Kelly , Randy and Maria walked through the hall's of the home until they stopped in front of Julia office where a guy was sitting in their back face them so they couldn't see his face Kelly and Randy looked at Maria who gave the couple a sorry look before walking into her mother office with the two behind her Julia stood up as soon as she saw the couple to give them hug's

" have a seat please " she said they looked at the two seat's next to the mystery guy with brunette hair and green eye's like Gabi's Kelly sit next to him while randy sit next to her they all sat in uncomfortable silence until the Kelly looked at Julia

" who Is he and why is there a problem with the adoption and why is he in here for our meeting " Kelly snapped Julia cleared her throat to say something but the guy beat her to it

" im Justin Gabi and Bella older brother and I'm fighting for their custody " he said looking Kelly in the eyes Kelly laughed bitterly and looked at everybody in the room who was looking at her like she lost her mind

" bullshit , how old are you 19 , like hell your taking custody of them " she yelled standing up which made Justin stand up and randy stood in front of Kelly face to face with Justin who wore a smirk on his face

" guy's sit back down " Maria said

" first of all im 21 and I am because they need real family yall not there family , they don't need y'all " he stated ignoring Maria request

" 21 , your still a kid your damn self how you're going to take care of two eight year old twin's and family we are there family it's not about fucking blood you idiot it's about who can actually take care of them" randy spat in his face while Kelly pulled him away from the boy looking at Julia and Maria

" why you never told us they had a living relative " she asked confused why they never told them this

" he just showed up when yall where in Florida we gave him in a blood test and he's there brother only reason he never got put in a home because when they got took he was old enough to live on his own. " she said looking down the paper's looking at the couple before continuing " he can actually fight for custody because he's 21 and a living relative of the twin's but the twin's will go home to you two tonight until the trail " Justin shook his head

" no there not going with them , im there family " he yelled sitting down pulling his hair out of frustration Maria opened her mouth to speak but a little voice where heard in the room and foot-steps

" Maria , can you call – " Isabella came in the room stopping mid sentence she saw her brother looking at him smiling but then her smile dropped as she looked at him remembering everything he's done " What are you doing here " she questioned making Justin scratch the back of his neck bending down to his sister level grabbing her hand's

" im fighting for you and Gabi , so we can be a family again " he told her kissing her hand she stood there looking at him for a moment then looked behind her where randy and Kelly were standing looking at her she turned her head towards him and snatched her hand's away from him shaking her head tears in her blue eye's

" your too late , Kelly and randy my family now " she said walking away from him going to randy grabbing his hand smiling at him before looking back at her brother " you lied to us to many time's " she said right when she said that Gabi walked in and saw Kelly and randy smiling at them

" I thought you guy's left , but glad you're here becau – "

" Hey Gab's " she heard behind her she turned around with a smile on her face running to hug her brother

" justin your back " she mumbled into his neck she looked at Kelly , Randy and Gabi " He's back Bella I told you he'll be back , Kelly and Randy this my brother Justin " she said with the biggest smile which made Kelly and randy smile a little as Gabi rolled her eyes at her naïve sister

" he's a liar Gabi and you know it " Isabella spat at her sister walking closer to her siblings

" Isabella watch your mouth " Kelly said looking at the girl who ignored her Isabella eye's glaring into Gabi green one's Gabi wiggled down so she could be face to face with her sister

" he never lied " her voice shaking and tear's in her eye's while Isabella voice was stern and strong with her poker face on nodding her head at her sister getting closer in her face

" he always did What about the time the first foster home we were in with him remember when Mr. Porter son Elijah use to fight us and Justin was finally old enough to take us away from it all but instead he left with his girlfriend Naya remember that ? " she questioned knowing by the look in her sister eye's she believed her

" no he didn't have any money " she cried to her sister steping away from her making Bella step forward nodding her head

" he did have money , mommy and daddy left us all enough money he could of helped us but's he selfish he don't care about us it took it 3 year's to come save us when Kelly and Randy want us ? " she said looking at her brother then back at her sister " he's going to use us Gabi , all these 3 year's we haven't been picked yet right ?" she asked her sister who was looking down tear's running down her face shaking her head " you know it guess what if he wanted us so bad why didn't he just come visit us then but now we have a chance to be adopted he want to come be Big brother " she laughed bitterly rolling her eyes looking her angry brother in the eye's " Me and Gabi are all we got ,we don't need you " she said under her breath looking to her sister putting her hand's on her shoulder " we are all we got gab's and now we have a family right behind us " she said softly

The room was silence for a moment into you heard a thump and Bella was on the ground glaring at her twin sister " STOP LYING BELLA " she screamed in her sister face bella got up and was about to charge at her sister until randy grabbed her

" im not lying to you idiot open your eyes he's trying to take us away from Kelly and Randy " she yelled making Gabi look at their brother

" that's not true is it " she asked his silence was all she need she bit her lip looking at the floor

" Bella and Gabi who will you two decide to live with " Maria asked with her tape recorder on .

" im staying with Randy and Kelly " Bella said who was now standing next to randy her arm's crossed she looked across the room " with Gabi or not " she said softly shocking the room but everybody looked at gabi who was debating Kelly bent down so she was gabi height

" you can pick whichever one you want princess we'll love you no matter what " she said softly

" we can be a family gabi " she heard Justin say Gabi found the ground intresting tracing the pattern's with her shoe biting her lip nervously she ran into Kelly arm's making Kelly wobble a little during the process

" mommy I want to go home " she cried into kelly's neck making Kelly eye's burn with tear's rubbing her ' daughters' back kissing her head looking at randy holding Bella she put her head in gabi's hair

" baby we're going home "
