Somebody To Die For
Chapter 35
Anna nodded and gave him a faint smile. "He deserves to know. They all do when they're a little older," she said as she stroked his cheek.
"How are you feeling?" he asked softly as he buried his face into her hair.
"Alright," Anna said with a small sigh. "Just another scar to add to the collection, eh?"
"I know the feeling all too well, darling." He said holding her close as they watched it rain heavily outside and the wind rattled against the windows.
"This house needs decorating." She said amused.
Rick chuckled. "I know. It's been sitting empty for so long," he said with a small smile as he looked around. "Maybe someday we could move in here, if the world ever gets back to near normal. You, Carl, Judy, James, the triplets and I. Our own little place."
"That would be nice; there are other houses for the others as well." Anna said smiling as she looked up at him and smiled softly.
"I'm sorry about not telling you about Marcus."
"Don't worry about it," Rick said softly, as he kissed her gently. "I understand why you didn't. But look at us now, we have the most perfect kids, and I'm sure Marcus is watching over us."
"I know and I love you all." She said kissing him gently as they watched the rain.
"We all love you too," he said softly, as he held her and Carl tightly and pulled up the blankets as they fell asleep, waiting for the storm to pass.
The next morning they had woke up and was on their way back home when they saw a walker stumbling after them.
"Is it me or are they getting slower?" Rick asked curious.
"They seem to be," Anna said as she looked at them stumble behind the car.
"Maybe they haven't had anything to eat in a while, and they're all starving," Carl suggested.
"Could be." Anna said as she unsheathed her sword and shoved it into the walker's head while Rick stabbed another one and Carl fired his pistol at the last one.
"You think they're dying?"
"It would be nice to hope that," Rick said with a smile as they got back in the car and drove. "Just think, they could rebuild towns, cities, everything would be back to normal again. Or close enough."
"It would be nice to have that." Anna said softly as they drove back to the estate to find it empty and no one was there.
"Rick, Anna, Carl over here!" A voice hissed and they looked around to see the rest of their group in the house.
"What on earth?" Rick asked as they walked over towards them.
Morgan stood up and pulled his shirt. "Where the hell have you been? We've been worrying about the three of you the whole goddamn night!"
"We had to stay the night in a house because of a storm, Anna got stabbed but she's alright and Heath and his gang are dead." He said and they all looked relived.
"Allen and his gang showed up." Merle said as everyone hugged.
"Wait... I thought Allen and his gang were with Heath?" Rick asked confused. "Did anyone get hurt? Is everything alright?"
"We're fine, don't worry but they want the babies for a cure and they tried to take Judith but Aoife shot one of their men along with Dean and James." Bailey explained as they all sat down.
"What should we do?"
"We fight them," Rick explained, as he sat down and pulled Anna into him. He then remembered how they had talked about the house. "Or there is one other option..."
"We can go to the house we stayed at, it's in the middle of no where and has a fence, a forest and a lake, stables." Anna explained and everyone nodded,
"Let's go."
"Why don't we all go and pack then?" Rick smiled as they all went to their rooms to pack up their stuff.
Bailey sighed as she looked out the window. "I'm going to pack up the lake house."
"I'll help ya." Daryl said softly and they headed to the lake house where they packed their things and looked around.
"I'll miss this house." She said sadly as she touched the piano.
"We'll find ya somewhere else, get a new piano," Daryl said softly as he put their photos into a box.
Bailey sighed. "That's not the point. This was our house. With our memories. Everything can't just be replaced!" she mumbled as she shoved some blankets into a bag. "I'm tired of people coming after us, trying to kill us or the kids. We're moving again, but what's the point?! We're just going to have someone else on our backs in a month or so. It never fucking ends."
"It will end Bailey and I'm here, the kids are here and we'll fight them." Daryl said firmly and Bailey wiped her eyes.
"Sorry I didn't mean to go off like that." She said giving him a small smile.
"Don't worry about it," Daryl said with a smile, as he kissed her passionately. Bailey felt his hardness pressing against her and guided him back against the wall. She wasn't really in the mood for sex in the middle of all that was happening, and she was damn tired from the triplets, but thought she should please Daryl.
