(Two months after the Zalgo incident)
(Your POV)
I woke up to the sunlight flooding through the open window my room and Jeff's. I sat up in it and ran my hand through my messy bed hair, my hand getting stuck in the several knots. I glanced at the window and felt an immediate surge of fear pulse through me faster than a bullet. The window was open. I reached over to my right where he usually sleeps, his strong arms wrapped around me, but he wasn't there. I breathed and pressed a palm to my chest, hoping to slow my rapid heartbeat.
Calm. I reminded myself.
I got up and pressed my feet to the cold, hardwood floor. I felt around under my pillow and gasped as I grabbed the pistol. The coldness of the pure black metal stung and contrasted against my warm hands. I began to move about the room, searching for Jeff and or the intruder.
"Boo!"
I screamed and fell backwards onto my butt, dropping the pistol. I whirled around to face my attacker and saw none other than my own "bed buddy," Jeff.
"Dang it, Jeff! I thought someone took you!" I screamed at him as he helped me off of the ground.
He gave me a half-smile that sent a swirl of butterflies up my stomach and pulled me into a tight hug. He sighed into my hair and mumbled a sort of apology. I was about to give into the hug and try to kiss him, when I remembered that there was nothing going on between us and nothing would be going on until Jeff made the first move. Until then, I'm single. I pulled myself away and smiled.
"Sorry, (y/n). I just wanted to surprise the birthday girl." He said running his long and slender hand through his disheveled midnight black hair.
"Birthday?"
"Yeah. Remember?"
Sometimes, I forget that Jeff is a serial killer and that he stalked me for a while before finally kidnapping me. I get so caught up in his smile, not psychotic, but sweet, kind...loving. In the way he holds me when I'm sad, in the way he looks at me.
"Yeah. Sorry I lost track of time. Besides, I never really celebrated my birthday, since I always did so alone." I said with a heavy sigh.
Jeff was about to say something when there was a loud knock at the door downstairs.
"I got it!" We heard E.J. scream.
Jeff and I shrugged at each other and headed downstairs.
(Jeff's POV)
Dang it! I messed up again! I know that (y/n) was so close to pulling me into a kiss. Why didn't she do it? I snapped back to reality and looked at her.
With her (h/l), (h/c) hair and big (e/c) eyes, (y/n) is irresistable. Although I'm taller than her, because I am taller than most people, she has a really curvy body that can mesmerize anyone. I reminded her that it was her birthday today and she gave me a perplexed look.
"Birthday?" She asked.
"Yeah. Remember?"
"Yeah. Sorry I lost track of time. Besides, I never really celebrated my birthday, since I always did so alone." She said looking sadly up at me.
I was about to tell her that she wasn't alone anymore. That she had Slender, Masky, Jane, E.J. and most of the Creepy Pastas on her side, when there was a knock at the door.
"I got it!" I heard E.J. shout from below us, followed by his pounding footsteps.
(Y/n) and I shrugged at each other and headed downstairs. Once down there, (y/n) peered over, standing on her tip toes trying to get a better look at who was at the door.
"Oh my god, dude. You're alive!?" E.J. asked, disbelief filled in his shaky voice.
At this, I feared the worst.
"Of course. I came to see my brother. Oh Jeffery?" An all too familiar voice rang through the house, causing me to step forward angrily.
At the door was the not-too-famous, Homicidal Liu.
My older brother.
Who was supposed to be DEAD.
"Liu!?" I hissed angrily through gritted teeth.
Liu pushed past E.J., who was still in shock and made his way over to me. I resisted the urge to punch him in the face as he pulled me into a very bitter embrace.
"Yes. I missed you too little bro. And oh, who might this be?" He said meandering over to (y/n).
I clenched my fists at my side and whirled around.
(Your POV)
"I'm (y/n)." I said with a small smile.
I saw the resemblance between Jeff and his older brother Liu. Although Liu has a much more normal skin tone, chocolate-brown hair, and emerald-green eyes, they have the same face shape and, much to my surprise, they are the same height.
"Well, aren't you a sight for sore eyes?" He said cupping my face in his hands.
I felt heat rush to my face. Sure, he isn't Jeff, but the fact that Liu is almost identical to him makes it feel like it's Jeff that's saying this to me.
I laughed nervously, "thanks." I muttered.
At that moment, I happened to glance over at Jeff. His usually pale face was almost red with anger. His fists were clenched at his sides and his jaw was set.
He was angry.
"Jeff? Who was that?" Slender asked as he came into the room, followed by Jane.
