The farmer passed by the Tonks, who were on their family outing on their day off. They shook their heads in knowing pity, not for Tom but for Ginny Weasley, who was probably doing her best to charm their newest resident.
Upon reaching his destination, Tom easily swiped up the necessary supplies and stole away Harry as well, shamelessly making a scene out of it just to stake his claim.
