Chapter 24: The final countdown: All Digidestined battle!. Part one
"Morning" Fleur says cheerfully to David and Daniel as they sit opposite the kitchen table together "Oh who chipped a nail this morning" she rolled her eyes checking her nails to make sure that it wasn't her
"I can't believe he`s back" Daniel whispered "I mean when I came back here I thought I had gotten rid of him but" he sighed running an hand through his long black hair
"Hey it doesn't matter if he is back the main part is that he kept you away from us and we need to defeat him to make sure that he doesn't do it to anyone else" David said fiercely as Biyomon nods along with his partner
"I have no clue what is going on here." Fleur replied blankly
"I'll explain it on the way to the Digital World" David replies as he grabs his coat as the trio made their way to the computer
"So you're going to the Digital World to defeat the evil that has been terrifying you" Katie glanced at Dana running a hand through her shortened brown hair
"I know it sounds really drastic but I trust Gennai. Beside won't it be a good thing to defeat this creep once and for all" Dana shook her long brown hair. Katie glanced at her daughter and pursed her lips
"Well ok" she sighed "But just be careful" Just as the two Gatomon came walking into the room
"They have me and Patomon don't they" Gatomon said crossly as she jumped onto Danas knee and started to purr softly
"Yes Gatomon but" Katie shook her head "I'm sorry" she whispered "I just worry that's all what with Lewis being so young and anything"
"Say Uncle Ben went to the Digital World when he was 5 and so did Stuart. Both came back safe and sound" Dana replied
"Yes but that was years ago. I know Myotismon was the danger then but there wasn't any humans or anything running around causing damage." Katie was about to add more when her husband and Lewis came running in from doing the morning shopping
"What`s wrong?" Ashley said concerned seeing the look on Katie`s face
"Dana got an email yesterday from Gennai saying its time. And I don't know what to do Ashley. I know we were in the same situation when we were kids but it's different now I suppose" Katie sighed
"Katie they need to do this. And hopefully their kids won't have to go through the same situation as we did" Ashley offered a smirk to Katie
"Don't joke about Dana having kids" Katie shot Ashley a look but then softened "I guess you're right" she sighed just as Dana came back into the room closely followed by Lewis with a backpack on his back and Patamon on his head
"So. Can I go" Dana crossed her arms. Katie and Ashley nodded and Dana broke out into a grin
"I promise you I will do you proud. Lew too" she added
"We know" Katie nodded and Ashley also shot a smile to his daughter as well. Dana and Lewis then headed to the computer to set up the Digi Port and Katie clutched hard to Ashley hoping that their children would come back soon
"So are we ready?" Katrina glanced at Kerry Ann, Alex, Ronnie, James and Anastacia who all nodded
"David said that he has something to tell us when we get there though" Anastacia added "I have no idea what though" she said worried smoothing her brown hair
"I`m sure it won't be anything bad though" James offered a smile to his fiancée just as the doorbell rang. Katrina went to answer it and returned with Allyson, Damon, Luis and Carmella
"Are we ready?" Luis glanced at the group who all nodded
"As ready as we will ever be" Alex sighed
"Just as well we defeat this loser now and not in a few years when some of us might be having children" Ronnie quipped. KA gave a grin at this but Katrina just gave a small smile and looked down at the ground not saying much. Something which Allyson noticed
"Anyway should we head to the Digital World" Luis glanced at Carmella who gave a nod. The group headed to the computer but Katrina held back for a bit and Allyson stayed with the older girl
"Katrina you know if you wanted to say something then you can tell me you know." Allyson glanced at Katrina
"Promise me you won't say anything" Katrina whispered. Allyson nodded and Katrina sucked in another breath before looking up at the younger girl "I'm pregnant" she whispered
"Hey!" Lewis waved to the other Digidestined as they waited outside Gennais house
"Katrina and Allyson aren't here yet?" James replied "But I thought they left when we left"
"I think they stopped behind" Anastacia replied "But I think they will be back soon"
"They better" Ronnie muttered. Damon then lifted his head and noticed his girlfriend and Katrina appearing in the distance
"They are here" Damon gave a shout and Alex looked more relieved. Katrina and Allyson then came more closer and Alex gave his wife a hug
"David?" Anastaica gave a glance to her cousin "What was it that you wanted to tell us?". Just as David was about to speak along with Daniel the door to Gennais house came open and Gennai walked up the path
"Hey Gennai" Maria gave a wave however Leanne nudged her in the ribs
"So your all here" Gennai glanced around the group who all nodded
"We wanted to be here Gennai" Katrina said earnestly
"So did we" Anastacia nodded
"I know the younger ones have all their Digimon but do you have your Digmon with you?" Gennai glanced around the group who all nodded their Digimon either in their arms, their shoulder or their head
"David was going to tell us something about the new evil" Dana glanced at the older boy who then sucked in a breath but then opened his mouth
"The evil isn't a Digimon but a human" he explained "I was looking on my computer last week and I found out before our mums and dads went to the Digital world, before our grandparents did, there was another mission who went. And that involved a man called Spencer Damon who some of you met his son" He glanced at Dana and Leanne who nodded "There was another guy there called Kurata. And he s the guy who captured Daniel and made him attack us"
"Is that true Daniel?" Carmella glanced at her friend who nodded
"I didn't realise till I looked at the article on David`s computer but the picture of him is exactly the same image that I had of him. He destroys all Digimon and he just wants rid of the Digital world and he won't stop at anything to do it" Daniel replied
"So what are we going to do. Let's go and defeat him!" Maria replied angrily crossing her arms and Hawkmon nodded perching on her head. Suddenly there was a loud bang and rain began to fall in the Digital World just as a strange figure began walking towards them
"So we meet finally DigiDestined" the voice spat out "Actually I`m kinda surprised it took you that long to figure me out. Guess the brainwashing that I did on Daniel actually worked"
"So that`s why I couldn't remember!" Daniel spat out almost ready to run forward but David and Carmella held him back
"So lets us begin. Actually before we start the final battle it's almost rude for me not to introduce my Digimon He isn't my Digimon partner but I think that a few of you will remember him. Or maybe your mother and fathers will remember him" A smirk crossed Kuratas lips as a few of the Digidestined wondered what he was up to and wondered if he was playing mind games with them
"Just watch your backs" Daniel whispered as the group all nodded. A few more minutes passed and then a giant figure came flying through the air and landed next to Kurata
"No way!" Anastacia whispered. Allyson turned towards her sister
"You know this Digimon" she replied
"Dad told me once about this Digimon called Myotsimon who attacked them and I guess he`s back" Anastacia sighed
"Wrong!" Kurata cackled "I present to you prepare to be defeated" he cackled as his laugh could be heard around the Digital World as the kids and adults prepared for their final battle
