Here is a new chapter and I said I was going to post this on Friday but I guess I'll be generous to post this a little early. Enjoy!
Chapter Sixty
Pallet Town (11:40 a.m.)
After celebrating Dawn's victory from the Grand Festival. Ash and friends are staying at his house till later today since Dawn will be leaving to Sinnoh within a few hours and both Ash and Brock will be going to the Kalos region.
Ash: So Pikachu, ready to leave for the Kalos region today?
Pikachu: Pika chu!
Ash: Okay, well then let's head to Professor Oak's laboratory.
Pikachu: Pika!
Ash and Pikachu went to the Professor's lab and he finds him looking through all of the Pokémon that were just caught by trainers who started out in Pallet Town.
Ash: Hey Professor.
Professor Oak: Ahh Ash my lad, good to see you this morning. How may I help you today?
Ash: I would like to leave my Pokémon here since I'll be taking Pikachu only to Kalos.
Professor Oak: Okay then, just call out your Pokémon outside and bring back their Pokéballs back here so I can deposit them later.
Ash: Alright then.
Ash heads outside to the coral and calls out his Charizard, Snivy, Oshawott, Pignite and Heracross.
Ash: Okay everyone, today me and Pikachu will be heading to the Kalos region together along with Brock and Dawn. But no need to worry because I'll be switching in and out Pokémon with one of you guys. Alright?
His Pokémon nodded and they later head far out of the coral and Ash brings back the Pokéballs as Professor Oak said.
Ash: Well thanks for everything Professor Oak; I'll be leaving in a few hours to the airport.
Professor Oak: Alright then and you two take care of yourself and also when you arrived, contact me and I'll send you a digital map of Lumiose City on your Pokédex and one more thing before you leave.
Ash: Sure what is it?
Professor Oak: You'll be meeting Serena at the Lysandre Café to give her the Pokéball I asked you to hold.
Ash: Okay I got it and bye Professor.
Professor Oak: Good luck you two!
Pikachu: Pika Pi!
Ash and Pikachu left the laboratory and went home to find Dawn getting ready to leave to Sinnoh.
Dawn: There you are Ash.
Ash: Sorry I left without telling anyone; I just went the Professor's lab to leave my Pokémon there.
Brock: So you're only taking Pikachu again, right?
Ash: Yeah and once we're in the Kalos region. I'm going to catch some new Pokémon there.
Delia: Let's get going you three, Alexa is waiting for us at the car.
Ash: Right!
After a three hour drive to the airport, everyone got out of the vehicle and Dawn sees the plane to Sinnoh.
Ash: Well there's the plane.
Dawn: Yeah.
Ash: Well I wish you a safe trip to Sinnoh and we'll see you in two weeks, Dawn.
Dawn: Got it, can you take me to the terminal real quick.
Ash: Sure, I'll be back you three.
Ash and Dawn went to the terminal to Sinnoh with their starters with them.
Dawn: So Piplup, want to say anything to Pikachu before we say goodbye?
Piplup: Pip Piplup Pip Pip Piplup! (I'll see you soon Pikachu, you're like a brother to me!)
Pikachu: Pika Pi Pika Pikachu Pi Pika chu! (Thanks and you're a brother to me too. Goodbye and be safe!)
Piplup: Piplup! (I'll will!)
Dawn: Well I'll see you in two weeks and here's something for you to remember me by.
Ash already knew what Dawn is going to do and he grabs her close and kisses her goodbye. After they stop kissing, Dawn says.
Dawn: Well goodbye.
Ash: Goodbye Dawn.
They both wave at each other as Dawn is entering the plane to Sinnoh.
Ash: Well Pikachu, let's meet up with the others.
Pikachu: Pika!
Ash meets up with his Mom, Brock and Alexa and the plane to Lumiose City is getting ready to leave.
Brock: Well Ash, our new journey begins once we step out of this plane.
Ash: Yeah.
Brock: I also contacted my family about me going to Kalos and they all wishing you good luck in the Pokémon League.
Ash: Wow that's really nice of them.
Alexa: Well ready to board the plane you two?
Ash and Brock: Yeah!
Pikachu: Pikachu!
Delia: Ash, I want you take care of yourself and don't lose Serena's Pokémon. She'll be really disappointed if you lose it.
Ash: Hey no need to worry Mom. I have it in my backpack.
Delia: Okay then, well take care of you two and Pikachu make sure that Ash always change his you know what.
Ash: MOM!
Delia: I'm only kidding, well goodbye dear.
Ash: Bye Mom.
Brock: Bye Mrs. Ketchum.
Alexa: I would also like to thank you for letting me stay at your house while working around Professor Oak.
Delia: You're very welcome.
