They were discussing and organizing the last of the hunting parties for the Dark Elves, and making preparations for Loki's vision, should Thanos really be coming. Loki had dark circles under his eyes for Thor knew he was not sleeping well. He and Odin were trying to make the dark prince rest, but each attempt was met with refusal. After the meeting Thor and Loki were walking side by side through the camps. "Brother, you need to rest-" "I am not a child Thor!" Loki came to a halt and spun to face him. His green eyes were blazing with anger. "Brother, I worry about you, you are unwell." "Thor, the wound has healed, since I regained my magic and was able to heal it-" "your leg is not though! I see you limping, I am not a fool. Look, I just want you to take it easy, please?" Loki was about to say something before he just crumpled, eyes rolling back in his head. He would have hit the ground had Thor not been there to catch him. "Brother!" Thor cried in alarm. He stared into Loki's pale face, not at all understanding what had just happened. He hooked his arms around his knees and the other curling around his back, and lifted him into his arms and went off in a mad search to find the Allfather.

Loki looked around him; he was in the middle of what appeared to be a graveyard. Bloody bodies lay everywhere, and the blood was slowly seeping into his combat boots. Frantic, Loki yelled "Thor!" but received only silence as his answer. Suddenly out of the fog came the sound of bones snapping and boots squishing in the moist ground. From all around him, Loki heard a cold laugh, one he had not heard since his fall. A laugh that haunted his dreams, one he had heard while the Chaturi ripped him apart on a stone table. "You thought you were safe?" The voice from the fog whispered. "I told you that you could not hide from me. No barren moon or crevice could hide you from me, and Asgard is no exception. The Allfather is but an ant to me. And your precious brother, the annoying Thunder God. You will pay for your failure in reclaiming the tesseract. You will long for something as sweet as pain, little Asgardian." Loki was panicking. Thanos was coming and he knew where he was. "I will see you soon my little Asgardian." Thanos's laugh echoed inside Loki's brain, enough to bring him back to the brink of insanity.
