Samantha took a deep breath and continued, "You have face Naraku." She took another breath, "He is just the pawn, he is a tool used by him."
Everyone, except Sesshomaru and Miroku, look at each other confused. Inuyasha spoke in an annoyed voice, "What are you talking about wench?"
Sesshomaru let out a growl and Miroku hit Inuyasha on the head with his staff. Samantha continued as if he did speak, "Naraku was once a human but became a demon." She paused to see if everyone was following along. "You need a great amount of power to convert a human into a demon." She let this sink in.
Kagome's eyes widen in understanding. Sango tilted her head to the side as she processes the information. Inuyasha let out an irritated huff and said, "What does that have to do with anything?"
Sesshomaru eyes slash throw Inuyasha, "As you so simple you don't understand the situation?" He said this in his flat deep tone.
Inuyasha jump to his feet and shouted, "Oy you want to go?"
"SIT" Kagome spoke without looking at Inuyasha. "What she is saying someone more powerful then Naraku has been supporting him. Am I correct?"
Samantha nods her head and continues, "His name is Leonard. He has been in the background watching what destruction Naraku has been doing. He was waiting for Naraku to lead him to his lost daughter."
"Why is he looking for his daughter?" Kagome ask walking towards Sesshomaru. When she was close enough he grabbed her, and sat her on his lap. She blushed and looked at him shyly through her eyelashes.
"His daughter has a certain power. She can raise the dead, and once they are raise they would follow her command. This power comes at a cost though, when she uses her power she becomes weak and others can take advantage of her. To prevent her father from using this power she ran."
Inuyasha just rolled his eyes, "So let's find her and kill her, problem solved."
Sesshomaru slowly stood up, placing Kagome on her feet and turn to look at Inuyasha. "That is not an option. I have made an oath to protect her and defeat her father."
Sango look at him, "So you know where his daughter is?" Sesshomaru shifted his eyes towards Samantha. "Oh." Sango said in understanding
Everyone seem to understand except Inuyasha. "Oh what? Where is she?" He crossed in arm in front of him in angry.
"I am his daughter." Samantha said in a soft voice that seem to float in the air.
Inuyasha eyes grew wide. He looked at her than at Sesshomaru. "That why we could feel your power but your human."
Samantha nodded, "I am human, my mother was a priestess and she was raped by my father. She used her energy to make me human, hoping my father wouldn't be able to find me."
Kagome grab onto Sesshomaru and leaned into him before asking, "So he coming for you?"
Samantha nodded again but stayed silent. Sesshomaru gain every one's attention by saying, "He and Naraku will be arriving here in two to three days. The guard will return in the evening. I suggest everyone rest up because tomorrow we get ready for war."
Once he finished he grab Kagome's hand and left the room. Leaving no chance to give their opinions on the matter.
As Samantha leaves to go to the front gate to wait for Eric, Miroku gently grabs his hand. She turns to him with tears in her eyes.
"We will fight for you." Miroku said in a serious tone, trying to cheer her up.
"That is what I am afraid of." Samantha said as she leaves the room.
