Randy heart dropped in his stomach when he saw the plus sign on the pregnancy test in his wife shaky looked at the pale face who had a smile on her face while looking down at the test.
" Randy we are having a baby " she shrieked jumping on him wrapping her legs around him he laughed burying his head into her blonde curls .

Isabella put her hand over mouth to muffle her gasp she stood up running down the stairs turning the corner swinging the basement door open running down the stairs entering the man cave to see her twin doing flips.
" Gabi " Bella hissed at her sister who turned towards her sister her brunette curls sticking to her forehead because of sweat hands on her hips.
" What " she said through breaths her blue eyes looking into her sisters who face was a mixture of hurt and confusion. Her sister started pacing in front of her which was started to worry the sister she walked over to the girl grabbing her shoulders to stop her from continue her actions before. " Whats wrong " she asked looking into her sister eyes.
" Moms pregnant clearly her and daddy been trying for a while " she said looking into her sister eyes who let out a breath of relief.
" i thought it was something bad " she said moving her damp hair out her face walking away from her twin who was looking at her like she was crazy.
" What if they don't need us anymore and let him take us " Bella said which made Gabi stop in her tracks turning towards her sister .
" they wouldn't do that " she said softly looking down at her feet than back up at her sister with tear filled eyes " Right ?" she asked her sister who just shrugged.
" Girls come upstairs " they heard Randy voice on top of the stairs
" Okay daddy " bella yelled back looking at her sister who was wiping the tears that actually fell nodded her head walking up the stairs with her sister behind her. They walked into the living room to see there parents there Kelly notice that Bella was crying
" Whats the matter baby " she asked softly swatting down grabbing her daughter hands pushing her curls out her face.
" Nothing i was just frustrated about a new flip " she said looking into her mother eyes who smiled kissing her daughter forehead.
" you'll get it soon dont worry " she said standing up walking over to randy who wrapped his arms around her with a smile on his face .
" so John and nicki is coming to watch you guys while we go run some errands" Randy said softly looking at his daughter who looked at eachother than looked at their parents
" why can't we go?" bella asked confused why can't Gabi and herself can't go along with them
" because its grown up stuff baby we wont be long and we'll bring you guys Mcdonalds " Kelly said hoping it'll convince the girls.
" okay mom and dad " Gabi said softly looking at her sister right on time the door bell rung through out the house letting the four know somebody was at their door Rocky barked excited to know it was a guest. Kelly got out of randy embrace to get the door just to get a hug from her bestfriend . Kelly smiled at her bestfriend
" our appointment is in a while so where going to go now " she said with a smile on her face as randy greeted the pair nicki nodded her head
" dont worry kells they are in good hands "

Randy and Kelly followed the nurse into the back as she lead them into an empty room with a smile on her face letting the couple know that the doctor will be in the room really soon . Kelly laid on the little hospital bed while randy sat on her side who haven't let her hand go since they left the house knowing her husband needs to feel close to her and their baby. a knock on he door made the couple look up a brunette head popped in
" Kelly Orton " she asked with stepping fully into the room clip board in hand
" yes " Kelly said with a smile looking at her new doctor
" Im Doctor Lewis and your here to see if you two are expecting a little one can you lift your shirt up for me" she said putting non-latex gloves on grabbing a bottle. " this might be a little cold okay " she said squeezing the bottle which squirted out blue goo out. making kelly gasp " sorry " she said rubbing the camera into the blonde flat stomach. the quite room was filled with a little heart beat bring kelly into tears looking at randy who was also holding her hand with tears in his eyes. than they heard two heart beats making them look at the screen again to see two babies on the monitor.
" well well well congrats look like your having twins and your 8 weeks " she said with a smile on her face handing Kelly a paper towel to wipe of the goo .
" we have twin girls already " Kelly inform the doctor who smiled
" so twins run in the family " she questioned throwing her gloves away
" we adopted them , would it be okay if we bring them in for kelly next appointment " randy asked
Doctor lewis nodded her head " yes , Amanda going to give you guys your picture and video's and when the next appointment " she said leaving the couple in the room kelly smiled at randy
" Twins " she said laughing as he kissed her hand he was holding
" lets hope their boys because im out numbered in the house " he said laughing

" Where home " randy yelled as he had Mcdonalds bags in his hands the girls ran down the stairs grabbing the bags out of randy hand running into the dinning room.
" girls " kelly warned
" thank you mom and dad " they said at the same time making kelly smiled walking to the girls kissing them on their forehead as they ate their kids meals. John and Nicki walked into the dinner room with a smile on their face
" they where angels " Nicki said to her friends
" mommy where did you guys go " Gabi asked looking up at her mommy who was standing behind her chair Kelly kissed her daughter forehead.
" where going to tell you when your done eating . " she said which made the girls eat their food a tab bit faster .
John and Nicki left a while ago so it was just the four of them again sitting in the dinning room Kelly and randy sitting across from the twins who where looking at their parents.

" yes baby , you guys are going to have sisters or brothers because where having twins" kelly said looking at the girl who where sitting there with there mouth open .
