Chapter 16 F part 2.3 (4)
Everyone vs. Ra'zar
Night Shadow sat in the middle of a soft patch of grass as Sapphirine patched up the wounded ponies.
"So when are you going to tell how you got out of that arena in one piece?" Sapphirine asked, looking at Tremor and Callidus.
"I told you...it's classified." Callidus said, smirking and holding a hoof to his wounds
"Ha, my fat flank!" Sapphirine shouted, oblivious to Night Shadow now heavily blushing.
A huge explosion could be heard and felt throughout the room. The exit to the room to their left now opened, signalling everyone that two opponents were defeated. The sound of metal chingling was heard from the darkest depths within the new home. Exiting through the darkness was Jack and beside him was Ra'zar still healing from the wounds on his body.
"So, there are two of you left, surely you're allies died along with ours." Jack stated, "We'll just end it here, unless, you want to handle this?" Jack asked, glancing at Ra'zar who was staring at Sapphire angrily.
"Yeah, they're mine. You go guard at your post, this floor is mine after all." He said, beginning to spark.
Jack nodded his head and went back into the hallway, but he suddenly stopped and glanced back at them. In a split second, the ground became asunder, stopping at Night Shadow's hooves. Sheathing his blade, Jack gave them a simple taste of his swordsmanship while also revealing the Element of Honesty within his blade's handle. Jack eventually disappear into the darkness, leaving the gryphon to his prey.
"You know, that other mare of yours was a screamer." Ra'zar chuckled. "She was all terrify when I shocked her with my lightning."
"I could say the same for you when you were shot by my gun." The all too familiar voice said from behind him.
Filia stood at the exit, badly wounded but still able to walk. Night Shadow looked at her to see that Elegit wasn't with her and feared the worst. This, however, was fixed when he saw Mico and Légio help Elegit walk in slowly. The green unicorn's legs were practically broken from the recent events, but what was important was that he was still alive.
"Quick, lean him against this rock." Sapphirine ordered, pointing at the location.
"So everyone made it after all..." Night Shadow whispered, continuing to partially meditate. "I guess it's my turn now."
Ra'zar stared at Fillia and soon at the others.
"Well, so those pathetic f**kers are dead? They had it coming, those pathetic pieces of s**t!" He laughed. "What about it, huh? Did one of you enjoy killing that tranny, Wither?! Or stabbing the heart of Ruby!?"
Légio gazed up at the gryphon with a saddened gaze while Mico remained silent as he laid down Elegit.
"It does not matter, what does matter is who you are here to fight." Night Shadow said, still sitting.
Ra'zar frowned a bit.
"Though, I have to say I am going to miss Ruby. I don't mind having her around." Ra'zar muttered before focusing on the ponies before him. "You...I think I know you...you're that guy that shot my face."
"Thats all you know me by? Surly Blue told you who I was for your benefit."
"He did, but you were worth nothing to me but a mere mortal put on this world to die like the rest of your kind." The gryphon stated as he began floating in the air with his talons wrapped in the back of his head.
"If that's what you want to think, then fine. I still don't understand why Blue even keeps you around, you're nothing like him."
"Why he keeps me around...to have me from killing Celestia." The gryphon state calmly. "He knows I will not hesitate in taking her down, so out of her safety, he keeps me in line. I've grown used to being his partner, we got to know each other a lot."
"I see...I guess he wanted a change of partners." Night Shadow said, standing up to his hooves. "I take it this isn't the room you would prefer to fight in?"
"Actually, it is. The one behind me is Jack's, then after is the rooftop guarded by the pansy-a**-Blue." The gryphon said.
"If that's what you think of him then I would hate to know what you think of your enemies."
"Cattle." He said in a grim tone.
"Are we going to start soon or what? I can go straight to Blue if I must."
"I'm praying, wait." The gryphon ordered as his eyes were shut.
"Pray silently then."
Ra'zar ignored everything around him for a few minutes before setting himself on the ground. He started grinning at the group of ponies.
"Now that the prayer is done, I shall sacrifice you to the mighty god, A'zael!"
Night Shadow tossed his shotgun to Sapphirine.
"Hold this will you, this shouldn't take too long."
"What about your weapon?" Sapphirine asked, holding her pistol.
"Just give me that one, it will be fine." Night Shadow said.
The mare tossed him the pistol.
"Lets get this over with." Night Shadow said, grabbing the gun.
"You know...guns aren't going to work on me, go ahead, pull the trigger from this distance!" He said, holding out his arms, grinning as electricity sparked around him.
"It worked last time." Night Shadow recalled.
"Just do it." The gryphon said.
"Show off..." Night Shadow whispered, firing the gun at the gryphon.
Electricity sparked again as the bullet went around him and soon flew into the wall.
