Chapter 8

It was silent as we flew to our next world Ven tried to make conversations with me but I stayed quiet, I didn't want to talk not after what happened in the Enchanted domain.

Ven stopped trying to get me to talk, now he seemed to be thinking about Terra and Maleficent's words but I could tell he was still guilty.

At least that gave me time to think what was that attack I used on Maleficent? Could it have been my limit break?

Whoosh

"Huh?" I whipped around but saw nothing "What's wrong?" Ven asked "Didn't you hear that?" I asked.

"Hear what?"

"I thought I heard-"

"Watch out!"

BAM!

"AAAAHHHH!" A blast of dark energy hit me dead on sending me spiraling in mid-air "Allison!" Ven tried to grab me but it was too late I was losing consciousness and the last thing I saw was a black and red blur whizzing past me then my eyes slipped shut.

Poke.

"Is she okay?" A voice asked.

"I'm pretty sure." Answered another.

Poke.

"Then why isn't she waking up?"

Poke.

"Think she's dead?"

"No she's just unconscious you moron, and quit poking her."

Poke.

The poking was starting to get annoying "Keep poking me and you'll be the one who ends up dead." I said without opening my eyes I heard a yelp, a small thud and a snicker I blinked open my eyes and sat up with a groan. I rubbed my head damn that blast packs a punch.

"You okay there?" Someone asked turning my head I saw a boy with spiky red hair and green eyes and another boy with blue hair and teal eyes my eyes widened it's Lea and Isa.

"Hey, heyyyyy!" A hand waved itself in front of my face I blinked and slapped it away "Don't do that, it's annoying" I said standing up.

"Well you where spacing out there." Lea said also getting up "Anyways I'm Lea got it memorized?" He asked tapping his index finger to his head I lightly snorted "Yeah I got it memorized."

"Good." Lea said pleased "What about him?" I asked looking at Isa "I'm Isa" he said simply.

"Anyway how'd you get here? We just found you passed out" Lea asked I shifted "Uh, well, I don't really remember" I lied.

"Really? You must be really forgetful then."

WHACK!

"Ouch!" Lea grabbed his head as Isa frowned at him then looked at me "I'm sorry for my friends behavior" he apologized bowing his head I waved my hand "It's no big deal, sometimes people forget things without them knowing" I smiled man I can't believe how a nice guy like Isa turned into a jerk like Saix.

"That's true isn't that right, Lea?" Isa smirked looking at the redhead "Hey that was one time okay?" Lea protesting I giggled "Aww great you got the new girl to laugh at me" he whined.

"Sorry couldn't help myself"

"Humph whatever, anyways Welcome to Radiant Garden"

"Radiant Garden?"

"Yeah got it memorized?"

"Yes and do you always have to say that?" I asked placing a hand on my hip Lea smirked "Yeah it's my thing" I shook my head "Well I should get going" I said walking away

"Whaaat? Already?" Lea said I nodded "Yeah I need to look for my friend I'm pretty sure he's here too." 'And the Unverse' I added mentally "Well okay see ya around I guess" Lea said waving his hand before he and Isa walked away.

I sighed before running off I'm pretty sure the others are fighting the unverse right now, which means I gotta hurry I picked up the pace and hurried forward.

I smiled when I saw Ven and the others I summoned OathKeeper before Ven said something that made me stop dead in my tracks.

"But Allison's weak! Why can't she go back!?" Ven demanded the smile fell from my face as I listened to more. "Ven we know but Master Eraqus wants you to come back" Aqua told him I was hurt Terra and Aqua agree too!?

"Why? If anyone should go back it should be Allison!" Ven replied.

My hand shook and I dropped OathKeeper it fell on the ground with a loud 'CLANG' then it disappeared.

My 'friends' turned and noticed me there there eyes widened in shock "So I'm the one who should go back?" I asked quietly with my head down "I'm the weak one?" Ven started to approach me with his hand outstretched.

"Allison…"

"Don't you dare come near me!" I snapped venomously whipping my head up "Did you forget who saved your damn ass back in the Enchanted Domain, who was able to beat Maleficent!?" I demanded.

They all looked stunned I never used those types of words I only did when I snap or something which was rare to happen but now happens to be that time.

Then I took a step back and laughed bitterly gripping the right side of my head with my hand "You know what?" I asked "I thought I finally had friends who didn't befriend me out of pity. I thought that you guys where my true friends but I guess I was wrong your just like the last friends I had. I didn't find out that they didn't really like me until I overheard them talking about me behind my back!" I said my eyes stung with tears that started to fall.

"Allison listen I-"

"Shut up Ventus!" I hissed Ventus winced and looked at me wide-eyed I never called him Ventus just Ven.

"If you guys want me to leave then fine I'll go, and I won't be coming back!" I turned and ran full speed away tears falling freely ignoring my name being called.

I slammed my back against the wall and slid down crying. How could they!? They were my friends weren't they?

I didn't know how much time had passed but I stayed in the same position my knees pulled up tightly and my face buried in them my anger was gone completely I just can't seem to stay mad for a long time, all that was left was sadness.