She undid the belt on his jeans and slid them down, along with his boxers, before she kneeled down and took his cock into her mouth. He rested his head back against the wall. His cheeks were flushed as she moved her mouth up and down, her tongue darting out occasionally to caress him. "Fuck, Bailey that's good," he groaned as he placed his hands on her shoulders, gently guiding her as he thrust into her mouth. Her mouth was so sweet and wet as she took in all his length. Bailey kept looking up at his face, watching to see that he was enjoying himself, the little grunting noises that he was making told her that he was. She kept her mouth around him, sucking as hard as she could, as her hands ran down his sides, before she gently cupped his balls, applying a little pressure, as Daryl whimpered, unable to hold back much longer. His whole body felt like it was on fire as he came, and he let out a growl as he exploded into her mouth, panting and moaning.
She made sure he was done before standing up and fixing his jeans, before picking up a box. "We should be getting back."
He nodded and they were about to go when they saw Rick coming towards them with a calm look on his face.
"We're staying."
"Why Rick?" Bailey asked tiredly. "We just have to fight them again. We barely even have any ammo left after what Heath took. We'll die if we stay here. Hell, we'll probably die if we go. We're just going to... die," she said as her shoulders slumped in defeat.
"Because this house is our home and we took back the ammo Heath stole from us Bailey, don't give up." Rick said giving her a hug before he left and Daryl looked worriedly at Bailey.
"Are ya alright?" He asked quietly as they went to unpack their things.
She nodded as she set the box down on a tabletop. "Yeah, I'm fine. Going to check the girls," she said, as she went off to find the triplets.
She found them playing with Dean and they cooed at her happily as she sat down to feed them and stroked their hair softly.
"I love you all."
Bailey gave them their bottle, as Anna came in and sat down, drinking a glass of water.
Carol smiled up at her. "Everything alright, sweetie?" she asked softly.
Anna nodded. "I'm just real thirsty for some reason."
"Probably from the heat, how's your stomach?" Bailey asked kindly and Anna smiled warmly as she rubbed her stomach.
"It's alright, just sore." She said as she picked up Judith and Becky.
"Hopefully it heals up quickly," Carol smiled at her as she watched her bond with her two daughters.
Anna smiled down at her two girls as they both fell asleep and she helped them upstairs for their nap as she pulled a blanket over them.
"Lunch is ready!"
They all went into the kitchen where Patricia had been cooking for them and sat down at the table where she served lunch. "So we're staying?" Glenn asked Rick quietly.
"We are, this is home to all of us." He said looking at them all carefully.
They all nodded and ate their lunch in silence, before Merle spoke up. "So what are we supposed to do when Allen and his men come back?"
"We fight them," Rick answered simply.
"How can you say that so easily?" Bailey asked. "We never have a plan except 'fight them'. And it usually ends with someone dead, injured or taken."
"Bailey take it easy." Daryl said but she had already left as the others looked on worriedly and they all looked at Daryl who sighed.
"Is she alright?" Rick asked worried about his friend.
Daryl nodded. "Yeah, I think she's just tired."
Anna yawned and covered her mouth, unsure why she was tired after such a good sleep. "Anyway, how many men does Allen have with him?"
"Five believe it or not." Merle said shaking his head as they ate their lunch and Anna waited until Rick had finished had left when she passed her bowl to Carl and Judith.
"Here you kids need it more than me." She said softly as she felt her stomach roll and ran upstairs to be sick.
"She OK?" Carl asked worriedly, as Rick got up to follow her.
Rick shrugged and walked up to the bathroom, "Anna? Everything OK?" he asked softly as he walked in and sat next to her.
"I'm fine Rick, don't worry." She said splashing some water on her face and coming out of the bathroom when she suddenly felt overcome with a wave of dizziness.
"Whoah, Anna, steady," he said softly, as he helped her back downstairs and she sat down on the sofa. "Is something wrong?"
Anna shook her head. "Not that I know of. I was just sick and dizzy. I've been real thirsty and tired too, though."
"That sounds like me," Emma said quietly. "When I don't take my diabetes medication."
"But I'm not diabetic though, I don't have low sugar levels?" Anna asked confused as she doubled over in pain.
"Shit." She said clutching her stomach.
Emma looked at her worriedly, as she took out a chocolate bar, one of the spares she carried incase she missed her medication. "Here, try this," she softly.
Anna nodded and she took it as she ate some and felt slightly better as she wiped at her face and smiled weakly.
"Thanks Emma."
"You think you're diabetic?" Rick asked worriedly as he held her hand.
Anna looked confused. "I don't know. Maybe?"
Rick kissed her cheek gently. "We'll get you the care and medication you need if you are."
