The members of the Newspaper Club cautiously walked into the Administrative wing of the school, following Ruby. It was a wing of the school they weren't terribly familiar with. It was much darker than the rest of the school, the architecture influenced more heavily by Renaissance era buildings rather than the rest of the school which leaned more towards a modern and gothic design.

Yukari walked next to Ruby, the comforting presence of the elder witch calming the younger. The rest of the group was similarly affected by the confident and smiling witch. Mizore and Kurumu had both stopped shaking and color had returned to their faces. Moka was chipper again and the smiles on everyone's faces were coming back. Gin, of course, had excused himself under the pretense of 'going to comfort' some of the female students.

They reached an ornately carved door, depicting scenes from battle. Men and yokai fighting and slaying one another. Seeing it always sent shivers down Ruby's spine and reminded her of her blood soaked past. Yukari glanced up quizzically, but before she could say a word, the door opened without a sound and Ruby walked inside, beckoning the others to follow.

The Chairman was standing behind his desk, facing directly away from the Newspaper group and out over the grounds of Yokai Academy. As the group finished walking into the room, the door closed seemingly of its own accord, making the group jump. Turning, the Chairman faced the group, his glowing smile that was ever present on his dark and hooded face missing. He sighed. "I do apologize to you all, I did not mean for my students to be so frightened by my… visitor. It was as unforeseen occurrence and you have my sincere apologies."

The Newspaper club just stood there, not knowing how to really respond to this apology. None of them expected it. Finally, Yukari spoke up and asked the question they were all thinking.

"Where's Tsukune?"

At the mention of his name, the Chairman's smile started to come back and he chuckled. "Your classmate Aono Tsukune is perfectly fine, alive and well, and currently in the midst of training. His masters have invited you, his closest friends, to come and witness the true nature of your friend." The club stared at him in shock, and before they could ask, the Chairman interjected, "Now now, before you ask what he is, I cannot tell you. His masters specifically requested to inform you themselves of what he truly is. If you would follow me now, I can take you to where he is training."

True nature? So he's something other than human, and is currently training? This should be interesting to say the least, Inner Moka said.

Outer Moka simply bit her lip nervously, hoping that Tsukune was still the same Tsukune she had always known.

Moka and the rest of the Newspaper club followed the Chairman down a side hall from his room, walking for about five minutes before arriving at a large open room. In the middle of the room stood an ornate door.

"I recently renovated the room holding the Dimensional Doorway, both to keep it more secure and because I like it more this way." The Chairman explained, chuckling lightly.

The room was magnificent. Eight pillars, pure white marble, stood around the door, about ten feet away from it, reaching up easily eight metres, with an intricate depiction of the elements on the ground, swirling around the planets and stars. Light seemed to flow out of nothingness, softly illuminating the room. The door was a stark contrast to the one they encountered at the Chairman's office. While that door had depictions of darkness and blood, war and strife, this door had nature and life carved into it. Life, endlessly flowing within the wood.

The Chairman reached out and touched the door. Arcane symbols appeared and spread across the door, lighting up and swallowing the door in a brilliant light. The Chairman walked through the threshold of light, the Newspaper Club following him.

Dimensional Room

Uven and Tamel stood in the plains, watching Tsukune from what Tamel claimed was a safe distance. The light that had formed behind them died away slowly, revealing the Newspaper Club and the Chairman himself. Tamel turned, his long brown hair still obscuring his face from view, to check out the friends Tsukune had made. He could instantly tell from what they looked like and how they acted what kind of yokai they were.

A succubus, two witches, a snow girl, and even a vampire. Interesting… he thought to himself.

The Newspaper Club was awestruck by the sheer mass of the world before them. The planets in the sky, the shimmering fields, and the dragon flying over the horizon took them all by surprise, even Ruby who had seen many unusual things in her tenure as the Chairman's assistant. Then they saw Tsukune standing alone in the field. Before they could say anything, a black bubble encased them, along with the Chairman, Uven, and Tamel.

Without turning, Uven addressed them, "I wouldn't do anything right now if I were you."

Looking around, the members of the Newspaper Club were confused for a minute before Kurumu saw her Destined One and gasped.

Without anyone except his two masters noticing, Tsukune was summoning a monstrous amount of youki to the point of distorting the appearance of the world around him.

"THAT'S Tsukune?!" Kurumu exclaimed, shocked. Meek little Tsukune was controlling a youki that could easily rival if not surpass Inner Moka's.

Tamel nodded. "Yup. That's definitely your buddy. He's doing better than expected, for someone who's just become an Elemental."

Yukari scoffed.

Tilting his head towards her, Tamel asked, "What's so strange little witch?"

"There's no way Tsukune's an Elemental." She replied, looking up at him. "Everyone knows Elementals don't have that much power all at once."

"Then tell me, oh great genius," Tamel replied mockingly, "how could the vampire blood in Tsukune have been exorcised so utterly and completely so as not to leave a trace within him? Hmm?"

Moka turned at his comment. "He's no longer a ghoul?"

"Nope. Full blooded Elemental. And yes, I'm certain he's an Elemental. How can I be so sure of myself on this matter?" he said rhetorically, intercepting the question. "Well, it's honestly quite simple. My friend and I are basically gods and he happens to be my champion."

