"I can't believe your leaving" Eddie voiced looking down at his lap. After my mom commanded that I would be forced to go to that egregious place they call a high-end school, I had to inform the guys ASAP. They were all staggered when they heard.

"Please I'm not worried not one bit, you'll be kicked out by the 3rd day Kim" Jerry fatuously said. Making the boys laugh and a little light on the situation at hand.

"Yeah Kim, we all know how clumsy, stubborn and hotheaded you are, like at the time at the movies, the basketball game, the-" Milton listed off this fingers, I swear he could be my mother sometimes.

"OK! I get it, I can be a little... unrefined" I rolled my eyes, cutting him off.

"So when are you going?" Jack asked. Thank god he the not cracking a jokes like the others.

"Honestly I don't know maybe this week. My mom said that the earlier I go the better" I repeated her words after more arguing and complaining about going. Right after I said that my cell phone rung. Digging it out if my pocket seeing it was my mom.

"Hey mom" I announced in the phone.

"Sweetie come home now!" She demanded. I raised an eyebrow while picking up my duffle bag off the bench.

"Why? Is there something wrong?" I was worried, she sounded so urgent.

"No honey, one of the ladies that is in charge of McMillen's is here" she squealed in excitement.

"Why would they be here today? I not leaving yet right?"

"Honey just come home ok?" She skipped over the question.

"Answer the question mom, I'm not right?" I became more alert then ever.

"Kim, we'll will talk when you come home" she hung up in a rush, leaving me staring at the phone in astonishment.

"So I take it your leaving today?" Milton stated as a nodded my head, not trusting my voice at the moment.

"We'll miss you Kim don't forget to get me some fish and chips while you there" Rudy said happily and walked into his office. I just stared after him frozen in my spot as the guys came up to me hugged me one last time before I left. I wasn't ready to go yet. I didn't want to leave my friends behind, even if it was for just one summer. These 3 months are going to be hell.

Walking into the house that smelled of fresh baked chocolate chip cookie and coffee. I walked in to the living room I saw my mom and a lady that I never seen before. She looked like she was in her late 60s. She was skinny and pale, wrinkles covered her fragile looking face. Her pursed lips that was covered with a red lipstick that stood out in all the dark purple she wore. Her brown hair was clearly turning gray by the minute was rolled up in to a tight bun. Her piercing blue eyes locked with my mind and narrowed into a line. Over all this lady gave me the creeps.

"Oh Kim your here" my mother smiled widely and directed me over to her and the strange lady.

"This is Lady Ethel, she is one of the teachers and one of the people who run McMilllen's" Mom introduce.

"How do you do?" Her voice was an old english accent. She brought out her hand for me to shake. Her eyes never left mine.

"I'm fine I guess" I shrugged my shoulders and shook her hand politely. She looked amused for a second as her eyes flashed form entertained to hard in a heart beat. What is wrong with this lady?

"I see we have a lot of work to do" she stated. I'm not sure if she was talking to me or my mom who was right behind me.

"Well me must be off, the sooner we began the better" she raised out of the seat faster than any old women I ever met. It shocked me a bit, I guess she notice because she smirked at me when she saw my face expression.

"Right, right I will be right down with Kim's suitcases" my mom said before going up stairs to my room as I quickly followed. I did not want to be in that room with that lady alone.

"Mom please don't do this, I'll do better, I'll control my temper" I pleaded with her.

"What's done is done Kim,We can't go back now. So grab a bag and head down stairs the limo is out front" she handed be a bag of mine. I just now notice as I looked around my room that she already packed everything I needed and them some. Ain't this about a...

I quickly walked into my closet before she turns around and sees me and crammed some stuff that she didn't pack. Like converse, combat boots, different type of assocces, ect.

I walked down stairs to see Lady Ethel staring at me like a hawk. This lady gets creeper every time she comes in view.

"I see that your a little brazen for our school" she said keeping eye contact.

"What?" I have no idea what that means.

"You're rough around the edges and you clearly show it by the way you walk" her lips were kept in a fine line like earlier. I wonder I'd she ever changed her facial expression.

"Yes, I do change my face every now in then" she looked at me emotionlessly. My eyes widen. Did I say that out loud?

"No you didn't, I can tell my the looks on your face and signs that your eyes hold" I was shocked. I quickly headed for the front door to put my bags in the limo. I went back in inside ti see my mother coming down with more bags as the limo driver came into the house and took them to the car.

"Don't worry Ms. Crawford the next time you see little Kim here she would be a new women" Lady Ethel shook my mom's hand and left out the door.

"Oh I'll miss you Kim" My mom hugged me tight. I hugged her back, this would be the first time going away without her.

"Me too mommy" I said using mommy like the little girl I was.

"Just so you know I'm doing this because I love you. I just want you to be successful in life and finishing school could get you there" she explained. I nodded my head and we walked out the door together. I hopped the limo door and hopped in not before waving to my mother. The limo took off to the airport, leaving for London, England.
