Dear Book.
Looks like I am back. I didn't get much sleep. And I guess I am going to be skipping breakfast in order to be on time for the meeting with the neighbours. I want to call them the new neighbours but we are the new neighbours around here. God its so confusing sometimes. But, uh, this all seems kind of pointless. I mean, meeting someone new for the first time is awkward. So why do I have to do it in that other person's house? It's kind of a really inconvenient thing. Why can't I just meet them in the socially acceptable place of awkward meetings, aka HIGH SCHOOL? But I guess I have no say in that.
In addition, I am kind of anxious about the whole affair. I mean, it is someone I will be spending the next like, year or so with in school and what if I make a fool of myself or my family appears too weird to them. I don't know what kind of say this Sam kid has in high school or if he is one of those kids that, if you piss them off, you become a social outcast to the whole school. I don't know how the whole dynamic works yet so this is just making things worse.
God... My mom always said that first impressions are always the most important. And this will be a first impression of insane proportions. Plus what if I commit social suicide by meeting this kid in the wrong way or the military thing from my family scares the fuck out of him. I honestly don't know what the outcome of this meeting is going to be since there isn't really anything I can really think of to guarantee a good reaction.
But, I guess I am kind of judging the guy before I even meet him. And I don't like when people judge me before I meet them. God... why does this have to be so hard? Maybe I should suck it up and accept my fate. Haha who knows. Maybe I'll make a friend out of this... OH WHO AM I KIDDING, THAT IS WHAT IS CALLED A BAD LIE. Oh god what am I going to do...
Fuck..I guess it's time for me to head out and meet my fate. Oh well. Time to die. Let's hope I am wrong about all of this. Wish me luck.
...Why am I asking a digital book to wish me luck.
OH GOD I AM GOING CRAZY.
Fuck it. Oh well.
Oh and I am still trying to figure this town out and see if it is worth a shot. There is weird shit that goes on and I am weird as well but we shall see what happens in the future. Maybe everyone will just turn out to be aliens. Oh what fun that would be.
Time to go.
Death sentence. Here I come.
I'll type up here later.
Koda.
A voice carried through the closed door to the teenager's room as she was typing away at her laptop. "Koda, come on. You better be ready to go. I told you the time we were leaving yesterday. We are 15 minutes past that time." It was the voice of an older man who had a deep voice, though showed no sign of annoyance.
"Yeah Dad. I slept in. I'll be down in a little bit. Just go on without me."
The black haired teen stood up from her desk and closed the lid to her laptop. After that, she headed to the door of her bedroom. Her voice had carried and within moments, there was scratching and barking at her door. Opening up, the two large dogs bounded in and jumped up on the bed, laying right back down. She gave each of them a pet and then went over to her dresser that had a mirror attached to it.
Having only woken up a short time ago, she was still dressed in her pjs which consisted of a red tshirt and polka dot shorts. This was her normal look and what she would wear to bed every night. Being consistent was a thing she cared for, at least in appearance so she barely altered her regular outfits. Her wardrobe consisted of jeans, either blue or black and neutral shirts of reds, greys, blacks and with some other colours, covered with a hoodie or large sweater. Today, she went for the dark denim shorts and a pale green tank top.
Stopping in front of the mirror, she brushed back the nest of curls wrapped around her face from her heavy sleep. The curls were tight like ringlets but were brushed loose. She pulled the majority of her hair back into a hairband, making a small bun but curls hung on either side of her face and bounced as she walked. Looking in the mirror, she also took a look at her eyes, looking slightly redder than usual. Her eye colour was a bright red, totally unusual for any human, yet it was just normal. When she was born, her eyes were an auburn colour but brightened up to red in childhood. Only having a few moments to look over herself, she gave a nod and approved of the look.
Koda smiled at herself in the mirror but the smile only lasted a few seconds before it became a frown. Ozzy whined from on the bed and that was when she looked at him and pet his head. "I have to go meet the neighbours now. Seems like the inevitable has come." She spoke as if this was a death sentence and in the meantime, she started to think to herself. Looking at both the dogs, she started smiling and the two dogs stared at her with curiosity. Without saying a word, she made a motion for them to follow her as she left her room and headed downstairs.
