Finally Blaine walked up to the stage. He positioned the microphone over the piano so he could sing and play. He sat down at the piano and began to speak into the microphone. "Hello everyone. This is a song that I sung the first time I met the love of my life. And tonight marks one year since we met. So Kurt, this is for you. I love you."

Blaine got up from the piano and Brad sat down behind him. Blaine took the microphone and walked towards Kurt. As Blaine was walking to Kurt; Rachel and Santana put a stool up on the stage. Blaine took Kurt's hand and pulled him up to the stage.

When they got back to the stage Kurt sat down on the stool and Blaine sung right to him. Just like the night they first met.

The entire bar stood and applauded Blaine's version of 'Teenage Dream'. Kurt sat on the stool looking at Blaine and clapping for him. After the applause subsided Blaine turned back to Kurt. The entire bar fell silent as Blaine put the microphone down and began to speak:
"We met right here in this bar. It's been one year; today." Blaine started as Kurt began to get nervous. "I sang 'Teenage Dream' and stared at you the entire night. I had never met anyone like you. Somewhere inside me I knew that we were meant to be together." Kurt began breathing heavier. "I felt like I had known you from another life. Which is why it's felt like I've been getting to know you. But like I was remembering you from something. I want to spend the rest of my life loving you." Blaine reached into his pocket. "So, Kurt Hummel, my amazing one true love." He said while lowering to one knee. "Will you marry me?" He asked opening the ring box he had pulled from his pocket.
Kurt paused for a moment to ensure this was truly happening before he answered. "Yeah…yeah."
Blaine stood and kissed Kurt. They broke the connection and Blaine slid the ring onto Kurt's finger. They stood embraced on the stage as everyone in the bar applauded and their friends cried.