I ignored the sound of running water before I heard a voice. "Hey" I looked up and saw a boy the same age as me wearing a black helmet and a black body suit with red lines on it making it look like muscle tissue I knew who he was with or without the helmet.

"They left you didn't they?" It was more like a statement then a question but I nodded silently "Hmph some friends" Vanitas scoffed turning his head to the side it was still silent for a little longer before I decided to speak.

"Wanna be friends?" It was the only thing I could think of at this moment after all it's not exactly Vanitas' fault he's doing this.

He whipped his head back to me in shock I guess. I stood up and smiled at him "Let's be friends okay?" I held out my pinky. Vanitas just stood there for what seemed like forever until he removed his helmet to reveal his spiky raven hair and gold eyes.

"Why would you want to be friends with someone like me?" He asked his eyes were filled with confusion and…hope I smiled at him "Because we're alike" I stated simply we're both alone and don't know if we really have somewhere we being.

Vanitas seemed to be thinking before he chuckled slightly and shook his head "Heh, your not going to let this go aren't you?" He asked amusingly I shook my head "Nope" I said popping the 'p' he chuckled again before smiling for real "Fine, we're friends" he linked pinkies with me and I could see a spark of happiness in those gold orbs.

"Great, what's your name anyways?" I asked feigning curiosity "Vanitas what about you kid?" I pouted "Hey! My name's not kid it's Allison" I huffed crossing my arms "You act like a kid" Vanitas teased.

"Hey!" He laughed again I joined in after three seconds wow who knew I would befriend Vanitas? Nevertheless it felt nice being friends with someone like me.

Our laughter stopped and Vanitas frowned "What's wrong?" I asked "I've got to go" he said I frowned "Already?" I asked he nodded "Yeah there are some things I've got to do" I sighed but then smiled and nodded "Okay but I'll see you around again right?" Vanitas seemed taken aback before nodding then he left in a dark corridor.

I stretched, popping some bones and got into my armor, I jumped onto my glider and sped off.

While making out way towards the Gummi Ship I filled Franklin in on what happened after I ran off meeting Cloud and helping him with his darkness then I gave him the ability orb which we found out contained braver which he was psyched about.

"Well here we are" Sora said opening the door to the ship "C'mon guys" we followed and saw that it was bigger then in the game there were five chairs in all, two where up front near the steering wheel while three where in the back there was a kitchen and a bathroom in the hallway.

"Wow" Franklin said "Why does the ship seem smaller on the outside?" I shrugged obviously having no clue "Buckle up everyone!" Goofy instructed we all nodded and sat in each chair buckling our seatbelt.

"We're about to launch in 3, 2, 1 go!" Donald cried pushing a button the ship took off like a lighting bolt I clutched the arms of my chair before a portal opened up and we went through.

"Donald" Franklin said calmly before full out shouting "WARN US WHEN YOU DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!" It seemed like he was holding onto the chair for dear life I laughed and he sent me a glare.

I turned to the window a was amazed to see all the stars there "Cool" I said pressing my face on the glass "Pretty awesome right?" Sora asked I only nodded.

During the ride Sora told us life on Destiny Islands and his first adventure then he asked up questions on our world "Alright you guys, we're at a crossroad." Donald announced I saw that were at a split in the 'road'. One path lead to a temple, the other to a castle.

"Where do ya reckon we should go?" Goofy asked them from the pilot's chair.

"I don't know, right, I guess." I said.

"Alright then, let's check out that temple!" Sora declared. Goofy nodded and flew the ship towards said world.

We eventually made it past all the enemy ships which were a pain and Donald opened up the hatch I think they call it and pressed some buttons that beamed us down into the Land of Dragons.

We landed in a bamboo forest "Did not see that coming." I muttered. The others laughed at me.

"You'll get used to it!" Sora said. we walked through the grove, silently "Huh?" Goofy said which caught the our attention, we bent down into a huddle.

"A Heartless?" Donald asked.

"Let's get the jump on 'em!" Sora whispered. I turned to Franklin "Should we stop them?" I asked "We can try" he said "Hey, guys? I don't think that's a heartless" he called out the trio looked at us "Gawrsh how can ya tell?" Goofy asked I face palmed.

Really? These guys can't tell the difference between a heartless and a shadow?

"Well the heartless have yellow eyes and that emblem on it's chest." I pointed out Sora and Donald seemed to think "Still it looks suspicious" and they charged at the shadow.

"Gawrsh, maybe we better look before we leap!" Goofy called. Franklin and I sweat dropped.

Well we tried.

Sora and Donald stopped running and when the soldier *coughMulancough* and the 'shadow' cowered in front if then. Goofy, Franklin and I came up behind them. Goofy seemed to recognize the small red reptile "Is that Mushu?" he asked.

Said reptile popped up from Mulan's shoulder and smirked. "That's right! I know you heard of me!" He said arrogantly. "I'm little, lethal, and legendary! Now y'all scram before I get my dragon dander up!"

Sora grinned. "Hey, Mushu!" he exclaimed. "We missed you!"

