Thank you so much for reading my very first ever multi-chapter story. I know I know, I left off at a REALLY bad point. But you know…there's a surprise at the end of this!

I want to dedicate this story to my sister, Kitty Grelle. She introduced me to Fanfiction, and after I finished the Artemis Fowl series, I knew I had to do something about it. Being on Fanfiction has led me to changes in my writing, as well as hopefully my future in life. It has led to me meeting new friends from all over, and I cannot explain what it has done to my life in the present.

Writing has become my life-other than singing, and school-I spend all of my free time writing, and I cannot wait until I become a real author (hopefully)

Im not going to do the thanks for this. I reread everyone's reviews over (102! I am so happy!) and I want to thank everyone who has read this story, even if it was just the first chapter.

BATB (Beauty and the Beast) will be continued, and after that I plan on writing for Artemis Fowl until 2015. Then I will take advantage of what I will and have learned so far and use the knowledge I receive to plan my own story.

Ok, surprise time! I know that the story wasn't completed at the end of TBR (The Biggest Rescue) and I want to acknowledge that the story would have cut off after Artemis and Holly kissed after she almost died (CPR also wasn't planned); however, due to me continuing the story (Thanks goes to CaptainS10) I decided to go ahead and make the story longer, starting with Artemis's arrest.

Therefore, be on the lookout for TBR2 in January! Hopefully BATB will be over by then and I can focus clearly on it. Heres a little insert that I am making up while writing this dedication (I do not LIE!)

He smiled down at her, perfect white teeth reflecting off of the snow white suit her wore. He backed Holly into a corner, putting his hands by her sides so her arms were pinned there and she couldn't move. Holly herself was so exhausted she couldn't fight, and her head ached from the strike to it. She bent her head inconspicuously, trying to see if she had any magic left. But alas, the elf didn't even have enough for a simple mesmer.

He smirked viciously, leaning down so he caught her eyes, "You thought you could get away from me."

Holly sighed, if she was going to die, she would go out with a fight, even if she couldn't fight physically. "I came here, its not like you forced me to. Hell, you didn't even know I was here until I was right under your nose."

He chuckled slightly, he shook his head and looked away before striking Holly with his fist in her stomach. The elf groaned lightly, sliding down the wall as she clutched her middle in pain. The man before he croutched down for a moment to pull Holly up roughly, crashing her back against the wall.

She took deep, ragged breaths as the pain slowly subsided. She kept her eyes closed, anticipating the next blow or the next word. Finally, after some time, it came.

"You and your little friends, even from before. You ruined me, causing me to go mad in the position you put me in, and you thought you could get away from me. Not after everything you and your friends did to me."

"I didn't do anything." Holly said simply, her voice quavering from all the panic she was experiencing.

"Oh, but I know you did. I know you and your…People made this whole thing to just land me in that place. That place of madness and hell. That place where I was suppose to stay forever, but look where I am now." He spat.

"What do you want?" She grounded out slowly and carefully, scared of what the answer would be.

The man smirked, reaching in his pocket and slowly pulling out a small pocket knife, he looked down at it and chuckled again before his eyes snapped up back to hers. "I will kill you, along with all of your friends here. But first," He said, his other hand going to move the hair from her right ear and placing it on the wall above her head as he leaned down and whispered. "I'd rather hear you scream in pain."

Holly tried to get away, now that his hands weren't pinning her to the wall. However, he was faster than the drained elf. He tripped her, her neck narrowly missing the now opened knife as she toppled to the floor. He picked Holly up. Placing her in her original position against the wall again, although, this time he put the pocket knife in his left hand and used his right to pull her hair, keeping the frail elf there.

He put the knife behind her pointed ear, and right away Holly gasped, her eyes widening. She tried to pull away, to get away from the crazy man standing over her, but all of her strength had been sapped along with her magic. Soon he pressed the knife down slightly and Holly whimpered from the pain, but moaned lightly from the nerves in her ears. Soon, the man had pressed down so far, her ear had started to bleed, the blood trickling down her jawline. Holly soon saw that she was done for, that she was going to die soon. There was no hope for her.

But soon the pressure on her ear faded away, and Holly didn't have enough strength to stay up. The elf fell over, about to go face first into the pale flooring. However, she never did, instead being caught by another presence.

Ok! So there is the dedication and glimpse! Hopefully you all will like TBR2 as much as my other stories!
