A/N: A lot happens here, mostly at the end, and it will set up part two of the story which be soon, because I have the writing bug right now! BTW what did you guys think of Grant Gustin as Barry Allen, because I had some serious doubts, but I think it's working well, I just hope he gets powers by the end of the next episode!

Arrow: Hooded Adventures

Part 1: Knight

Chapter 6: Justice

"Lawrence Crock," Oliver pointed his bow at Sportsmaster's head, "You have failed this city!"
WHOOSH, a batarang flew by and blew the bow out of his hand.

"No," Batman spoke in his gravelly voice.

"WHAT THE HELL!" Oliver slammed his bow down on table in the 'Arrow Cave', "You shouldn't have done that! He deserved to die!"

"Do you hear yourself?" Bruce said with the cowl off of his head, "You sound like Merlyn, is this what you want your legacy to be? Is this what Tommy would have wanted?"

"You don't know anything about him!" Oliver screamed.

"No, that's not true I knew Tommy, and he made his mistakes, but he was a good person, and he would not have liked his best friend being a murderer!" Bruce was calm and collected as oppose to Oliver's tirade.

"GET OUT!" Oliver shouted at him, pointing at the door, "NOW!" Bruce walked out of the door, he put on his cowl, looked back straight into Oliver's eyes, and left.

"Oliver," Felicity started but Oliver instantly interrupted.

"DON'T!" Oliver screamed and also exited through the other door.

"Umm," Felicity started to speak, "What just happened? Diggle?"

"Two billionaire vigilantes had an argument," Diggle got up, "And it didn't end well. At all."

"Come on Roy," Thea reasoned, "It's just an old crush, it's not even like I ever had a shot at him, you have no competition what so ever Roy," The door opened as Thea and Roy walked toward it.

"Mr. Queen," Roy said as Oliver came stomping in, Oliver completely ignored him and charged to his room, and slammed the door, "Did he just ignore me? And get the maturity of a ten year old?"

"I must say," Walter Steele said as he sat down in front of Bruce Wayne in the Merlyn Global Tower, "It's quite a nice view."

"I'm glad you think that," Bruce smiled, "Because it's gonna be your's tomorrow."

"Excuse me?" Walter asked, confused.

"I'm making you the head of the new Starling City branch of Wayne Enterprises," Bruce explained, "So you're going to have this office. You're only going to have an eight figure salary, but you're a smart man so you'll manage."

"Thank you Mr. Wayne," Walter said, still surprised.

"Please call me Bruce," He stood up, out stretched his hand, "You are very welcome, Walter."

"Walter?" Oliver walked in at this very moment, "What are you doing here?"

"I'm sorry sir," Bruce's assistant came in after him, "I couldn't keep Mr. Queen out."

"It's ok Tess," Bruce said, "We were just finishing."

"What are you doing here Walter?" Oliver asked, now it was his turn to be confused.

"I could ask you the same question." Walter smiled genuinely.

"Mr. Steele is the head of the new Starling Branch of Wayne Enterprises," Bruce explained, "Is that allowed?"

"Yes of course," Oliver was still surprised by the actions that Bruce had taken.

"We'll talk later, Walter," Bruce said, escorting him out, "Oliver and I have business to discuss."

"Of course," Walter exited the room.

"I'm sorry about what I said earlier," Bruce spoke after what seemed like an everlasting silence, "I had no right to say those things, and you know this city better than me…"

"No," Oliver interrupted Bruce's apology, "You were right, and Tommy already didn't like that I was killing people. I just… I just don't know how to do this without ending lives, I mean how do you do it?"

"Think about this way," Bruce sat down, and motioned for Oliver to do the same, "Life in prison can be a hell of a lot worse than death. And their will be casualties, just make sure their not at your hands."

"That's not the only reason I came here today."

"... And that's why we are starting the Starling Revival Fund," Oliver spoke to a large crowd of people, including victims of the quake and reporters, "I know many of you blame me for this tragedy, and I can only tell you the truth so many times. But perhaps it's time that I show you, my good friend Bruce Wayne and I have put $200,000 into the fund, and you may think that is not a lot, and you're right. That is why starting now we will both match every donation to the Starling Revival fund, until this city looks better than it did before the quake! Thank you and God bless Starling City!"

There was a smash of applause as the crowd was overjoyed to hear that there would be a response from the man they held responsible. The two billionaires socialized with the crowd, and Laurel found her way to Bruce.

"Laurel," Bruce said smiling, "I'm glad you came."

"Yes," Laurel matched his smile, "I'm happy to see that you and Oliver have made up."

"Yeah," Bruce responded, leading her to the side of the gathering, "I have to go back to Gotham."

"I'll come with you," Laurel said almost immediately, but she knew what was really happening.

"No," Bruce said then took a short pause, "This city needs you, now more than ever. These people need to know that the ones who stood up for them before are still willing to fight for them. Good bye, Laurel. I do hope to see you again!"

And with that he left the announcement, leaving Laurel standing there, a single tear rolling down her cheek. Oliver saw her and walked up to her, he immediately knew what had transpired, and that Bruce would be on a private jet back to Gotham in an hour.

CRASH!

The door of the Queen house was kicked down by nearly two dozen armed men and women with guns.

"What the hell is going on here?" Thea yelled as she rushed into the front hall, "Who the hell are you people?"

"Ms. Queen," A well-built blonde man in a suit stepped into the house, "I am Agent Justin Parker of ARGUS. I have a warrant for the arrest of your brother please turn him over immediately, and we won't have a problem."

"Is this about the quake?" Thea pleaded, "Oliver had nothing to do with that!"

"Parker what the hell are you doing here?" Diggle and Oliver came running as soon as they had heard the crash.

"Stay out of this, Dig," Parker said, and he motioned to his men, "Grab him!" they did as he ordered, "Let's move," he looked back as they left, "We'll send someone by to repair the door."

In Gotham City, Dr. Crane was combining several serums to create a new, more potent fear toxin. His mind was completely focused on the task at hand, that's why he didn't notice a man in a white cloak enter the room.

"Hello, Dr. Crane," A sinister, yet nearly sing-song voice spoke.

"Who are you?" A distorted voice came out from behind a burlap sack, "Do not doubt my propensity for fear!"

"No need to threaten me!" The voice spoke again, "I am a friend, and I have a proposal for you."

"What is it?" Scarecrow turned to face the man in the cloak.

"Have you ever heard of the Secret Society?"

NEXT: INITIATION

A/N: Well I hope you liked that, because I had a lot of fun writing it! I am going to introduce several DC Characters that have not yet made an appearance in Arrow. And I will not be putting powers into this version of Arrow, I'd like to stay realistic, well as realistic as you can get when a guy is running around in a green hood shooting people with a bow and arrow.