On the way down, she pondered what sort of situation she was getting herself into. Even after the big move and all the travelling she had been doing over the past several years, she was still considering the idea to go and move back to Canada and live with her mom. She could get a Canadian education and just be happy with it. But she was also considering an end to her life with the siblings she grew up with. That was an idea that would be at the back of her mind for the longest time.
Heading to the bottom of the stairs, she looked at the absence of her father or her siblings. No one was in sight, however she heard the sound of an engine running outside and guessed that was her father in the family jeep. Though the neighbours just were down the street. She was wondering why he would be in the car. However she didn't think too much on it and walked to the kitchen, grabbing an apple out of the fruit bowl. Taking a bite and holding the apple with one hand, she was rummaging around in one of the cabinets for the leashes for the dogs. Upon hearing the leashes, both dogs got happy with their tails wagging. Koda looked at them and smiled. "Come on you two. Let's go make some new friends." Both dogs sat down and she attached the leashes to their collars.
Meanwhile, there was the sound of steps thumping down the stairs. They were heavy and it was shown that it was her older brother, Tyson. He came running down the stairs with a skateboard in hand and in his signature cargo shorts and t-shirt. Hearing the dogs and his sister in the kitchen, he walked in and picked off the half apple that Koda still had in her hand and took a large bite. Koda just glared at the brother. He had short curly hair that matched his sister's longer hair, however it was hidden under a baseball cap. And the bright blue eyes his curly bangs would normally cover were on full display. He looked at his younger sister who was more than a foot shorter than him and gave a smirk. "Someone seems to already have enough friends right here."
At that point, Koda glared up at him and shoved him a bit. "Lay off bro." But he didn't and continued to eat the stolen apple. He kept making comments or jokes while Koda went through the house to the front door. She was ignoring him to the best of her ability and went to reach for the handle when she realized something. She froze in place and Tyson stopped his comments long enough to ask. "What did you forget this time?"
She looked around and then felt for her pockets, it was at that point that she turned and shoved the leashes into Tyson's hands, then bounding up the stairs. Tyson called after her, "What now?!" There was no response as she ran into her room and he could hear her moving things and knocking stuff over.
"WHERE IS IT?!"
Tyson was still confused but in a moment of scheming, he fished his cell phone out of his pocket and decided to dial up his sister's number. Monster, by Skillet, started blasting loudly from the laundry hamper sitting by the basement stairs. He didn't bother saying anything and just let it ring. Within seconds, footsteps could be heard running from her room and down the stairs. He stepped to the side and the dogs followed him as Koda flew past her brother and bolted right for the laundry hamper. She took the whole thing and dumped it out, digging through the clothes. In the middle of the pile, she found her cellphone just as the ringing ended. She held it up like it was the holy grail or something and then hugged it. After that, it was shoved in her pocket and then she walked back to the door. Tyson handed the leashes back to her and looked at mess she had made. "Hey, you forgot the mess..."
But she ignored him and went to open the door. However, the door was pried open for her by someone from outside. In the doorway stood the third sibling. "Come on guys. We are 31 minutes late. Let's go." They both looked at Skyra and pointed at each other.
"He did it."
"She did it."
Skyra sighed and left the door open as she walked down the path to the driveway. Both dogs went out the door and proceeded to drag Koda with them. Tyson followed right behind and just sighed. "You need to stop losing things and stalling." Koda scoffed and looked at him. "You were the one who was late getting up." They continued to argue with each other as they exited the house and walked down the drive way. Though the argument ceased as they were confronted by the stare of their father. Their father towered over them as even Tyson appeared short to the 6'8" man. Skyra was standing next to him with her arms crossed. She was the vocal one out of the two and acted more like a mother to the younger siblings, even scolding them when necessary, or what she deemed necessary. "You are late and dad is annoyed."