I knew it! Inner Moka exclaimed while her pink haired counterpart just stared, dumbfounded like the rest of her friends.

"Gods?"

Tamel's face split as a grin tinged with insanity sprouted on his features. "That's what we are. Gods. Granted, we can't use our full power in your world, be assured that we are what we claim."

Omote, whatever you do, never anger this man. Legends in our family speak of him and his partner over there. These two have incomparable power and even in this realm are a force to be reckoned with. Inner Moka said, the gem of the rosaio glowing as a blood red, slitted eye appeared within it.

Legends? Outer asked, but received no reply from Inner Moka.

The snapping of electricity caught the attention of the group.

Uven's arms unfolded and dropped to his side. "It's about to start."

Tamel nodded. "Yes. It most certainly is." As he walked forwards toward the God of Death, he addressed the Newspaper Club, "This barrier is erected to protect you children from any accident that may occur. I need your word that none of you will leave this area."

Mizore popped her lollipop out of her mouth. "Protection from what?"

Tamel looked over his shoulder, his grin sending shivers down everyone's spine. "Accidents of course."

"What my deranged friend means is that Tsukune over there is new to his powers, and those powers are utterly massive to say the least. Your vampire friend over there can affirm how dangerous fledglings and power can be, especially if they haven't wielded it before. Or at least, the voice inside her can affirm my statement."

Outer Moka blinked in surprise. "You can hear Ura-chan?"

"There are many things I can and cannot do. However, hearing that voice is one of the things I can indeed do."

Tamel suddenly stiffened, catching Uven's attention.

"What is it?"

"Oh you know, nothing good. The usual."

"What do you mean?"

"Unless you're deaf, dumb, and blind you should realize it by know if you take a closer look at him."

Uven looked a little closer at Tsukune, then calmly slid into a crouched state.

"Exactly."

In Tsukune's Mind

Alright. What do I want to do with my power?

I want to protect my friends.

I want them to always be safe.

which one?

What?

which do you want to be safe?

All of them.

one is special

Yes.

which?

I… don't know yet.

The voice was silent.

conquer all.

What?

crush all that oppose you. then they will be safe.

No. Not everyone needs to be fought.

we must fight to protect.

Words can fight as well.

A pause.

Tsukune saw himself standing in a void of nothingness. Across from him, a shadow stood. It appeared to have Tsukune's body and hair, but its features and details were obscured.

Tsukune held out a hand to the other.

"We can protect them. As one."

The other tilted its head.

Why are you so trusting of me? I am unknown, to myself and you.

"But you aren't. You're a part of me. Both of us are simply incomplete. I can feel that much radiating from you."

I am… you? A piece? How can I think? How am I self-aware?

Tsukune smiled. "That's because you are the part of me that enjoys the fighting, the battles we have. I am the other pieces. But you are still me. And together, we can protect the others. As a whole."

Is that… the burning in my chest? The other asked, holding a shadowed hand to its heart. The desire to fight? Is that all I am good for?

"No no no," Tsukune said, taking a step towards the other. "You are me, and I am you. You are here to complete us. And I promise, no, I swear I will protect you as strongly as I would protect any of our friends."

The other cautiously stretched out his hand, taking a step forward. He stopped, just before touching Tsukune's hand. But if someone touches them…

Tsukune smiled, his eyes glinting with passion and a hint of rage.

"Then we crush them."

Yes.

The other grabbed Tsukune's outstretched hand, energy and power swirling around the two and consuming them.

Dimensional Room

"What's not good? What has happened to Tsukune?" Kurumu asked, raising her voice slightly.

Uven shook his head. "While he is powerful, and we are both gods, we did not foresee this occurrence. It shouldn't be possible!" He finished, directing the later statement to his partner.

"It shouldn't! It isn't! Or at least, it wasn't earlier." Tamel replied, before laughing uproariously. "Tsukune you motherfucker! Damn!"

"What happened to him?!" Moka yelled.

Tamel answered her as Uven mumbled something under his breath. "His energies didn't exactly purge all traces of vampire from his system. I am the god of Chaos, a powerful and unstable element and since Tsukune is my champion, he is the Elemental of Chaos. But somehow, the energies took the vampiric powers and merged them with his own! It defies all logic in any realm and world! This is completely unprecedented!"

Uven finished his mumbling and the dome around the Newspaper Club darkened ever so slightly.

"There's just one small problem whenever a Chaotic Elemental summons his powers consciously for the first time." Tamel continued.

"What would that be?" Ruby asked.

Tamel shrugged. "Usually he is consumed by bloodlust and the sheer magnitude of his powers and goes on a rampage. Luckily for you all, Uven and I are going to be his combatants."

They're going to fight!

Moka gasped. Tsukune could get hurt! But then again, these two were his masters. They wouldn't hurt him. Would they?

Weeeeeell here's your new chapter. Sorry about the wait, but shit has been pretty bad lately so this was the first chance I had to really sit down and work on this diligently. While this one may be slightly on the shorter side of things, I am really gonna gear up from this point forward. Give me some good reviews! And by good I mean lengthy ones that fully elaborate on what you enjoyed and what you didn't, what could be improved and all that fun stuff. The short "good chapters" are a nice ego boost but don't improve the writing all that much. Anyhoo, hope you enjoyed it.
