AN: Hello everyone! Sorry this took a little longer, but here's the new chapter. The first song was one that I came across on tumblr in a headcanon section. I'm not sure who's headcanon it was, but they said the song really fit the BTT and I agreed with it. It's called Last Train Home by FM Static.

The other song I used a piece of is called BFFF by Bowling for Soup. It was a song request/idea from BrandyDawn98D. Thanks for it, by the way. I'll probably do another chapter later on with the full song in it.

I keep forgetting to say, but if any of you have a request for a song that you think fits a character or several characters, send me the name of it. Anyways...

Hope you enjoy!

The muffled sound of a door shutting hit Gilbert's ears. It didn't sound like West was very happy…

He smirked as he jumped off his bed and made his way upstairs. It was normal that his brother would be irritated after a meeting.

Gilbert bounded up the steps, poking his head up from the stairwell. His eyes found Ludwig setting his things on the table. "How was the meeting bruder? Loads of fun?" The blue eyes that greeted him were tired and irritated. He hoped his brother wasn't overworking himself again.

"We got nothing done, as usual…" He rubbed his temples and took a deep breath. "And now the way they interrupt meetings is becoming more and more creative."

Gilbert raised an eyebrow, plopping himself on the couch. "And what would that be?"

Ludwig groaned as he pulled the chair from under the table and sat in it. "Singing."

Laughter filled the room. Though, when the Prussian saw his brother wasn't joking, he stopped. "You're serious?"

"Unfortunately, yes."

"But didn't you…" He had banned music right? Then what… His eyes brightened and he had to refrain from laughing again at Ludwig's mistake. "You made them sing as a punishment and now its biting you in the ass, isn't it?"

His brother's eyebrows narrowed and he turned his head angrily but the look quickly shifted to frustration. "No, I know that look, you are not sneaking in and-"

Gilbert snorted, a smirk making its way onto his face. "Really, interrupt a meeting to put on a musical? I thought you knew me better than that, dear brother." He stood and made his way back to his room, waving at Ludwig. "I gotta update my blog. Be up in a bit." Just after he disappeared he popped back up, pointing a finger at the work on the desk. "And if I even hear paper moving I'll hide it across the backyard."

West rolled his eyes, laying his pen back on the desk. "Fine bruder. I'll work on it tomorrow."

Giving a satisfied smile in return, he continuing downstairs. He was so going to sneak into the next meeting.

Gilbert knocked softly on the door. After a few moments it opened and two familiar faces greeted him. "Hey freunds, how's break going?"

Antonio smiled brightly. "Amigo, what took you so long?"

He shrugged. "I almost got caught when I walked in. West is getting better at this."

Francis motioned for him to come inside and he did. The Frenchman shut the door. "He didn't see you outside did he, Mon ami?"

He shook his head. "No. Had some close calls, but he didn't catch on." Gilbird chirped on his shoulder. "Well, okay, he suspects I'm trying to get in today."

Francis nodded. "Then get to the meeting room. He's not there right now."

"How long have you been on break?"

Antonio shrugged. "Ten minutes. We should be coming back in about…" He glanced at Francis. "What, three minutes?" When he received a nod he opened the door leading outside of the break room. "Where are you hiding this time?"

Gilbert shrugged. "Maybe in here. Maybe… maybe under the table?" He glanced at his friends, who shrugged as well.

"I don't see why not." Antonio muttered, giving both of them a wan smile.

Francis walked into the meeting room, turned around and clapped his hands together. "Alright, he's going to be coming back soon. Get under the table if that's where you're going."

Nodding, the Prussian quickly slid under the table close to where the two were sitting, waving to several nations on the way. Matthew looked happy to see him.

Moments later his friends had sat down. He peeked out from the table. "What song are we doing?" They probably should have planned this earlier but...

"Let's do something fun." Antonio suggested.

Francis tapped on the table in thought. "Why don't we do a song that's a bit serious? They'll expect us to do something inappropriate."

For a moment all three were silent. Then Antonio and Gilbert nodded in agreement.

"But after that can we do something funny?" The Spaniard smiled slightly. "We could use a little fun." He motioned his head towards the others. "They could too. Feliks did great, but I bet we could do better."

Gilbert sat up. "Wait, Feliks did something and I missed it?"

The door to the meeting room opened. The noise and bustling in the room quieted down and the nations found there seats. Gilbert moved so he was shadowing Antonio, his legs in the same position and the rest of his body hiding behind the chair.

Ludwig sat down and glanced under the table. When he didn't see anything he returned his attention to the other nations. "Who was next?"

The trio allowed the meeting to continue for about fifteen to twenty minutes without interruption. Gilbert was fighting back a yawn when he saw Antonio get his phone out. His friend pulled up the song(It was one of Birdie's), put the earphones in, and stuck one in his ear.

He was actually surprised how fast West noticed it. It seemed like only a few seconds later and boom, there it was.

"Antonio." It was said in a drawn out voice.

The Spaniard looked up, feigning innocence. "Sí?"

"Earphones."

Toni took the one out of his ear and looked up again. "Yes, what about them?"

The Prussian under the table had to fight to keep from laughing.

"Just get on with it."

Antonio set the phone on the table and removed the earphones. This was his cue.

Gilbert shot up from below and smiled at his brother. Ludwig was beyond a doubt exasperated, but he did expect it, didn't he.

All three shared a glance with each other and Antonio pressed play. They awaited the reactions as the music came out, not loud and boisterous, but almost soft. There were a few furrowed eyebrows in the 'audience'.

