A/N – This is the last chapter that you can vote for the baby's name, so make sure to vote! :D

"Christmas dinner is served!" Freddie announced. He and his mum had prepared it over the past few days and it was now ready.
Everyone sat around the extended table, each in their own conversations. Of course, the main topic of conversation was the proposals – Mrs Benson was awfully excited that her son was getting married – like she'd said to Sam before; a mothers job was to bring their child up in the correct way, so they are free to fly. Sam Puckett (soon to be Benson) had guided her son in the right direction, helping him to find love.
Carly was really excited that her and Sam, who had been best friends since childhood, were really getting married to their true loves – and on the same day, too!
Cat felt happy that she was the first out of her group of friends to be getting married (though Beck and Jade were very close).
"Thanks, nerd." Sam kissed him on the cheek as he handed her her plate.
"Sam," Cat laughed. "You can't call your soon-to-be-husband a nerd!"
"And Robbie shouldn't still compare you to cheese but he does."

"Sam that is the most beautiful ring!" Cat squealed they sat down that night.
"Hey, yours is pretty snazzy, too." Sam laughed. "God, I can't believe I've turned into such a girl."
"It's not a bad thing." Carly commented.
"I guess." Sam smiled. Her smile then disappeared. "Urg. No woman should ever feel this much pain on Christmas day!"
"Woman?"
"Yeah, Freddie can feel this pain if he wants to."
"Sam!" Carly scolded. "You know, maybe the baby is coming early."
"Well… she's due on the 2nd February, and it's the 25th December… so she's due in 39 days…" Sam said. "It wouldn't be too much of a problem, right?"
"No." Carly said. "I think the baby would be perfectly healthy, with a little help. So, what do you girls think about a triple wedding?" Carly asked.
"Yay!" Cat responded.
"Sam?"
"Yeah, I guess."
"Then it's set!"
"Don't you have to ask the boys?" Sam said.
"No. It's not their choice." Carly laughed. "So, what's the theme going to be?"
"Carly!" Sam groaned.

Everyone left the day after Boxing Day, taking their presents with them. Once Freddie said goodbye to his mum, who was the last to leave, he joined Sam on the couch. "How's you?" He asked, taking a deep sigh.
"I'm good, Freddie-o."
"Hey, I love you, you know that?"
"I do know that, you tell me every day. I love you too!"
"I can't believe we're getting married." Freddie smiled.
"I can't believe you proposed. I thought I was going to have to do it myself!"
"You were going to propose to me?"
"We talked about it." Sam sang. "Cat was going to, too."
"Impatient." Freddie scoffed, but then kissed Sam anyway.
"I love you so, so much." Sam reminded. "I still hate you, though."
"What? Why?"
"I'm in so much pain because of you." Sam groaned. She tried to straighten her back.
"Is it usual to be in this much pain?"
"I think so."
"Would you go through it again?"
"Probably. Mama can handle pain."

Two weeks later, when Sam awoke, she completely took back all she said about being able to handle pain.
She was having contractions, really painful ones, and they were getting more and more frequent. She knew that this was supposed to happen during the end of a pregnancy - but she'd been dreading it the whole time.
Freddie was comforting her, getting her water and snacks and trying to reduce the pain.
Cat and Robbie had taken Benji to the park, getting him out of the way for a bit whilst Sam was in so much pain.
"Freddie, I hate you." Sam groaned. "You're nerdy and dorky and annoying and OW I HATE YOU."
Freddie was used to the insults that were flying at him recently. It was Sam's way to deal with the pain. He knew she didn't mean them (much).
"I know, baby, It'll be alright." Freddie reassured.
"Thanks, Freddie, I love yo- OW I HATE YOU." Here we go again.
Whilst Freddie was comforting her, Sam suddenly felt a little nauseous, her stomach started to ache, and she felt a large gush of liquid.
"Freddie, baby, I think my waters just broke."

"Hello, is this Sam Puckett's room?" A brown-haired girl enquired.
"Yes, are you Carly Shay?" The nurse asked.
"Yes."
"Come in."
When Sam saw that Carly had come to visit, she smiled. Sam was laid out across the hospital bed with Freddie beside her, holding her hand tight. Her large stomach was showing and there were a couple of nurses in the room keeping an eye on her.
"Hey, Sam, how you doing?"
"Carly, you seriously didn't have to come all the way from Seattle to see me."
"You're my best friend, Sam, I had to. Gibby had too much work, and Spencer said that it'll depress him too much that you have a life and he doesn't. I did bring one person, though."
"Sammy!" Melanie skipped into the room.
"Hey, Mel."
"You're not all staying here for the actual birth, right?" The nurse asked, sceptical.
"No." Sam replied. "Just old Freddie here."