In response, their father, looked at the two and raised an eyebrow. But then he spoke and it eased any tension that may have been there. "Now we might seem like the bad neighbours for being this late, you two." Koda shrugged and stopped in front of her dad. "Oh well, we are gonna be the normal ones. And I am making this clear. If they turn out to be weird, I'm moving back to Canada." Tyson proceeded to chime in on that comment. "Make that two of us." That received a chuckle form their father and then Skyra clapped her hands together. "Let's head over before we become the super weird ones and make them want to move."
The entire family made their way down the street, though Koda looked back in the driveway and looked. The jeep wasn't there. Though she was sure that she had heard the engine running while inside the house. But without a second thought, she just shrugged it off and walked with her family.
When they got to the neighbour's house, Koda and Tyson were very vocal in reaction to the house. It looked old but it was huge. It was a large brown house with several giant windows covering both the first and second floors. There was an alleyway next to the hour which was also backed to a large garage. The first thing that Koda noticed was an expensive sports car in the driveway. It was a yellow Chevrolet Camaro with black racing stripes. It was at that point that she was staring at it and just let her thoughts slip out her mouth. "How fucking rich are these people?" Though because she was eyeing the car, she didn't notice the front steps and tripped, falling into Tyson just as their father knocked on the door.
Tyson and Koda fell on the ground in a heap and the leashes were released, so when the door was opened, Ozzy and Griffin ran in to greet the new people. "Oh shit! Ozzy! Griffin! HEEL!" She yelled as the door opened and she went to run in after them, bypassing the ginger woman who had opened the door. Each apologized as they ran by and tried to catch the dogs. Their father apologized to her and introduced themselves. "Hey. We're the new neighbours and I came to introduce my kids to yours. Sorry for the dogs." The woman smiled and just waved her hand as if there was nothing wrong.
"Oh don't worry. Come in come in. We'll round up the dogs and put them with the boys. That should be easy enough." She was laughing as if she had just made the funniest joke in the world. Their father laughed along with her and she welcomed them into her home. After than, she yelled to the other occupants of the house as to the guests entrance. "Ron! Sam! Get down here! We have visitors." She ushered Skyra and her father to one of the couches in the living room while Ron came in from the kitchen. She then introduced herself. "Nice to meet you. I'm Judy Witwicky and this is my husband Ron." Ron gave a nod and sat down in one of the chairs and Judy just stood by him.
Barking could be heard from upstairs as Ozzy and Griffin had found the neighbour's Chihuahua and were chasing him around on the upper level. Sam had heard all the commotion and had come out of his room. He saw two teenagers he didn't recognize pulling at the leashes of some of the biggest dogs he had ever seen. They were trying to hold off the dogs from attacking the chihuahua that looked a lot like prey to them. Sam immediately ran and scooped up his dog, Mojo, trying to protect him from the two large dogs. Ozzy and Griffin went from barking to panting and wagging their tail at another new human. It was then that Tyson and Koda got a handle on them and pulled them back. And all Sam could do was stare.
"Umm... who are you two and what are you doing in my house?"
They were going to explain but then Judy's voice sounded loudly and from downstairs. "SAM GET YOUR ASS DOWNSTAIRS AND MEET THE NEIGHBOURS." Sam blinked and understood for a moment. He then sidestepped the dogs and continued protecting Mojo as he bounded down the stairs. Koda and Tyson shrugged it off and pulled the dogs by their leashes and followed the boy down the stairs. Koda whispered to her brother. "This looks like a great start. Meet my classmate by turning his dog into a chew toy..." Tyson chuckled and smiled as he just went ahead of his sister.
As they got to the bottom of the stairs and then entered the living room, their father moved over so the two could sit on the couch. Once they sat down, with the dogs laying on the floor, the introductions got underway. Their father spoke up. "So, this is Ron and Judy Witwicky and that is Sam, their son." He directed their attention to Sam who was holding Mojo still and stood over towards the kitchen. Koda spoke up and apologized. "Sorry for my dogs almost eating yours..." Sam nodded in acknowledgement.