"I know thank you." She said touching his cheek as Bailey came downstairs looking refreshed and more her old self.
"I'm sorry about earlier." She said ashamed.
"Don't be," Rick said with a small smile. "You were right. We can't keep risking our lives like we do or we'll lose someone we care about," he said quietly.
Bailey touched his shoulder gently and smiled gently at Anna and looked concerned when she saw that Anna looked ashen faced.
"Anna are you alright?"
"I'm diabetic, I think," she said quietly, as Carol brought her in a glass of water. "Looks that way, anyway."
"We'll take care of you, don't worry." Bailey said gently as she sat next to Daryl and curled into him.
"I have spare medication you can take until you get some, Aunt Anna," Emma said softly as she hugged her.
"Thank you sweetie." She said hugging her tightly as everyone headed up to bed and they all went into their bedrooms.
Anna pulled off her t-shirt and was about to pull off her bra when Rick did it for her and they simply held each other.
She smiled up at him. "I love you," she said softly as she ran her hand over his bare, scarred back before yawning again.
"I love you too," Rick replied. "Come on, let's get you some rest. You need it."
She nodded and they got under the covers after saying good night to their children and curled into each other as they slept.
"Love you."
"Love you too, Anna," he said softly as he held her tightly. "I'm always gonna look after you, I promise."
The next morning Daryl woke up and saw the triplets snuggled into them and smiled softly as he saw cuddled into him and Bailey.
"Hey sweethearts."
The next morning Daryl woke up and saw the triplets snuggled into them and smiled softly as he saw cuddled into him and Bailey.
"Hey sweethearts."
He smiled as the three of them cooed at him, waving their tiny hands, as he got up to feed them their bottles.
Bailey woke up then and smiled lovingly as she took a bottle and started feeding Lara while Daryl fed Charlotte then Peggy.
"They're so tiny." She said smiling.
Daryl tickled Charlotte's stomach gently, making her giggle, as Dean and Rayland barged through the door.
"Mama! Dean hit the vase in our room when he was practicing with his crossbow, an' he was gonna blame me for it!" Rayland huffed with a pout.
"Did not!" Dean protested.
"Dean Rick Merle Dixon you apologise for trying to get your brother into trouble now." Bailey said firmly and Dean looked ashamed.
"I'm sorry Rayland; I didn't mean to get you into trouble." He said his eyes downcast as he looked sad.
"That's ok; I'll help ya clear up the glass." Rayland said as they hurried out.
Bailey shook her head amused as she watched them go. "Boys."
Daryl chuckled as he set the triplets down. "Merle and I were the exact same."
"No wonder they're such little devils then." Bailey said amused as she kissed Daryl lovingly and curled into him and their girls.
Daryl smiled at them as he held them close. "My angels," he said softly.
Rick curled into Anna tightly as they could hear the triplets snuggle into them and coo as Anna curled into him more.
She loved her husband, more than she thought it was ever possible to love anyone. She smiled as she looked down at her wedding ring and stroked it softly.
She smiled as she heard him say her name softly and she fell asleep again in the arms of the man she loved.
"I love you Rick."
She fell into a peaceful dream, where all of her family were safe and happy.
Maybe someday it would be a reality.
They all woke up around mid morning feeling refreshed from the lay in and were now planning what to do when Allen and his group came.
"So we'll ambush them." Merle said as they said as they sat around the table.
"How would we go about doing that?" Glenn asked, as they looked through what weapons they had.
They had all of their guns and their ammo as they checked through them.
"We could lure them here somehow, then hide and take them out when they think the place is empty." Merle suggested.
"But how would we get them here?" Morgan asked.
"Rick, Daryl and Glenn could go on a supply run and they could lure Allen's group back here." Merle suggested and everyone nodded.
"The women and kids can stay in the basement." Rick said softly.
"What happens if some of us want to fight?" Maggie asked firmly. "We want to protect this group too, y'know?"
"Then it's up to you." Rick said nodding and Anna stepped forward along with Beth, Maggie and Bailey along with Andrea.
"I'll fight." She said to Daryl softly.
Rick looked worriedly at Anna. "You're ill. Not to mention your shoulder and stomach are still hurt. Please stay with the kids, Anna? Please."
Anna sighed sadly before nodding and gave him a soft smile.
"I only want to make sure you're safe," Rick said softly. "You can understand that, right?"
Anna squeezed his hand. "I know, baby. I know."
