Annabeth jogged to the history building, mentally cursing Zeus for the rain. This day was already off to a bad start. She had just spent the three day holiday weekend at Camp Half-Blood, and she missed camp like crazy. She missed her cabin, her siblings, Chiron… Percy. Especially Percy. The weekend had been great, she didn't realize how much she had missed being around other demigods. She had considered just quitting school, and going back to camp as a year-rounder, but her father insisted that she "finish her education." She had gotten back to her dormitory late the night before and had barely slept.

As she passed the threshold of the building, she pulled her jacket's hood off her head, thankful that her curly blonde ponytail was only a bit damp. Her hair took forever to dry.

Today's going to suck, she thought to herself.

She went from laughing and having a great time at camp, to avoiding everyone at school. At least she had a sort-of-friend. They didn't hang out outside of class or anything, but she was someone to talk to.

She also had a roommate, but since she spent most of her free time up on Olympus, or hanging out with Percy or her other demigod friends, she didn't know her all that well.

Annabeth slid into her classroom, just as the warning bell rang, and let out a sigh of relief. Her teacher did not accept tardiness. Said teacher was fiddling with the projector, as she always did at the beginning of class.

Elaine, the before-mentioned friend, slumped down into the seat next to her, offering a smile. Annabeth did her best to return it, but it looked more like a grimace. Elaine had dark, thick hair, and a pretty face that vaguely reminded Annabeth of her stepmother. Her almond shaped eyes had faint smile lines at their corner's and she had a full mouth of braces.

"Hey," Annabeth said as she pulled her notebook out of her backpack.

Elaine said hello back, and began gushing to her about the drama she'd missed over the weekend. Annabeth only half-listened as the other girl recounted how Kathleen Orre, a friend of Elaine's had finally confronted Everett Long, and demanded that he stop telling people that they were going out. Its not like Annabeth really cared- she had more pressing matters on her mind, like how the Hades she was going to finish her English assignment and the design for Poseidon's new temple, without completely neglecting Percy.

Apparently, Elaine had finished telling Annabeth the story, because she was looking at the daughter of Athena expectantly.

"So?"

Annabeth shook her head, attempting to clear her jumbled thoughts.

"Oh, sorry!" she said. "I didn't get much sleep last night. What'd you ask?"

"I was wondering if you have the notes from Friday, I wasn't here."

"Yeah," Annabeth said. "Gimme a second…"

She flipped through her notebook, Elaine looking over her shoulder for the missing notes.

"There," Elaine pointed at a page and Annabeth flipped the other pages around the spiral binding, her eyebrows scrunching together when something slid onto the floor.

Elaine crouched down to pick it up, and placed it on the desk.

The paper looked about four by six inches, and Annabeth flipped it over. It was a picture of Percy next to the canoe lake, grinning and waving at the camera. Next to his mouth, a speech bubble had been drawn in black marker, and inside, it read, 'Have a great day, Wise Girl. Love you!'

Annabeth smiled and her cheeks flushed. Percy must have slipped it in her notebook while she was packing.

"Who's that?" Elaine asked.

"That's Percy," she said, not able to help her growing grin. "My boyfriend... I guess he stuck that in here this weekend."

"Aw," Elaine cooed. "That's so cute. I didn't know you had a boyfriend. He's hot."

Annabeth laughed, "Yeah, he is. We haven't been dating all that long, but he's been my best friend since we were twelve."

The late bell rang, and Mrs. Langford, their teacher stood up, getting ready to jump into her lecture about early civilizations.

Elaine looked at her seriously and said, "You're coming to lunch with Kathleen and I and you're spilling. I want all the details. 'Kay?"

"Sure," Annabeth laughed, already planning how to tell her and Percy's story, minus the immortal gods, monsters, wars and quests.

A/N: ...hey. So, I got like five reviews on the last chapter, so I assume all of the following on this story is gone- not that I'm complaining, its my fault. Anywho, I kinda want to know if this story is even worth continuing? Just leave me a review, or a PM or whatever:) Prompts are awesome too.

I finished House of Hades. So.. If you don't want spoilers, I suggest you leave now. (But leave me a review first!:D)

Firstly, Percabeth was beyond perfect. It just was. The "intimidating and hot like a barbaryian princess" line killed me. OTP. I loved how they took turns taking care of each other:3

Secondly, Nico is flawless. I'm in love with him being in love with Percy, 'kay? Nobody can hate on Nico, he's too perfect. No, I don't ship Percy/Nico (Perco?) but I love it one-sided. I've been trying to find all the angsty!Nico stories I can find. Like, Percabeth is my OTP and its endgame, but ugh Nico. So perfect.

Frazel is cute. End of story.

Same with Jasper.

And Calypso/Leo. (But my Leyna shipping heart...)

Also I have all the Hazel/Nico sibling feels. And Jason/Nico is like my brOTP man. I just want them to be besties. (Not gonna happen, but I can hope.)

Also today is national coming out day. (NICO.) And when Jason told him to come out of the shadows, I was like "Jason, think about the way you're wording things."

Anyways, HoO was flawless, and I think I'm going to die waiting for book 5.

Love you all:)