It was then that their father introduced them. "My name is Alexander Ray, but you can call me Alex. These are my three kids, Skyra, Tyson and Dakoda." Each waved and Koda piped up. "Call me Koda." Alex then spoke further. "Koda is enrolled in the high school that Sam attends."
Sam looked right at Koda and kept quiet about it. They both stared at each other and then he looked away. "Okay I met them, can I go now?" Ron and Judy looked at Sam and then Judy spoke up. "Samuel James Witwicky. You will socialize and make friends. Don't argue about it." He was quiet for a moment and then looked toward the stairs. "I uh, kinda left in the middle of a call with Mikaela..." Koda watched and saw how weird this family seemed and it made her less worried at this point. Though Sam seemed like a boy that could be considered the social outcast and she wondered what he was like away from his parents.
Judy looked at Sam and then sighed. "Go hand up. You better not be trying to get it on with her over the internet." Sam had a disgusted look on his face and then just headed upstairs. He was quite embarrassed by his parents who didn't really care about what they said in front of other people. Oh so embarrassing parents. However, to further go on, he just ignored them and went about doing his thing.
Running back up to his room, he closed the door and set Mojo down on his bed. He got back to the computer and smiled, seeing Mikaela on the other end. "Uh hey Babe."
Mikaela smiled at him and moved some hair out of her face. "So what was all the commotion?" Sam readjusted himself in his seat and looked back at his door before addressing it. "Some new neighbours are visiting. But I don't really need to meet them. I'm sorry about that." Mikaela smiled and nodded. "I understand how your parents can be."
As if on cue, Judy's voice sounded up the stairs. "SAMUEL JAMES WITWICKY, HURRY UP AND GET BACK DOWN HERE. YOU NEED TO BE FRIENDLY WITH THE NEIGHBOURS."
Sam just buried his face in his hands due to embarrassment. This seemed like the worst thing. And his mom kept calling him by his full name. It sent shivers down his spine. Mikaela spoke up. "Maybe you should go and mingle. Don't worry. I'll call back later." Sam looked at the screen and saw the sad smile on her face. "Um, you sure?" Mikaela just nodded. "Okay then. But you know I miss you."
Mikaela smiled a bit more. "I know baby. I'll be back home in three days though. You don't have to worry. I'll talk to you later." Sam nodded. "Yeah." And then the call disconnected. It was then a few seconds later that Judy sounded once again, this time, noticeably angry. "SAMUEL JAMES WITWICKY. GET DOWN HERE OR WE SEND THEM UP."
He shivered yet again. It isn't normal for one's own name to cause them discomfort, yet that is what it did. As that was how he was first referred to as by those beings he met nearly a year ago. He remembered that time frequently, though it always brought fear back to him. And it became real when they confronted him, those beings from outer space, Autonomous Robotic Organims from the planet Cybertron. The Autobots.
"Are you Samuel James Witwicky, descendant of Archibald Witwicky?"
"They know your name."
"Yeah."
"We are Autonomous Robotic Organisms from the planet Cybertron."
"But you can call us Autobots for short."
"Autobots."
No matter how long it had been or how much he thought about it, there was still a part of him that believed it had all been a dream or that things just weren't how they should be. He sometimes couldn't understand how much his life had changed in a matter of days, all because he bought a car. Sam had been thrown into a war that was never meant to be his. But shaking his head, he let out a sigh and then walked towards the door. He tried to talk himself down from where he seemed to have put himself. "Come on. It's over and done with. I killed Megatron. He's dead. The war has nothing to do with me anymore. The cube is gone. All is well. I mean I got a nice car and buddy out of it and the girl of my dreams." He kept trying to talk himself down as there was a knock at his door and then Sam froze.
A young female voice came from the other side. "Um... Sam?" She waited for a moment and then continued. "It's Koda. Your mom sent me up here to talk with you... Our parents seem to think we should be nice to each other... Can I come in?"