"Well you better hope I miss you, or else you're-" Mushu did a double take. "Sora! Donald! Goofy!"

"You know them?" Mulan asked in disbelief.

"Know them?" Mushu scoffed, hopping off the her shoulder. He began walking towards us. "Man, we used to kick all kinds of bad guy butt together! Yeah, you know, I helped these guys out of a lot of tight spots!" he leaned on Sora's leg. "Cause I'm a might dragon! Right?"

"Someone's really full of themselves" Franklin muttered.

Sora moved his foot, causing Mushu to fall over. "Something like that." Sora teased. Mushu picked himself up in a huff. He then noticed us

"Hey, who're these guys?" he pointed at us. I knelt down next to the dragon.

"I'm Allison."

"Names Franklin"

"Nice to meet you Mushu" he hopped up on my shoulder.

"So...who are you?" Sora asked the soldier in disguise. Mulan got up from the ground.

"I'm Mulan- er, no, I-I mean.." She stuttered.

"Ping!" Mushu suddenly interjected.

"Mulan Ping?" Donald asked crossing his arms. I smirked 'Busted' I thought.

"Just...Ping. I am Ping, son of Fa Zhou." Ping/Mulan said, using her um, 'manly' voice.

"You know Mushu?" Sora asked.

"Mushu's one of my family's guardians." Ping explained.

"Your family sent a lizard to protect you?" Franklin asked. Mushu (still on my shoulder) got up in Franklin's face "Hey, Hey, Hey I'm a dragon, DRAGON I don't do that tongue thing" he said before flicking his tongue I laughed.

"We didn't know we were borrowin' somebody as important as a family guardian." Goofy commented. Mushu suddenly jumped off my shoulder and into their faces, startling them.

"Yeah, that's right!" he said, jumping on Ping/Mulan's shoulder. "And that puts you three up to your eyeballs in debt to Ping here! Well, guess what, kiddies? It's payback time!"

"Mushu..." Ping/Mulan scolded him.

"Ah, they don't mind." Mushu said. "Ain't that right?"

"Sounds fair." Sora said thoughtfully. Mushu and Ping/Mulan brightened when they heard this.

"See, Ping here is on his way to join the Imperial Army," Mushu said. "We gotta go find the other recruits over at the training camp."

"Would you join us?" Ping/Mulan asked. "It'll be easier to fit in if I'm with guys, like you."

"Fit in?" Sora asked confused.

"Guys like you?" Franklin continued.

"Well, er, don't worry about that." Mushu said hastily.

"You're pretendin' to be a boy, aren't ya?" Goofy asked "It's harder then it looks huh?" I added placing a hand on my hip. Sora and Donald did a huge take while Franklin looked embarrass having forgot that 'Ping' was actually a girl.

"You're a... girl?" Sora asked incredulously. Franklin and Donald coughed violently while Goofy and I chuckled.

Ping/Mulan looked sheepish, then hopeful. "You didn't notice?" she asked in her voice. Sora and Donald shook their heads vigorously while Franklin flushed. I snickered, he sent me a look that meant 'Shut up' which made me laugh harder.

Mulan looked back at Mushu. "I think it's working," she said with excitement, as her disguise actually worked.

Mushu shook his head. "I don't know Mulan, those two would fall for anything." he said as he and Mulan walked past them.

"I'm right here!" Sora said indignant. Donald just huffed angrily. We followed her nonetheless.

"Don't worry Mulan" I said "Your secrets safe with us, right guys?".

"Yeah."

"Sure is."

"Of course."

"Secrets safe with me too."

"Thanks Allison, everyone" Mulan said greatfully. "Why'd you dress up as a guy anyways?" Sora asked.

"Women aren't allowed to join the Imperial army" Mulan answered sadly I huffed "Sexiest" I muttered.

"Wait, if girls aren't allowed in the army…" Sora trailed of and everyone looked at me in realization.

I bristled "Don't look at me like that, I'll be fine" I said crossing my arms "But Allison-" "Don't 'but me' Sora I can handle them" I insisted before walking ahead.

Franklin POV

Sora looked like he was going to try again before I stopped him "I suggest you don't try to talk her out of this if you value your life" I said Sora looked at me before looking back at Allison then back at me again "Uh why?" He asked a bit nervously I patted his shoulder "Trust me Allison may look all innocent and all but looks can be deceiving" I said trust me I found out the hard way.

I shuddered that was one of the worst mistakes I ever made.

Sora nodded before we followed Allison if someone tells her she's not suppose to be there 'cause she's a girl…I gulped.

Now I understand what they meant by; Hell hath no furry like a woman's scorn.

Me: I hoped you all liked it by the way if your thinking no I am not bashing Ven Terra or Aqua I shall explain,

Ven was upset and angry that both Terra and Aqua where telling him that he had to go back so he let his anger out on Allison, Terra and Aqua seemed to agree so they could try to calm Ven down before he says something he regrets.

Allison: too bad I already heard it :,(

Me: Aww don't worry *pats her head* it'll work out

Allison: Okay if you say so
