Heey guys hope your starting your week off well, I have a couple of things to tell you guys. So next week I start my exams which means that there will be no chapter next Tuesday as I have a Chem exam the next day. However the next Tuesday I will post a new chapter and then the next week after there will be none as I will be in Puta Cana! So to get this strait, The 17th and 1st will be no chapters but the 24th and 8th after will be chapters just to let you guys know.

"You ready?" Cato asked as they started to head out of the car.

"Ready" she said smiling.

Prom was in full swing when there group arrived. The security guards checked there ID's for the school before allowing them through the doors. The theme this year for the school was called 'all that jazz'. The room was set up like it came out of the 1920's which was Clove's favourite era.

Music filled the hall and people everywhere were dancing along. The girls in colourful dresses that swept along the floor and the guys in there traditional black and white suits.

Clove could smell food that was being cooked from the kitchen and it smelt heavenly.

"Common" Cato said grabbing her hand. "Lets dance"

He dragged her out onto the dance floor where he spun her around and caught her in his arms. Clove let out a child ish laugh as she stood back up and brushed her hair away from her face. The dancing continued until it was time for dinner. It was an all you could eat buffet and Clove was excited from what she could smell when she came in through the doors.

The group had all arranged a table with all of them so Clove was quite happy when she sat down for dinner and all of her friends were sitting with her.

"This is the best theme ever!" Glimmer squealed over her chicken breast. "You are welcome"

"I won't be saying your welcome until I win prom queen" Jackie said smiling.

"Word on the street is, that Clove has it in the bag" Glimmer said leaning over the table like it was a huge secret. "But you didn't hear it from me" she said sitting back down as she took a bite out of her corn.

"Really?" Clove said stunned. "I'm going to win prom queen?"

"Hey don't say it so loud" Glimmer said giving her an eye through her eyelashes that reached her eyebrows. "If I get caught telling you I'll be in huge trouble"

Clove made a lock motion on her lips as she went back to eating her dinner which was just as good as it smelt.

"So did you guys book the hotel?" Cato asked.

"Yep, were in room 308" Peeta said. "And Marvels in room 312"

"Great so we can all hear each other having sex, lovely" Kat said rolling her eyes and making a face like she smelled something funny. "That's the last thing I want to hear tonight"

"Don't worry Clove doesn't make to much noise" Cato said jokingly. Clove picked up her wrist let and hit Cato over the head with it. It made a pretty loud noise hitting him to.

"Oww" he said holding the back of his head that was sure to have a bump there sooner of later. "That hurt"

"Good" she said giving him attitude. "Teach you to open your big mouth"

"Not as big as yours" he said making a sexual joke again. This time Clove punched him in the arm and Cato flinched from the pain.

"Keep it up dude and you'll be walking out of here in a wheelchair" Thresh said before going back to eat. Cato decided not to make any more sex jokes more to save his body than his dignity and Clove was quite happy with that.

After dinner a dessert bar was open and although Clove was dying for something chocolate she was too full from dinner she didn't even feel like moving.

"Don't worry" Glimmer said to her. "I feel the exact same way that you do, I can't move" she said a hand on her stomach. "But the dessert bar is open to eleven when prom closes so if you feel okay soon you can still get stuff" Clove pulled out her phone from her purse and it read nine a clock.

"Is it really nine?" she said looking around as a lot of people were going back to dance. "I swear it was only like seven"

"We arrived at six thirty so I'm not surprised that its nine" Glimmer said making a small burp to herself.

"God I don't ever want to move" Clove said groaning to herself. "Why did I eat all that food"

"That's the exact same question I made to myself after my plate was empty. But hopefully with all this food it will stay in my system until after when we start drinking. I always get hungry when I drink so if it stays it will save me an extra bag of chips and another pound"

"I don't even think I'm gonna drink" Clove said. "We have summer for that which is in two weeks and plus I just want to go back to the room with Cato"

"Why? So you guys can get it on?" Glimmer said. Clove was glad it was only the two of them at the table and the rest of them were at the voting booth for all the awards.