Sam walked to the door and opened it to see this short black haired girl who's dogs had just tried to consume his only a few minutes ago. She had a nervous smile on her face and waved sheepishly at him. "Hi..." Sam stared at her as now he didn't know what to do. Koda spoke up and tried to initiate some form of conversation. "Um, apparently it's better if we have some privacy to talk? That was your mom's idea cause 'teenagers and their friends' kind of thing plus she said something about a girl for Sam to do stuff with?" Sam kept staring at her, and being as awkward as he was, blurted out, "I have a girlfriend."
It had slipped out without warning and that was when Koda started laughing. "Oh my god. Sam no. No way in hell. I'm not interested in you. I mean besides we just met and just wow. Nice moves." Koda was laughing hard and Sam felt even more awkward at this point, trying to figure out a solution to this issue. All he could do was apologize and step aside, offering her entry without really looking at her. "Um, sorry. Just uh... yeah. Would you like to come in?" The last part was said really fast. Koda nodded and entered his room as he closed the door behind her.
Sam proceeded to apologize yet again and scrambled to form a cohesive sentence. "Uh, sorry I just, um, it's kind of weird and uh, awkward, when you, uh, meet someone for the uh, first time, the first time. It's just, I just met you so I don't know what to say to you and sometimes when I get nervous, I can blabber on and on and on and uh..."
Koda interrupted him. "Which you are doing right now." Sam stopped. "Oh, right. Sorry. Again." Koda walked further into his room and took a look around. The whole time she had been in the house, she had been in awe of the size of it. "Nice room Sam. This place is seriously huge." Sam was still kinda awkward but attempted to converse with her. "Yeah, well, old house and really big rooms."
Taking a further look around, she tried to find a place that she could sit without really intruding on his space. Sam ran forward and moved Mojo and a pile of clothing off his bed. "Um, you can sit here if you like, uh... Koda." He was embarrassed by the mess and was trying to act cool, though that ship had long sailed. Koda jumped on the bed and made herself comfy. "Thanks Sam. Your room isn't that bad. Mine looks like a warzone without the dead bodies but with some guns and stuff. Your room is so huge." Sam was listening and his eyes widened when he heard guns. "Umm what do you mean guns?"
With a chuckle, she easily explained it away. "I have a couple pistols and a hunting rifle. Nothing super scary. My dad is military so I'm a military brat, though I shall admit this now. It's a secret. I'm trigger happy. Cause shooting guns is so fun." Sam nodded and laughed at that. "Huh, you remind me of a certain friend of mine who has a way with weapons." She smiled and laughed. "Oh really, I would love to meet him."
Sam smiled, feeling a bit more comfortable with this awkward situation. "He's really busy a lot, but maybe you could meet him one day." He spoke as he sat down in the chair at his desk. Shifting his weight a bit, he searched the room, trying to change the topic. This girl who sat before him was one with an interesting personality who would be too compatible with Ironhide. It was almost scary. Yet, she seemed like a nice person as he was starting to know her. As he thought about this, he still tried to think of a change of topic when his wandering gaze met her eyes. It was in that moment that he really got a good look at them finally and it froze him on the spot. Those crimson eyes. They seemed so familiar, yet humanized. Yet still, it reminded him of those early times. The colour of the eyes that belonged to an enemy that only had hate and destruction in them. A total disregard for human life. He remembered the time when he first came face to face with a being who had those eyes. A being of evil. The one called Barricade.
"Are you Username Ladiesman217?"
"I don't know what you're talking about!"
"ARE YOU USERNAME LADIESMAN217?!"
"Yeah.."
"Where is the Ebay item 21153?! Where are the glasses?!"
That memory flashed through his mind as he froze up. He remembered the fear that ran through his body and he went cold. When he looked into the eyes of the Decepticon Barricade. Then Sam focused on the eyes in front of him. For a second, his mind played tricks on him as if he was looking into the eyes of a Decepticon. He thought he was looking at the same eyes. However, these humanized eyes were different. These eyes showed kindness with a hint of nervousness. No sense of hate or destruction. He was looking into the eyes of a girl he had just met for the first time, yet the eyes were the same as those evil ones he had met before. Just, in some way, they were the same.
