Alright guys definitely has been a while but I am back . Just got done with school so I have nothing but free time now . I hope you like this chapter and so sorry for taking so incredibly long to update .
chapter 28
You do not expect things to be as beautiful as you see in pictures but I have to tell you that Italy is . There is just something about walking the ancient streets wondering , what has been .
'' So .'' Lisa dug in her bag as we walked . '' I bought these .'' She pulled out two locks . '' One for me and Christian and one for you and Adrian.'' She handed me one and dug in her bag and pulled out two sharpries .
''we are going to lock them on the gate , I am pretty sure they remove them , aslo we could be fined if we get caught . '' She smiled at us . '' But it will be symbolic and romantic .'' She and christian walked away to go decorate their lock .
'' So what should we put ? '' I looked up at Adrian . '' Rose and Adrian forever . '' He wrapped his arms around my waist and gave me a peck on the lips . '' That's unoriginal but its perfect .'' I gave him a kiss and wrote it on the lock and walked over to Lisa and christian .
'' You ready ? '' We attached are locks to the gate and hurried off .
'' Isn't it beautiful here ? '' We walked down the road hand and hand . I was so happy that Lisa had brought us and it wasn't even like I was working , Lisa had brought other guardians and we were not really out at night .
'' Yeah , it is .'' we let go of my hand and wrapped his arm around my shoulder .
Over the course of the week we went all over italy . It was the last day in Italy when Adrian pulled me off to the side . '' I have decided something .'' He looked down at me a big smile on his face . '' What ? '' I looked at him with curiosity .
'' I want to marry you .'' I nodded . '' Yes I thought this is what we went over already ?'' I didn't understand what he was saying . '' No , I want to marry you right now , I want to marry you here in Italy .'' He took my hands in his .
'' What about school ? '' I told you i did not want to marry you until after you finish school .'' I frowned at him . '' I really do not give a shit , I can do that anytime . '' He squeezed my hands tighter .
'' So what do you say ? '' His eyes pleaded . '' yes .''I threw my arms around his neck and hugged him tightly . '' So , how are we going to do this ? '' I smiled up at him .
'' I may have been having lisa and christian run around for me , they already found a place and a dress and everything else . '' His smile was so big it made my heart warm .
'' Really ? '' everything was happening so soon .
'' Where ? '' of course they had set it up so that Verona was the last place we would be . '' It is a surprise .'' He smirked .
'' Now come on .'' He pulled me to the car and a short while later we were at this beautiful vineyard , it looked like something out of a movie or in a storybook . ''Adrian .'' I gasped .
'' Give all credit to Lissa and Christian . '' He stopped the car and we got out . '' I will see you in a bit little dhampire. '' He kissed me slowly and passionately then walked off .
'' Rose ! '' Lissa called my name up from the balcony of the building .
'' Come on , we have got shit to do .'' I ran up the stairs too meet her and she pulled me into another room .
there was a women for makeup and hair then there was a beautiful wedding dress hanging up . " Lissa . you have done too much .'' I walked over to admire the dress. It wasnt a a ball down but a nice flowing gown with lace sleeves and bodice with lace with a v neck lace illusion cut . It was beautiful and perfect , it was a ultimate Rose dress , it showed a little skin but not too much . I was so in love with my dress .
'' Alright , we need to get ready . '' She pulled me to a chair to sit down . '' It's just us right ? '' I looked at lissa who was sitting getting her hair and makeup done .
'' we invited both you and Adrian's parents ,except nathaniel . The guardians that came with us of course , i do not know if they count as guest and Jill and Eddie . '' she thought about it for a minute .if
'' When exactly did you guys start planning all this ?'' That sounded like a lot to do , getting this place and dress , plus inviting and getting everyone here . '' three days ago .'' She smiled .
'' Did you have this planned when you invited us ? '' I raised a eyebrow it seemed like a very Lissa thing to do . '' No .'' She shook her head . '' It was all your mans idea .'' she smiled .
over a hour later and we were done i had my dress on , makeup and my hair in a elegant waves down my back .I was excited a little nervous but barely because I knew that I was doing the right thing . I wanted to be with Adrian , I have realized he is the love of my life there is no one else in this world that I would rather marry.
'' You look beautiful .'' Lissa hugged me . '' Now lets go get you married . '' we walked down the stairs where glass doors were separating us from the beautiful landscape . I could see the guest , and Adrian standing at the end of the isle with a arbor decorated in bright red roses .
'' You ready kiz ? '' Abe appeared greeting me with a hug . '' yeah .'' I smiled . I was more than ready .
'' See you out there .'' Lisa opened the doors and walked out , christian met her side and they walked down the isle . The music started playing and it was time .
I felt like running down the isle to Adrian but Abe kept me at a steady pace, After what seemed like forever I was there standing beside Adrian .
'' We are here to join Rosemaire Hathaway and Adrian Ivashkov in holy matrimony . '' The priest spoke . '' They will now present their vows . ''
Adrian went first . '' Rose I love you more than words can express , you are the light that chases away my darkness , my muse , the reason I wake up happy with life knowing it cant get any better . I realized here in italy one of the most beautiful countries in the world that I didn't want to go another day where you were not my wife . I have never had a love this great and I know there will never be another after you . '' Adrian looked at me his eyes smoldering and intense .
