AN:
Happens around them entering area 7 and they get that unwanted Nitro named Kaka, getting Ichiryuu's message, Kaka giving the tour of the ruins, and first meeting with the Monkey King.
Funny Moments:
Meeting Kaka like they did upon exploring the border of Area 7 was a surprise for everyone including Lexxion. When she introduced her self to themLexxion ended up laughing at the name of a second Nitro; he would come to meet on the trip into the Gourmet World. This one wasn't much of a perv like ChiChi was toward his mother during their first meeting. Lexxion ended up being dubbed with the nickname 'Fruit of the Loom', by Chichi was informed who his parents were. Coco took that as a complement while Usako could only agree they made beautiful children, and suggested at making another one.
"This isn't how you should behave." Flourite warned Lexxion.
"Yeah right, since your nuts for liking your own plant ….." Lexxion pointed out the strange flower.
"Sandoriko and cousin to The Puckered Rose I brought along." Flourite corrected the teen.
"Anyone ever tell you that you're a plant whore?" Lexxion tried to stop laughing.
Stating that flora was the reason why Flourite met his first wife and had a child when he was still a saiseiya In LIFE. Even after losing both his wife and daughter to an uncontrollable Kong years later. Flourite never lost that love for the creations of the Mother Nature when he went mad with grief. That ended when Flourite found stability in a brief sentencing period of his life that led him to working for Usako.
"Not helping." Flourite watched Lexxion make a face.
"Like I care." Lexion shrugged.
This left the teen to whisper something to Flourite inot his ear when he was embraced by the elder. Had Flourite smiling while he gently drew Lexxion into his arms knowing needed the comfort. To only have Lexxion stumble when he was drawn close to Flourite's clothed chest under watchful eyes.
"You need to work on your concentration and sense of spacual reasoning young one." Kaka's voice caught Lexxion's attention.
Usako welcomed the Nitro's presence with them while reporting that Komatsu was doing fine. Her hands started to trembled when reminded of the temporary organ pumping blood through Komatsu's body. That they had a limited number of days to get PAIR before Komatsu official dies. This fear alone was clear on each one of the Heavenly Kings minds while they were traveling. Could be seen clear on Usako's own polished face when she sat beside her friend this whole time.
"Lexxy is just affected by the lost of Matsu." Usako remembered how hard splitting Komatsu and her son up when this trip started.
Images of her son stuck to Komatsu's side the whole time they were in Octo-chan still made her smile. Komatsu was careful in preparing all kinds of dishes for Lexxion at all hours when he didn't eat with the others. They talked about all kinds of food related topics from recipes to rare ingredients. Sometimes Lexxion would fall asleep to Komatsu telling him about his adventures with Toriko. This formed a usual bond between the two that Coco had to inform Usako about.
"A brother your son sees in Komatsu." Kaka pointed out the same idea Coco explained to Usako.
KaKa made a comment on how impending death of Komatsu would be a something that would teaer someone down. Ended up offering her advice about Lexxion needed to get his pain out now. Where they were goingwasn't' a place for the weak at heart to be since mercy didn't exist among the natives of Area 7.
"Think about it…" Flourite still held on to Lexxion.
"I am….." Lexxion huffed. "I'm still coming to terms with this Heavenly Prince title."
Usako state Lexxion should join his uncles on the tour of the abandon city that Kaka was currently showing them. Walking upon stone lay floors while tall buildings stood in pieces and void of life. Taking in passing sights of what was once feasting halls for humanoid creatures to boundlessly eat. From hands of the chefs that once existed foods and beverages by the ounce. Among countless faces that didn't care about your race or species since they were here to eat and drink. Spirit of sharing and merriment was being exchanged between drinking games and rounds of cheers. That Toriko could see by someone handing him a freshly poured drink with smile. This would be pointed to Lexxion by Flourite wanting the teen out there learning this. Only if Flourite joined Lexxion on this tour while Usako watched Komatsu and spoke with Kaka.
"Spirited one isn't he." Kaka was interested in Lexxion's personality.
"Should have seen him as a child." Flourite recalled a younger Lexxion. "He always wanted to play."
"Something he and the Monkey King are similar." Usako hinted.
"Interesting." Kaka looked at Lexxion.
Since these watchful eyes of Kaka and Usako were watching Flourite and Lexxion the watch time. Not that the Nitro knew about the combo partnership/relationship both shared between Flourite and Lexxion. The settle hints of hands being held during the sad moment or shoulders being patted. Those hidden smiles that were brought fourth from this connect told Kaka there was something more.
"They're a mated couple that is still flourishing." Usako knew Kaka noticed something between her son and his elder lover.
"That I see." Kaka wasn't bothered by this.