His concentration was broken when a hand was waved in front of his face. "Hey Sam. Are you okay? You kinda zoned out there." Sam snapped right out of it and stared at Koda for a few more seconds before trying to form an explanation. "Uh, yeah. I'm good. It's just, your eyes. They, uh..." Koda stopped him there. "Crimson eyes. Yeah. I was born with em. Just a weird thing I have. No worries. I'm not some sort of Alien or something. They are a stupid thing."
Sam didn't really know what to say and then he tried to make up for what he had said. "No uh. Sorry. They are nice. Um, your eyes are beautiful. I mean they just remind me of, well..." Koda sighed. "Sam, don't you have a girlfriend?" He started stumbling over his words before managing to vocalize. "I didn't mean that. Sorry, just uhh... shit.." Koda clapped her hands to get him to stop. "No worries. It's fine. Oh, uh by the way, I saw the Camaro out front. I was wondering, is it yours? Cause if so... I might just steal it."
"I don't really think he would appreciate it."
Koda looked at him questioningly and then smiled. "Oh so your car's a dude. Normally a guy's car is a girl. Does 'he' have a name?" Sam looked at Koda and questioned how he should answer this. "Uh... yeah." He paused and then just said it. "His name is Bumblebee. But, uh he is very friendly." Koda laughed and glanced out the window. "Why, cause he is yellow and black?" Sam nodded in response. "Guess so. Yeah. Um.. How about we talk more about you, like what do you like, what are your interests and stuff, um besides guns."
Koda grinned and sat up with a start as she seemed to go on a spout of nonsense. "Okay. So I like rock music, like Skillet and Linkin Park. Action movies are amazing, books can be too. Biggest thing is like stuff with explosions. I like guns and I can totally snipe things with a sniper rifle. Oh also, I have an interest in science and Astronomy. Space is amazing and cool and there are probably aliens somewhere out there but don't debate me on that. I will kill you. So uh, my military nickname is Shadow cause I'm a sneaky asshole. I also love cars and shit. Hence why I want to steal your car. Don't worry I won't. I prefer heavy duty trucks and stuff. Things are awesome and yeah. That stuff."
Sam kinda stared at her for a second and was surprised by the things she said. Yet another girl that had an interest in cars. She also had a thing for space and well, she babbled a lot. She was quite an interesting person. And he too had an interest in cars and space, but for different reasons. It was because of everything that he had experienced. Sam then expressed a continuation of the conversation. "So uh, cars and space. I too like, uh that stuff. Why do you like space?"
Koda answered sincerely, with a look of pride on her face. "I find space really fascinating. Its just so expansive and makes us look small. It's so insane that there can be so many things that can be out there that because of the distance, we will just never see, nor could we understand. There is a big chance that there is probably life out there but chances are, we may never discover it. It's the vast unknown and loneliness in the void of space that could turn things on your head and make absolutely everything we know and turn it to everything wrong. The truth is, we just never know. But that's kinda just a me overthinking things kind of thing. But, uh, yeah. Maybe a little too crazy..."
Sam shook his head and tried to reassure her. "No no no. You are good. We really do have a lot in common. And I, uh, guess we have more in common than we thought. We could get close and get along. Maybe get to know each other more."
Koda interrupted. "Sam."
"What?"
"Remember an important thing. Just a little fact. YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND."
Sam raised his hands in defence and waved them in front of his face. "No. I definitely did not mean that! I just meant we could be friends and stuff. You know like our parents were trying to set up. Its just a thing and I'm sorry, it's just uhhh, things are weird and yeah, I'm sorry just, yeah. Uhh... shit.."