"Thank you." Rick said softly as they ran through the plan again and went to spend some time with their families.
"Daddy." Becky said cuddling into him and Anna as she picked up Tom and Matthew.
"Hey you three." Rick said hugging them all tightly as they snuggled into him and Anna, he stroked their hair softly.
"We love you dada and mama."
"We love you too," He said softly. "We love all you kids, and we're going to have a safe home soon, alright?"
They all nodded and cuddled into him and Anna as they fell asleep, snuffling.
"I love you, Rick," she said as she held them tightly. "Please be careful out there."
Rick kissed her forehead gently. "I will be. Don't worry."
Anna nodded and hugged him tightly as she watched him; Daryl and Glenn go outside to where a car was as everyone took the children downstairs to the basement.
"You kids be good for Aunt Carol and Uncle Axel, alright?" Bailey asked softly.
Aoife nodded. "We will mama. Dean, Rayland and I will look after the girls too," she said softly as she hugged her.
Anna smiled at them and hugged Bailey. "Take care of yourself."
"I will don't worry, you take care as well." Bailey said hugging them all as she headed upstairs with Beth and Maggie.
"We found some medication for you diabetes." Patricia said kindly to Anna who smiled in thanks as she injected herself with it.
Emma smiled at her. "It gets easier, believe me," she said softly, as she took her own medication.
Anna ruffled her hair gently. "You and I match, eh kiddo?"
"Yep, we do." Emma said as she stroked Pebbles while Katy held her hand as they played with Josh and Maria.
"Will daddy be alright, mama?" Rose asked Patricia quietly.
"Your dad will be fine, sweetheart," Patricia assured her as she held her and Dylan close. "And your big brothers too, don't you worry."
Rose nodded as she curled into Patricia and stroked her two cats and Ben gently as Dylan held her hand.
Glenn, Rick and Daryl parked up outside and ran to their cover areas, hoping Allen and his group had seen them and were following them back.
"Everyone know the plan?" Rick whispered.
"Yeah we go inside the house and leave the door open, the gang come in and find it empty and we attack them." Daryl said as they saw a black truck following after them.
They pulled up at the house and headed outside.
"The front door is open!" Allen hollered to his men who were all grinning and carrying heavy weaponry as they walked towards the entrance. "Let's storm the place boys and take those fuckers out!"
The men nodded and they stormed into the house to find it empty and no one in sight as they all looked around and saw that everyone was gone.
"How can there be no one here?" Allen asked confused as he looked angrily at his men and checked the rooms. "We followed them back here, that was their cars that were parked outside, were they not?"
One of the men nodded. "Yeah, it-" he was cut off when they heard a shot and he looked down to see he had a bullet wound in his chest, blood pouring out.
"WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!" Allen yelled as more bullets were fired and one by one the men fell to arrows and bullets as Allen was only left.
"Payback's a bitch, huh Allen?" Duck asked coldly as he moved towards Allen with a gun in his hand.
Allen raised his gun to fire, but Merle and Glenn came out from cover and shot each of his knees, sending him to the ground. Rick came out and stood beside Duck, giving him a small smile.
"Go on son, he's yours," he said softly. "You have more reason to kill him than we do."
Duck nodded in thanks and shot Allen repeatedly in the head and chest five times as everyone watched in shock and he leaned to whisper to him coldly.
"Burn in hell, traitor."
Rick swallowed and took the gun from the young boy who sniffled and kicked Allen's corpse. "Let's get this place cleaned up, eh? Everyone alright?"
"Yeah no major casualties." Bailey said pleased as they took the bodies away to burn them as everyone tidied up and made the house clean.
"Y'all can come out now!" Maggie said as she opened the door to the basement and called out. "Allen and his men are gone," she added, as the women came back, and all the kids came out and ran to their families.
"Oh thank god!" Anna said hugging Rick and Carl tightly as everyone smiled at the fact they were safe and sound.
"Told you it would be alright." Rick said smirking.
Anna nodded. "We're safe for another day," she said with a soft smile as she held onto them both.
Everyone smiled as they all headed inside to relax and have fun when Carl gathered the kids and they sat near their parents.
"Shall we sneak out tonight?"
"I don't know if that's a good idea," Penny said quietly. "What if we get caught?"
"We won't," Carl assured them. "We wait til everyone is asleep and then we go. It'll be fun."