"My electricity can change the direction your projectiles are coming straight at me. Since you never fought Olga, let me give you a good comparison and difference between our powers." The gryphon began, "She can manipulate metal objects and shift the density of the field as long as they are metal. My electricity is not as advance like hers, but can deflect metal and channel it, too. That's why it won't work."
"Make's sense, but I don't plan on using this at long range." Night Shadow stated, holstering his pistol.
"So who is going to move first?"
"Well, I just made the first move with that little demonstration, but is this really the area you have chosen?"
"Yep." Ra'zar started appearing next to Sapphire, bringing down his electric talon.
Sapphirine fired her shotgun and rolled out of the way at the last second, grazing Ra'zar in the shoulder. He slammed his talons in the ground, sending out a large electrical burst spreading out and heading straight towards the others. Légio leaped forward and redirected the lightning burst into his horn before blasting it to the side.
"Hey, what's the deal, I thought you were fighting me." Night Shadow said with slight anger.
"My mission is to kill whoever reaches this floor, I plan on succeeding it." He yelled flying towards Night Shadow in a form a of lightning.
"Then it will be the last mission you fail." Night Shadow declared, dashing at him.
While the two started to fight, Elegit was attempting to heal the others around him, sacrificing his energy for the benefit of the others. In exchange, the others would do their best to protect him. Sapphirine, on the other hand, was running around the gryphon, trying to get a better shot.
Ra'zar moved in zig-zag patterns, getting closer to Night Shadow. Night Shadow flipped and reagined his position twenty feet away from Ra'zar. He reeled his right hoof back and positioned his left in a defensive stance.
"Come on..." The stallion whispered.
Ra'zar smirked before firing two lightning bolts each at the ponies before launching out a electric vortex towards Night Shadow. The red fighter was suddenly tackled out of the way by Sapphirine as Mico summoned a magnetic field to redirect the lightning away from the others.
"That should keep us protected for a while." Mico stated.
Ra'zar groaned in annoyance.
"You're going to all die here and now!" He yelled, slamming his talons into the ground. "I will see to it!" His body started to spark as he launched out bolts towards the others not guarded by a shield.
As Night Shadow tackled the gryphon, the bolts of lightning were absorbed by Légio's horn, practically overloading the pony.
"This is too much to handle!" Légio shouted, firing the bolt into another wall.
"Just stay behind me, I'll throw them off." Mico said, flaring his wings.
Ra'zar looked at the shield for a few minutes before grinning madly.
"That won't work anymore!" He yelled, flying towards it.
Elegit rolled off of the rock and fired a blast of magic at Ra'zor, sending him sliding across the floor and into Night Shadow kick, launching him to the ceiling.
"I'm completely out guys...I would need at least a couple of minutes before I can continue healing, so don't try anything heroic." Elegit advised.
"They don't have to!" Ra'zar yelled, appearing in front of him like lightning and grabbing his throat before slamming him into the ground. Ra'zar let off a powerful electrical discharge that spreaded throughout the area. Within seconds, Ra'zar was shot at, stabbed, and blasted by all the ponies in the area until Night Shadow grabbed the gryphon and twisted his neck.
"Will you just fight me you coward!" Night Shadow screamed.
A talon went through his stomach.
"I will fight whoever the hell I want." He snarled before head-butting him and pulling out his talon. "I will lay down the field with you all!" He yelled, flying into the air until he landed on the ceiling.
"Now...time to say your final prayers you p**sies!"
Elegit was pulled out of the rubble by Filia as the others gazed up at Ra'zar.
"Do we have anymore ammo for our guns!" Tremor asked, slightly in panic.
"All of us are out except Légio, but his knives are made of steel and iron, easily deflectable." Callidus informed.
"Not all of them." Légio stated, taking out his dagger of miasma. "Get him close to me."
"That should be easy." Mico said, launching into the air."
"Yeah, he loves me, maybe i can distract him." Filia said, darting to the left.
Night Shadow laid on the ground, bleeding from his stomach as Sapphirine slide over to him and took out a bottle.
"I'm not totally useless you know." Sapphirine smiled.
"Where did you get that." Night Shadow asked.
"The store you told me to buy the bread at."
"But it was closed."
"I know."
Mico flew right up to Ra'zar and blasted him with his own bolt of lightning.
"Hey airhead, why don't you fight someone with your powers."
Meanwhile, Filia reached her desired location and pointed her gun.
"Hmm, it's still enchanted...but only has two bullets...figures." Filia whispered.
Ra'zar flew towards Mico laughing as he unleashed two waves of lightning.
"Yes, come on and fight me, it will be quite shocking for you!" The pegasus shouted, taking the two bolts of lightning thrown at him and charging the gryphon.