He stopped babbling as he heard laughter from her. Koda was doubled over on the bed and burst out in a full on laughing fit. "God Sam, you are so weird and just oh god, I love it." She kept laughing for a solid minute before she could calm down enough to press further. It was then that she pulled out her phone and pulled up some things. "Hey, give me your number. There is going to be a meteor shower at some point in the next couple of weeks. Wanna go with me?" Sam looked at the phone and then at her and blinked a few times. He seemed to hesitate. "A meteor shower..." Sam remembered back to when the Autobots first came to earth. The unexpected meteor shower that the Autobots travelled in. He remembered the lights streaking across the sky and how he stood next to Mikaela.
His train of thought was broken as the phone was shoved in his face. "Gimme your number. Just do it. Regret the crazy stuff later." Sam looked at her and then took the phone, adding his number to it. "Good, now I can stalk you." He froze for a moment but then Koda smiled. "Just kidding. Oh and maybe your girlfriend can join us, if she isn't too busy. What's her name anyways?"
Sam got his composure back and answered. "Her name is Mikaela Banes. She also has an interest in cars. Also Mikaela is off on a trip right now but she will be back in a few days. She would probably love to see it. I'll invite her."
He handed her phone back and then she looked at the time on it. Without realizing it, they had been talking for close to an hour. But that was just the kind of thing that seemed to happen when one is having fun. However, Koda thought that it may have been high time to get going, after all, it was nearly lunch time and she needed to get her hands on some food. "I should really get going... I'm getting hungry."
Sam understood with what time it and also how long they had been talking. And if they stayed up there for too long, then his parents might get a funny idea of what they might be doing. So the two of them headed for his door to go down stairs. Sam was first, followed by Koda. When he reached the door, she had stopped in the middle of his room and stared at his closet for a few seconds. He looked at her pause and then questioned.
"Hey Koda, something wrong?"
She put her attention on him and shook her head. "No worries, I'm fine." She tried to come up with an excuse, other than a weird feeling she had been having since entering his room. "Uh, you have a big closet it looks like. Heh, mine is like a shoe box. More stuff to be jealous of I guess." After saying that, she walked towards Sam and put a hand on his shoulder. "Thanks for the company." As she made contact with him, sparks flew from her hand to his shoulder. He moved back for a moment and looked a little surprised. "Lots of static I guess." Koda just laughed it off as the two left his room and headed back down to their families. They concluded their visit and the Ray family headed home. And now Koda had a lot more to consider about living in this town.
Dear Book.
Oh god what a day. First chaos with the dogs as we went to meet the neighbours. They almost ate the chihuahua that they owned. It was kind of a weird way to meet Sam, but I will take it. And boy did that make a weird impression. From the dogs to his weird parents and just the weird conversations. He is so awkward in talking with new people but that just seems to be one of his traits. I have awkward phases too. But guess he is way more awkward. Plus he is kinda cute. However he has a girlfriend so there goes that plan.
Okay.
I'm totally kidding. But his girlfriend loves cars so I guess I can be buddy buddy with her. It's something to maybe look forward too. But other than that, Sam has acted weirder than other times and also weirder than others have. He saw my eyes and kinda seemed to internally freak out or something. I'm not really sure. But that is kinda something I am concerned with. He also got nervous about his car when asked. I guess he took my joke a little too serious.
But that was a weird thing that I had. Um, well I was kinda in his room and it was just a weird and creepy feeling about it in there. I'm not too sure about that stuff, but I guess I just have to deal with that. It's just a weird and odd feeling. Like something is around. I don't know. Maybe I'm imagining everything. But it was a feeling that I needed something, like a feeling of wanting. It's weird.
But I'm glad everything went well. This world is too crazy not to have some friends. So I at least got one. Let's be happy about that. I left on a good note. However, I think that I need to kill my brother. After we got home, he wouldn't shut up about things between Sam and I. And it is because of that reason that I had to destroy his Ipod. I totally fried his shit. Oh well.
Lets hope things go better tomorrow. Everything is going to get more interesting. But i need to find a place to do more things. Let's just wait and see.
Plus Dad says he is having a couple of Military guys from his new unit over to the house at some point so I shouldn't be surprised by more strangers. He suggests that I meet them if I am available. So maybe I'll do that tomorrow. But who knows.
For now, I am going to sleep.
To type up here later.