"Ok it sounds fun." Dean said excitedly and they all laughed as they went to play upstairs with Annette looking at Merle innocently with Beth's blue eyes.
"Daddy can I kiss Matthew?"
Merle frowned at her. "Not a chance in hell, squirt," he mumbled. "Yer about twenty years too young for that," he said as he picked her up,
"What about Dean?" She asked cuddling into him as Josh played with Rayland, Lara, Charlotte and Peggy with Maria cuddled into Emma and Katy.
"He's yer cousin." Merle said firmly.
Beth chuckled at her. "I don't think you're going to be kissing any boys anytime soon, sweetie, not if your daddy can help it."
"Damn right," Merle muttered.
"Ok daddy, I love you both." Annette said as she went to play with her older brother and cousins as everyone watched.
"Can we watch Jeepers Creepers?" Rayland asked picking up a DVD.
Rick shook his head. "No, believe me Rayland, you don't want to do that," he chuckled. "You'll have nightmares for a long time."
"Is it a horror film?" Carl asked as Rayland gave him the DVD case and he looked at it with disgust and grimaced.
"That's gross."
Rick nodded. "Yeah, it's a horror film, and it's not something that you lot should be watching," he said firmly.
"What's it about?" Judith asked curious.
"A brother and sister driving home for spring break encounter a flesh-eating creature in the countryside that's on the last day of its ritualistic eating spree," Rick explained. "But you aren't watching it, none of you," he said firmly. "Alright?"
Carl sighed and nodded. "Yes dad."
"Thank you." Rick said rubbing Carl's shoulder as everyone went to help to cook dinner and prepare dessert.
"We should make a cake." Bailey said smiling and Carol smiled in agreement as they all prepared a delicious cake.
"What's the occasion?" Anna smiled as she looked at the large chocolate cake that they had made.
"We're safe for once," Carol chuckled. "I think that deserves a cake."
"At least we're safe now." Beth said smiling as they all sat down at the table and ate dinner as the animals ate their dinner as well.
"What are we doing tomorrow?" Merle asked feeling content.
"We don't really have many plans of yet," Rick smiled. "Let's just take it one day at a time and relax for the time being," he said softly.
Everyone nodded and finished eating as they all headed upstairs to eat have a peaceful sleep as they went into their rooms.
"Everyone meets back downstairs in an hour or so," Duane whispered as all the kids went to bed.
They all nodded and went into their rooms to go to sleep with James and Carl sharing a room as they got into bed.
"Will dad and mom be mad?"
"Mom and dad won't know, don't worry," Carl assured him, as they lay down and waited patiently until their parents were asleep.
Soon the kids had woken up and were now downstairs with some snacks as they watched Jeepers Creepers and then Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Chernobyl Diaries.
"Alright let's watch the film." Dean said as he sat next to Judith and Rayland.
"That's disgusting," Judith grimaced as they sat through the film and seen the man with no eyes at the end. They watched at the end as the Creeper's truck was shown driving down the road at sunset, blaring its horn, and they all shivered, disturbed by the movies they had seen.
They heard something rustling outside and Carl looked at the others worriedly. "Did you guys hear that?!"
"Yeah what was that?" Dean asked worried as they moved to the window to see a man through the curtains looking at the house, they couldn't see his face but he was wearing dark clothes and a black jacket and black hat.
"Who is he?" Rayland asked nervous as Katy curled into him.
"I don't know," James replied. "He looks like the man from that movie," he said shaking. "You think he's coming for us?"
Dylan shook his head. "No... He's not real... right, guys?"
"The film said it was based on a true story." Emma said scared as they watched Texas Chainsaw Massacre next.
"Oh man, this guy is fuckin' real." Damien said horrified.
"He's not going to come for us, don't worry," Carl said quietly, as they watched, jumping every time Leatherface appeared to kill someone else. "It was only based on a true story. Which means it's not entirely true, and the guy is most likely dead by now."
"I don't like it," Rose said quickly as she stood up. "I'm going back to bed."
They all then heard rattling outside the house and Rose quickly sat down next to Peter as they watched the film end.
"Should we watch Chernobyl Diaries?" Sophia asked quietly as she held Carl's hand tightly as they looked at the DVD.
"We'll watch one more," Carl said quickly as he put the DVD into the player and they all sat down to watch the movie. "Mom and dad will be getting up soon, it's getting light outside," he said as he looked out the window at where the sun was starting to rise.
They all nodded as they watched the film about a group of friends who went to a town in Russia which had radiation.