Ra'zar eyes narrowed as he dashed towards the pegasus. The two collided in a burst of sparks and power as they fought in the air.
"Ok, how can Mico bend lightning now?" Night Shadow asked, watching from the ground.
"Something about father being an alicorn."
"Father being what?!"
Ra'zar crashed into the ground before rebounding his fall, sliding back. He glanced around before staring at the right side of his body seeing his wing gone. He looked ahead and saw his wing on the ground covered in scratches and rubble and proceeded towards it.
"S**t, I need to have this sew up. I wonder if that nice flank of a alicorn will do it for me." He spoke to himself aloud, not caring for any ears to hear his vulgar words.
A dark blue hoof stomped onto his wing, sending up dust and dirt.
"I take it this belongs to you?" Tremor asked.
Ra'zar looks up and smirks.
"You're damn right."
Tremor chuckled, looking down at him and picking up the wing.
"Go long!" Tremor yelled, reeling his hoof back.
He then threw it towards Callidus who caught it in his mouth. Ra'zar snarled and punched Tremor back into the wall before glaring back at Callidus.
"I don't like it when others mess with my limbs!" He roared beginning to spark.
"Yeah, who would?" Filia remarked.
"Yo, Mico, hold this for me!" Callidus shouted, tossing the wing up to him.
Mico flew by and caught the wing, but then held it above Ra'zar.
"Gryphon in the middle anyone." He mocked, firing a bolt of lightning down at him.
Ra'zar became quiet before he held out his talon, taking the bolt and firing it back at the wall near Callidus, causing it to crumble and fall apart sending debris down towards him. The gryphon had a malice stare directed at Mico as lightning began sparking uncontrollably around him.
"So...you wanna keep messing with me?" Ra'zar questioned as he turned towards Fillia grinning. "I will surely make you regret it."
Callidus was hit by multiple rocks and stones before he leaped out of the way, taking some serious bruises along with him.
"Yeah, right over here!" Filia yelled. "Because everyone loves trying to kill me."
"The way you guys are aligned would make Cantata annoyed!" He stated, "Too bad that f**ker is dead along with that mare." He taunted with a grin.
"You're the idiot that killed him, remember, or did you hit your head to hard!" Filia mocked.
"Oh I know, I just want to remind you that you were the one who started it all. If you did not finish him there, I would not have to come in and kill that mare of his." He grinned.
"Yeah...because i totally fired that lightning bolt. You know what you are...YOU'RE A *#)( _$( #*)$#)(#*# )( )$(_)$( (_$*u &#*)# )($$#)(* () *# )$_*$$#_(* #*(%* *$ (%)* *)(%*#% *#)(% *_!"
All the ponies froze in place
"Ummm, Filia..." Night Shadow said, getting up. "Are you ok..."
"THIS A****** IS GETTING ON MY GOD**** NERVES!"
"Filia...please calm down." Tremor said, slightly worried.
"FU** YOU, & *# YOU, AND &#* YOU! IM GOING TO RIP YOUR *#( BALLS OFF!" Filia screamed, taking out a knife.
Ra'zar blinked twice before laughing madly.
"How f**kin' rich!"
As he talked, Ra'zor was shot in the face by the enchanted rifle and tackled to the floor. What follows next will not be described for how gruesome and bloody it it. It was so bad everypony looked away. The gryphon's body twitched on the ground before becoming motionless as Filia got up from the mess and held something in her hooves.
"ANYONE WANT TO PLAY TENNIS!" She yelled in insanity and anger
Everypony backed away.
"B**CH!" Ra'zar yelled, getting up from the ground as his body his head was back on his body sizzling.
"Holy **** Filia." Night Shadow whispered.
"How the heck can you get up from that and still have a deep voice?" Callidus asked the gryphon
"I'm immortal!" He groaned as he glared at his missing wing and made it explode into a powerful electrical discharge harming whoever was near it. "I am going to finish you all with my new technique that even Blue nearly died from."
And thats when Mico fell on him, dropping Ra'zar's wings.
"That hurt you know!" Mico yelled, pinning him to the ground
"Glad it did!" Ra'zar laughed, beginning to charge up another electrical blast.
This soon turned into an awkward stalemate as both Mico and Ra'zar subconsciously feed power into each other.
"This isn't getting anywhere." Mico said, becoming bored.
"You're right...let's put you at a pace." Ra'zar said, teleporting onto the ceiling. "Let's see...if your friends can survive from the ultimate attack!" He laughed.
"What are you, the final boss?!" Night Shadow yelled.
Ra'zar paused before growing angry.
"WHAT THE HELL AM I THEN?!" He yelled, staring at the ceiling. "THAT IS NOT FAIR, BLUE! AT LEAST MAKE ME THE SEMI-FINAL BOSS!"
