Yay! It's fun to write Caspar and Reyna's relationship growing. I'm literally fangirling while I write about them. Anyways, this is a short author's note, even though they're fun to write, but I should probs just get to the story.

Caspar's Pov:

"Shoot!" Reyna says, as her foot, once again, slips off the small ledge she had it on this time. Of course, my feet have done that too, but at least they don't land on someone else's face, unlike Reyna's Nike tennis shoes.

"It's okay, you're doing fine, I mumble, after her shoe lifts hesitantly off my face. I'm climbing below her, because as she said earlier, I'm her "life support." A.k.a., if she falls, she'll fall on someone, not go plummeting to the ground below. Me, on the other hand, will fall to my death, but hey, no big deal, right? Pssh, yeah. Anyways, Reyna falling on me kind of detracts from my focus, which I need if we're climbing down a cliff while lightning and thunder and rain seem to be uniting to kill us right now. I keep calm, while Reyna is kind of panicking above me, but I try to help her. Even if I am a bit awkward, because I think Reyna was crushing on me earlier.

"Hey Reyna, you're doing great. I'm right here."

"I know, I know. I got this."

"Yep, you're good. We're about..." I pause and look down. I'm actually not too afraid of heights, so it's not that big of a deal. "About 1/4 of the way down."

She lets out a breath. "Okay. Okay. We are good. Right, Cas-?" She stops talking all of a sudden, and I see her falling towards me. Crap crap crap crap crap. That's all I can think before she slams into me.

And then we're falling. For some strange reason, I'm somewhat calm. Reyna of course is freaking out. Then, some strange instinct kicks in, and I right myself. I grab Reyna and then we're floating. Huh. This is pretty awesome.

Reyna then looks at me with an 'I knew you could do it' expression.

Ugh, sorry guys, my mom's making me go to sleep. Super short chappie. I'll for sure make a really long one tomorrow to make up for it, okay? Deal? Hopefully. Alright, cya peeps tomorrow!