"Not you too" Clove said rolling her eyes. "And if you must know, than yes. We are going to get it on"

"Marvel thinks he's getting something tonight" Glimmer said scoffing as she turned around to look at him at the voting table. "He's gonna have to get a lot of liquor into me for that to happen" she said turning back around to face Clove.

Just then Cato appeared behind Clove in her chair and wrapped his arms around her shoulders. "Hi hun" he said kissing the top of her head. "We should go get our picture taken now. We didn't when we came in and the photographer is leaving in twenty minutes"

"Okay" she said sighing. "But can you help me up" she said sticking her hands out to him as he grabbed into them and pulled her out of her chair.

"God I feel like I just ate a ten pound kid made of food" she said as they headed over to line up for pictures with other couples that were waiting as well. The photographer snapping pictures of people behind a black curtain as a backboard.

"Well at least you don't look like you did" he said as couples moved forward.

Clove looked up at him confused. "Um thanks, I think? I'm not sure if that was an insult or a compliment"

"Were next" Cato said pointing avoiding the question. Cato and Clove stood in front of the backdrop with Cato behind her, with his arms wrapped around her waist in the traditional prom. The photographer snapped the picture and moved them along.

"When are they going to be available?" Clove questioned as the two of them headed to the dance floor where soft music was being played from the DJ's speakers.

"Next week" he said as he spun her around so she grabbed onto his shoulders for support causing them to start slow dancing with each other. Her hands were around his neck and his laid gently on her waist. They danced like that under the twinkly lights in the dark room before Cato broke the intimate silence between them.

"I've never been so in love before I meet you" he whispered in her ear as her head laid on his chest just above his beating heart. Clove made no sound but a small smile fell down upon her lips and she knew Cato saw it.

They danced like that for who knew how long before someone came over the speaker. "Hey guys!" the voice said. It was there schools president Quinn Manor.

Clove broke away from Cato but stayed by his side as she looked up at the president. "I hope you guys are having a great time" he said. "Sadly prom is about to end but not before we announce our kind and queen this year for the class of 2014" he said getting excited.

All around girls squealed thinking they were going to be queen and the guys fixed there ties as if they were going on stage.

"Here it is guys" Quinn said into the microphone as he held a envelope in his hands. "And your king and queen is.." he said oping it up. Clove squeezed Cato's hand and closed her eyes wishing.

"Clove Anderson and Cato Martin!"

Clove's eyes shot open as she jumped into Cato's arms. He hugged her back before releasing her so they could go up on stage. Everyone around them made a pathway allowing them to go onto the stage. Once on bright lights shone down on them as a student council member came onto the stage and headed Cato his crown and Clove her tiara and sash.

All around people clapped for them and cheered. Clove smiled bright as she held Cato's hand as his queen. Finally they got off stage and then the DJ instructed everyone to leave. Slowly but surely small groups of students made there way to the exit as student council said goodbye to them.

"You ready to go?" Glimmer asked as she met up with everybody. They were all taking the limo to the hotel that they had booked.

"Yep just let me grab my purse" Clove said holding her tiara on her head as she walked over to grab her clutch from her seat at her table. She checked to make sure her phone and keys were still it before she got caught up with the group. They headed outside of the building and found there limo in the parking lot along with twenty other limos. They all got inside and told the driver where they were going.

The drive was only about ten minutes and soon the driver pulled up in front of the hotel. Everybody got out and started taking there bags out of the trunk of the car. Clove hitched a handful of her dress in her hand so its didn't graze the floor as she had no chance of tripping.

Once everybody got there bags the limo driver pulled away and they went in to check in. The person at the front kindly checked them in and handed over the keys without batting an eyelash.

They headed up to the third floor of the hotel where they were all staying and said goodbye once they started to find there rooms. Cato lid the key along the handle of the door and it blinked green unlocking it for them. They opened the door and was greeted by a sweet scent and a dark room. Cato dropped the bags on the ground and shut the door not bothering to turn the lights on. Clove stood looking at the bed before she felt warm hands on her waist and soon felt kisses down her neck.

She arched her back and made a soft little moan as Cato spun her around and found her lips. Clove kissed him as hard as he kissed her and she soon felt the zipper on the back of her dress come down where the warm air hit her back. The next thing she knew they were falling onto the bed.
