He finally stopped laughing, "Ness, I imprinted almost seven years ago...I imprinted on you."
I felt like I'd been dreaming. I've literally had dreams about this before.
"You...what?" I asked.
Jacob placed his hands on my shoulders and let out a deep breath. "Renesmee Cullen, I imprinted on you. From the moment I saw you as a little baby, I knew that you were the one for me." he said. "And I totally understand if you don't feel the same or if you think I'm moving too fast-" I kissed him.
I've never kissed anyone before. I've kissed my parents, but not like this. From watching enough romance movies with aunt Rose, I knew what I was doing.
Jake wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me close.
I let my hands drift up to the back of his neck and pulled him closer. I could go on like this for minutes, not needing to breathe as much, but I knew Jake needed air, so I gently pushed him back.
"Wow, Ness...that was..." he trailed off.
I chuckled and pecked him on the lips again.
"Now that that's been taken care of, I think we need to talk." I put my hands on my hips, "Why the hell didn't you tell me before? Do you know how much romantic and sexual tension has built up inside of me these past few months? I swear, if I had to go any longer like that, I might have died." I laughed.
Jake stared at me with wide eyes, speechless.
I gave him a weird look, "What?" I asked.
"You, uh...said that you had sexual tension?" he asked, eyebrow raised.
I blushed and slapped my hand over my mouth, "Uh..I didn't mean to say that." I chuckled nervously.
Jake didn't say anything. He had a dark look in his eyes.
"Jake, what's your deal?" I asked.
He started moving towards me. I backed away from him.
"Uh..." I didn't know what to say.
Jake laughed, "You really shouldn't have said that." He smirked.