Usako ended up being complemented by Kaka on raising a strong boy like Lexxion all by her self. To only be corrected that recently her son had just the men that Uskao had coupled with to create him. To only have the conversation end, when Lexxion told his mother he didn't want the story of his conception shared.
"EAT!" Flourite stuffed chucks of AIR into Lexxion's mouth.
Lexxion accepted the pieces of food into his mouth remembering this is what they should be eating. Preferring to start sipping the juiced or smoothie version of AIR found within his water bottle. The taste was blend compared to usual health drinks he's ingested when on long terms trips. He would get a chance to drink when Coco stepped into their car asking about progress on Komatsu. What he got was the same answer from Usako while Kaka passed Coco to see to the other Heavenly Kings. Coco would end up handing his son his refilled water bottle of juiced or smoothie version of AIR. Way Lexxion instantly wrapped his lips around the plastic tip and started sipping.
"Hungry." Usako teased her son. "Aren't you?"
Lexxion just gave her a stick eye before turned away and burying him self within Flourite's side. That earned him the elder's arm to be wrapped around his side to draw youth closer to him. Slightly turning Lexxion toward the view of the naturally large Sandorikos that the Denshark passed. Opposing the height each cluster of these flowers carried was sight Lexxion would never forget. Being that Flourite was already negotiating with Kaka for secrets on a acquiring a Sandoriko. Not that the female Nitro had given Flourite an answer on even how she 'selected breeded' her small Sandoriko.
Until then, he would enjoy this view of large ones remembering what was said about a mass extinction. That a single puff of the pollen upon someone was sudden death sentence. Making the person that inhaled the pollen discharge all their bodily fluids at once. Leaving a dried up corpse or cadaver that would need to replenish their lost fluids afterward. That came in the form of an accidentally demonstration. That happened a few hours ago with Heavenly Kings and a Water Storage Sea Cucumber. Usako, Lexxion and Flourite weren't effect since they weren't in the area when that happened.
=Two Days Later=
"Birth Cry Tree." One of the Heavenly Kings could be heard.
Sight of this large tree coming into their range of sight had Usako and company turning toward the plant. She saw was a star filled sky she could see back in human world within the confinements of her estate. Each twinkling light from a possible star with those stretched out branches blew Usako's mind. When Kaka spoke of the tree's purpose in a mating ritual between Ballboons caught Usako's attention. That had her openly blushing when Coco tried to make eye connect with her during that lecture. Zebra's teasing and Sani's snide remarks about a 'mating ritual' taking place between Coco and Usako. Had Toriko laughing while he would have asked Coco when the wedding date was. What he got was a leering Coco while Usako used an excuse about needing to check on Komatsu. The meant her returning a car she had left her son and Flourite in to take over their shift. Refusing to answer any questions they tried to ask on why she wasn't with Coco or others.
That left the trio of them in a tension filled car that hindered the romantic moment that was being shared. So Flourite released Lexxion, to take a much direct seat next to cocooned Komatsu and tend to him.
"Go mope with the animals." Lexxion was blaming his mother for ruining his 'private time' with Flourite.
"Not now." Usako huffed angry she didn't steal a bottle of alcohol.
Before Lexxion could counter argue against his mother for wanting something to drown her sorrows. In walked Coco, going to Usako's side with a chopped up pieces of AIR asking if she eaten yet. Flourite ended up busying him self with Komatsu by going through the feeding process of giving him AIR. Lexxion kept his mouth occupied with his water bottle with the juiced or smoothie version of AIR.
"You know, I plan to properly marry you when this is over." Coco whispered soft enough for Usako to hear.
"I know." Usako allowed him to brush her hair back behind one of her ears.
She then was lifted from off her boot clad feet by Coco catching her off guard by wrapping one of his arms around her waist. Bringing her close enough to his form so he could feed her what he brought. Was taken from his hand by her own as she avoided eye connect with interlocking their fingers.
=Two to Five Days Later=
The sight that greeted them when they arrived out on ridge of 100 G Mountain brought Lexxion closer to Zebra. Way that flying beast flew over their heads almost scared Usako into Coco's arms. That had her ducting into Coco's arms when this beast was drawn down to Mountain's surface. Instant death had Zebra explaining the cycle of life to Lexxion when the teen watched. That would be called a bonding moment between an uncle that scared Lexxion and teen Zebra didn't understand. This was where the ride on Denshark ended and allowed them to walk out with Kaka as their guide. Just the gravity that gave this mountain its name had them stuck in place. During the adjustment period to even trying to stand on own while listening to Kaka.
Just a few feet from Toriko was a smiling Monkey King making eyes at Usako
"Mom!" Lexxion called out from the Denshark.
"Stay in the Denshark." Flourite didn't want Lexxion any where near them.
Usako couldn't move either way when the baring eyes of Monkey King just stared at her as she fell to her knees.