I took his hand in mine .
'' There wasn't much preparation for this so I don't have anything written so I will talk from the heart .'' I heard light laughter . '' You are everything I could ever ask for in a man and more than I think I deserve at times . You accept me as I am , you have never tried to change me . I don't know what I would do without you , I am surprised I made it without you as long as I did and I swear I will never lose you again . I look up to you , I admire you and your many talents everyday . You say that I am your muse well you are my soul inspiration. I wake up happy knowing you are by myside and feel empty when you arent beside me . I love you Adrian .''
I wiped a tear of excitement away .
'' Is there anyone who objects to these two being wed ? '' The priest looked around at our guest .
'' Adrian , do you take Rose to be your wedded wife ? '' He looked at him . '' I do . '' Adrian smiled at me . '' Rose do you take Adrian as your husband ? ''
'' I do . '' I smiled back at Adrian . '' You may now kiss the bride .'' Adrian pulled my by my hand to him and kissed me hard .
'' Do you prefer Hathaway or Ivashkov ? '' He whispered in my ear giving me a kiss on the cheek . '' Rosemaire Ivashkov sounds really nice .'' I hugged him and he spun me around .
'' Congratulation Rose .'' My mother came up to me with Daniella beside her . '' Thank you. '' I hugged them both and Adrian took his turn . '' I am so happy for you. You guys are a beautiful couple . '' My mother was tearing up a little and Adrians mom was straight crying she still had him in a tight embrace .
'' Rose , I am going to show everyone in to the reception area .'' Lisa told me . '' You guys planned a reception too? '' I yelled behind her .
I did not expect all of that either . '' We will meet you guys in there .'' Adrian waved everyone inside . '' You have gone above and beyond Mr. Ivashkov .'' I looked up at him.
'' Anything for my beautiful wife .'' He looked me over . '' i can not wait to take that dress off of you by the way .'' He smiled down at me . Then swopped me up in his arms and carried me inside .
'' You know you aren't supposed to do this part until we get home right ? '' I looked at him as he carried me in .
'' I don't play by the rules .'' He carried me until we got inside to a beautiful decorated room .
I ran over to lissa where she sat with christian .
'' You did way too much Lisa.'' Everything was just beyond perfect . '' You deserve it Rose , Adrian however did go over everything just to make sure it was perfect plus he picked out your dress . '' She smiled . '' Well thank you anyways .'' I hugged the both of them .
''speech , speech . '' Eddie and Jill cheered .
'' okay . '' I took the mic and stood in front of everyone .
'' Okay I would like to thank everyone who helped plan this unexpected wedding and all the guest who came all this way .It means the world . '' I handed the mic to Adrian and sat down .
'' Yeah same thing my wife said , I would like to thank everyone for coming , all the people who helped me put this rush of a wedding together I couldn't have done it without you . '' He smiled at the guest . '' I want to speak .'' Lissa jumped up and ran and took the mic .
'' I have never seen Rose so happy and it touches me to see her with someone who brings out all the best in her . '' she smiled over at me , which is also why I am announcing for those of you who do not know I am pregnant and I want to announce that me and christian want Rose and Adrian to be the godparents of our baby .'' she rubbed her belly and looked around at us .
It was touching it really was .
over the night the guest gave little speeches we did the cake and then Abe walked over to my table . '' It is customary for a daughter father dance at a wedding correct ? '' Abe offered me his hand .
'' That it is .'' I got up and let him lead me to the floor . We never really had a daddy daughter relationship because we didnt meet each other until Russia but he is there whenever I need him , spoils me with some pretty lavish gifts and even has a trust put away for me . He's a good man and I am glad to that he was here for the wedding .
when our dance was over Adrian was there waiting .'' Now a dance with your husband .'' He grabbed me around the waist and began dancing .
'' I love you , you know .'' I looked up at him . '' You know I love you more right .'' He kissed me gently . '' I do not think it is possible . '' I ran my hand through his hair .
'' You ready to start this honeymoon ? '' He trailed kisses up my neck . '' oh yeah .'' I kissed him and took his hand . '' Thank you everyone for coming . We are beat so we are going to head to bed . '' I waved to everyone and pulled Adrian out the room . '' I will show you the way .'' He took my hand and lead me to the room .
'' You are so rich .'' I looked around at the room , it was a huge suit huge bathroom with a huge tub that bubbled as well as a hot tub outside on the balcony .
'' I try .'' He shrugged .He had a lot of money in his trust , I was surprised he still had so much left and I know he made money from selling some of his work .
'' I am actually kind of torn , I love that dress on you but I love you out of it a little bit more . '' He plopped down on the bed and undid his tie .
I did a little twist showing off the dress . '' You do have a eye for fashion. ''
'' I agree I look better out of it so feel free to help me out getting it off .'' I didn't even finish what I was saying before he was behind me unbuttoning my dress , I forgot that he could be so fast when he wanted to .
The dress fell to the ground around me . " Want to take a bath ? '' I turned to face him and started taking off his shirt .
'' Yeah . I'll start the bath .'' He walked into the bathroom and I sat on the bed waiting patiently .
" Mrs. Ivashkov .'' Adrian stood at the door of bathroom in just his briefs .