"What's he doing?" Sapphirine asked.
"He's either talking to Blue...or he's lost his mind." Night Shadow said.
Ra'zar sighed before folding his talons together and soon raising it.
"Now...let's do this!" He laughed as lightning struck through the ceiling and into his talon.
More lightning began coming through the hole in the ceiling before taking the form of a massive gryphon wearing ancient armor and wielding two large Nodachi katanas.
"Behold...Cain." He said bringing his talon down as the warrior lifted his blades and brought them down, sending a powerful electrical wave that not only blinded the room but destroyed the rubble in its path, knocking away any that stood in its path and leaving behind a severe shock.
The room was quiet as Ra'zar started laughing.
"How amazing! I managed to take them out with that one move!" He scanned the area, grinning.
Everypony got up from the rubble and gazed at the gryphon.
"Yeah, but you still don't have the balls to fight us!" Filia yelled.
Everypony got into a combat stance and strategically attacked the gryphon.
"Hmm...alive and talking...how annoying." He groaned in anger. "Why are you even still alive and fighting me if you know I'm immortal. You can't kill me, so why even try?!" He yelled, running towards Night Shadow. "What if I just kill your leader, see if you can maintain yourselves!"
"Oh now you want to fight me!" Night Shadow yelled, flipping over the gryphon and grabbing his tail.
The stallion pulled onto his tail and close lined the gryphons head as he flew back. Twisting around, he slammed his hoof into the gryphons head, putting a dent into the ground. A bolt of lightning shot out his gryphon's, knocking back Night Shadow as the gryphon teleported above him, bringing down his talons. Night Shadow rolled out of the way at the talon hit the ground. He spun around and tripped the gryphon's legs, sending him to the ground. Remembering his pistol, he took it out, got on the gryphon and blasted into his skull three times before being thrown off.
The gryphon remained still, motionless on the ground as his eyes stared aimlessly up in the ceiling.
"He just keeps getting up...we're going to have to trap him here." Night Shadow said, looking up at his squad.
"How?" They all said in unison.
"Magic, right timing, and some Michael Bay explosions would be good."
"Alright, just tell us what to do." Elegit said.
Night Shadow started to move around his hooves and point at direction. While everypony understood exactly what he meant, Ra'zor had no clue, only that they were trying somthing. The gryphon started groaning as he got up from the ground.
"Damn it, that f**kin' gives me a headache!" He yelled angrily, glaring at Night Shadow and flying towards him. "Do you even know how it feels to get shot in the head multiple times!?"
Night Shadow leaned back and punched Ra'zor in the jaw, sending him into the air.
"Do you know how much it hurts to be hit with lightning all the time!"
Ra'zar grew annoyed as he stabbed his talons into the ceiling.
"I'm going to eviscerate you!" He yelled lunging towards him enshrouding himself with electricity.
Night Shadow took a risky chance and fired once at the gryphon's head, trying to buy more time. But the bullet went another path and hit the ceiling as the gryphon continued further towards him in a state of rage. He grew ever so closer, ready to unleash a brutal strike that if not block, would perhaps be fatal. Night Shadow leaped back right when the gryphon crashed into the ground he was just standing on. The stallion was launched back and skid across the ground.
Ra'zar gritted his teeth before lunging towards Sapphire.
"I will kill all of you!"
Sapphirine lifted up her hoof and pointed her gun at the gryphon.
"NOW!" She screamed, dropping her hoof.
Mico appeared before the gryphon and absorbed all the lightning, kicking him forward in the process. Quickly followed was Tremor and Callidus grabbing the gryphon by the limbs and held him in place. Before Ra'zar could act, Légio came forward and slashed off all his limbs with the dark dagger in one dash, forcing the other two stallions to retreat. Finally, Elegit appeared before the gryphon and supercharge Filia's rifle with an explosive round.
"Sayonara!" Filia yelled, firing the gun in a huge blast of magic and fire.
As the smoke cleared out, body parts were scattered around and in the center of the area was the headless gryphon staring at the group quietly and still.
"You piece of s**t, you really are persistent in trying to kill me! But look at me now, still alive!" He laughed. "When I get my body back together, I am going to skewer you all slowly while having fun with the corpses of those two whorses!"
Sapphirine walked over to the disembodied head and glared at Filia.
"Night Shadow...your gun please." Filia said.
Night Shadow tossed Filia his gun.
"Shut him up will you." Night Shadow said, walking off with the others.
The two mares pointed their guns at the gryphons head.
"Any last words." Sapphirine asked.
"I totally marry y'all if you were believers of my god." He grinned madly. "B**ch."
"I'm quite flattered...but i'm not into trash talking birds." Filia remarked.
The two mares blasted the head multiple times before walking away and catching up with the stallions.