"Oh that's disgusting." Katy said as she saw the man's leg nearly torn apart by the mutants and something watching them.
"They're all going to die," Rose said sadly as she hid behind a cushion. "I want daddy," she said, still scared after what Randall and his people had done.
Dylan looked at her. "Come on, sis, I'll take you upstairs."
Rose nodded and Dylan took her upstairs as the others watched the rest of the film in horrified silence as everyone in the group was killed aside from the woman who was in the end put into a cell and eaten by the mutants who were people.
"Ok I think that's enough." Carl said quickly as they turned off the TV just as they heard something in the basement, a loud groaning sound.
Carl turned pale as he looked at them all. "There's nothing there, nothing there," he convinced them all. "Let's go to bed, quick."
They all nodded and ran into their bedrooms just as Rick came out and saw Judith terrified as she tried to put a chair in front of her wardrobe door.
"Judy?"
Judith looked up worriedly at her father, her face was pale.
"What are you doing?" Rick asked concerned.
"I don't want the monsters to get me," she whispered.
Rick's face softened and he picked her up as she curled into him and they headed into his and Anna's room where they got into bed.
"Did you have a nightmare, sweetheart?" He asked holding her.
Judith nodded, not wanting to get Carl or the others into trouble. "Yes daddy."
Rick kissed her forehead gently as he held her. "You're safe now, sweetheart, get some sleep."
Judith curled into him as she closed her eyes and tried not to think of the monsters from the movies.
The next morning everyone was up and enjoying not having any dangerous wanting them dead as they ate breakfast and got ready for the long winter ahead.
"You think that creeper is real?" Judith asked Dean quietly as they helped harvest the crops and gather the fruit as they heard a growl behind them.
They both ran back towards the house as fast as they could, panting when they got inside. Dean shook his head. "No... No, I don't think so."
Judith seemed comforted by this as they stored the berries in a jar so that they could make jam and marmite.
"I was thinking we could go to that abandoned house that we found Anna in." Carl heard Rick say and paled along with the others.
"We'll go!"
"What are we going there for?" Merle asked as he put everything into storage containers.
"Because they have stack loads of supplies and blankets, formula." Rick explained and they all nodded when Dean spoke.
"Can I, Carl, Judy and I go?" He asked hopeful.
"I want to go too?" Damien insisted.
"I wanna go too mama?" Maria declared.
"That's a lot of kids, we need some adults there too," Rick said confused before frowning as he looked at them all. "Why do you all want to go?"
"We just want to help and get some independence, you're not gonna be around all the time." Carl pointed out and Rick nodded as Daryl decided to go with them along with Merle.
"Alright let's go."
They all nodded and the three adults and kids got in the car and drove off, to the house that had used to belong to Lori's parents. When Rick parked outside, all the kids got out and looked around curiously. "The house looks just like it," Dean gasped.
"Looks like what?" Daryl asked and Dean froze for a minute as he tried to come up with something and smiled slightly.
"Like that Disney film, The Haunted Mansion." He said quickly and Carl gave him the thumbs up as they walked inside the house.
"Who's that lady?" Aoife asked curious as she pointed to a painting of Lori who was wearing a grey dress.
"That's Lori when she was younger," Rick explained as they walked around and started to gather stuff up into their bags. "When we were teenagers."
Aoife nodded. "Right," she said as she picked up some formula for her little sisters.
Sophia had picked up some blankets with Carl when they saw a room and heard a piano playing a dark, morbid tune.
"What is that?" She asked just as they saw something moving near bed and walked towards it when they froze in horror.
It was a dead baby.
Sophia let out a loud scream as they both stared in horror, before Carl clamped a hand over her mouth to shut her up.
"Sophia, Sophia, calm down... It's only a doll."
She breathed in and out as they stared at the toy baby that stared at them with wide eyes that made their skin crawl when they saw someone watching them.
"GET OUT!"
They both yelped in horror and ran back downstairs to where Rick and Daryl were, along with Merle, who were all looking at them confused.
Rick stared at Carl. He didn't scare easily, hell walkers didn't even bother him anymore, so he wondered why he was so worked up. "What is going on with you guys today?" he asked.
"Nothing dad, I'm just on edge." Carl said trying to calm his father as Dean hurried towards them looking confused.
"Pa there's a mausoleum next door." He said as they all hurried to follow the young boy and sure enough there was a mausoleum.
"What is this place?"