Everyone boarded the plane to Lumiose City and it took off from the runway and now off to the Kalos region.
Ash: Well Pikachu, our new journey is about to begin real soon. So how you sleep till we arrive?
Pikachu: Chhaaaaa!
Pikachu goes to sleep on Ash's lap while Brock is already fully asleep.
Alexa: So Ash, what will you be doing once we arrive to Lumiose City?
Ash: Well I have to meet up with Serena to deliver a Pokéball that Professor Oak entrusted me with.
Alexa: I see and what kind of Pokémon is it?
Ash: It's one of the Kanto starter Pokémon that Serena always talk about before she moved to Kalos.
Alexa: We'll I bet she'll be happy to finally have that Pokémon that she was going to pick as a starter before the move.
Ash: Yeah.
Meanwhile at Lumiose City
Sycamore's Lab (1:29 p.m. Kalos Time Standard)
Serena knocked the door to Sycamore's Laboratory and one of the assistants, Sophie opens the door.
Sophie: Ah Serena, we have been expecting you today, ready to pick your starter Pokémon today?
Serena: Yeah I am.
Professor Sycamore: So you have finally arrived Serena, here let me introduce you the starter Pokémon. Come on out you three.
A Chespin, Fennekin and a Froakie came into the main room of the lab.
Serena: Wow there all so cute, it's really hard to pick which one I want to get. But I already made my choice a long time ago.
Serena crouches towards Fennekin.
Serena: So Fennekin, ready for our journey?
Fennekin is happy for Serena picking her.
Fennekin: Fenne!
Professor Sycamore: Here is Fennekin's Pokéball and your Pokédex.
Serena: Thank you.
Serena scans the three starters and gains information on all three of them.
Pokédex: Chespin, the Spiny Nut Pokémon. Such a thick shell of wood covers its head and back that even a direct hit from a truck wouldn't faze it. Fennekin, the Fox Pokémon. As it walks, it munches on a twig in place of a snack. It intimidates opponents by puffing hot air out of its ears. Froakie, the Bubble Frog Pokémon. It secretes flexible bubbles from its chest and back. The bubbles reduce the damage it would otherwise take when attacked.
Professor Sycamore: That Pokédex will automatically record more data on different kinds of Pokémon you catch.
Serena: Wow that's amazing. Well I better get going now.
Professor Sycamore: Alright then and take care of Fennekin.
Serena: I will.
Serena and Fennekin left the lab and she is going to Lysandre Café to wait.
After two hours has passed a plane from Kanto is about land at the Lumiose City Airport.
Lumiose City (3:40 p.m. KTS)
The plane stop and all of the passengers are now ready to exit the plane. Ash, Brock and Alexa both step out of the plane and both Pikachu and Ash took a deep breath and smelled the air of the Kalos region.
Brock: We're finally here Ash.
Ash: HELLO KALOS REGION!
Alexa: Someone is excited today.
Ash: Of course I am. I can't wait to see all the new Pokémon that are native to this region.
Alexa: Let's go to the lobby to get our stuff.
Brock: Right.
Ash: Actually I'll be walking around for a bit. We'll meet up with you two in a whilre.
Alexa: Okay.
Both Brock and Alexa went to the lobby while Ash and Pikachu see two pink Pokémon flying.
Ash: Wow who are those Pokémon?
Pokédex: Spritzee, the Perfume Pokémon. In the past, rather than using perfume, royal ladies carried a Spritzee that would waft a fragrance they liked.
Ash: Wow it's a Fairy type. Just like Dawn's Sylveon.
Pikachu: Pika Pi!
Ash and Pikachu both notice a shadow of a Pokémon and they both turn around and see a red Pokémon jumping off the tower and landed right behind the trainer and it used its super speed to jump really fast.
Ash: Woah you see that Pikachu!
Pikachu: Pika Pika!
Ash: Come on and let's head back.
Little does Ash know; he's being watch by Team Rocket.
Jesse: I told you the twerp would be here and same goes for his Pikachu.
James: I say we catch it by surprise.
Team Rocket: Heheeheheh!
Wobbufett: WOOOOBBBUUFFFETTT!
After Ash meets up with both Brock and Alexa. The two trainers and Alexa decided to go their separate ways.
Alexa: Well good luck to both of you two and welcome to the Kalos region.
Ash: Thanks Alexa, you really been a great help to us and we are thankful for.
Alexa: You're welcome and see you next time.
Ash: Bye.
Pikachu: Pika Pi!
Brock: I'll miss you.
Brock is sad with tears and later he gets over it.
Brock: So where should we head first.
Ash: To Lysandre Café, it's a ten minute walk from here to the Café shop.
Ash and Brock are now both in the Kalos region, what more exciting stories will our heroes encounter as the journey is nearly over.