"Slendy! Jane! Long time no see!" Liu said with a really kind, enthusiastic smile.
Jane glanced at me and I shrugged.
"Jeff. A word please?" I said gesturing up at his bedroom door.
He gave me a wary glance but nodded. Liu looked at him and Jeff shot him a cold, icy, piercing stare that could cripple anyone's soul, but Liu seemed unfazed.
(Jeff's POV)
I shut the door softly behind me and (y/n) sat on my bed. I sat on the computer chair that had wheels and avoided her curious, concerned gaze.
"I don't see why you don't like your brother. He seems like a really nice person." She said trying to get a better look at my face.
"Well, we go way back," I said with a small smile, "but, he did some things that ruined our trust a long time ago. I'll tell you later." I glanced at her, she had her arms on either side of her. "And he tried to make a move on you just now!" I said, nearly shouting.
"So? It's not like we're going out or anything." (Y/n) said crossing her arms defiantly across her chest.
I was taken aback by this and moved forward on the chair, positioning myself so that my knees were between hers. I heard her gulp and her cheeks turned red.
"What do you mean? Hey, look at me." I said cupping her chin and turning her so that she could face me.
"I mean you haven't made a move. I'm surely not going to be the first to make the move so... I don't know. You don't make it seem like you love me. Besides meager hugs and glances at me, you never show more to imply that you love me." (Y/n) said, her big (e/c) eyes glossed over with tears.
"And, what do I need to do to show that I love you?" I asked with a half-smile.
(Y/n) smiled back and began to play with the strings on my hoodie.
"I don't know. What do you think?" She asked, her demeanor changing entirely into something more playful.
"This."
With that word, I began to lean into her. Soon, my lips hovered over hers and I could feel her breath, warm on my lips.
"Can I?"
"Are you just going to tease me? Just friggin' kiss me if you're going to do it."
I smiled against her and pressed my lips against hers. Her lips were soft and I felt warm in her arms. (Y/n) Ran her fingers into my and down to my neck, pulling me closer to her, deepening the kiss. I let my senses fail and let them focus on (y/n) and (y/n) only. And let me tell you, it was something else. Once we separated for air, I had a huge, goofy grin plastered onto my face.
"I've wanted to do that ever since I saw you." I said as she pressed her forehead onto mine.
"Oh? And what's been holding you back?" She asked with a mischievous smile.
That's when I remembered Riley. I drew in a sharp breath and separated from (y/n), much to her dismay. She frowned and moved closer to me, making me momentarily forget about the red-head that was gone forever.
"I love you." I said pulling her into a hug.
"Oh, I love you too you emotionless brick." She said as she sighed against my neck causing me to shiver.
I pulled away from her, "emotionless brick? Don't tell me that kiss was emotionless!" I said with a huge smile as I remembered it.
(Y/n) opened her mouth to say something when she was cut short by the door opening. It was Jane and she smiled like she knew something before her demeanor became more serious.
"Jeff. Slender needs you downstairs. It's kind of urgent." Jane said.
(Your POV)
"A trip!?" I shrieked, "how long will it take? How long will Jeff be gone?" I asked, desperate for answers.
Once Liu explained that all the Creepy Pastas in this house had to leave, it felt like the air got knocked out of my lungs. Jeff and I just broke the ice, after a long time of being stuck in the same place and now they were tearing us apart.
"Chill dude," Liu said wrapping his arm around my shoulders, "I'm here for you, babes." He said.
I was suddenly disgusted by his attitude and moved away from him.
"Two days tops." Slender said. "And we need to start packing now."
I followed Jeff up to his room.
"Do you really have to go?" I asked, feeling on the verge of tears.
"Yeah. Sorry. The house in which Lost Silver and some other Creepy Pastas live was attacked and we need to go check it out." He said looking up at me apologetically.
I sniffled and drew in a sharp breath, "well can't I go with you?" I asked with a small lining of hope.
"No, Slender said it's too dangerous for you, we'll just have to find someone to take care of–"
"I'll take care of her." Liu said from behind Jeff.
Jeff exhaled loudly in annoyance.
"No." He said, in a that's-it-no-buts tone.
"Come on! I won't hurt her. Honest!" Liu said, and I didn't trust him one bit.
Jeff shook his head and opened his mouth to say something when Slender came into view.
"Let's go Jeff." He said.
Jeff kissed me briefly on the lips before walking out, glaring at Liu. Liu wrapped his arm around me and whispered into my ear.
"Don't worry. We will have so much fun."