Antonio started, though they passed it on from there. "Looks like another long dark night-"

Francis continued. "-Another moon another question why-"

Gilbert looked at his friends and continued with a conversational air. "-It's like we were never meant to know sometimes, but nobody wants to be left behind."

It returned to Antonio. "If we were smarter we could win this thing." He tapped his head. "Leave all the problems in the kitchen sink."

Francis smiled. "We'd all laugh as we touched the sky, just like in heaven where the angels fly-"

Gilbert sang the last line before they joined. "-Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh!"

"We've-"

They returned to the same order as before.

"-fallen apart-"

"-Somewhere back at the start-"

"When we thought that we could-"

They joined again. "-Fix each other by ourselves."

"Let's get back to the part-"

"-When things weren't like they are-"

"-And we were laughing on the-"

They joined again. "-last train home."

There was a short break in the song and several of the nation's genuinely looked impressed, though others were surprised or even shocked. When it was over, it was Gilberts turn to start.

"You can't underestimate me, cause I been feelin' lately like I'm off course… ooh ooh."

Spain went next. "You can shoot me like a cannon, but I'd still be a standin' underneath your sun-"

Francis went on with the, "Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh".

"We've-" They returned to the original order.

"-Fallen apart-"

"-Somewhere back at the start-"

"-When we thought that we could-"

They joined, all smiling. The song sometimes reminded them of times when they had fought, but it also made them happy because they did remember the good times from it. "Fix each other by ourselves. Let's get-"

"-Back to the part-"

"-When things weren't like they are-"'

"-And we were laughing on the-"

"-Last train home."

There was barely a pause and Antonio started again. The music started clapping and the other two merely shrugged, thought 'what the hell?' and clapped along with it.

"I stopped lying when I believed myself
Cause I stopped tryin'
If there was no way out
Faith is just the other end of doubt
Your truth is gonna make it-"

They joined for the last word of the verse. "-Alright"

Francis went on with the repeat. "I stopped lying when i believed myself
Cause I stopped tryin'
If there was no way out
Faith is just the other end of doubt
Your truth is gonna make it-"

They joined again. "-Alright."

Antonio sang the, "Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh" this time around.

"We've-"

"-Fallen apart-"

"-Somewhere back at the start-"

"-When we thought that we could-"

They joined, grinning now. "-fix each other by ourselves. Let's get-"

"-Back to the part-"

"-When things weren't like they are-"

"-And we were laughing on the-"

"Last train home."

The chorus repeated once more and the song started to come to an end. It grew slower with the short instrumental and they took turns singing, starting with Antonio, then moving to Francis and finally to Gilbert.

"We were laughing on the last train home."

"Last train home."

"Last train home."

Just as the music started to end Gilbert stood and started to sing with nothing but his own voice, to a completely different tempo, "You'll tell the world I'm gay when you hear me say-" He seemed to be trying not to laugh despite his mood being somewhat somber before. Without a pause, Francis stood knowing exactly what the song was. It was one of Alfred's this time.

"-that I really and truly feel this way-"

Antonio stood slowly and shrugged as he sang his line, a almost sheepish look on his face that was hilarious. "-not that there's anything wrong with being gay."

Alfred and Matthew were laughing now, along with a few others (including the singers themselves).

The trio joined. "And sometimes we punch each other in the face-"

Gilbert turned, smirking at Francis. He pointed at him slightly. "-Like when I hit on your mom-"

The Frenchman mimicked his pose, laughing as he continued, "-and got to second base-"

They joined again, all just trying to get the last line out without falling on the floor. "-I'm trying to say that I love you in a heterosexual way."

After the line was said they fell silent for a split second, looked at each other and then burst out laughing. A moment later, Francis and Gilbert were on the floor while Antonio was clutching the chair for support.

It took them a few minutes to calm down, though many of the other countries were laughing with them. They had succeeded in lifting the mood.

When the trio was finally able to breathe again, they stood. Gilbert looked towards Ludwig, evaluating on a level of 'he'll yell at me later' to 'run and don't look back' how pissed his brother was. When he met his brother's eyes, he saw it was worse than the 'run and don't look back'. West was done.

He seemed calm on the outside, besides the scowl on his face, but he was really just not going to put up with anything that was going on when he had that look. "Ahem."

Everyone turned their heads. Feliciano looked almost like he wanted to say something, but he was wise enough to not open his mouth.

Ludwig's eyes narrowed as he looked at the nations in the room. "I will not tolerate everyone purposely getting caught to sing their favorite songs for breaks any longer." He stood, crossing his arms over his chest. "If anyone is 'caught' from here on out, you will sing at the end of the meeting. Please, we need to get things done... Understood?" His voice left no room for arguments, though most everyone wanted to protest.

When the German was greeted with silence, he nodded. "Thank you." He turned to Gilbert.

The Prussian froze. Was going to get yelled at? Shit. He should have run when he had the chance. However, he saw Ludwig sigh and heard him say, "Bruder, if you want to stay for the rest of the meeting… go ahead." He looked like he was regretting the words as they left his mouth. "But please… please, don't interrupt."

He blinked. He… wasn't dead? And he could stay at the meeting? Gilbert couldn't help but comply. He wasn't even allowed anymore and he kind of missed meetings.

Though… he really hoped he hadn't ruined this thing for everyone. They should keep it going.

AN: Don't worry, Ludwig catching them won't be the end. I have more planned.
