chef and his workers have finished cooking the meals and were very careful about the light meal. The six meals were set onto the table with the utensils on one side.

"Now~ who will bring these to your subordinates? We cannot carry this much ourselves," while Aria look at Molte.

Molte shrugged and pointed behind him. "We can ask the two people that are currently hiding in the shadows you know."

Aria's eyes widened at that and Gamma signed while waving his hand for the two people hiding in the shadows to reveal themselves.

The two people in the shadows came out with their weapon on their hands.

Tazaru steps forward while narrowing his eyes. "How did you know?"

Molte shrugged and tilted his fedora. "Seriously… people keep underestimating me," and huffed.

Nosaru steps forward too with his weapon. "Did you think you can get away from us?"

Molte shrugged again and looks at Aria. "Aria-sama, what should I do now? I do not want to attack those two," while pointing at Tazaru and Nosaru.

Aria looks at Gamma. "Tell them to put their weapons away Gamma."

"B-But…"

"Now, Gamma…"

Gamma signed. "Fine…" He waves his hand at them and they reluctantly keep their weapons back.

"Now then, Tazaru, Nosaru and Gamma will be carrying the meals to the room while Molte and I will bring the utensils. Gamma, which room did you put them in?"

"They are in guest room 356AC."

"Yosh! Let us go!"
